Globally, U-health services have been increased according to the increase in interests on health managing and the development of information communication technology (ICT) based on increases in advanced ages and chronic disease. Exiting U-health services provide required services and health information monitoring only through counsels and that represent limitations in preventing and managing cardiovascular disease patients like chronic patients. In this paper, we propose of U-health platform based health management service model using context information. In our service model can provide health monitoring, diet, and exercise service using context information of clinical information and wether in U-health platform environment. Service to offer is the specialized service using external content provider of DB. in addition to, doctor can to provide advice information to patient using monitoring service. The proposed service model provides effective services using context information in U-health platform environments to customers and that will improve the health of chronic patients.

Life log started with the simple purpose of recording or sharing mainly data regarding one's personal life, but with the introduction of advanced specialized analytic methods by many corporations, a new type of business based on the life log recently emerged, with an aim of improving the quality of people's personal lives. In spite of the indispensable advantages, however, personal health lifelog service brings critical challenges that cannot be avoided from user side if the security of the data is concerned. The problem of user's privacy infringement and leaking user's sensitive medical information is increasing with the revitalization of personal health lifelog services. In this paper, we propose an information security reference model for the personal health lifelog services. Our proposal can contribute to increase the related industry to cultivate new market by suggesting the clear announcement of the guidelines using privacy protection reference model for user-specific healthcare services which uses personal lifelog.

Background: Over the last few decades, because hospitals in South Korea also have undergone dramatic changes, Korean hospitals traditionally have provided specialized health care services in the health care market. Inner Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (IHI) measures hospital caseloads based on patient proportions, independent of patient volumes. However, IHI that rely solely on patient proportions might be problematic for larger hospitals that provide a high number of diagnosis categories, as the patient proportions in each category are naturally relatively smaller in such hospitals. Therefore, recently developed novel measure, category medical specialization (CMS) is based on patient volumes as well as patient proportions. Methods: We examine the distribution of hospital specialization score by hospital size and investigate association between each hospital specialization and length of stay per case and hospital cost per case using Korean National Health Insurance Service-cohort sample data from 2002 to 2013. Results: Our results show that IHI show a decreasing trend according to the number of beds and hospital type but CMS show an increasing trend according to the number of beds and hospital type. Further, inpatients admitted at hospitals with higher IHI and CMS had a shorter length of stay per case (IHI: B=-0.104, p<0.0001; CMS: B=-0.044, p=0.001) and inpatients admitted at hospitals with higher IHI and CMS had a shorter hospital cost per case (IHI: B=-0.110, p=0.002; CMS: B=-0.118, p=<0.0001). Conclusion: This study may help hospital policymakers and hospital administrators to understand the effects of hospital specialization strategy on hospital performance under recent changes in the Korean health care environment.

In this study, various usage patterns were analyzed after establishing a data mart for micro mobility analysis based on the rental history of public bicycles in Seoul. Rental history data is origin-destination data that includes the rental location and time, and the return location and time. About 1500 rental locations were classified according to the characteristics of the location to create a 'station type' dimension. We also created a 'path type' dimension that displays whether the rental location and return location are the same. In addition, a derived variable called speed, which is obtained by dividing the distance used by the time used, is added, and through this, the characteristics of the riding area and the reason for the rental can be estimated. Meanwhile, administrative district link, administrative neighborhood link, and station type link were created to apply network analysis. Through this analysis, the roles and proportions of administrative districts, public facilities, and private facilities engaged in micro-mobility services were visualized. 49.9% of rentals occur at rental offices near transportation facilities, and half of them occur at rental offices near subway stations. The number of rentals during the evening rush hour is more than double that of the morning rush hour. When the path type is unidirectional, there is a fixed destination, so the distance and time used are short, and the movement speed tends to be high. In the case of round-trip, the purpose of use is exercise or leisure, so the distance and time used are long, and the movement speed is slow. It is expected that the results of the analysis can be used as reference materials for selecting new rental locations, providing convenient services for users, and developing user-specialized products.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between geriatric caregivers and older adults in urban-rural complex communities. The ultimate goal was to design local community educational programs and policies to enhance communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and improve the quality of care services for older adults. Methods: To identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between elderly caregivers and older adults, a survey titled "CCEP: Assessment of Communication Status between Elderly Care Service Providers and Recipients" was conducted from February to July 2020, focusing on rural-urban complex areas. The survey was administered based on providers of elderly healthcare services. The survey targeted 131 respondents involved in providing care services for older adults. The dependent variable of this study was the communication satisfaction reported by elderly caregivers in their interactions with the elderly. The independent variables included perceptions of older adults, factors associated with communication difficulties, and communication efforts. Additionally, gender, working environment, working experience, and the proportion of face-to-face interactions with older adults during caregiving were controlled for the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results: The analysis revealed that communication efforts with older adults significantly influenced communication satisfaction (β=.09, p<0.01). However, perceptions of the elderly and communication hindrance factors did not have a significant impact on communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers. Conclusion: Effective communication between geriatric caregivers and older adults is crucial for identifying and meeting the needs and demands of caregiving services, and it plays a vital role in overall caregiving service satisfaction. To enhance communication skills and satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and ensure the appropriate fulfillment of elderly care needs in the local community, the development of community-centered, specialized health communication programs and other initiatives will be necessary in the future.

Considering above, It might be efficient that medical disputes would be settled by the intervention, the agreement, and the administrative relief that reflect mediators' opinion, who have rich social experience as well as specialized knowledge. Therefore, KCA needs to strengthen its function of mediation and improve relevant systems to become an effective settlement institution. And although Oriental medicine disputes have mainly given ex post facto explanations so far, administrative efforts such as policy development or legislation should be made for the high quality of Oriental medical services offered because an efficient way saving social or economic costs caused by the dispute would be precautionary measures. The traditional Oriental medicine is featured with the lack of baseline examination, the uncertainty of medical mistakes, the difficulty in clarifying and proving facts, the hardship of injury conformation and causality because of the characteristics of Oriental medicine, and the relative lightness of physical damages. Actually, there has been few legal settlements in Oriental medical disputes since the compensation, itself, compared to the lawsuit cost, is relatively much lower without practical benefits.

Geomulticast is a specialized location-dependent multicasting technique, where messages are multicast to some specific user groups within a specifc zone. In this paper, we propose architectures and protocols for supporting geomulticast services in a cost effective way and with high message delivery accuracy in the challenging environment of mobile ad-hoc networks. Furthermore, we define and formulate a framework in order to evaluate the performance of the design alternatives used for the support of geomulticast services in mobile ad-hoc networks. Based on this framework, we evaluate the performance of the proposed architectures and protocols and we obtain some insight about the impact of the various design and operational parameters on the overall system performance.

In connection with medical care, designs have been developed by forming relationships, typically supporting Visual Communication Design, Product Design and Environment Design healthcare environment aesthetically pleasing and convenient. However, in recent designs, expertise has increased, new areas specialized are merged with various areas and academic disciplines and subdivided. In addition, due to the development of technology, the design has been continuously changing, creating a new form of model by fusing with various industries, academics and services. Recognizing the changes and developments of these designs, we are promoting research on utilization of design in medical services, we can create a new value by getting out of design that we have limitedly used in areas of traditional design I will try to know about developing into a design.

Recently, indoor locating using beacon has gained much attention as an indoor locating technology. This technology has been used for various indoor LBS(location-based services). However, there is a lack of research on LBS service specialized in university yet. In this paper, we designed and implemented a smart LBS system using beacon for campus and class guide in the university. This system provides for campus and class guide services based on the current specific location in the campus, This system can be improved as more precise becon technology is developed.
