This paper presents a component-based integration framework and its software component architecture for supporting the rapid integration of legacy design supporting systems in the distributed environment. Also, using standard interface, this software component architecture provides flexibility, extensibility and compatibility which ensure software components to be independent of the integration middleware and systems to be integrated.

Interoperability tests are required to determine whether network-based defense systems successfully share and exchange certain services, information, and data. We must examine various aspects of interoperability. The DITA (Defense Information Technical stAndard) is the basis for interoperability. However, DITA is being applied to the defense system in a state that the standard test methods and procedures are not established. And there is no test method and procedure of the DITA well applicable to military weapons systems or information systems. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a framework that includes procedures, methodologies, so as to test whether a standard is applied to the DITA in terms of Standard Conformance Test.

최근 다양한 웹 트렌드와 모바일 웹 개발 기술들이 급속도로 발전되어 확산되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 정보시스템 구축의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 전자정부 표준 프레임워크가 도입되어 시장에 보급되고 있으며, 최근에는 추가적으로 전자정부 모바일 표준 프레임워크가 개발되어 제공되고 있다. 또한 정부 3.0 정책으로 공공기관에서 생산하고 보유하고 있는 수많은 유형의 공공데이터가 공공데이터포털 등을 통하여 공개되고 있다. 한편 현재 거의 모든 콘텐츠 사업 분야에서 모바일 웹 어플리케이션의 활용이 일반화되면서 모바일 브라우저를 위한 웹 표준과 공통 프레임워크 활용과 지원에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 다른 응용 분야에 비하여 이러한 주요 기술 동향들을 공간정보와 연계하거나 융합하려는 시도는 아직 초기 단계이다. 이러한 배경에 따라 이번 연구에서는 전자정부 표준 프레임워크 모바일 실행환경 하에서 HTML5와 연계하여 공공데이터와 공간데이터의 시각화를 주요 기능으로 하는 모바일 웹 어플리케이션 시스템을 설계하고 시험적으로 구현하였다. 이번 연구에서 시험 구현한 시스템은 향후 전자정부 표준 프레임워크 핵심 개발 환경을 적용하고 특정 목적 시스템의 수요자 요구 사항을 만족하는 기능 확장과 성능 향상을 통하여 공공데이터와 공간데이터를 활용하는 다양한 모바일 응용 사업 모델 개발에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This research has designed and implemented the standard conformance test system for e-Business solutions that supports the ebXML, which is currently being focused on as the leading electronic commerce framework. The adoption of standards such as ebXML is probably the best way to achieve interoperability among electronic commerce systems, and more and more e-Business solutions around the world are supporting ebXML. This research primarily discusses the concept and needs for the standard conformance tests on e-Business solutions. The standard conformance test system is developed based on the detailed specifications of the ebXML framework. This system was used to test commercial e-Business solutions supporting ebXML. The system implemented in this research will provide a significant basis for the standard conformance certification of e-Business solutions, and could also provide clear decision criteria for e-Business solutions currently in market, thus activate the overall e-Business market.

In the situation where there should be a gap between the design environments of 2D drawing and 3D BIM modeling, it is unavoidable aspect to face confusion caused by parallel usage of both technologies unless the project delivery systems are entirely upgraded to 3D. Therefore, it is critical to make efforts to minimize this confusion. Meanwhile, detailed drawings have very important roles in the construction process because they do not only concretely express construction methods for a given design plan but also provide basis for quantity takeoff and construction cost estimation etc. This paper suggests a plan to standardize detailed information based on BIM standard framework in order to make BIM realize the information. In the short term, this plan provides improved environment where both BIM and CAD technologies can be applied and, in the long term, it provides bases for BIM to replace CAD technology.

Recently, RFID technology has attracted considerable attention in many industry fields. The RFID environment requires a standard architecture for the smooth exchange of data between heterogeneous networks. The architecture should offer an efficient standard environment, such as a communication environment based on Web Services, PKI or Kerberos-based security, and abstract business processes which could be used in the diverse domains. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an Enterprise Application Framework (EAF) which includes a standard communication protocol, security functions, and abstract level business processes. The suggested architecture is expected to provide a more secure and flexible security management in the dynamic RFID application environments, and is expected to provide an abstract business event for the development of business processes which could apply RFID technology to the existing systems.

Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is considered information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person to whom such information pertains or that is or might be linked to a natural person directly or indirectly. In order to recognize such data processed within information and communication technologies such as PII, it should be determined at which stage the information identifies, or can be associated with, an individual. For this, there has been ongoing research for privacy protection mechanism to protect PII, which now becomes one of hot issues in the International Standard as privacy framework and privacy reference architecture. Data processing flow models should be developed as an integral component of privacy risk assessments. Such diagrams are also the basis for categorizing PII. The data processing flow may not only show areas where the PII has a certain level of sensitivity or importance and, as a consequence, requires the implementation of stronger safeguarding measures. This paper propose a standard format for satisfying the ISO/IEC 29100 "Privacy Framework" and shows an implementation example for privacy reference architecture implementing privacy controls for the processing of PII in information and communication technology.

정보와 기술의 탈중앙화/분권, 공유/개방, 연결을 통한 개별 맞춤 시대의 지능화 세계 지향으로 그 어느 때 보다도 인공지능에 대한 관심과 기술적 담론 속에 기대와 우려가 교차하는 경향을 자주 보게 된다. 최근에는 2045년 전, 후로 AI의 특이성(Singularity)이 나타날 것이라는 미래학자들의 주장도 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다. 이제는 다가올 인공지능 시대에서 AI와 함께 상생하고 번영하는 공존 패러다임을 만들기 위한 준비의 일환으로 보다 올바른 AI 윤리와 규제 설정을 위한 표준 프레임워크가 요구되고 있다. 주요지침 설정 누락의 위험성 배제와 타당하고 보다 합리적인 지침 항목과 평가 기준을 가늠 할 수 있는 방안이 점차 큰 연구문제로 나타나고 있기 때문이다. 이런 연구문제 해결과 동시에 AI 윤리와 규제 설정에 대한 지속적인 경험과 학습효과가 연결 발전될 수 있도록 국제기구/국가/기업의 AI 윤리와 규제에 대한 가이드 라인 자료 등을 수집하여 설정 연구모형과 텍스트 마이닝 탐색 분석을 통해 표준 프레임워크(SF: Standard Framework) 설정 방안을 연구 제시한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 보다 발전적인 AI 윤리와 규제지침 항목 설정과 평가 방안연구에 기초 선행연구 자료로 기여될 수 있을 것이다.

The environment of Information and Telecommunication industry has rapidly changed. This is leading the growth of the world economy. Because of the characteristic of the information and communication, the standardization plays a important role in this market. The company that owns the standardization in its industry has dominant power like Microsoft in personal computer software, and Qualcomm in digital cellular phone system. Therefore, to take advantage of this standardization power, it is important to find which technology will be set up as a new standard. This paper presents how to capitalize the standardization as a market strategy. To perform this strategy, we take two steps. The first step is to strategically choose the most important technology or service which would lead the information and telecommunication market. We used modified AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to set the priorities among the various standard related technologies and services, We interviewed with the information and telecommunication experts to find out some criteria and the weights of them. The second step is to select the standard to realize the technology. Actually, this is very hard to decide which technology we should select, because there are lots of alternative standards to develop the technology. In this step, we use a strategic framework for choosing the standard. This framework provides how the research institution and company do to get a maximum benefit from the standardization strategy, Finally, we applied these to Korea's situation simply in order to show how to take advantage of the framework.
