세계 물 시장은 소수의 다국적 물 전문기업, 물 전문 회사의 출현, 금융 기업의 참여, 비 건설 기업의 물 시장 참여 등 다양한 주체가 참여하고 있으며, 각자 물 관련 벨류 체인의 강점 분야를 주축으로 사업 영역을 확대하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문은 이러한 해외 물 시장 진출을 희망하는 국내 비 건설 기업의 전략간 우선순위 도출 방법론으로 SWOT-ANP 연계 모델을 제시하고 그 결과를 AHP 모델과 실제 해당 기업의 사업 전개 내용과 비교 검증하였다. 본 모델은 SWOT 분석에 분석적 기능을 제공하고 SWOT 요소간 내부적 상호관계를 모델링하기 위한 ANP 방법론을 적용하였으며, 분석 결과 AHP로부터 도출된 전략간 우선순위와는 동일한 결과를 나타냈으나, 가중치의 변동이 발생하여 결과가 달라질 수 있는 개연성을 확인하였으며, 실제 기업의 사업 전개 내용과 매우 유사함을 알 수 있었다.

As ships become larger and construction of offshore plants increases recently, the amount of outsourcing has increased accordingly in the shipyard. Consequently, the system integration in terms of SCM (Supply Chain Management) of information and material flows has become much more important. Especially, since the SCM in the shipbuilding industry is operated in accordance with the production planning in connection with design, purchasing and production process which are the main components of the supply chain, the best production plan has to be established over the whole scheduling activities from the long-term planning to the short-term planning. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the SCM and the production planning system and suggests the need and the direction of APS (Advanced Planning System) development specialized in the supply chain management only for shipbuilding industry. Furthermore, propose a new SCP-Matrix (Supply Chain Planning Matrix), which is the basis of the APS development, appropriate for the shipbuilding industry and draw the core function of the APS module for the practical production plan.

The purpose of the study was to grasp problems through a basic survey of actual conditions of the Korean traditional costume industry and to grope a plan to settle the problems. The results were as follows. Operating Status: Rates of the companies' establishment were reduced in 2000s and their sales were also reduced. Status of Goods Development: Korean traditional costume manufacturers and Korean traditional costume textile fabric companies had the highest rate in non-trademark production. Korean traditional costume textile fabric companies and Korean traditional costume rental companies had high rate in self-design. However, Korean traditional costume manufacturers used textile companies' catalogue with the highest rate. Status of Demand and Supply in Human Resources: In human resources needing most, Korean traditional costume manufacturers were tailors, Korean traditional costume textile fBbric companies were salespersons and Korean traditional costume rental companies were designers. Status of Management and Marketing: Causes of difficulties in management were the market slump and the spreading of products made in China. They had a direct publicity through people around mainly. Therefore, it was urgently necessary to introduce special marketing methods. In an investment plan within three years in the future, about 70% did not have an investment plan. Opinions for Promotion of Korean traditional costume: In the government's support policy they wanted, construction of social atmosphere for Korean traditional costume-wearing and Korean traditional costume related educational support had the highest rate. Most of the companies answered that specialized Korean traditional costume agencies were necessary.

This research is written for offering an approach to activate the stagnated industry of the tourist farm through analysis of the current operational problems and situation on some existing tourist farm nominated as such by the authority. There will be some considerations from three different categories : local autonomous groups, tourist farm associations and farm owners. On the other hand, it is assumed that this research can also be utilized as a basic material for activating the tourist farms in the suburban area of Taegu City. The operational problems in the suburban area of Taegu City are as follows : lack of a specialized Product development, the farm operation fund, lack of operational or management ability, lack of public information, etc. There are other Problems regarding law, institution and supporting : complexity of the current system involving all kinds of permission, shortage of financial and taxation supporting, lack of training an expert manpower, lack of ability and cooperation of a deskclerk in charge, etc. Here are some suggestions taking into consideration a respective sector of local autonomous group, tourist farm associations and farm owners for activating the tourist farms in the suburban area of Taegu City. First, a mental turnabout toward a tourist farm is needed from local autonomous groups. The law and institutional base should be arranged while the financial and taxation support is materialized. Second, tourist farm associations should amend or reinforce the existing institution to refresh the current recognition toward the tourist farm through many publicity activities. On the other hand, they should develop the overall tourist farm industry into a better service industry of the rural community by keeping an active system of cooperation with other related groups. Finally, It is advised that they should conceive farms and facilities which can symbolize the tourist farm from the stage of the first construction. In addition to a four-season souvenir development, an effective publicity activity and rational investment management. Above all, they should train themselves in terms of a service spirit before they see the prosperity of the tourist farm community.

이 연구의 목적은 방송 산업 분야의 특성화고등학교로 전환을 위한 S특성화 방송고등학교의 실험 실습실 재구조 방안과 리모델링 모형 및 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 각 과별로 실험 실습실 재구조 방안은 첫째, 각 전공별로 개편할 실습실명과 평면도 및 투시도를 구성주의 철학에 맞도록 재구성 설계하였다.둘째, 과별로 주요 실험 실습실 개편에서 방송기계과에서는 방송무대기계실습실, 방송기계요소가공실, 방송기계설비실습실, 영상기계실습실 등, 방송전기통신과에서는 영상 음향편집실, 방송통신설비실, 방송시스템실습실, 무대조명실습실 등, 방송무대건축과에는 방송무대제작실습실, 방송무대디자인 실습실, 방송무대장식실습실 등 각과별로 7실을 제안하였다. 셋째, 과별 사무실을 세미나실로 배치하였고, 각 실습장은 전공별 전담제로 실습실 관리 및 연구실화하는 방향으로 설계하였다. 넷째, 과별로 산학협력실을 설치하여 외부의 기업체가 입주시켜 산학협력교육이 원활하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 산학 연계 교육의 장으로 구상하였다. 그리고 각 과별로 실험 실습장 1실에 대하여 개편 실습실명, 평면도 및 투시도, 실습실 운용 방안 등을 예를 들어 제시하였다. 특히 방송 관련 실험 실습실 운영을 효율적으로 하기 위해서는 산학겸임교사 활용, 방송기술관련 전문 동아리, 학교내 기업 유치 등을 중요한 요인으로 제시하였다. 끝으로 방송 산업 분야의 특성화고등학교로 성공하기 위한 실험 실습실 리모델링 및 장비 구입에 많이 예산이 소요되는 분야이므로 '민간자본유치사업(BTL)'을 유치하는 것도 바람직하다.

공정계획 전산 tool은 건설정보화의 발전에 따라 반드시 필요한 도구이나 이를 활용하기 위한 여건과 사용자의 이해가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 특히 현행 공정관리 정보화 시스템에 대한 실무자의 의견조사 결과가 부정적인 이유가 공정계획 이전의 관리기획단계 정보의 내용과 기술사항이 부재함에 따라 공정기획 전문가 이외는 접근의 어려움이 있는 것으로 분석되었으며 이에 공정관리 전산화의 최적화에 대한 사용자의 요구와 시스템의 개선방향을 고찰하였고 이를 통한 기존시스템의 단점 개선과 건설업에 특화된 전문시스템의 개발을 도모하고자 하였다. 이에 WBS, CBS를 통합한 '통합 WBS(IWBS)'의 구축 및 OBS와의 상호 연계(Link)를 위해서는 데이터의 호환성과 운용 정보의 통합기술이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 판단 되며, 프로젝트 단위(WBS level 1), 사업시설 단위(WBS level 2), 관리직능 단위(OBS level 1) 및 관리엔지니어 단위(OBS level 2)의 4단위 지수에 대한 데이터코딩을 통해 변화하는 공사정보 즉 공사량, 공사원가, 소요공기 그리고 관리부서로 정보의 일관성을 높이기 위한 전산시스템의 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate trend of articles on men's fashion in Korea as seen through clothing-related academic journals from 1990 to 2009. For a total of 478 research papers on men's fashion published in 18 clothing-specialized learned society journals, which are KCI-cited journals or candidates thereof The results were as follows: First, With respect to the number of papers on men's fashion from 1990 to 2009, that of the 2000s rapidly increased to 5.2 times that of the 1990s. Second, The number of each area research was ranked aw follows: social psychology marketing 34.1%(163), clothing construction 32.2%(154), design aesthetics 19.7%(94), beauty 7.7%(37), history of clothing 4.8%(23), textile science 1.5%(7.7). Third, Studies on the aesthetics in men's fashion showed a steady increase from 1995, resulting in the number of papers in the 2000s being 12 times that of the 1990s. And, in the 2000s, the subjects explored in the 1990s, such as feminization of men's clothes, gender images, men's suit, etc. were deepened and expanded.

The Reason of collapse accidents, Seongsu bridge Accident in 1994 and Sampung department store Accident in 1995 and so on, that is found out to the shortage construction. Consequently, depending on orderer's self-regulating judgement the meanwhile, Electricity Technique Administration Law in 1995 owes at the public opinion to need the plan of a law system device about the electricity design and supervision and is born. This various issue problem, the combined ordering with Constructing, Electricity, fire-fighting, Information & Communication and so on, field problem, low cost services, the problem about the selection procedure of the design and supervision businessman, the business range between general and specialized, which the system appears as are carried out have been risen. Therefore basic solution plan about this have been desired. We consider a domestic current situation about an electricity design supervision system in this paper, and try to present the plan for healthy upbringing development of the electricity industry through this.

산업화와 도시화에 따른 각 계층의 다양한 경호서비스 수요를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 연구와 효율적인 운영방안이 절실히 필요한 시점이다. 경호업체들 중 상당수의 업체들이 부실경영과 자본력의 압박, 인력관리능력부족 등으로 인하여 인프라를 구축하지 못하고 파산하거나 영세성을 면치 못하고 있다. 민간경호업무의 효율적인 운영방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 제도적 관점을 통한 운영 방안으로 새로운 민간경호만의 법 제정과 국가적 차원에서 보다 많은 지원이 필요하고, 영세 업체간의 구조조정과 인수합병을 실시, 최저가격제도로 운영하여야 한다. 둘째, 민간경호시장 구조적 측면에서 운영방안으로 경호원을 위한 전문교육기관 설치, 적정수준의 보수확보와 후생복지제도의 확충, 경호에 대한 사회적 인식변화에 노력함과 경호업체의 특성과 능력에 따라 한 분야의 전문영역을 개발해 나가야 한다. 셋째, 민간경호업무 운영시스템 구축을 통한 운영방안으로 우수한 경호인력의 확보, 끊임없는 홍보 마케팅 전략 수립과 시행시스템 구축, 의뢰자에게 높은 신뢰성 구축, 평상시 경호원교육훈련 시스템 구축, 사후 경호의뢰자 관리 시스템 구축, 개별업체의 특성에 맞는 시스템을 구축하여야 한다.

Recently, Korea is promoting cooperation with various countries, centering on ASEAN countries, with the aim of exporting Korean smart cities for the globalization of smart cities. The purpose of this study is to select excellent smart city technologies through analysis of smart city technologies owned by domestic companies and company status, and to prepare a plan for revitalization of companies with smart city technologies. Through prior research, the implications were derived through research on the existing smart city. Next, established a smart city policy analysis and smart city technology classification criteria through Korea and Overseas smart city policy and Korea smart city technology status DB. And the big data of smart city technology possessed by Korea companies and a plan for selecting a smart city export technology was prepared through analysis by region and company. As a result, to activate the technology possessed by Korea companies and to export overseas, it seems to need financial support and tax incentives that secure a pathway to export specialized smart technologies of SMEs, along with citizen participation and institutional supplementation. The smart city technology fields with the highest utilization in Korea were traffic, green energy, e-government, crime prevention, and construction, and the service types were platform, IoT, AI, big data, and GIS/GPS. These technologies are expected to contribute to building a platform for overseas smart city technology exports.
