The purpose of this study were to examine the relationship among the planning implementing and satisfaction on home education and the soundness of home life. The samples were composed of 629 parents(home educators) selected by family life cycle and local distribution. Consequently the findings of this study were that planning have a significant effect on implementing on home education. Also implementing have a more significant effect on soundness of home life than satisfaction on home education.

This study describes the development of the scale for measuring soundness of family life in Korea. DUPIC (Direct use of spent PWR fuel in CANDU reactors) nuclear fuel is a CANDU fuel fabricated remotely from spent PWR fuel materials in a hot cell. The soundness of the end closure welds of nuclear fuel elements is an important factor for the safety and performance of nuclear fuel. To evaluate the soundness of the end closure welds of DUPIC fuel element, a precise X-ray inspection system is developed using a micro-focus X-ray generator with an image intensifier and a real time camera system. The fuel elements made of Zircaloy-4 and stainless steel by an Nd:YAG laser welding and a TIG welding aye inspected by the developed inspection system. The soundness of the welds of the fuel elements was confirmed by the X-ray inspection process, and the irradiation test of DUPIC fuel elements has been successfully completed at the HANARO research reactor.

Recently, the study for practical construction application no recycled aggregate concrete is actively being proceeded, on the purpose of technical development for recycling on the construction waste concrete occurred at the time of destruction of building construction by the rapid increase of building wastes and exhaustion of natural aggregates. But, the durability of investigation with all sorts of fluidity and engineering property for application recycled aggregate concrete to practical construction must be done at the same time. Especially, because of the real condition for chemical attack of concrete construction by the acid rain, acidification of soil, deepening of air pollution and dirty water etc. being come to the fore a serious problem, the study on the chemical soundness of concrete durability must be accompanied. This study is composed as: I series: Analysis for chemical soundness of aggregates. II series: Analysis for chemical soundness of natural and recycled aggregate concrete against $Na_2$$SO_4$ solution in drying and wet curing condition ($at20~80^{\circ}C$).

본 연구는 고용중심 복지국가의 재정 성과를 확인하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 특히 본 연구가 주목하는 것은 고용중심 복지국가가 창출한 고용이 무엇이냐이다. 양질의 일자리가 창출되지 않으면 고용중심 복지국가로의 전환이 기대했던 실업과 빈곤 감소, 나아가서 재정건전성 회복을 담보할 수 없다는 주장이 제기되고 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고용중심 복지국가로의 전환 맥락에서, 국가의 복지 노력을 통해 창출된 고용의 질을 파악하고 그것이 궁극적으로 국가 재정에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는가를 실증적으로 파악하고자 한다. 분석은 복지국가가 창출한 고용과 재정성과 간의 시간적 선후관계를 반영하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개효과 검증을 적용한다. 분석결과, 고용중심 복지국가의 공공 복지 노력이 적어도 통계적인 차원에서는 기대만큼의 효과를 가지는 유효한 개혁은 아니었던 것으로 보인다. 오히려 저임금, 비자발적 시간제 고용과 같은 질 낮은 일자리 확대에 정적(+) 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 나아가서 고용중심 복지국가로의 전환으로 기대했던 재정 위기 해소에도 기여하지 못하는 장벽이 된 것으로 보인다. 따라서 복지국가의 재정건전성을 확보하는 전략으로 단순히 고용의 총량을 늘리는 것은 실효성을 가지기 어려우며, 충분하고 질 좋은 일자리의 창출을 위한 노력이 수반되어야 하겠다.

본 연구에서는 월 단위 수문순환 관측자료를 이용하여 수문순환 건전성 평가 기법을 개발하였다. 경안천 유역을 다섯 개의 소유역으로 나누고 무강우 일수, 무 강우 일수 변동폭, 일 30 mm 이상 강우 횟수, 일 30 mm 이상 강우 횟수 변동폭, 평균하천수위, 평균하천수위 변동폭, 평균지하수위, 평균지하수위 변동폭으로 8가지 수문순환 건전성 평가 기준을 정하였다. 관측값을 표준화를 하고 엔트로피 방법을 이용하여 각 소유역 별 가중치를 산정하였다. 산정된 가중치 값으로 TOPSIS를 이용하여 수문순환 건전성 평가 지수를 산정하였다. 연구결과 경안천 상류는 11 ~ 1월, 경안천 수위표는 2 ~ 4월, 곤지암천은 4 ~ 5월, 경안천 하류는 11 ~ 2월에 수문순환 건전성 불안전한 것으로 나왔다. 본 연구에서 개발 기법은 수문순환 건전성을 관리 방안을 수립하는 정책적 결정에 있어 정량적 근거가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 금강수계 하천의 생태적 건전성을 평가하는 체계를 구축하는 것이다. 연구대상 지역은 금강수계 14개 중권역으로 하였다. 평가지표의 투명성과 일관성을 확보하기 위하여, 건전성 지표 선정은 지표 간 내재적 가중치 변화 특성을 고려한 조정방법을 사용하여 선정하였다. 최종 통합지수에 미치는 영향이 가장 큰 지표는 수량, 수질, 수생태, 서식·수변환경 부문 중 수생태 부문의 지수로 파악되었다. 하천의 생태적 건전성 지수를 분석한 결과, 댐상류 유역(대청댐 기준)은 2014년까지 기준년도(2008)에 비해 상대적으로 좋은 상태로 평가되었으며 댐하류 유역은 좋지 않은 상태로 평가되었다. 년 단위 생태적 건전성 지수의 변화 추이는 다음과 같다. 용담댐, 용담댐하류, 보청천, 대청댐, 대청댐하류, 논산천의 경우는 시기별 차이는 있으나 건전성 지수의 저하가 진행되고 있다. 반면, 무주남대천, 영동천, 갑천의 경우는 건전성이 개선되고 있는 것으로 평가되었으며 초강, 대청댐상류, 미호천, 금강공주, 금강하구언은 건전성이 개선된 후 다시 저하되는 것으로 평가되었다.

본 연구에서는 단순한 구간대신에 구간내에 제한된 형태의 가능성 분포를 갖 는 복합구간으로 학장하는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 가능성 분포는 퍼지 집합이론에서 사용되는 것처럼 일반적인 분포형태 전체를 사용하는 것이 아니라, 가능성 분포의 무 게중심만 정의하고 이 무게중심과 구간경계만을 사용하여 시스템 변수가 갖는 정성값 을 나타낸다. 이를 바탕으로 새로운 상태변화와 그 규칙을 정의함으로써 정성 모델 링과 시뮬레이션을 할 수 있는 정성 수학을 공식화하였다.이와 같은 방식으로 구한 정성 모델과 추론방법으로 기존의 논문에 나와 있는 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하여 본 논문에서 제시한 정성해의 논리적 건전성(soundness)을 보였다.

This study aimed to investigate the dilapidated Fine View Square located in the city of Gangneung and analyze problems for building it into a sustainable space under an effective management plan. Further to creating an ecological base for restoring the natural circulation, a restorative method for the damaged area, a spatial assignment by the UNESCO's Man and Biosphere Programme (MAB), and an urban ecological park, we not only wanted to provide an environment that is citizen friendly, but also a practical and realizable project to connect with the various methods and programs mentioned above, while utilizing the Ministry of the Environment 's ecosystem conservation fund. In conclusion, we found that it would be possible to contribute to building an urban ecological park the Ministry of Environment proposed while restoring the lost natural circulation in Gyodong Square in the city of Gangneung and ecological soundness of the city along with the reduced heat island effect and the increased biological diversity and Ecological Soundness.

This study aims to investigate the financial soundness of Korean households and its effects on the retirement preparation of these households. The sample consisted of 1,031 households selected from the 4th Korean Retirement and Income Study (KReIS) by the National Pension Research Institute in 2012. The empirical results are as follows. According to the logistic regression model, the statistically significant factors affecting the retirement preparation of Korean households are gender, occupation type, residence, satisfaction with economic condition, and type of financial soundness-sound households or insolvency-risky households. In other words, more female-headed households and households with higher levels of occupation are less likely to prepare for retirement. The households that are more likely to prepare for retirement are those that are lived in metropolitan areas as opposed to the countryside; further, households that are more economically sound are also more likely to prepare for retirement. In particular, sound households and insolvency-risky households are less likely to prepare for retirement compared to liquidity-risky households.
