Recently, lots of EDI-VAN (Electronic Data Interchange-Value Added Network) companies challenge to convert their business systems into Web-based e-business frameworks to avoid high cost and closed structure of EDI system. This research proposes e-Transformation strategies for EDI-VAN companies to adopt Web-based e-business standard frameworks such as ebXML (e-business using XML) and RosettaNet. Four migration strategies for EDI companies are presented, and their properties are described in detail. Transformation procedures of two representative strategies are also provided fur the convenience of medium-sized companies. The result of this work can be used as a practical guideline for EDI companies to develop there own transformation strategy suitable to its scale and capability, while minimizing the impacts on the pre-existing business processes.
All things connected to the Internet have to ensure interoperability between each other. Web of Things (WoT) is an Internet of Things (IoT) Web standard technology that enables the communication between smart devices and web-based applications. In order for WoT to be possible, monitoring of all devices connected to the Internet have to be possible. To this end, various efforts are being made to develop network monitoring applications using the latest Web front-end frameworks, not traditional web-based monitoring. This paper examines and describes the possibilities of applying Web front-end frameworks such as React, Angular and Svelte to the development of network monitoring applications for WoT. This paper also describes the pros and cons of two major frameworks, React and Angular, in developing monitoring applications that support the cross-platforms and cross-browsers in WoT environments and examines the applicability of them by developing simple network monitoring applications using React.
An investigation and structural safety analysis was conducted to get the basic data for establishing maintenance strategy of pipe framed greenhouses. The number of greenhouses investigated was 108 in total. Most multi-span greenhouses had narrower width and lower height than the standard 1-2W greenhouse, and most of single-span greenhouses were tunnel type. In multi-span greenhouses, the size and interval of frameworks such as rafter, purline, column, and cross beam were mostly suitable, but frameworks of single-span greenhouses were mostly insufficient.

This research proposes several e-Transformation strategies for EDI-VAN companies to adopt Web-based e-Business frameworks such as ebXML and RosettaNet. Four transformation alternatives are presented and transformation procedure for a medium-sized company is described. With progressive advancements in Man-made consciousness (computer based intelligence) and Profound Learning (DL), contributing altogether to Normal Language Handling (NLP), the precision and nature of Machine Interpretation (MT) has worked on complex. There is a discussion, but that its no time like the present the human interpretation became immaterial or excess. All things considered, human flaws are consistently dealt with by its own creations. With the utilization of brain networks in machine interpretation, its been as of late guaranteed that keen frameworks can now decipher at standard with human interpreters. In any case, simulated intelligence is as yet not without any trace of issues related with handling of a language, let be the intricacies and complexities common of interpretation. Then, at that point, comes the innate predispositions while planning smart frameworks. How we plan these frameworks relies upon what our identity is, subsequently setting in a one-sided perspective and social encounters. Given the variety of language designs and societies they address, their taking care of by keen machines, even with profound learning abilities, with human proficiency looks exceptionally far-fetched, at any rate, for the time being.
Loosely coupled software components delivered over Internet standard technologies - SOAP over HTTP for transport - UDDI for registry and discovery - e-Business XML standards - Security and trust frameworks - Event notification(omitted)
Countries around the world have been engaging in automatic exchange of information to tackle tax evasion. The same goal became the basis of the enactment of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) by the United States Congress. In order to establish a common approach to counter tax evasion among different countries, the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) released the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information in Tax Matters which consists of the Competent Authority Agreement (CAA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Specifically, the automatic exchange of information is the exchange of financial account information between Tax Authorities in relevant countries. The law requires this information to be collected by financial institutions around the world for reporting to Tax Authorities. Automatic exchange of Information is made up of two information sharing frameworks: The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and The Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Under the automatic exchange of information, all financial institutions must identify accounts held by customers who are foreign tax residents or entities connected to foreign tax residents. Financial institutions must report these to the relevant Tax Authority who will then automatically exchange the account information with the relevant foreign Tax Authorities. Korean government has enacted domestic laws to require financial institutions to collect and report this information and has entered into international agreements to exchange the information with other governments. This paper analyzed the FATCA and CRS rules overall and proposed solutions for the legal and practical issues. This paper contributes to the existing literature on the automatic exchange of information by considering two information sharing frameworks.
In order to gain implications for establishing competency-based education system in Korean medicine education, we examined several competence frameworks of medical education developed at international or national level, and compared the basic constitution and common elements. The competence frameworks of medical education consist of seven categories of communication, professionalism, critical thinking, medical knowledge, patient care, management, and public health. Medical knowledge consists of five sub-groups: normal structure and function; pathogenesis and mechanism of disease; principles of drug and treatment; psychological, behavioral and sociological principles; and public health and lifelong learning. In principle, competencies are further divided into sub-categories or combined with learning outcomes, and the field and the level of achievement is presented per item. This article aims at summarizing the competencies of a few globally leading medical institutions with the educational standard of Korean Medicine in mind.
Application Service Provider(ASP), the service provider who manages and delivers standard application functionality or associated service across a network to multiple customers using a usage-based pricing model, has appeared as a new business style in information technology market. For successful implementation of the ASP model, some critical issues should be noted. Because these issues are related to service qualities, certification and audit of ASP are important. This paper investigates characteristics of the ASP model and designs the proper frameworks for certification and audit of ASP. It is examined how the framework can remove potential threats and risks of the ASP model, and how the framework can be compared with traditional approaches.

The compiler is the key of the prototyping framework for the new memory system. These compiler-centric prototyping tools have several components, including compiler, linker, assembler, and standard libraries. It takes a lot of cost and man power to develop it all at zero base. Therefore, developer usually use a development framework to develop these prototyping tools efficiently. These development frameworks should be free of licensing issues when considering the commercialization of development results. Thus, developer should investigate the development framework, which is free from licensing issues and that provides all of the development environment to enable actual execution. There are three representative compiler-centric development frameworks: GCC, Clang (LLVM), and MS visual studio. There are some differences depending on the release version among them. And, there are some limitations to the freeware and commercial use. We chose LLVM here to explain the development of prototyping tools. This information will help accelerate the development of prototyping tools and will help reduce system development costs.
