신경망을 이용한 직류 스텝모터의 속도제어 (Speed Control of DC Step Motor using Neural Networks)

  • The present DC Motor or STEP Motor have been used in electronic work and products. There are many papers that let those Motor improved more conveniently in controlling and measuring those than before. By controlling and measuring those, the convenience of users and the functions of products can be improved. In addition, the responding speed of whole system can be increased by improving it of controlling and measuring. Therefore it is necessary that we develop motor motion application. Because of this necessity, neural networks was used to improve the responding speed of controlling and measuring, and a new application was developed for the convenience of users. This paper showed that efficiency of controlling methodology by neural-network is superior to others in correctness and speed. We are intend to verify its practical usefulness though experimentations.

  • The present DC Motor or STEP Motor have been used in electronic work or products. The Effects of Agents' Competing Interests on Corporate Cash Policy and Cash Holdings Adjustment Speed: The Distribution and Service Industries

  • Purpose: Controlling and minority shareholders sometimes have conflicting interests. Controlling shareholders who do not have adequate monitoring can exhibit a strong tendency to maximize their personal wealth. In this case, cash holdings can be the easiest means for them to pursue their personal interests. This study examined whether the largest shareholder's ownership proportion affected the speed at which firms adjust their cash holdings to target levels in Korean distribution and service companies. Research design, data, and methodology: The study uses regression analysis to examine 834 firm-year samples listed on the KOSPI between 2013 and 2018 in the distribution and service sectors. Results: The largest shareholder's ownership is positively related to a firm's cash holdings adjustment speed. That is, the larger the largest shareholder's ownership, the faster the firm adjusts its cash holdings to achieve the target level. Conclusions: This study contributes to the literature by providing evidence that the cash holdings adjustment speed in Korean service and distribution companies is affected by the largest shareholder's ownership. As the agency problem between controlling and minority shareholders in Korea is a major issue, minority owners' sensitivity to agency costs may help restrict controlling owners' ability to maximize their personal wealth.

  • Machine of textiles let off is equipment supplying constantly fabrics. Nowdays, as it is replaced band - brake type with hydraulic motor driven type, we looked into characteristic of hydraulic solenoid pilot direction valve(SPDV) for controlling acceleration performance of hydraulic motor. This study deals with controlling the initial speed of textiles let off machine. Finally, to control the initial speed of hydraulic motor, we controlled the adjustment screw of SPDV by a hand. Test which was carried out in the laboratory shows that initial speed of textiles let off could be improved by controlling adjustment screw of SPDV. Also, the results of experiment work were compared with dynamic characteristic of other on/off solenoid direction valve(SDV).

고속전자밸브를 이용한 유압전동장치의 속도 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on Speed Control of Hydrostatic Transmission Using High Speed Solenoid Valve)

  • This study deals with controlling the speed of Hydrostatic Transmission (HST) system throuth the control of pumping stroke of positive displacement pump using high-speed solenoid valve controlled by digital closed loop PWM method. The method which was done in this study is as follows: First, we modified original positive displacement pump and designed pumping stroke control system of HST by using the high-speed solenoid valve. Second, after experimenting static and dynamic characteristics on each signal flow, we identified system parameter of approximated model. Finally, to control the speed of HST, we controlled the angle of the swash plate of positive displacement pump by controlling the pressure in the control cylinder chamber. Test which was carried out in the laboratory shows that transient and steady state response could be improved by PID controller.

  • This paper addresses a GIS (Geographic Information System) based system in order to reduce the rate of public transportation accidents occurring in Iranian roads network. Over the years, the road accidents are a major issue throughout the world. Today, particular consideration is given to those technologies which can lead to diminish on the number of critical incidents. One of the main factors resulting in accidents and fatalities rates growth is the speed violation of buses in Iranian road network. The conventional speed controlling approach in Iran based on the Tachograph which records vehicle's speed, time, and stoppage in the mechanical processing has many problems. Hence, this research is intended to design and implement a GIS-based system to manage road accident of Bus transportation system using offline tracking system. This was accomplished using a GIS-based technique that encompasses three steps. The first step is developing a GIS-based accident system. The second step includes designing and applying a tracking system inside 90 buses for recording Bus information for speed controlling. Lastly, by using mentioned system in police center, the illegal drivers' punishment would be considered properly. Overall, this system has been successfully applied in this work. Therefore, the police and transportation office are able to control and make policy to diminish the number of accident. It is anticipated that online tracking system through the Web GIS would be utilized In this system in the near future.

유압시스템의 극저속 속도제어를 위한 퍼지논리 제어기의 설계 (The Design of the Fuzzy Logic Controller for Controlling the Speed in the Zero-Crossing Speed Region of a Hydraulic System)

  • 인버터를 적용한 유압시스템은 펌프의 마찰과 실린더 패킹 및 탑승 카와 레일의 마찰특성으로 인하여 PID 제어기로는 제어가 되지 않는 데드존이 생기게 된다. 본 논문에서는, 우선 유압시스템으로 구동되는 엘리베이터의 극저속 속도영역(zero-crossing)에서 속도가 제어되지 않는 원인이 되는 실린더의 마찰특성을 고찰하고, 이러한 실린더의 마찰특성으로 인하여 기존의 PID 속도제어기로 제어시 발생되는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 줌잉 퍼지룰을 포함한 퍼지제어기를 설계한다. 제안된 하이브리드 퍼지제어기는 정속주행구간에서는 PID제어기를 적용하고 PID제어기로 제어되지 않는 극저속 속도구간에서는 퍼지제어기를 적용하여 유압식 엘레베이터가 실린더의 마찰특성으로 인하여 극저속 속도영역에서 속도가 제어되지 않는 문제를 해결하고, 극저속 영역에서 뿐 아니라 정상상태를 포함한 전 운전영역에서의 제어성능이 우수함을 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 보인다.

2개의 가변속 제어모멘트자이로를 이용한 인공위성의 자세제어 (Attitude Control of Spacecraft by Two Variable-Speed Control Moment Gyros)

  • For the attitude control of spacecraft, two variable-speed control moment gyros are proposed as main actuators in the article. Since a variable-speed control moment gyro (VSCMG) makes two control torques (gyroscopic torque and reaction torque), two VSCMGs are sufficient for controlling 3-axes attitude. Additionally, there are no singular conditions for two non-parallel VSCMGs. Since gyroscopic torque is usually much greater than reaction torque, the control performances of approximately 3 axes may not be the same. However, several missions can be accomplished by controlling two axes. For such missions, a selective axes control method is proposed. The method selects two axes for a certain task and controls the attitude of the selected axes. For the remaining axis, angular speed is controlled for stabilization. A hardware-in-the-loop simulation has been used to test VSCMG modules and to verify the proposed method. Two VSCMGs can be alternative actuators for small satellites.

직류 Chopper방식에 의한 직류자격자식 전동기 특성에 대하여 (Controlling Characteristics of a Self-Excited D.C Moter Driven by a Thyristor Chopper)

  • The main focus of this paper is the analysis on the controlling characteristics of self-excited D.C. motor driven by thyristor chopper. The controlling characteristics of short shunt compound motor driven by poly phase multiple thyristor chopper is better than that of driven by single phase thyristor chopper. And we got the following conclusions. A. Motor current capacity could be increased by the multiplicity n increase. B. Speed-torque characteristics is linear and adquate for constant Horsepower motor. C. Maximum current Riple ratio is proportional to almost inverse m$^{2}$. Also here shows the stable conditions and semiconducterlize datas for controlling the self-excited D.C. motor driven by thyristor chopper.

Robust Active Noise Controller with Hybrid Adaptive Nonlinear Compensator

  • In this paper, the new robust active noise controller was proposed to be applied for attenuating the noises when the nonlinear distortion in the secondary path exists. Through computer simulations as well as the analytical analysis, it could be shown that it is possible for both conventional LMS controller and proposed controller, to be applied for actively controlling the noises and linearizing the nonlinear distortion in the secondary path. Also, the simulations results demonstrated that the proposed controller may have faster convergence speed and better capability of controlling the noises and compensating the nonlinear distortion than the conventional LMS controller.
