Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. Korea railroad industry has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, Korea railroad industry has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Employs take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Employs' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

The goal of this paper is improvement of vision inspection accuracy by using histogram specification operation. The histogram is composed of horizontal axis of image intensity value and vertical axis of pixel number in image. In appearance vision inspection, the histogram of reference image and input image are different because of minutely lighting distinction. The minutely lighting distinction is main reason of vision inspection error in many cases. Therefore we made an effort for elevation of vision inspection accuracy by making the identical histogram of reference image and input image. As a result of this area separation histogram specification algorithm, we could increase the exactness of vision inspection and prevent system error from physical and spirit condition of human. Also this system has been developed only using PC, CCD Camera and Visual C++ for universal workplace.

JebyeongwonhuronㆍYobaebyeonjehu is well organized and detailed is stated of classification and cause, mechanism of lumbago. That is divided into nine classes according to cause and symptoms of lumbago and described those respectively. Although there is some different, classification of lumbago after ages is based on this method in the main. The outbreak mechanism of lumbago can be stated that wicked germ invade into the body in condition that spirit and energy, especially the kidney energy is poor through various reason. That is stressed on interior factors. In the relation to organs, it is inferred that outbreak of lumbago have connection with the kidney deeply.

The reason that we are familiar with fashion from the 1950s is because of the work such as New Look done by a french fashion designer, Christian Dior who had taken on an almost mythical significance by his name. Moreover, in the sense of popularity, the appearance of Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn, two typical Hollywood actresses who each has directly-opposed image, is the symbol of youthful America of the 1950s and represents the remarkable start of the American fashion. Still, these days designers and mass medias recall the fashion from the 50s remaking and parodying it to suit public's taste. Being due to the World War II, Europe suffered not only the loss of its national tradition and reputation but also got a fatal blow politically and economically. On the other hand, the United States of America occupied a primary position in the world and outstandingly became the most powerful country. The American fashion of the 1950s represents youth and newness and rejects outdated and outmoded style. In this period, appears the indication which announces previously the youth culture. Poodle skirt is the fashion item that acquired popularity among young american women and girls in the late 1950s. In effect, it is the fashion as American as apple pie. A costly A-line skirt had been transformed into a cheap felt skirt. Instead of a real poodle dog which was carried by French women like an accessory, they embroidered a poodle dog on the lower edge of their skirt. As deriding the snobbish gait, they swayed themselves frantically to the rhythm of Rock n' Roll which swept those days. This was an attitude of young Americans against the existing trend of Europe. Poodle skirt showed the free spirit and intention of young people unbound to custom and established vogue. In addition, in the aspect of comprising the American spirit of independent, pioneer, and subjective American people, it goes beyond the bounds of common concept of fad. Poodle skirt is an unique symbol of the 1950s' American fashion which prognosticates the advent of the United States and the success in modern fashion world which was changing after 1950s.

A house in the traditional Korean living had a shape without shape containing all the acts, emotions, and reason of a human being and was an integrated whole creating a life by involving in all the diverse acts. In this vein, a good house for the Asian people should emotion to make the residents healthy rather than comfortable and have its own life constantly changing, exercising, and creating and circulating ch'i(氣). This study presents a house design plan with the focus on the circulation of ch'i(氣) in order to create a space for a healthy body and free spirit. By approaching ch'i from the two aspects of spirit and body, the ways were examined to make a house be full of ch'i and breathe itself as if it were alive along with humans. And the case of Jungam's design process was illustrated.

This study inferred the symbolism of shaman's costume in China from shamanism and types of shaman's costume in Naje, Deokgang-hyun, Guiju-seong, China through field survey. Shamanism in China has complicated aspects due to negotiations with other culture for a long time while maintaining its own consistency based on ethnicity. Symbolism of shaman's costume in Naje, Guiju-seong, China is observed as follows. First, the shaman's costume in China appears differently from every Jangcha in relation to the position of god appearing in Jangcha when Tolosa takes the position of god as a symbol of sex and god. In Naje of China, the most important shaman's costume indicating the position of god has a unique mask for every deity. It communicates that Tolosa wearing a costume appropriate for the god of wine shall become the god in that Jangcha. Second, the shaman's costume in China has something to do with Yin-Yang and the five elements theory of Taoism as a symbol of shamanism visio of the universe and system of reason. Most of Tolosas hosting Naje are men but dress up as women by wearing Nagun looking like a skirt. Nagun is usually red, the color of Yang, which symbolizes that by wearing such costume that takes color of Yang, Tolosa expels an ominous thing by balancing yin and yang and taking god's strong power. Third, Tolosa takes an eight-breadth Nagun, as a symbol of people. An eight-breadth worn by Tolosa in Naje strengthens the spirit of union and fight of the Tujia nationality who live in Deokgang-hyun, Guiju-seong through folk legends. In this course, a symbolic meaning of the national spirit has been provided on an eight-breadth Nagun, a shaman's costume.

Operation Chromite was the first combined landing operation executed by ROK marine corp's and allied forces on Sept 15, 1950. Its historical significance is that it provided Korea with an opportunity to retake capital city Seoul because it helped to fight back from Nakdong river defense Front. During the landing, ROK marine corp's was highly praised from US commanders that "No any defect was found from ROK marine corp's perfect battle performance." and ROK marine corp's spirit of sacrifice with serving our country presented a grant spectacle to all over the world. In these days, the reason why ROK marine corp's gains trust and has grow successfully as national army force is that it prepares national emergency though strong training during peacetime. However, bad tradition like beating and harsh treatment must be fixed. ROK marine corp's should improve and take over the hard earned tradition from former marines and do our best to be trusted from people.

Korea has a dark age in terms of culture in the last 20th century. Korea had been struggling between the Great Powers of the world in the imperialism and had sacrifice to keep our own culture itself. Japanese imperialist's a invasion, culture liquidation by Japan, Independence from Japan, Korean war and Influence by US are major bitter historical affair after close of Chosun Dynasty in the process of modernization. Therefore Korea couldn't stay in the center of world cultural core parts and was degraded as cultural consumption country which was provided oversea culture by other countries. Then Korea couldn't develop our unique traditional idea and culture. In the meantime there are both extreme phenomena; one is expulsion of other cultures absolutely and the other is only following western culture unconditionally like trimming policy in the end of colony age. These discreet and unfiltered western culture had been influenced Korea culture over the wide range strongly and resulted in cultural colony situation to produce western imitation culture without philosophy and traditional spirit. Even though Korea has met opportunity in the culture, we called "Han Trend", no formation of own culture is main reason for psychological panic. Korea furniture design is one of parts of lost of tradition culture and typical parts in reproducing western imitation culture. As a result furniture industry's major reason for loss value as exporting industry compared to other industries result in most of the furniture products without our unique identity. This situation become more deepen unfortunately. This report would like to suggest the direction of design with global competition capability and cultural identity to boost Korean furniture design industry by comparing, analyzing and speculating between design of Chosun dynasty and philosophy of modernism in western.

The humans has tried to investigate the fundamental relationship of all phenomena through the eyes. In oriental medicine, inspection is a one way of diagnosing by observing outer shape of patients. Physiognomy is the study which infers characteristics, constitutions, predestinations of one man from his appearance. In other words, the study is about how inner spirit is expressed in the appearance and how we could understand the inner side from appearance. According to it, shapes, proportions and balances of human appearance also reflect the unrecognized characteristics of human. Esthetical beauty is product of seeing, it is considered with judgment of human just like beauty or ugliness, right or wrong, good and bad. In the east, they consider that the beauty is balance of nature, and that balance and harmony is important at human's face. For such a reason, the highest beauty has ideal as agreement ethical and aesthetic level through the harmony of ethical and physical beauty. And Physiognomy and inspection are the same as it.

The public library and micro-library as institutions of social education have been greatly developed under the influence of the library law enacted 011 Octob~r 28,1963 and the micro-library movement begun in 1961. However, they have still yet many problems to solve in order to accomplish their purpose effectively. As compared with the staff and library materials, buildings are 1norc. than a match for the others. Although many facilities are not complete enough to serve the public, people do not make the best of the facilities in both the public libraries and micro-libraries. The cause of such a result ~vould be taken from a reason that the founders of the libraries could not concentrate their intcrest on the staff and materials, for they were bent on the establishment of external facilities of the libraries. The poorer materials and facilities are, the more effort a2d better quality of the staff are required for their best utilization. As it is the information center of the community, the management of a library should be scientific and reasmable. In addition, librarians have to do their best to serve the public with the spirit of Christianity under the more active suppxt of the government. Finally, institutions of social education in this comn~unityin cluding public libraries and micro-libraries might establish a mutual cooperative organization for more effective library service.
