Purpose - This study focused on the development of a Korean language curriculum to solve the problem of Korean literacy among students from multicultural families. Research design, data, and methodology - A case study was conducted on Sim(2018)'s learner-centered learning model to develop an educational plan including AI technology, which will help students from multicultural families to effectively improve their communication and learning skills by improving their reading, writing, and speaking of Korean. Result - Total of six educational plans using AI technology (Microsoft PowerPoint's drawing function, AutoDraw, and Google's Four-cut cartoons) were developed. Conclusion - The curriculum using AI is expected to greatly contribute to the recovery of language learning ability and confidence in studies necessary to improve learners' language education.

Specific Language Impairment is one of the serious disorders that interferes with spontaneous communication skills in children. Children suffering from this disorder may have reading, speaking, or listening impairments, and such type of disorders are also termed Autism Speech Disorder (ASD) in medical terminology. The aim of the article is to define specific language impairment in children and the problems it can cause. The different methods adopted by speech pathologists to diagnose language impairment. Finally implementing machine learning models to automate the process and help speech pathologists and pediatricians/ in diagnosing the specific language impairment.

This study began with the lack of use of native Chinese professors in universities despite the fact that native Chinese professors are present and can provide a high-quality language environment to improve foreign language skills. In the literature, most team teaching studies were limited to speaking or cultural classes, and to apply a new teaching method called team teaching to Chinese grammar classes, they designed a class model and presented class guidance with an example of research 'le' In order to satisfy learners'desire for knowledge and to develop the Chinese teaching field, it is necessary to develop various teaching methods, and there should be various meaningful attempts.

The informatization of Korea is accompanied by the great growth of new strategic export industry, as of mobile phone or semiconductor LCD. Speaking to the situation of mobile phone, Motorola swept over the American domestic market in the beginning of 1990s, digital mobile communication as CDMA developed swiftly in Korea. In 1996, the first year's CDMA users of Samsung were merely one million, nevertheless, the world's sales in the first half of this year is up to 92 million. In this p aper I design 3D application based on J2ME and implement a freely removable 3D object which happened in a 3D scen e by receiving the keyboard response of mobile device with WTK (Wireless ToolKit) simulator. It contains benefits of improvement of relative speed and high-level functionality such as scene graph, keyframe animation, etc.

본 논문은 비대면 한국어 회화 시험 연습용 안드로이드 애플리케이션을 제안한다. 한국어 학습에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 효과적인 한국어 회화 학습을 위해선 시·공간의 제약이 없는 학습 환경에서 사용자에게 구체적인 평가 지표를 제공할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 자연어 처리 기술을 활용하여 사용자의 한국어 회화 능력을 평가하는 알고리즘과 개인의 취약점을 보완할 수 있는 비대면 학습 플랫폼을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 본 논문의 결과를 통해 회화 학습의 비용을 절감하고, 효율적인 언택트 학습 지원이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

The new formulation of designing the two degree of freedom(TDF) robust controller is proposed using $H_{\infty}$optimization and model matching method. In this formulation the feedback controller and feedforward controller are designed in a single step using $H_{\infty}$optimization procedure. Roughly speaking, the feedback controller is designed to meet robust stability and disturbance rejection specifications, while the feedforward controller is used to improve the robust model matching properties of the closed loop system. The proposed formulation will be illustrated and evaluated on a seeker scan-loop. And the performances of TDF robust controller are compared with those of the $H_{\infty}$ controller designed using Loop Shaping Design Procedure proposed by McFarlane and Glover.lover.

This paper presented a course plan based on the ideas I gained from conducting a lecture on Chinese language for students in the second semester of the Chinese language department at a four-year university. In the paper, we sought to deviate from the traditional grammar-translation teaching style and find ways for students to enjoy learning without difficulty in all areas by using the 'total language approach' such as writing, speaking, listening and reading through reading skills. Therefore, we discussed the educational significance and expression of the 'Chinese Languages' class, and introduced the class stages and methods of progress. In other words, they suggested introduction of text plots, explanation of vocabulary and grammar, presentation of original text, questions about text, arrangement of words, ordering sentences to fit the plot, and understanding the plot while looking at the picture.

This paper presents the development of language tutoring systems for nonnative speakers by leveraging advanced end-to-end automatic speech recognition (ASR) and proficiency evaluation. Given the frequent errors in non-native speech, high-performance spontaneous speech recognition must be applied. Our systems accurately evaluate pronunciation and speaking fluency and provide feedback on errors by relying on precise transcriptions. End-to-end ASR is implemented and enhanced by using diverse non-native speaker speech data for model training. For performance enhancement, we combine semisupervised and transfer learning techniques using labeled and unlabeled speech data. Automatic proficiency evaluation is performed by a model trained to maximize the statistical correlation between the fluency score manually determined by a human expert and a calculated fluency score. We developed an English tutoring system for Korean elementary students called EBS AI Peng-Talk and a Korean tutoring system for foreigners called KSI Korean AI Tutor. Both systems were deployed by South Korean government agencies.

The purpose of this study is to provide the case study of expression education using story-telling about their cultures from which they came to the women who get interracial married and study korean cultures with the pride of their homeland. This research is also for the diverse members of korean society to deeply understand interracial married women, get higher understanding cultural diversities. And it is expected that these women could learn and study more korean cultures, too. In this study, process-based instruction method is used in the first step and second step such as brainstorming, questioning, discussing, investigating, teacher's asking in order to create some ideas about their home countries. Suggesting an example answer by teacher and free-writing are also involved. As the core of the process-based writing activity, the second step is focused on revising and correcting. Through reviewing their own writing task, feedback from teacher, interviewing from the difficulty of writing after this activity to cultural and linguistic backgrounds, they could appreciate their errors or mistakes in writing are natural and this affects their learning abilities positively. In third step which is focused on speaking activities, teacher provides feedback to learners after checking their common errors or habits in speaking. Meanwhile, by evaluating the role of the appraiser, It is helpful for the learners to have self-esteem of their own. When interviewing after fourth step's activities, the teacher compliments each learner's improvement while pointing out some errors. Afterward, We can see they show more positiveness to learn and understand korean cultures and set their identities. And they indicate interests and concerns each other's cultures by story-telling. It means they identify the popularity and interaction which the story-telling contains. Also, they confirm the participation in story-telling by expressing their willingness to revise their stories. After the activities in fifth step, there have been relatively positive changes in establishing identity and cultivating a sense of pride of learner's homeland cultures. Furthermore, we could find the strong will to be a story-teller about their homeland cultures. On this research, the effectiveness of expression education case study using story-telling about local cultures of interracial married women's homeland has been examined centrally focused on popularity, interaction, and participation. Afterward, interracial married women could not only cultivate the understanding about korean cultures but also establish their identity, improve their korean language skills through this education case study. Finally, the studies of the education programs to train interracial married women as story-tellers for their homeland local cultures are expected.

Background: This study aims to investigate the effect of restrictions on oral health-related activities of young adults, middle-aged, and elderly in Korea on the quality of life and contribute to the development of intervention strategies to improve the quality of life by improving the importance of oral health care and healthy lifestyle habits of adults. Methods: The 8th National Health and Nutrition Survey was used, targeting adults categorized into three age groups: young adults aged 19 to 29, middle-aged adults aged 30 to 49, and prime-aged adults aged 50 to 64. Demographic characteristics and EQ-5D, HINT-8 and oral-related toothache experience, chewing problems, speaking problems, and complaint of discomfort to chew analyzed. T-test and one-way ANOVA were performed to find out the difference in quality of life according to the restrictions on oral activities of adults, and linear regression analysis was performed to investigate the factors affecting the quality of life of adults. Results: The differences between EQ-5D and HINT-8 according to the restrictions on oral health-related activities of young, middle-aged, and prime-aged were statistically significant in all oral activity restriction variables(p ≦0.05). Factors affecting EQ-5D of all adults were statistically significant in all variables such as region, gender, household monthly income, education level, basic living status, economic activity, subjective oral health status, toothache experience, chewing problem, speaking problem, and complaint of discomfort to chew(p ≦0.05). Factors affecting HINT-8 of all adults were statistically significant in variables such as gender, household monthly income, education level, basic living status, economic activity, toothache experience, chewing, speaking, and complaint of discomfort to chew(p ≦0.05). Conclusions: Various measures are needed to improve the quality of life in old age by allowing adults to face physically, mentally, and socially prepared old age. Based on the results of this study, an adult oral health program should be developed to improve the oral health and quality of life of adults.
