국.공립도서관 비교평가연구 -전국 46개 4년제 대학도서관을 중심으로-

  • The purpose of this study is put emphasis on the importance of the library statistics. e. g., more than ten related current library statistics were inaccurated each other, so whole of statistic figures is not to be trusted. This research is make an attempt to more accurate information about library situations. Especially, with special reference to basic library statistics in the [Bulletin of National & College University libraries](Vol. 1-14, 1983-96, published by Council on National College & University Libraries), take the 24 major factors to compare and evaluate with 46 national and public university libraries. Analyzing 24 factors including 5 subjects. These subjects are as follows: 1) Total numbers of staffs with faculty members and students enrollment 2) Whole library collection of monographs and serial and publishcations. 3) Annual university budgets and library material expenditures. 4) Library facilities and building square measure. 5) Library service situation with circulation, inter-library loan/borrow and monograph D/B build up.

  • Gas hydrate is a special kind of inclusion compound that can be formed by capturing gas molecules to water lattice in high pressure and low temperature conditions. When referred to standard conditions, $1m^3$ solid hydrates contain up to $172Nm^3$ of methane gas, depending on the pressure and temperature of production, Such large volumes make natural gas hydrates can be used to store and transport natural gas. In this study, three-phase equilibrium conditions for forming methane hydrate were theoretically obtained in aqueous single electrolyte solution containing 3wt% Nacl. The results show that Nacl acts as a inhibitor, but help gases such as ethan, propane, i-butane, and n-butane reduce the hydrate formation pressure at the same temperature.

  • A station is the place for the passenger who load the baggage or for bus, taxi, train to stop regularly. For example, bus stop which is installed on many areas for bus as a public transportation provides some space to the passenger who waits for getting on the bus. The bus stop built up recently carries on many kinds of function to make the passenger convenient different from the conventional simple bus stop. Smart station for Bimodal Tram combined with ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) technology has the advantages of both new and conventional stations. This paper has investigated the function and role of newly developed smart station which is able to be adaptive to the rapid variation of road station.

  • In next war, it will be expected that some requirement such as information acquisition, battlefield surveillance and control, increased power projection, precision attack by guided missile and electronic warfare may have special importance. The use of robot weapon system by Airforce will make up for some weak points of man based weapon system that Airforce currently has. And Airforce man/robot combined air vehicle weapon system can extend military operational theater and give its flexibility in next war where power, mobility and information should be all-in-one for military purpose.

  • This study is to investigate multilateral environmental agreements,mainly UNFCCC on the primary export industry of Korea and to make a policy recommendation. Mostly literature reviews are focused on the traditional multilateral environmental agreements and the for the most part analysis are conducted prior to the Paris agreement. The result of survey indicates that many companies have not yet felt burden on their business due to UNFCCC(decarbonization) and have monitored the related policies. But the companies ask the government for strong incentives. The paper implies that enforcing strong government incentives, upgrading usage of the nuclear power, improving the related government legislation, setting up the special task force team with government and private sectors are needed.

  • Today, many pregnant women also advance up the business ladder and remain very active. They are consequently increasingly aware of the clothes they can wear. Despite these social changes, maternity wear has not been specially designed to satisfy the consumer's demands. From this, the purposes of this study are to investigate the current status of maternity wear and the apparent buying trends of pregnant women through a customers' opinion survey and interviews for the future maternity markets. In summary, the survey and interviews illustrate some important points which are that: Firstly, not all pregnant women buy maternity wear. Some pregnant women said they couldn't find enough difference in maternity wear prices even though they would like to buy some, commenting that maternity clothes were too expensive for such a short period of time. Also some already had maternity wear from a previous pregnancy, or had been passed on from friends and family. Secondly, on the other hand, many respondents were strongly concerned with style and quality rather than price because they agreed that there were not enough suitable maternity clothes for work and special occasions. Therefore some respondents would buy a maternity outfit for a special occasion. It also indicates that for a particular time, place or occasion like a party, wedding or other celebration, some respondents would buy a special outfit to make themselves feel good. Finally, according to the survey, the most important design concept is for wearable designs which change with the body during pregnancy; followed closely by designs which are able to be re-used when the pregnancy has finished. Nowadays, as recycling and saving resources are the biggest issues, if maternity manufacturers are encouraged to develop new products incorporating these new design concepts, more maternity markets will be developed to buy maternity wear.

  • Character fashion was already turned up in Egyptian age and nowadays was worn to everybody as regardless of ages, level and sex of people. This paper reviewed character fashion and animation character based on USA and Japan that is outstanding more coming up today and compared and analyzed with our country's situation. Usually, character fashion would give imagnation of products and companies themselves for aesthetic sense and can show possessive feeling and personality. And that mean fashion used by character like pictures and signals(that include words figures and special signals) and these fashion using by animation character was come out in 1929. In spite of third producer, Korea, back from USA and Japan about character fashion, we faced many problems. In order to solve these problems, we must make our own pure character that do not need to pay royalty and must spread marketing strategy with character fashion of more various designs. Therefore we should concentrate for raising high quality works and avoid uneconomic investment and plagiarism and finally we must expand recognition concerning character fashion.

  • In this paper, the method how to build up technological strength in the domestic construction industry competing with foreign foremost construction firms is provided. Each construction company should make individual research and development continuously, and technologies made by the research and development should be applied widely to real construction projects, therefore, the technological strength can be made. To accelerate the research and development each construction company should consider primary factors, e.g. organization structure, special personnel and strategic plan related to technology, and operation system for the research and development.
