무선 센서 네트워크 테스트 베드 구축 (Implementation of a Testbed for Wireless Sensor Network)

  • 본 논문은 무선센서 네트워크의 테스트 베드 구축에 관한 것이다. 웹 인터페이스를 갖는 센서 네트워크 게이트웨이를 개발하고 센서노드 탑재용으로 수집 소스 데이터의 전송과 게이트웨이로 부터의 명령을 멀티 홉 루트로 전송이 가능한 기존의 Surge 프로그램을 개선하여 한번에 전송할 수 있는 데이터의 크기를 증가시키고 전송경로를 수집토록 개선하였다. 개발된 테스트 베드를 통하여 센서필드내 데이터의 수집과 특정 센서노드로의 명령전달이 가능하며 토폴로지 뷰어를 통하여 특정 센서노드로 부터 싱크까지의 데이터 전송경로와 센서노드간 상대적인 위치파악도 가능하다. 마지막으로 본 테스트베드를 활용한 원격 로봇 제어에 관하여 기술하였다.

A Novel Route Discovery Scheme Equipped with Two Augmented Functions for Ad Hoc Networks

  • 'The delay and control overhead during route discovery for destinations outside ad hoc networks are major obstacle to achieving scalability in the Internet. To solve this issue, we propose a novel route discovery scheme equipped with two augmented functions. In this paper, the Internet gateway maintains an address cache of Internet nodes frequently accessed from the ad hoc network and replies with an extended Route Response (RREP) message to the Route Request (RREQ) message based on its routing table and the address cache called EXIT(EXternal node Information Table). These augmented functions make the source node determine the location of the destination as fast as possible. Through simulations, the proposed route discovery scheme using both EXIT and extended RREP message shows considerable' reduction in both route discovery time and control message overhead.

Software-Defined Cloud-based Vehicular Networks with Task Computation Management

  • Cloud vehicular networks are a promising paradigm to improve vehicular through distributing computation tasks between remote clouds and local vehicular terminals. Software-Defined Network(SDN) can bring advantages to Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) through its ability to provide flexibility and programmability through a logically centralized controlled cluster that has a full comprehension of view of the network. However, as the SDN paradigm is currently studied in vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs), adapting it to work on cloud-based vehicular network requires some changes to address particular computation features such as task computation of applications of cloud-based vehicular networks. There has been initial work on briging SDN concepts to vehicular networks to reduce the latency by using the fog computing technology, but most of these studies do not directly tackle the issue of task computation. This paper proposes a Software-Defined Cloud-based vehicular Network called SDCVN framework. In this framework, we study the effectiveness of task computation of applications of cloud-based vehicular networks with vehicular cloud and roadside edge cloud. Considering the edge cloud service migration due to the vehicle mobility, we present an efficient roadside cloud based controller entity scheme where the tasks are adaptively computed through vehicular cloud mode or roadside computing predictive trajectory decision mode. Simulation results show that our proposal demonstrates a stable and low route setup time in case of installing the forwarding rules of the routing applications because the source node needs to contact the controller once to setup the route.

Clustering Ad hoc Network Scheme and Classifications Based on Context-aware

  • In ad hoc network, the scarce energy management of the mobile devices has become a critical issue in order to extend the network lifetime. Current research activity for the Minimum Energy Multicast (MEM) problem has been focused on devising efficient centralized greedy algorithms for static ad hoc networks. In this paper, we consider mobile ad hoc networks(MANETs) that could provide the reliable monitoring and control of a variety of environments for remote place. Mobility of MANET would require the topology change frequently compared with a static network. To improve the routing protocol in MANET, energy efficient routing protocol would be required as well as considering the mobility would be needed. In this paper, we propose a new method, the CACH(Context-aware Clustering Hierarchy) algorithm, a hybrid and clustering-based protocol that could analyze the link cost from a source node to a destination node. The proposed analysis could help in defining the optimum depth of hierarchy architecture CACH utilize. The proposed CACH could use localized condition to enable adaptation and robustness for dynamic network topology protocol and this provide that our hierarchy to be resilient. As a result, our simulation results would show that CACH could find energy efficient depth of hierarchy of a cluster.

차량의 이동속도와 이동방향을 고려한 SARPE 시스템 설계 (A Design of an SARPE System considering the moving speed and direction of a vehicle)

  • 본 논문에서는 ITS(Intelligent Transport System)인 VANET 환경에서 사고발생 시에 차량 속도와 방위각을 이용하여 경로 단절을 최소화시키면서 응급메시지를 신속하고 정확하게 전송할 수 있는 SARPE(Speed and Azimuth based Routing Protocol for Emergency) 시스템을 제안한다. SARPE 시스템은 다중 경로 탐색 및 경로 선정 작업 시에 불필요한 메시지 및 작업량을 최소화하기 위하여 방위각을 기반으로 경로 탐색을 수행하고, 근원지와 목적지 차량의 평균 속도와 탐색한 경로 내 차량 속도(최대속도, 최소속도)의 차를 이용하여 경로 단절 발생 확률이 적은 경로를 선택한다. 그 결과, 경로 단절로 인해 생기는 경로 재탐색 작업을 최소화하며, 응급메시지를 신속하고 정확하게 전송할 수 있다.

  • QoS기술과 전송기술의 고도화로 실시간 통신과 다양한 응용서비스가 가능하며 서비스 고품질을 만족시키기 위해서는 단순히 대역폭 확장과 라우터 증가와 라우팅 테이블의 증가를 고려하여 망의 확장성 문제가 포함되어진다. 트래픽 폭주에 따른 데이터를 분산할 수 있는 환경이 중심이 되어야 된다. 그러기 위해서는 현재 수신지 기반 라우팅 방식을 송신지 기반 (Source routing )의 라우팅 설정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기존망의 고유 특징인 Best Effect 환경에서 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터 전송의 QoS 보장과 하드웨어적 고속 스위칭을 위해 MPLS Label을 이용하여 packet을 forwarding 한다. 또한 최적화된 MPLS망에서 QoS 보장을 위해 IP Packet의 MPLS Label PUSH 과정에서 IP Header의 QoS Field(IP Pre/DSCP)의 첫 3bit를 MPLS Label의 EXP Field를 고정시킨 MPLS Header Format으로 QoS 부분인 EXP Bit를 Expedited Forwarding으로 고정하는 방법을 제안한다.

  • The sensor networking technique as the radio network which does not have the base infrastructure network. The sensor nodes oneself automatic compose the network and simultaneously accomplish two roles of the router and data source. The sensor network is kind of Ad-hoc network is a possibility of seeing from point. sensor networking technique is restricted that limit of the memory and the battery back with the resources of the node. The sensor nodes overcomes the restriction of the resources it is in the process of researching the multi-hop routing technique which the sensor network divided cluster routing techniques which are researched. this paper proposed using beamforming antenna which has the directivity of the electric wave. the beamforming antenna from the Ad-hoc network using technique. the proposal is that raises the efficient of data trans mission from the sensor network and extends the lift time of the sensor network.

반도체 및 LCD 제조 공정의 AGV Controller 개발 (Development of an AGV Controller in Semiconductor and LCD Production Systems)

  • In this paper, LAC(Look-ahead AGV Controller) has been developed for efficient routing of parts in semiconductor and LCD production systems. Several procedures have been developed as sub-modules. LACP(Look-ahead AGV Control Procedure) which controls AGVs using the information on the current and future status of the systems is the main element of the LAC. To support LACP, DSP(Destination Selection Procedure) which determines a destination of a part and AGV call time, SSP(Source Selection Procedure)which selects a part coming next to a buffer when the buffer becomes available. and RTM(Response Time Model) which estimates empty travel time of AGVs and waiting time for an available AGV have been developed. A simulation experiment shows that LAC reduces part's flow time, AGV utilization, average and maximum inventory level of a central buffer, empty travel time of an AGV, and waiting time for an available AGV.

전송지연을 적용한 적응균등부하조절 경로설정 알고리듬 (Adaptive routing algorithm for equitable load balancing with propagation delay)

  • 본 논문에서는 다중경로가 가능한 고속망에서 병목을 감소시키며 또한 평균지연을 감소시키는 새로운 경로설정 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 적응균등부하조절 경로설정기법과 경로의 거리에 비례하는 전송지연을 비용을 개념으로 고려하는 경로설정기법이 결합된 이 알고리듬은 계산에 드는 시간이 적고 효율적인 동적 트래픽 할당을 하는 알고리듬이다. 사용자의 트래픽 형태가 바뀜에 따라 각 링크의 전송용량에 비례하면서, 전송지연이 적은 경로로 적절하게 트래픽을 할당하도록 적응성 있게 경로를 설정한다. 그렇게 함으로써 병목을 줄이고 최단 링크의 사용도를 높여 망의 평균지연을 감소시키게된다. 이는 다른 경로설정기법보다 고 품질의 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하는 기반이 된다. 그리고 제안된 알고리듬을 시뮬레이션을 통해서 저부하에서 고부하상태까지 기존의 적응균등부하조절 경로설정기법보다 평균지연이 감소됨을 보인다.
