우리사회가 정보화사회로 급진전됨에 따라 정보통신의 역할이 크게 증대되고 통신시설의 대용량화 집중화로 정보통신사고가 발생할 경우 국민생활에 지대한 영향을 초래할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 그러한 영향력을 최소화하기 위하여 정보통신사고 위기관리표준매뉴얼의 현황을 알아보고 분석을 통하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 재난관리주관기관에서는 법령 및 위기관리 표준매뉴얼에 대한 지속적인 연구를 통하여 관리체계, 관련법 체계, 기본계획 및 대응체계, 위기관리 표준매뉴얼 등에 대한 개선이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Objectives : Job insecurity, such as non-standard work, is reported to have an adverse impact on health, regardless of health behaviors. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between non-standard employment and health in Korea. Methods : We analyzed a representative weighted sample, which consisted of 2,112 men and 1,237 women, aged 15-64, from the 1998 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Non-standard employment included part-time permanent, short time temporary and daily workers. Self-reported health was used as a health indicator. Results : This study indicated that women were more likely to report poorer health than men with standard jobs. Of all employees, 20.3% were female manual workers. After adjusting for potential confounders, such as age, education, equivalent income, marital, social and self-reported economic status and health behavior factors, nonstandard employment was found to be significantly associated with poor health among female manual workers (OR, 1.86; 95% CI, 1.24 to 2.79). No significant association was found in other working groups Conclusions : Among female manual workers, nonstandard employees reported significantly poorer health compared with standard workers. This result raises concern as there are increasing numbers of non-standard workers, particularly females.

공공도서관 자원봉사가 활성화되고 효과적인 운영과 관리가 이루어지기 위해서는 공공도서관 자원 봉사에 관한 표준매뉴얼의 개발에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공도서관 자원봉사에 대한 개념 및 운영체계 그리고 표준매뉴얼에 관한 이론적 배경을 살펴본 후, 문헌조사를 통한 국내외 사례를 바탕으로 공공도서관 자원봉사를 기획부문, 자원봉사자 관리부문, 행정부문 등 3개 부문, 12개 영역, 6개 세부내용으로 나누어 조사 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 자원봉사 표준매뉴얼을 개발함으로써 도서관 자원봉사의 운영 및 관리에 일조함에 그 목적이 있다.

There is an increase in the need of an unified manual for library signage system, due to recent increase in library construction or remodeling. This paper, therefore, can be a basic research to develop library signage system manual. Based on an anual released from KLA and the sum of opinions of expert groups, this research proposes a concrete list of contents for library signage system manual as follows. First, there is a need of theoretical basis of library signage system. Second, for the actual practices of signage system, planning, check list, and standard terms shall be necessary.

연구목적: 고용노동부에서는 사업장 내 화재·붕괴 등의 대형재난이 발생하면 사업장 대규모 인적사고 위기관리 표준매뉴얼에 근거하여 재난을 관리하고 있다. 현재 운용중인 표준매뉴얼을 점검하고 미흡한 항목에 대해 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법:이에 따라, 재난관리 매뉴얼 내·외부 전문가, 본부·지방관서의 재난업무 담당자 등과 함께 표준매뉴얼을 점검하였고 우선적으로 개선해야 할 항목을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 붕괴사고의 경우에는 재난관리 주관부처 선정의 논란을 제거하기 위해 행정안전부에서 선정기준을 정확히 제시할 필요가 있으며, 인파밀집사고의 경우에는 표준매뉴얼 보다는 행동·실무 매뉴얼에 구체적으로 반영하여 유사시 근로자 대피 안전성을 확보해야 할 것이다. 이 외에도 재난안전 통신망 운영 및 대피요령에 대해 상세한 내용의 추가 보완이 필요해 보인다. 결론: 향후에도 국민의 눈높이에 부응하는 재난관리 제도 개선을 위해서 해당 분야별 전문가, 재난업무 담당자, 그리고 일반시민 등의 의견수렴을 통해 근로자의 생명과 안전을 보장하고 좀 더 현장감 있는 사업장 대규모 인적사고 위기 관리 표준매뉴얼 마련을 기대한다.

Objectives : This study was to report the improvement of the patient with multiple sclerosis treated by Korean Medical treatment. Methods : The patient diagnosed as multiple sclerosis treated by acupuncture, bee venom pharmacupuncture, chuna manual therapy, and herbal medicine. To evaluate the effects of korean medicine, we used manual muscle test(MMT), the standard for assessment of the effect of stroke treatment, functional system(FS), visual analog scale(VAS). Results : 1. The patient's pain and optic dysfunction were reduced by the above therapy. 2. There was no change in manual muscle test(MMT), but there was mild improvement in finger joints function in the standard for assessment of the effect of stroke treatment. 3. In functional system(FS) scale, there was enhancement in optic function within a range. And there was improvement in expanded disability statue scale(EDSS) from 4.0 to 3.0. 4. In visual analog scale(VAS), there was considerable improvement from 9 to 6. Conclusions : The korean medical treatment was reduced pain and optic dysfunction.

It is recommended that the villagers should organize their own council based on the resources which the village owns to manage the experience programs in the experience village, but it is criticized that there is no consideration about inhabitants abilities when the project is about to be constructed and the programs is developed. This research is purposed to develop the manual which is depending on urban-rural correlative experience programs conduct that is developed by the test to increase inhabitants abilities effectively. Therefore, the manual of the programs should be utilized as a early guide to help the village jump up to the standard level of program procedure, and the inhabitants should create ideas continually to develop better programs on the basis of the manual rather depending on the manual. And for another, the manual should often be upgraded to understand the process of historical changes of the village.

In Korea, it raised the need of the specification of unit modular construction, because there are no standard or manual. And it is urgent that the specification of unit modular construction is needed to develop in the domestic. Therefore, this study aims to propose the manual framework of the construction method. In the future, this framework will be based on the development of the manual on the unit modular construction method.

Although there existed many types of manual/power hybrid wheelchairs, their use was not widespread because of their inconvenience in converting drive system and in folding frames. To carry a wheelchair in the car or to convert driving methods, some hard work of disassembling or exchanging wheels was required for most of currently available hybrid wheelchairs. In this study, the standard foldable manual wheelchair was reformed to a power wheelchair by installing the newly developed Axial Flux Permanent Magnet(AFPM) type of brush less direct current(BLDC) motor on each rear hub of wheelchair. This wheelchair could be driven by manual or electric power without exchanging. wheels, thus no additional work was needed for carriage or for power conversion. The developed wheelchair was evaluated for durability, stability, maneuverability, cost, and reliability in accordance with the Korean standards. The results indicated that the developed hybrid wheelchair was good enough for commercialization comparing to other imported wheelchairs.

Recently, the public postal service of Korea confronts with business environment changes such as the opening of postal market and appearance of the domestic competitive enterprises. It is the current state that the public postal service of Korea should have a competitive edge by the productivity improvement of business processes. In this paper, we proposed new working tables for manual letter sorting which is one of the important process in mail center. We suggested standard working method and standard time in a mail center Based on these, we established the procedure for setting up a fair day's work in other mail centers. By the result of this research, we expect that the productivity of the mail sorting operation will be increased.
