The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of ankle flexibility, gender, and Q-angle on the ankle joint injury factors during one leg drop landing. For this study, 16 males(age: 20.19±1.78 years, mass: 69.54±10.12 kg, height: 173.22±4.43 cm) and 16 females(age: 21.05±1.53 years, mass: 61.75±6.97 kg, height: 159.34±4.56 cm) in their 20's majoring in physical education using the right foot as their dominant feet were selected as subjects. First, an independent t-test of joint motion and joint moment according to the experience of ankle injury was conducted to determine the effect of physical characteristics on ankle joint injury during one leg drop landing(α = .05). Second, the variable that showed a significant difference through t-test was set as the dependent variable, and the ankle flexibility, gender difference, and Q-angle were designated as independent variables to use Multiple Linear Regression(α =. 05). As a result of this study, it was found that the group that experienced an ankle joint injury was found to use a landing strategy and technique through adduction of the ankle joint and internal rotation of the knee joint, unlike the group without an injury. It was also confirmed that this movement increases the extension moment of the ankle joint and decreases the extension moment of the hip joint. In particular, it was found that the dorsi flexion flexibility of the ankle affects the ankle and knee landing strategy, and the gender difference affects the ankle extension moment. Therefore, it was confirmed that physical characteristics factors affecting ankle joint injuries during one leg drop landing.
In this study, the problems In the current HDTV programming strategies were critically inquired into and reform measures were sought through in-depth interview with HDTV programming staff and program directors of the three major terrestrial broadcasting systems that are in their fourth year of HDTV broadcasting, and through analysis of the characteristics of HDTV programming. The analysis of this study showed that the time allocated to HDTV programs far exceeded the thirteen hours per week set by the Korean Broadcasting Commission. However, the percentage of HDTV programs broadcasted during the prime time was low, which as a result, limited the opportunity for the audiences to experience HDTV. furthermore, the low percentage of programs such as documentaries, sports, movies, etc. that are preferred by early adopters and through which the features of HDTV including high quality of picture, wide screen, etc. can be fully applied and shown did not appear to help in accelerating the popularization of HDTV In order to improve these problems, despite their having to bear the initial production costs, the broadcasting systems must come up with an aggressive strategies for the programming of documentaries, sports programs and dramas in order to strengthen the competitiveness in HDTV production and secure future adopters, and together with this, full support from the policy planning authorities and companies manufacturing electric home appliances, the other leaders in DTTB(Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting) transition, are necessary in order to promote the production of HD contents.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of static recovery and dynamic recovery methods on heart rate, blood lactic acid concentration, and blood glucose during recovery after walking at the speed of 80bpm and 130+30bpm upon trekking of forest slopes in Taejo Mountain in Cheonan. 9 men in their 20s and 30s who had no abnormality in walking was subject to this experience. The result of through static recovery and dynamic recovery methods while trekking at the speed of 80bpm and 130+30bpm were analyzed by two-way repeated ANOVA. When there was a significant difference, the repeated method of contrast was applied to compare and analyze. The heart rate at 80bpm condition was significantly different depending on the method(p=.008) and time(p=.000) and there was no significant difference in blood lactic acid concentration for the recovery method(p=.401), but there was a significant difference depending on the time(p=.000). Blood glucose did not show significant difference according to the recovery method(p=.093), and there was significant difference depending on the time of static recovery method(p=.002). The heart rate in 130bpm + 30bpm condition was significantly different depending on to the method(p=.002) and time(p=.000), blood lactic acid concentration was significantly different depending on the method(p=.001) and time(p=.000), and blood glucose concentration was not significantly different between the time(p=090) and the method(p=.721).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of maximum and endurance resistance exercises on total work, blood viscosity, and erythrocyte volume ratio. The study subjects were selected as 15 men in their twenties with 12 months or more of resistance exercise experience, and the bench press 1RM was measured before the experiment, and the experiment for each condition was cross-allocated at intervals of one week, and the maximum repetition was performed in 6 sets. As a result, the total amount of exercise showed that the muscular endurance strength was higher than that of the maximum muscular strength (p<.001), and the blood viscosity and erythrocyte volume ratio were higher after exercise than before (p<.01) regardless of the total exercise amount. In summary, it was found that blood viscosity was not affected by exercise intensity and amount of exercise, and increased with one-time resistance exercise. This is clinically significant in constructing a resistance exercise program, and it is considered to be a reference material in creating an exercise program for clinical patients related to vascular disease.

This study was conducted with 50 elderly people each (5) participating in the cognitive rehabilitation treatment program at the Dementia Care Center in D City to derive the development direction and contents of a multidimensional therapeutic recreation program and a revitalization plan through analysis of the current status and actual conditions of the cognitive rehabilitation program at the Dementia Care Center. aperture) was selected, and 9 people were selected as the subject of expert group opinion collection. The collected data was SPSS ver. Using the 18.0 statistical program, descriptive statistics and the importance and priority of each component were analyzed by hierarchical structure analysis. First, unlike the needs of users, the cognitive rehabilitation support programs currently being provided are not sufficient and require considerable experience. It was found to be low, and the areas for improvement were the expansion of care and protection facilities and the development of various programs to meet the needs of users. Second, the importance and priority of each component of therapeutic recreation were categorized into 6 major categories: exercise therapy , middle category (16 items) behavior-centered approach to exercise therapy, small category (47 items) strength and brain gymnastics, and silver health gymnastics were the highest. This result shows that a multidimensional program plan that considers the priorities of each area must be made when developing a therapeutic recreation program.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Temporomandibular joint Balance Appliance for Golf (TBA-G) of Functional Cerebrospinal Therapy (FCST) on golf driver head speed and back muscle power. Methods: Twenty-one participants that had a golf career of 4 years or more were involved. We measured golf drive head speed and back muscular strength before and after applying TBA-G in the mouth. A paired t test or Wilcoxon singed rank test was performed to identify the difference of effect between before and after applying TBA-G, using IBM SPSS 19.0. We considered difference significant at P<0.05. Results: Driver head speed increased significantly by 2 mph (1.99%) after applying TBA-G [from $100.52{\pm}9.82$ mph ($mean{\pm}SD$) to $102.52{\pm}10.43$ mph, P<0.001]. Back muscular strength also increased by 7.28 kg (5.60%) [from $129.90{\pm}28.31$ kg to $137.18{\pm}28.81$ kg, P<0.001]. In stratification analysis, a more significant increase was found in the drive head speed and back muscular strength of groups of males with weight more than 69kg, with height more than 175cm, and with golf experience more than 7 years, compared to those of other groups. Conclusions: The results suggest that TBA-G could improve golf drive head speed and back muscular strength.

The effects of a nutritional education program for first grade middle school students were evaluated from August to December, 2006. The study subjects were 82 boys and 90 girls, residing in Gwangju, Korea. To assess the effects of the nutritional education program, pre- and post-questionnaires examining nutritional knowledge, dietary attitudes, and dietary habits were developed. Paired t-test and repeated measures ANOVA were used to evaluate the effects of the nutritional education program. In the general subject, the main after-school activities were studying, watching TV, and using computer (85.5%), and sports (9.3%), suggesting their low physical activity. Parents (46.5%) were indicated as the source of nutritional education rather than teachers (13.4%). Twenty-five percent of girl students had diet experience of skipping meals (54.6%), suggesting the need of proper nutritional education for adolescents' health care. In dietary attitudes, both genders showed some improvement of recognition after education. In the changes in dietary habits, both genders had a significant effect on 'three meals a day, eating breakfast, and regular meal' after education. After education, the rate of having breakfast everyday increased from 52.4% to 65.9% for boys and from 33.3%to 57.8% for girls. In the changes in nutritional knowledge, the appreciation of the importance of school meals increased in both genders from 50.6% to 80.8% after education. The nutritional knowledge, scores of regular eating and well-mannered eating increased in both genders regardless of the students' characteristics. The study results revealed that this education provided an important motivation to improve basic nutritional knowledge and dietary habit. It is recommended to develop systematic and various educational programs and learning materials tailored to subjects before nutritional education.
