The present study aims at a systematic access to EC information. EC information is the outcome of the complex organizations, the continuous changes in functions and the subsequent changes in policies. An attempt for an effective approach to the information requires the examination of the organizational structures and changes, the processes involved in formulating and implmenting the information policies, and the infrastucture for information. Information activities of the major organizations of EC have been examined with a special reference to the Commission of European Communities. The Commission is the EC institution from which the majority of the EC's documentation originates. The information functions of the Commission have been studied in such categories as information production and distribution, authorizing services, and information services to the public.

초고층 건물이라는 특수 장소에서 화재가 발생하였을 경우에 야기될 수 있는 제반 문제점을 도출하여 인적, 물적 피해를 최소화하기 위해서 초고층 건물 내에 존재하는 잠재위험요인을 찾아내 위험이 얼마나 큰가를 분석하여 그 해결 방안을 모색하여야 한다. 예방적 측면에서 화재예방활동을 통하여 화재의 발생을 억제하거나, 진압적 측면에서 화재발생과 동시에 초기 진화하는 것이겠지만, 화재의 진행과정을 미리 예측하거나 진행경로를 차단하는 인텔리젠트 또는 파이어 그리드를 이용한 과학소방적 진압방안의 도입이 필요하다.

Thanks to the quasi-optics system of KVN, the relative astrometry at different frequencies can be effectively achieved. In this talk, as a part of the KVN special session, we are going to present an important method making it possible, so called the source frequency phase referencing (SFPR). Based on the background, we will show our recent activities using the SFPR for the Galactic Center (Sgr A*) study, from its advantages on astrometric studies to the remained issues.

This study was to develop and to suggest a lesson plan for the area of‘Human Development and Family Relationship’in home economics for junior high school, based on Thelen’s Group Investigation Model’. Group investigation model by Thelen was developed from the theory that the education with special purpose such as societic knowledge is a method to lesson one’s conflict. This study further developed from three main concepts： inquiry, knowledge and activities of learning groups. This model can be used for any age and any subjects in order to solve the arised problems, rather than to accept pre-organized and pre-decided informations. This study is organized around activities for seeking and practicing the rages of action to create dispersal home. First, one unit ‘Understanding of Family’was chosen that concerns and suitable for group investigation model. Second, From the chosen chapter and problem were analyzed organized. Third, the chosen problem were re-analyzed, then a model lesson for group investigation was proposed.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the charactersitics of the social behaviors on the aged by the actual condition of the daily living activities in recuperation facilities. This paper tries to clarify the relationship between the social behaviors of the aged and the places in recuperation facilities. The thorough investigation and observation works were made to them from the view points of daily living behaviors and activities of the recuperating aged. The surveys on the day-time behaviors of residents(71 persons) were carried out in 4 recuperation facilities and 3 special nursing homes.

The Purpose of this paper was to study the uses of the extra activity classroom of elementary school and the satisfaction of the students. The SPSS 10.0 for windows was used to analyze data collected from 397 elementary school students in Kunsan and Seocheon. The results were as follows: (1) More than 2/3 students have experienced special activities. The extra activity classroom was not effectively used showing less than one or two hours use a week for the lecture and extra activities. (2) Generally the students were satisfied at the condition of extra activity classroom, but dissatisfied with the degree of the independence, of deterioration, and of safety while moving. That is because the building and its equipment were old, and soundproofing and safety establishments were not well equipped. (3) There was difference between schools. Students at city had more satisfaction than at county. (4) The most important item of extra activity classroom was esthetics followed by function, safeness. and healthiness. It shows that the important item is being moved to esthetics and healthiness from function of extra activity classroom.

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative approaches in the modern education system. Physical manifestations of aging due to the lack of exercise include the slowing down of motor learning, cardiopulmonary degradation, and the increasing difficulty to adapt to the environment. Aging is manifested with the lack of aerobic exercise work, decrease in muscular endurance, decline in skeletal and muscular strength, flexibility and agility, and the decrease in reaction speed and balance. Added to those are aging-related physiological changes, including the reduction of muscle bulk, increased body fat, decrease in total body water and basic metabolic rate as activities are reduced, and a decrease in cell and Lean Body Mass (LBM). These changes are known to cause problems. Interest and participation in appropriate physical activities among the elderly is needed to help them increase stamina, avoid diseases, maintain a clear intellect, and basically enable the elderly to live their daily lives as easy as possible. Therefore, physical activities are necessary for the elderly to enhance health-related factors. Special exercises should be performed for the enhancement of muscle function, muscle endurance, flexibility, agility, and balance. An accurate measurement of cardio-respiratory endurance and stamina through basic physical and cognitive characteristics of older adults is also required to ensure safety. Also, the development of a more scientific resistance exercise prescription system for the elderly is desperately needed.

The society changes very fast from the extended family system to the nuclear family system, as increasing a one-child family for the low birth-rate. Thus, it causes that the education, having been performed inside of the family group, is performed outside of the family nowadays such as an infant educational institution. Fundamentally, the space of educating infants must be considered their behavior and meet their needs. For infants, playing is not only studying, but also is related to physical, intellectual and emotional development. Therefore infants in a qualifiedly good playing environment, are easy to focus on their playing. But, variety of playing activities can help improve infants' development physically, socially, emotionally, linguistically and intellectually. So far, an infant educational institution has provided a general education than a special educationally considering their age and status of a development. However, it is necessary to provide an integrated and well-organized place for each infant because their playing is a studying and education that will be based of individuals' character when they are grown up. The objective of this thesis is to study on the new transition space for infants of their physical activities. For this study, at first, it is important to understand what are the points of well-built kindergarten around the world. They have the flexible space in common. The transition(flexible) space will be a solution for space for infants' development.

Vibrio become prevailing if superficial temperature of ocean is raised and their activities of area are expanded and most of ocean creatures(fishes, oysters etc) are polluted with vibrio. The one who has taken these polluted fishes and oysters uncooked caused foodpoisoning and diarrhea from Vibrio. Frequently these diseases breakout is disposed in westsea shore of Korea. According to ancient and traditional Korean medical book - Kumkue Yorak - and their single, we carried out experiment check the activities of natural medicinal effects on Vibrio parahemolyticus. The prescriptions of trial materials are processed from extraction boiling water and 80% methanol and followed by freeze dried and adsorbed to every discs in dosage of 10mg. Gentamycin of 10mg were used for control. The result of compound prescription displayed special diseases in antimicrobial activities of boiling water and MeOH extraction compared with control. In single prescription, extraction of boiling water and MeOH of Schisandra sphenanthera(clear zone : 15mm) presented extraordinal antimicrobial activity. The MBC of Schisandra sphenanthera extracts was expressed 2.56mg/ml in boiling water and MeOH.
