The conclusion of free Trade Agreement between South Korea and USA can become a serious threat to the Korean agriculture. On the strategic scheme the foodstuffs is the basis for protection of the state sovereignty. The Amur oblast of Russian Federation is region, which can supply South Korea cheap and good qualitative feeds. It means South Korea should create agricultural cooperation with the Amur oblast of Russian Federation with the purpose to begin organic agriculture in this area and it will help South Korea to counteract a quantitative attack on Korea from the side of american agricultural production. In the Amur oblast there are following fodder crops; Alfalfa, Smooth brome grass (gromus adonis L.), Siberian couch grass, Sudan pass, Colza rape (Brassica napus) and Amaranth (Avfranthus). In the same area also exist oatmeal, wheat, corn and barley, which is possible to use for feeds. All these above written cultures are cultivated organically, therefore it is possible to use them as organic forages in South Korea. It is very important to know system of crop rotation in the Amur oblast. There is a scheme of crop rotation, which is connected with increase and preservation of fertility of soil, maintenance of growth of productivity of agricultural cultures and reception of high-quality production. It is necessary to begin organic agriculture in a southern part of Amur oblast, where, in 2001 year, 97% of all sowing areas was concentrated. The acidity degree of soil in this part is not high ($ph5.1{\sim}5.5$), therefore does not require liming.

This study aimed to interpreting the view of current media by artificial intelligence(AI) with the case of a TV show Person of Interest, which was broadcasted until 2016 in US. In this study, we first attempted to find how AI reflects the three laws of robotics, which often appear in Science Fictions. In addition, we paid attention to how the society looks according to the change of the manipulator of the AI, and as a result we derived the distinguishes of the show from other content dealing with robots or AI in terms of narrative. Through this study, we classified the messages in accordance of AI into three categories- importance of data sovereignty, potential of intelligence explosion, and blind faith in high technology. This study suggested that the show emphasizes the consciousness and attitude that should be possessed as a citizen who meets the era of AI prior to raising issue of 'what artificial intelligence is should be developed for our convenience?'

International volunteering in education is one of activities in volunteering. Volunteers have been recognizing that educational activities play an important role in volunteering. Recently, there is an increase of participants and various supports for educational volunteering in South Korea. However, regardless of the essential meanings in which activities commonly attempt for deriving local sources in terms of human and resources, many participants in volunteering take advantages of their own purposes and providing their supports in terms of a mercy. This study asserts that this situation comes from the lack of theoretical understanding of volunteering. Therefore, this study realizes a need of providing a theoretical background and purports to suggest it for international volunteering in education. It is the critical pedagogy. Critical pedagogy tries to deconstruct false-consciousness of the oppressed through education. And, it emphasizes that people could have autonomy and self-directed sovereignty. Accordingly, critical pedagogy should be a theoretical background of activities for deriving human's autonomous consciousness and their own resources. Thus, it might be a theoretical background for international volunteering in education.

On this treatise , we analyze the characteristic of a cartoon secured it's position as new popular media of popular culture in Korean modern society. And the purpose of this study is clarifying the social meaning of cartoon for formulating historical position of Korean cartoon. For a cartoon expand the sphere of research as a study, and secure the position as a unique popular culture genre in Korean society , we need to consider and ensure historical position which Korean cartoon had from the quickening period of it. As a visual culture, a cartoon realized stately the purpose of communication media at that society which had high illiteracy rate. In this upheaval at Korean society , the appearance of modern cartoon had became very important measure of propaganda and education for enlightened intellectuals who had enlightened the people and endeavored to regain sovereignty. Conversely, it also had became a measure of pro-Japanese. Also, it was important measure of securing a reader to a publishing company managed a media for commercial gain. Therefore, on this thesis, we judged that the quickening period of Korean cartoon is from the early 1900's (an occupation period of Japan) till 1945 (the day of liberation), and found the characteristic of Korean cartoon on basis of this period.

Species are constantly using for clothing, food, shelter and health are distributed in various places. Convention on Biological Diversity made for conserve resources and enhance the value in many countries around the world. Each country is in the process of building a database for to protect the native biological resources and establish sovereignty. This studies analyzed the distribution of such traditional knowledge of native biological resources and builded a database through using standardized form of collected data made by our research. The result, almost native biological resources used for food and medical treatment.

Research Data Management (RDM) is a system that encompasses people, policies, resources and technologies that provide and support directions in producing, collecting, using, and preserving research data. RDMs consist of a wide range of activities, including supporting the creation of data management plans (DMPs), building data collections and repositories, and digital preservation and distribution. In advanced countries, systems for RDMs and related organizations are well organized and functioning, but in Korea, the management system is insufficient due to low level of data awareness. In this paper, we propose a plan to establish a research data management system suitable for the reality. In particular, it is important to reflect in RDM that the construction of big data platforms for the collection and management of big data in each field and organization is increasing rapidly. Also, we will discuss how to provide data provision and researchers' data sovereignty using blockchain technology, and propose a P2P-based decentralized RDM scheme.

This thesis is a study on the change and the process of the development of the hygiene administration during the period of modernization of our nation which promoted by the open door policy of our country chiefly under the pressure of the foreign countries. During that period Korea had reorganized the old political system radically and introduced the western medical system. Through the close study of literature concerning the system of the hygiene administration, the laws of health and hygiene, the environmental sanitation organizations and their practical activities the author obtained the conclusions as following 1. The government passed around 40 laws of health and hygiene from the time when the bureau of hygiene was founded in 1894 to the annex of Korea to Japan. Most of the laws were believed to be established by the enforecement of Japanese government. When the epidemics were prevailing, a decree for the prevention of the epidemics was proclaimed by the Japanese president of the headquarters of national police. It is shown well that the sovereignty of Korea had been deprived. 2. After the armex of Korea to Japan, the hygiene police and the general police belonging to the bureau of national police shared the tasks of health and hygiene. This was a temporary system which had existed just during the colonial period. As for the water-supply which is the most important facility among the various environmental hygiene facilities, the rate of supply was remarkably high in Japanese rather than in Korean. 3. During the period of American military administration, it is notable that the division of hygiene in the bureau of national police was replaced by the bureau of hygiene. This period is regarded as the turning point when hygiene administration was operated by means of education along with the introuction of American system of public health. 4. Ever since the foundation of the republic government, the laws of health and hygiene which had been established during the colonial period have been put into operation without rriuch change except several regulations concerning food.

The purpose of this study is contemplating and substantiating Korean Empire's court costume through relics and photos. Additionally, the meaning of the pattern of Mugunghwa as the national symbol in the court costume is considered. The results of this study are following. First, a phased introduction of western-style court costume was executed through Ulmi Reformation in 1895 and Court Costume Rule in 1900. U1mi Reformation was characterized by transitional reformation because newly introduced system and traditional costume consolidated in costume. Under Court Costume Rule, however, by accepting western-style on contemporary costume, modernized style was settled in every respect of form and matter. The court costume comprised bicorn, coat, vest, pantaloon, sword, sword belt, white collar and white gloves at audience with the Emperor. Second, by examination of the relics of Chigimgwan and Juimgwan, it was confirmed that the court costume was manufactured in foreign countries such as France and Russia on the basis of order. It was also identified by pictures that court costume was worn by diplomats dispatched. Third, the pattern of Mugunghwa in court costume was featured by embroidery of 6 petal pattern. And the pattern of Mugunghwa, as national symbol, has important meaning in view of history and national affection, while Japanese and European adopted the crest of the royal household. In summary, Korean Empire proclaimed modernized court costume institution to handle international relationship driven by West. It was uneasy reformation in adopting western court costume imported from overseas because its textile and style were completely different from traditional costume. However, the willingness of Korean Empire should be reevaluated in the history of Korean costume, in that Korean Empire established court costume proclaimed its sovereignty domestically and overseas, and that the pattern chosen as national symbol was that of Mugunghwa which is current national flower.

It is recent trend that every countries are opening their border in the name of liberalization of contemporary era. Shipping is not exceptional and it used to be said as international business. Therefore, co-operation and openness of maritime sectors between regional countries is required to utilize resources that each countries can manage. It can be done by employing their vessels in other countries' short sea area. However, there are some problems to implement this practices, here cabotage is centre of issue. Each countries do not open their sea in order to protect their national interests in sovereignty. But, it should be opened if co-operation between each countries work well and properly. To achieve true maritime co-operation, countries as Korea, China and Japan in Northeast Asia region should have understanding for the opening of cabotage. In order to make things work well, it can be done by the lessons from EU and American cases. Therefore, it should be clarified such as market scale to provide cabotage trade, employment as well as interested parties, and technical safety matters as well as environmental standards. Then cabotage matters can be smoothly resolved between three countries in Northeast Asia region.

On the threshold of year 2000, the elderly account for more than 7% of the whole population in Korea, which means that the nation is greeting welcoming an aging society. Accordingly, it is expected that silver businesses and services targeted at the silver generation will prosper with "silver advertising design" becoming active. Under such circumstances, this study was aimed at reviewing the recent silver marketing advertisements in terms of their cultural and moral implications, and thereby, redefining and reestablishing the status of silver consumers to help them find their identity, aware of marketing activities and therewith, establish their "consumer sovereignty". This study consists in large of 5 chapters. The introduction parr describes background, purpose, method and scope of the study. The first chapter reviews the silver marketing theories. The second chapter classifies the silver marketing advertisement positioning of four style - upper classes style, effloresce progress style, self- sufficiency style, dependent style - and reviews the expression strategy of each positioning. The third chapter examines the domestic conditions of silver marketing advertisements for each positioning type classified. The fourth chapter designs the ′creative′of silver marketing advertisements and suggests the methods thereof. The analysis of ′creative′was tested in terms of graphic gestaltung, and how the sliver marketing advertisement positioning should be discerned depending on silver generation consumer′s characteristics was discussed. The fifth chapter puts forwards the suggestions for the ′creative′ strategies to enhance the effects of the silver marketing advertisements, based on the preceding discussions. In addition, the Perspective into the keyword of 21 st century or "silver design" is discussed, together with the limitations of this study. It is hoped that this stuffy will be conducive to our efforts to face the upcoming′age\ulcorner society′more effectively. To this end, this study discusses the "silver advertising design" in light of ′societal concepts′and ′customer-oriented value′, and thus, explores some creative presentation strategies whereby individual companies interests and social or public interests can be compromised through ′creative activities′ and ′equal-value consumerism′ for an ultimately effective management strategies for silver businesses and services.
