Recently, support for various types of entrepreneurship has been increasing. At the same time, interest in entrepreneurship education is increasing to expand support for entrepreneurship and improve entrepreneurship performance. Therefore, the scope and interest of entrepreneurship education and support is expanding beyond college students and the general public to include high school students. Accordingly, this study seeks to investigate in more depth the relationship between entrepreneurship competency, entrepreneurship attitude, and intention to start a business in order to increase the intention to start a business. As a result of the analysis, entrepreneurship capabilities (creativity, risk-taking, and innovation) had a positive effect on attitude toward entrepreneurship, and attitude toward entrepreneurship had a positive effect on the will to start a business. In addition, the results of the analysis of the mediating effect of entrepreneurship attitude in the relationship between entrepreneurship capabilities (creativity, risk-taking, and innovation) and entrepreneurship will are as follows. First, in the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurial will, entrepreneurial attitude played a partial mediating role. Additionally, in the relationship between risk tolerance and entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial attitude played a partial mediating role. Lastly, in the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurial will, entrepreneurial attitude played a complete mediating role. The research conclusion summarizes the results of this study, suggests implications for entrepreneurs and start-ups, as well as limitations of this study and directions for future research..

This paper, a meta-analysis of the effect of the start-up support policy on the start-up performance was conducted to examine the effect of the start-up support policy on the start-up performance of beneficiary companies and to provide theoretical and practical implications to support organizations and practitioners. To this end, 35 papers containing the correlation coefficient, which is a positive statistical value, were selected from the previous studies in academic journals and dissertations published in Korea from 2007 to 2020. In the preceding study of the start-up support policy, the independent variables include funding, education support, facility/equipment support, network support, mentoring support, consulting support, marketing support, management support, technical support, manpower support, and finance as a dependent variable. The effect size of the impact on aptitude and non-financial performance was reviewed. The pattern of the effect size was presented as a forest plot for easy visual understanding, and outliers were verified through sensitivity analysis for small-study-effect data with publication convenience. As a result of analyzing the effect size of the government-supported policy, it was verified that the effect size was generally medium or higher, affecting the entrepreneurial performance. Among the independent variables, the factor that has the greatest effect on startup performance is manpower support, followed by technical support, marketing support, management support, facility/equipment support, education support, mentoring support, funding, network support, and consulting support. It was analyzed that the effect size was large in order. As the 「Small and Medium Business Startup Support Act」 was recently reorganized from the manufacturing industry to digital transformation and smartization on October 8, 2020, the start-up support policy should consider the start-up stage and verify the priorities to organize the budget.

One of the innovative and most promising approaches to new high-tech business formation from university is technology business incubators, which attempts to enhance small high-tech start-up firms' chances of survival. To date, there is few comprehensive effort to do a comparative study of technology business incubatiors between European Countries and U.S. to evaluate the impacts of them on regional development. With these consideration in mind this research anlayzed key findings of 6 case studies of university related Technology Business Incubators in the U.K., Germany, and U.S. to explore relationship of university to regional development. These included Cambridge Science Park(CSP) '||'&'||' West of Scotland Science Park in the U.K., Dortmund Technologiezentrum '||'&'||' Berlin Technologiezentrum, and Rensselaer Technology Development Center of the Georgia Institute of Technology in the U.S. The primary objective of this study was to advance our understanding of the impact and utility of technology business incubators and to get some policy implications for the future development in this area in Korea. Among the major question examined hear was "how do they contribute the overall economy of the communities in which they are located\ulcorner". The results of the case study about this question were very positive. The technology business incubators contributed to foster new high-tech small business formation from university, to facilitate the cooperation between university and industry and Incubator tenants created jobs and income, pay taxes, and in doing so, had a multiplier effects on the local economy. The same was true of incubator graduates. With this consideration in mind the university related business regioned development policy in korean local communities.

This study analyzed the effect of core competence of supervisor on the satisfaction, loyalty, business performance of franchisees and business performance of franchisor. And the purpose of this study is to solve the most problematic issues in franchise business such as poor sales of franchisee, inadequate measures for activating sluggish stores, closing rate increase of franchisee, dispute between a franchisee and franchisor. The results of this study will be used as data for the success of Franchisor's business operation and for the change and development of the franchise industry. In this study, 168 CEOs and employees in the franchise industry were surveyed. Through previous research and expert interviews, we designed the core competency factors of franchise supervisors into seven areas: check, consulting, coordination, promotion, counseling, communication, and control. In order to verify the hypothesis of the research, the relationship between variables was verified by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Key result of the study are as follows. First, the core competency of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's satisfaction. Second, the core competence of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's loyalty. Third, franchisee's satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, franchisee's satisfaction positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor. Fifth, franchisee's loyalty positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor.

Indonesia is currently intensifying its level of awareness of the importance of starting a business as an entrepreneur. How to respond to technological developments to help support the growth of a start-up entrepreneur. Usually before buying a product, customers always think of many factors that can influence their buying decisions in online shopping. The two factors that most influencing are, Discounts and Promotions, which can greatly determine people's purchase intention, before finally buying the product. The researcher begin research with the aim to understand whether these 2 factors are factors that really affect someone's buying interest before doing online shopping. For this study, information and data collected by the survey by using means of questionnaires. And it standard measurements using a 5-point Likert scale, and processed by IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. In this study, it has been found that indeed these two factors, Discounts and Promotions, are both influential in encouraging someone's purchase intention in conducting online shopping transactions. We found that both factors are significant and influence each other. The results of this study expected to help broaden the horizons of buyers and sellers about the benefits of discounts and promotions in online shopping.

Support and efforts are being strengthened at the national level for entrepreneurial activities that are expected to revitalize our economy. Generally, according to the previous studies, it is known that entrepreneurship positively affects economic growth and the reduction of unemployment rate through employment creation. The analysis of the impact of entrepreneurial activities on economic growth and job creation is mainly based on national comparative analysis. In this paper, however, the impact of start-up activities in the Busan metropolitan city on regional economic growth and employment improvement. In this study, the dummy variables were assigned to firms within three years, five years, and ten years after start-up according to the period since the start-up of the firm. As a result of the empirical analysis, the value of dummy variable of the start - up firms was found to be significant in the analysis of the sales growth rate as the dependent variable according to the preceding study by Evans(1987). Therefore, it can be seen that the growth rate of the start - up company is higher than that of the other companies and it is positive for the regional economic growth. In addition, the coefficient of the dummy variable decreases from the enterprise analysis to the latter within three years, five years, and ten years after the start-up, and confirms that the coefficient of the firm's start-up years has a negative value. I could see more clearly. On the other hand, in the analysis of the effect of start-up firms on unemployment rate reduction, the growth rate of regular workers was higher than that of other firms. This suggests that it positively affects the reduction of the unemployment rate in the region. In addition, in the dynamic analysis using the Almon estimation formula and the Koyck model, the effect of log-transformed net start-up firms on the growth rate of new workers is very significant. As a result of the above model, It is reaffirmed that start-up activity has a positive effect on employment growth.
The purpose of this study is to research the effects of desire for independence, possibility of start-up success and employment stability to the push-entrepreneurship through the push-entrepreneurship by a survey of employees in the middle age. The purpose of the creating start-up environment was encouraged the qualitative expansion of opportunity-driven start-up rather than the quantitative expansion of necessity-driven start-up for the economic growth and expanding employment. In spit of the employees had their own careers, skills, opportunities and market-experiences, In reality it is necessity-driven start-up that the quantitative expansion. The purpose of this study was to reflect process change by desire for independence, push-entrepreneurship and pull-entrepreneurship based on the possibility of start-up success and employment stability perceived by individual founders, changed process factor rather than the fixed result factor. The results are as follows. First, it was found that desire for independence makes a positive (+) effect on the pull-entrepreneurship and the push-entrepreneurship. Second, it was found that the possibility of start-up success makes a positive (+) effect on the pull-entrepreneurship and not effect on push-entrepreneurship. third, it was found that the employment stability makes a positive (+) effect on the pull-entrepreneurship and not effect on the push-entrepreneurship. Forth, it was found that desire for independence makes a positive (+) effect on the pull-entrepreneurship and mediating negative (-) effect on the push-entrepreneurship. The implication of this study was that potential entrepreneurs with desire for independence, rather than necessity-driven start-up due to unemployment, could be developed as pull-entrepreneurship improved the situation of push-entrepreneurship. In addition, it seems that entrepreneurship education and activation of entrepreneurship programs for employee with desire for independence expand opportunity-driven start-up after retirement.

This study conducted an exploratory study to derive the success factors of entrepreneurial marketing for startups. Through Delphi analysis, we derived the items of proactive orientation, risk management, innovation, opportunity driven, resource leveraging, customer intensity, value creation, price setting, marketing communication, channel management, product development, sales and marketing information management. The importance and execution of success factors were measured through IPA analysis. The first quadrant(keep up the good work) has proactive orientation, risk management, resource leveraging, customer intensity. The second quadrant(concentrate here) has innovation. The third quadrant(low priority) has channel management, sales, marketing information management. The fourth quadrant(possible overkill) has prices setting, product development. These results showed that the success factors of startup's entrepreneurial marketing were proactive orientation, risk management, innovation, opportunity driven, resource leveraging, customer intensity and value creation.
