  • 최근 정밀농업기술의 중요성이 인식되면서 점살포, 직접살포, 또는 방제목표물의 크기에 따른 분무량 조절 등의 기술이 개발되고 있으나 모든 기술이 분무량 조절에만 치중되어 있다. 일반적인 수압식 노즐의 경우에 분무압을 이용하여 분무량을 제어하면 분무입자의 크기가 적정 이외의 크기로 살포되어 효율적인 방제효과를 얻기가 어렵다. 하나의 제어인자 즉 분무압만을 이용하여 두 가지의 특성 즉 분무량과 분무입자의 크기를 조절하는 것은 이론적으로 불가능하다 정밀방제에 있어 분무입경과 분무량을 독립적으로 조절할 수 있으려면 두 가지 제어인자를 가진 노즐을 이용해야만 가능하며 이러한 범주에 속하는 노즐로는 원심노즐과 이류체노즐, 정전화노즐 등이 있다. VOC Emissions from Automotive Painting and Their Control: A Review

  • During automotive painting, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) associated with the paint solvents are emitted to the atmosphere. Most VOC emissions come from spraying operations via the use of solvent-based paints, as the spraybooth air picks up gaseous solvent compounds and overspray paint materials. The VOCs consist of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, alcohols, and glycolethers. Most VOCs (some hydrophilic VOCs are captured and retained in the water.) are captured by an adsorption system and thermally oxidized. In this paper, the processes involved in automotive painting and in VOC control are reviewed. The topics include: painting operations (briefly), the nature of VOCs, VOC-control processes (adsorption, absorption, biological removal, and thermal oxidation) and energy recovery from VOCs using a fuel reformer and a fuel cell, and the beneficial use of paint sludge.

  • While considering the current scenario, in this world power demand goes on increases day by day. Frequent power outages occur in high voltage transmission line due to the deprived performance of polluted insulators; this affects overall operation of power system and may indirectly impinge on the growth of production sector. Many researchers are keenly taking efforts to provide highly reliable and stable power to neediest. In this paper, A.C pollution flashover performance of disc type glass insulator and composite long rod insulators investigation under various artificial pollutions by varying Equivalent Salt Density Deposition (ESDD) levels. Here, we use different types of pollution methods like binding method, dipping method and spraying methods with different types of pollutants concentration. Based on dimensional analysis, four different Mathematical models have been developed to predict the A.C pollution Flashover Voltage (FOV) of insulators. Both the experimental and mathematically modeled results are compared; it's observed that mathematical model 3 yields better results.

  • 본 연구는 축산농장을 출입하는 차량을 소독하여 가축전염병 발생을 예방하기 위하여 수행 되었으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가 축사진출입 차량소독기는 차량의 폭에 따라 약액살포 붐대가 이동하여 일정한 간격에서 약액을 살포하도록 제작하였다. 나. 붐대의 각도를 차량출입 반대방향으로 0$^{\circ}$, 15$^{\circ}$, 30$^{\circ}$로 살포각도가 변화하였을 때 살포 각이 커질수록 후면에 약액이 고르게 피복되었다. 다. 살포압력 10kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$, 20kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ 이었을 때 약액피복면적비가 75%-95%로 차량 전체에 고르게 피복 되었다. 라. 본 시작기의 소독소요시간은 차량 한대당 0.0042시간으로 관행 0.0083시간에 비하여 50% 감소하였고 소요비용도 455원으로 관행의 1,099원에 비하여 59% 절감효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • It is an important research area in Integrated Pest Management System to estimate the pest density within plants, because the artificial controls such as spraying pesticides or biological enemies depend on the information of pest density. This paper studies the population density distribution of two-spotted spider mite in glasshouse roses. As the data were collected repeatedly on the same subject, Subject-Specific and Population Averaged approaches are used and compared.

  • A new interface for coupling CIEF and MS using a four-way cross has been developed in a single mechanical system. This new interface could be operated without the electric discontinuity and reinstallation of lines. Additionally, a bare fused silica capillary was facilitated as a spray needle to produce electrospray and to guide catholyte or sheath liquid. Focusing for CIEF was completed in a hanging droplet at the end of spray needle. This capillary spray needle also provided stable spray, enhanced the ionization efficiency and increased sensitivity. Results with carbonic anhydrase I showed that focusing and spraying were well completed with the new interface and the new spray needle.

  • Eu(III)-doped Y2O3 nanorods were deposited onto a Si substrate using electrostatic spray system. The photoluminescence imaging profiles were compared between the electrospray film and powder form. Using electrostatic spraying technique is very advantageous to generate a uniform monolayer film without much clustering of nanorods. Strong emission peaks were observed between 580 and 730 nm in response to an indirect excitation transition. Our results indicate that the electrospray technique could be very useful for generating thin films for displays and sensors.

  • Molten Carbonate Fuel cell is a promising new type electric power generation system which can achieve high efficiency, lower matrrial cost and high operating temperature Making internal reforming possible. Although the development of the MCEC is progressing rapidly toward commercialization, two important tchological problems such as dissolution of NiO cathode and not corrosion of metallic separator plate must be resolved. Because MCFC is operated at $650^{\circ}C$ and the electrolyte is very corrosive, corrosion-resistance of separator plated against oxidation abd molten carbonate is required. Al-coating on separator material for corrosion-resistance was carried out by painting, thermal spraying. hot dipping and vacuum vapour deposition. The corrosion of Al-coated STS 316S and 316L in molten carbonate at $700^{\circ}C$was studied. Vacuum vapour deposition and thermal spraing for Al-coating on STS 310S and 316L were the most effective methods for protecting thestainless steel corrosion in molten carbonate.

  • 본 연구에서는 DGPS와 칼라 CCD 카메라를 이용한 잡초의 검출을 위한 영상처리 시스템과 분무시스템을 개발하고 통합하여 정밀 방제 시스템을 개발하였다. 방제 요구부위에 실제 정밀한 살포를 위해 펌프, 노즐 및 레귤레이터로 구성된 장치를 구성하고 컨트롤러를 제작 통합하여 분무 시스템을 개발하였다. 개별 노즐별로 ON/OFF에 의한 변량 살포가 가능하도록 각 노즐별로 레귤레이터를 장착하였다. 정밀 방제용 이동식 차량을 제작하고 노즐별로 ON-OFF 제어가 가능한 살포장치를 부착하였으며, 알고리즘을 통합하여 정밀방제 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 시스템은 영상 획득 $\longrightarrow$ DGPS 좌표 획득 $\longrightarrow$ 자이로 컴파스 데이터 획득 $\longrightarrow$ 데이터베이스로부터 작물의 위치정보 획득 $\longrightarrow$ 영상처리를 이용한 방제요구부위 검출 $\longrightarrow$ 노즐별 개별 방제 작업이 순서적으로 반복해서 진행되었다. 완성된 시스템의 성능 및 안정성을 평가하기 위해서 서울대학교 부속 과수원에서 무를 대상으로 개발된 시스템을 검증하였다. 개발된 시스템은 RS-232C 통신을 이용하여 데이터의 전송을 수행할 수 있었으며, 순차적인 진행이 가능하도록 통합 프로그램을 제작하였으며, 검증 결과 정밀방제의 가능성을 보였다.

The Analysis of Herbicide Penetration with Spray Deposit Characteristics on Plant Leaves (잎 표면의 분무입자 부착특성에 따른 제초제 침투성 분석)

  • The herbicide penetration on weed leaves was spatially analyzed by using chlorophyll fluorescent emission and machine vision technique. Velvetleaf and metribuzin were used as experimental materials in the study. The herbicide spray images were obtained by a combinaton of a fluorescent dye and a UV lighting system. The herbicide penetration was analyzed by means of detecting chlorophyll fluorescent emission under blue-green lighting. According to the experiment results, the number and the size of spray droplets decreased with coverage increasing. The herbicide penetrated mainly along leaf veins and the time for complete penetration over the whole leaf was approximately 100 minutes after herbicide spraying. When the coverage of herbicide droplets on the surface of leaves increased, the speed of herbicide penetration also increased. This study suggested a way of characerizing herbicide spatial penetration and distribution in leaves.
