기업규모별 비자발적 비정규직의 결정요인 분석 (The Determinants of Involuntary Non-standard Employment by Firm Size)

  • 본 연구는 비정규직 근로자가 노동시장에서 사용자와 자발적 계약에 의한 매칭이 실현되는가에 주목하고 기업규모별로 입지가 다른 상황을 고려하여 비자발적 선택 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 노동이동에 관한 push/pull 이론 하에서 자발적/비자발적 비정규직으로 분류하였다. 2016년 8월 경활 부가조사에 의하면 기업규모가 작아질수록 비자발적 비정규직의 비중이 자발적 비정규직보다 더 크게 나타났다. 실증분석 결과, 대기업에서의 비정규직은 자발과 비자발로 구분하는 것이 의미를 갖지 못하였다. 이에 비해 중소기업과 영세기업에서는 장년층, 저학력일수록 비자발적 선택 가능성이 증가하였고 영세기업에 비자발적으로 입직할 유인이 중소기업보다 크게 나타났다. 그러므로 비정규직에 관한 정책을 마련함에 있어서 우선적으로 2차 노동시장의 비자발적 비정규직을 정책 대상으로 삼고, 비자발적 선택 이유가 되는 보상, 전공 경력의 미스매칭 문제에 주목할 필요가 있다. 중소 영세기업의 급여 및 근로조건 개선뿐만 아니라 직무능력 및 경력에 맞는 일자리 정보를 제공하는 고용서비스 시스템이 확충되어야 할 것이다.

  • The primary objectives of this research are to survey actual condition and propose the improved standard size for office chairs. In order to accomplish this objectives, questionnaire method was used. The subjects for investigation are 271 office sedentary workers from 19 office workplaces. The survey of a actual condition showed that the office chairs included many contr- oversial points which cause occupational health problems. The main causes of office sedentary worker's health problems are insufficient adjustabilities and inappropriate design specifications. Expecially, insufficient adjustabilities led harmful sitting postures. To improve the existing Korean standard size for office chairs, anthropometric procedure was developed. In this approach, six design factors were determined, that is, seat pan height, seat pan width, seat pan depth, seat pan inclination, armrest height and width. The study found that improved Korean staneard size was strikingly different from existing standard.

  • Simultaneous pattern measurement system is new research subject for OLED panel inspection. It is defect inspection of OLED panel after deposition. This research suggests the system that calculates the size and center point of each patterns after obtaining standard and deposition pattern as one image. This system could be applied to OLED manufacturing process. The research result shows that the size and center point of each patterns could be obtained by displaying the standard pattern and deposition pattern in one image.

중국 의복사이즈의 규격설정에 관한 현황분석 (Analysis of Current Size Establishment of Clothing Sizes in China)

  • For the advance of Korea's ready-made clothes industry into China, we need some information about the body types of the Chinese and the sizes of ready-made clothes. The purpose of this study is to prepare basic data about the reality and process of the size establishment of clothing sizes in China. The conclusions are as follows. 1. Clothing size establishment was made three times in 1981, 1991, and 1997. At present, the version of 'GB/T 1335-1997 Size' is used. 2. 'GB/T 1335-1997 Size' is composed as follows. \circled1 Based on the drop values of chest girth and waist girth, 4 (Y. A, B, C) body types of adult men and women were chosen. \circled2 Sizes contains Ho and Hyoung, 'Ho' refer to height (cm) and serve as the standard of length, while 'Hyoung' indicate chest girth (cm) and act as the standard of girth. \circled3 The size divisions of the 3 basic items for adults are 5cm (height), 4cm (chest girth), and 2cm (waist girth). So they are named '5ㆍ4, 5ㆍ2 size series', \circled4 For grading in dress production, approximate values to the means of the 2 basic items are called 'center types'.\circled5 Other necessary items for clothing design besides 3 basic items are named 'control items'. \circled6 For babies, children, and adolescents, no body type classification is established. Instead, size series are established according to body height.

복부비만 성인 남성의 상의류 치수체계 제안 (Development of Suit-tops Size-system for Abdomen-obese Adult Males)

  • This helps plus-size consumers purchase ready-made clothes and improves fitness by analyzing the upper body shapes of abdomen-obese adult males; in addition, it creates a size system based on each size interval of obesity shapes. The criteria for the 572 male subjects surveyed were over 25 kg/㎡ of the BMI, over 90 cm of waist, and over 0.85 waist hip ratio. The results were as follows. First, the higher the age group, the higher the degree of abdominal obesity in each age group. The degree of obesity decreases age increase; however, was the risk of abdominal obesity increased. Second, Compared to standard body types, the average body size of Abdomen-obese males is significantly larger, especially in the waist area than in the chest area. Third, to propose a size system for abdominal obese adult males, 16 sections with a final 2% rate of appearance were finally adopted as suit-tops size system for abdominal obese adult males by applying a 3 cm dimension gap between each designation as specified in the KS standard. The coverage ratio for the 16 sections was 72.6% and the coverage effienciency was 4.5%. The results of this study can be used in a various clothes; in addition, the activation and segmentation of the plus-size market are also believed to be significant.

서귀포 크루즈터미널 CIQ시설 규모산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Size Computation of Seogwipo Cruise Terminal CIQ Facilities)

  • This research studies the adequate size standard of Seogwipo cruise terminal CIQ facility that is scheduled to be built around Gangjeong harbor area in Seogwipo-city. In order to respond to the highly increasing number of passenger cruise ships compared to Seogwipo cruise terminal design in 2010, the adequate size standard of Seogwipo cruise terminal CIQ facility was examined for passenger service level grade. Based on size computation elements such as the number of passengers of cruise ships with the largest size of port entry, ship landing rate, passenger processing ratio, and surge factor, the CIQ facility size for each service level grade was reviewed. As a result, the area of 2,971m2 (A grade), 2,409 m2 (B grade), and 2,088 m2 (C grade) were computed. This showed that the area of B grade was about 82% and C grade 70% compared to the area of A grade. The CIQ facility size computed for each service level grade in this research was analyzed that its area needed to be increased by 322% at least and 458% at most, compared to the CIQ facility area of 649m2 of the existing design (2010). In order to respond to the increasing number of cruise passengers, provide high-level passenger service, and improve the international image of Jeju, Seogwipo cruise terminal should secure the size that is equal to or higher than the B grade of service level.

유아복의 KS 치수체계 개정을 위한 제안 연구 (A Study on the Suggestion for the Revision of Standard Sizing System for Infant Clothing)

  • This study proposed a revision of standard sizing system for infant clothing to provide exact information for consumers and manufacturers. The size designation was set up by compensating the defect of existing system. Basic body measurement and reference body measurement were analysed according to size designation. The ages of the infants ranged from 0 to 36 month in accordance with safety standard of KC Self-Regularity Safety Confirmation. The results are as follows: Size designation for infant clothing was based on height that was basic body measurement. Chest girth, waist girth, head girth, arm length, foot length and weight were also analysed according to age of the month. It was proposed that height could be written alone and height with age of month did together for size designation. Size intervals of basic and reference body measurements were fixed as follows: size intervals are 5 cm in height, 2 cm in chest girth, 2 cm in waist girth, 1 cm in head girth, 2 cm in arm length, 0.5 cm in foot length and 2 kg in weight. The distributions of height and chest girth showed normal distributions. As height was taller, chest girth was also bigger. But the distribution of waist girth didn't show remarkable change with age of month. The distributions of arm length and weight showed remarkable difference with growth in 0~9 months, but the amount of growth variation got less in 12~18 months.

Identity-based Threshold Broadcast Encryption in the Standard Model

  • In an identity-based threshold broadcast encryption (IDTHBE) scheme, a broadcaster chooses a set of n recipients and a threshold value t, and the plaintext can be recovered only if at least t receivers cooperate. IDTHBE scheme is different from the standard threshold public key encryption schemes, where the set of receivers and the threshold value are decided from the beginning. This kind of scheme has wide applications in ad hoc networks. Previously proposed IDTHBE schemes have ciphertexts which contain at least n elements. In addition, the security of theses schemes relies on the random oracles. In this paper, we introduce two new constructions of IDTHBE for ad hoc networks. Our first scheme achieves S-size private keys while the modified scheme achieves constant size private keys. Both schemes achieve approximately (n-t)-size ciphertexts. Furthermore, we also show that they are provablesecurity under the decision bilinear Diffie-Hellman Exponent (BDHE) assumption in the standard model.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the horizontal and vertical working area which is dependent on measuring value of workers, body in order to make easy and stable working environments, and then to design the size of machines, tools and instruments in production factory because of making the practical production conditions which is the most suitable to human characteristics. But there is necessity that we have to review numeric value of measurement periodically because the size of workers' body is variable according to periodic and social circumstances. The establishment of standard working area after measurement enable us to make the best working conditions and we can design standard working table, optimum size of all machines and tools in production activity. Therefore, we can also acknowledge the importance of studying on human engineering because human engineering is necessary to reduction of fatigue in working, saving workers from industrial accidents, fail-safe system, improvement of productivity with increase in efficiency and etc. Finally, this study informs us that numeric value of measurement is larger than that of Japan, but not than that of America and Germany. So we can establish standard working area which is the most suitable for Korean inherence after measurement of detailed parts for workers' body.
