Dielectric and Electrical Properties of the Pb($Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48}$)$O_3$ Thin Film by Sol-Gel Method. (Sol-Gel법에 의한 Pb($Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48}$)$O_3$박막의 유전 및 전기적 특성)

  • Pb($Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48}$)$O_3$ ceramic thin films were fabricated from an alkoxide-based solution by Sol-Gel method. Pb($Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48}$)$O_3$ co-ramic thin films were formed by spin coating method on Pt/$SiO_2$/Si substrate at 4000[rpm] for 30 [sec]. Coated specimens were dried on the hot-plate at 400[$^{\circ}C$] for 10[min]. The coating process was repeated 6 times and then sintered at temperature between 500 ~ 800[$^{\circ}C$] for 1 hour. The ferroelectric perovskite phases precipitated under the sintering of 700[$^{\circ}C$] for 1 hour. Pb($Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48}$)$O_3$ thin film sintered at 700[$^{\circ}C$] for 1hour showed good dielectric constant (2133) and dielectric loss (2.2[%]) Properties. The switching voltage, switching time and leakage currents density were 3.0[V], 1.7[${\mu}$sec] , 160[pA/$\textrm{cm}^2$] repectively.

Effects of Oxygen Pressure on the Crystallization Behavior and Electrical Properties of YMnO3 Thin Films

  • The YMnO$_3$ thin films were prepared on platinized-silicon substrates by chemical solution deposition and annealed at 750 to 85$0^{\circ}C$ for 1 h under various oxygen pressures, from 2 mTorr to 760 Torr. Effects of annealing oxygen pressures on the crystallization behavior and electrical properties of YMnO$_3$ thin films were investigated. Crystallinity and c-axis preferred orientation of YMnO$_3$ thin film were improved by decreasing the oxygen pressure but were deteriorated at extremely low oxygen pressure, 2 mTorr. Leakage current density of the YMn03 thin film decreased as the oxygen pressure decreased. The film annealed at 80$0^{\circ}C$ under 2 Torr, which had the best crystallinity and the highest c-axis preferred orientation. showed the best-developed ferroelectric C-V hysteresis.

  • A plan of construction of subsea tunnels connecting Korea-Japan and Korea-China have been discussing over the past several ten years. This paper were wrote about the present capacity of our engineer, the cooperation plan of politics and economy. Especially we examined and studied resolution method and technical problem in the construction of Sub-sea tunnel. In terms of excavation technology, Blasting and water resistance technology should be cared considering the status of rock such as fault in the deep sea. After of a construction work, it should be carefully designed and constructed for the fire and leakage management in Tunnel, It should be applied to High Construction Management Professional and Value Management(CVS) etc.

  • In tunnelling, temporary ventilation is very important factor in the safety of worker and the work efficiency which is affected by visibility. There are a lot of problems in the recent tunnel construction, because the longer the tunnel, the more the present design doesn't satisfy the allowable standard about dust and air pollution. Especially, In case the length of tunnel is more than 1,000m, the ventilation efficiency tends to decrease. In this study, the field measurement of the degree of contamination was performed near the face of tunnel. Based on the results obtained, the main factors of problem in temporary ventilation are the difference of temperature between outside and inside, the rate of leakage of ventilation duct and the dust and so on. It maybe helpful to the solution of problems, and also the accurate ventilation estimate.

  • The fiber reinforced composite material is widely used in the multi-industrial field where the weight reduction of the infrastructure is demanded because of their high specific modulus and specific strength. It has two main merits which are to cut down energy by reducing weight and to prevent explosive damage preceding to the sudden bursting which is generated by the pressure leakage condition. Therefore, Pressure vessels using this composite material in comparison with conventional metal vessels can be applied in the field such as defense industry, aerospace industry and rocket motor case where lightweight and the high pressure are demanded. In this paper, for nonlinear finite element analysis of E-glass/epoxy filament winding composite pressure vessel receiving an internal pressure, the standard interpretation model is developed by using the ANSYS, general commercial software, which is verified as the accuracy and useful characteristic of the solution based on Auto LISP and ANSYS APDL. Both the preprocessor for doing exclusive analysis of filament winding composite pressure vessel and postprocessor that simplifies result of analysis have been developed to help the design engineers.

Therefore, Pressure vessels using this composite material can be applied in the field such as defence industry and aerospace industry. In this paper, for nonlinear finite element analysis of E-glass/epoxy filament winding of composite vessel subjected to internal pressure, the standard interpretation model is developed by using the ANSYS with AutoLISP and ANSYS APDL languages, general commercial software, which is verified as useful characteristic of the solution. Among the modules of the system, both the process planning module for carrying out the process planning of filament wound composite pressure vessel and the autofrettage process module for obtaining higher residual stress will minimize trial and error and reduce the period for developing new products. The system can serve as a valuable system for experts and as a dependable training aid for beginners.

  • The heterolayered PZT/PT thick films were fabricated by two different methods - thick films of the PZT by screen printing method on alumina substrates electrodes with Pt, thin films of $PbTiO_3$ by the spin coating method on the PZT thick films and once more thick films of the PZT by the screen printing method on the $BaTiO_3$ layer The structural and the dielectric properties were investigated for effect of various stacking sequence of sol-gel prepared $PbTiO_3$ coating solution at interface of the PZT thick films. The insertion of $PbTiO_3$ interlayer yielded the PZT thick films with homogeneous and dense grain structure with the number of $PbTiO_3$ layers. The leakage current density of the PZT/$PbTiO_3-1$ film is less that $4.41{\times}10^{-9}\;A/cm^2$ at 5 V.

Bagged Auto-Associative Kernel Regression-Based Fault Detection and Identification Approach for Steam Boilers in Thermal Power Plants

  • In complex and large-scale industries, properly designed fault detection and identification (FDI) systems considerably improve safety, reliability and availability of target processes. In thermal power plants (TPPs), generating units operate under very dangerous conditions; system failures can cause severe loss of life and property. In this paper, we propose a bagged auto-associative kernel regression (AAKR)-based FDI approach for steam boilers in TPPs. AAKR estimates new query vectors by online local modeling, and is suitable for TPPs operating under various load levels. By combining the bagging method, more stable and reliable estimations can be achieved, since the effects of random fluctuations decrease because of ensemble averaging. To validate performance, the proposed method and comparison methods (i.e., a clustering-based method and principal component analysis) are applied to failure data due to water wall tube leakage gathered from a 250 MW coal-fired TPP. Experimental results show that the proposed method fulfills reasonable false alarm rates and, at the same time, achieves better fault detection performance than the comparison methods. After performing fault detection, contribution analysis is carried out to identify fault variables; this helps operators to confirm the types of faults and efficiently take preventive actions.

  • It was fast and easily used limitless information as a development of information technology, but it was increased side effects. There are hacking or cracking, personal information leakage in these side effects. A computer virus is stated in a serious problem recently. The best solution about a computer virus is an anti-virus. An anti-virus downloads and is updated virus signature in server after it was installed in a client computer. Products interworking with server are released recently. However, if signature isn't aptly updated, anti-virus program doesn't normally operate these anti-virus systems, and remote management is impossible. Therefore, in this paper, an active server-based anti-virus system which is installed in server and was able to be managed remotely was designed and implemented in order to solve these problems.

Study on the Characteristic due to the Various Polarity based on the Carbon Contents in Organic Thin Film (유기물 박막에서 탄소 함량에 따라서 달라지는 분극의 변화에 따른 특성 변화에 대한 연구)

  • The diluted PMMA treated $SiO_2$ films as an passivation materials for semiconductor devices was researched by using the FTIR spectra. The diluted PMMA solution with various ratios changed the surface of $SiO_2$ film as the hydrophilic, hydrophobic or hybrid type properties. The sample 7 with little carbon content showed dramatically the chemical variation by the FTIR spectra analysis. Beacuse the little carbon with electrons decreased the polarity and surface energy on the $SiO_2$ film, and then became a stable bonding structure and decreased the leakage current. The FTIR spectra can define the detail variation due to the chemical reaction on the organic thin film, and help to research the characteristic of the organic materials.
