  • In recent an official announcement of NTT about a report of LRIC Model Study Group in the end of July 1999 has evoked a tough tug-of-the -war among relevant parties pertaining to the lowering problem of iner-connectino charge in Japan. This paper mainly introduces diverse response from all relevant parties about a report of LRIC Model Study Group in Japan and sort out their significant implications to our telecommunication industry.

  • For the purpose of easy approach, social welfare facilities that have close relation to local society establish welfare facilities, as schools, religious faciliteis, town-block offices, libraries, etc. Especially the church neighboring the region can use regional resources in human power, facilities, financial power. So the purpose of this research is to investigate the concept and sort of religious facilities and regional connection and present the direction of social welfare facilites plan through the case study of social welfare faciliteis performing public welfare work, attached to church.

  • The accurate estimation of software reliability is important to a successful development in software engineering. Until recent days, the models using regression analysis based on statistical algorithm and machine learning method have been used. However, this paper estimates the software reliability using support vector regression, a sort of machine learning technique. Also, it finds the best set of optimized parameters applying immune algorithm, changing the number of generations, memory cells, and allele. The proposed IA-SVR model outperforms some recent results reported in the literature.

  • 웹은 이제 우리 생활의 일부분이 되어 가고 있다. 많은 사람들이 웹을 이용하여 중요한 정보를 얻고 있으며, 이로 인하여 많은 콘텐츠들이 개발되고 있다. 그 중 학습을 목적으로 하는 교육 콘텐츠도 개발되고 있는데, 이러한 개발은 교육 및 훈련이 쉽고, 원하는 시간에 반복 학습이 가능하기 때문에 많이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 알고리듬의 이해를 도와 주는 JAVA 프로그램을 개발하게 되었다. 웹에서의 구현을 위해 JAVA를 사용하였으며, 기존의 많은 알고리듬 중 정렬 알고리듬을 내용으로 하는 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하게 되었다.

  • In this paper, a class of set-valued mappings is introduced, which is called uniformly same-order. For this sort of mappings, some minimax problems, in which the minimization and the maximization of set-valued mappings are taken in the sense of vector optimization, are investigated without any hypotheses of convexity.

  • Perspective dynamical systems arise in machine vision, in which only perspective observation is available, and the essential problem is to estimate the state and /or unknown parameters for a moving rigid body based on the observed information. This paper proposes and studies a Luenberger-type observer for perspective tim e-varying linear systems. In particular, assuming a given perspective time-varying linear system to be Lyapunov stable and to satisfy some sort of observability condition, it is shown that the estimation error converges exponentially to zero. Finally, a simple numerical exam pie is presented to illustrate the result obtained.

  • In this paper, robust adaptive control algorithms which can be applied to unknown uncertain systems are suggested. Transform matrix for dividing states into "uncontrolled" states and "controlled" states and general searching procedure for the transform matrix which assign arbitrary n-1 eigen values for the uncontrolled subsystem of n-th orther single-input single-output systems of which state variables can be observable are also studied and utilized for the design of new-type controllers. We drived new-type control laws by using adaptive control theory and variable structure system and its stability is proved by using Lyapunov stability theory.

  • This is a study on Sil-Sil and Chun. Sil-Sil is a kind of turquoise. According to its burial place and use its identity was fixed, It was discovered in the Middle-East Asia like Iran and Tibet, Ancient China imported turquoise from these countries,. Korea also imported it in Shilla period. It was the empresses only who had the priviledge of using Sil-Sil for their ornaments such as hair-pins headdresses and combs. Chun was a sort of metal ornaments. Chun required a high-skilled work' and it showed how advanced its skill at that time.

  • The traveling salesman problem with precedence relations (TSPPR) is harder than general traveling salesman problem. In this paper we propose an efficient genetic algorithm (GA) to solve the TSPPR. The key concept of the proposed genetic algorithm is a topological sort (TS). The results of numerical experiments show that the proposed GA approach produces an optimal solution for the TSPPR.
