주거환경이 고교생의 사회성에 미치는 영향 (The effects of the residential variables on high school students' social personality)

  • This is a study to grasp the correlation between high school students' social persenality and residential environment. THe samples were 197 boys and 200 girls who were attending the high schools located in Pusan. Social personality which contains family relations and social relations was measured by the standardized test of K.T.C. The path-analysis was used to make the causal relations of the collected data clear. RESULTS : 1. Feeling on the residential environment underwent the most potent influence by the floor space per person and social personality by feeling on the residential environment. 2. For the boy-students, the family relations andsocial relations was affected by the case of renthouse, the family relations by the case of noisy residence, and the social relations by the case of no-private room. 3. For the girl-students, the cases of higher stories and having private room made the family relations unharmonious, the cases of narrow floor space per person and the single house made the social relations troublesome, too.

Approaches to Formation and Regulation of a New Model of Social and Labor Relations in Terms of Innovative Development

  • Purpose - The study aims to substantiate the approaches and principles of forming a model of social and labor relations adequate to the modern conditions of economic development. Research design, data, and methodology - The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of social and labor relations in the labor market of Kazakhstan; describes the current model of labor relations and its basic parameters; determines the external and internal factors; specifically, the influence of the new labor law on its further development in the direction of democratization and the establishment of social partnership as a regulatory institution in the labor relations field. Result - Result is the model of the system of social and labor relations proposed by the author, which allows us to cover the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon, to unite the influence of the external environment and the internal complex of their mutual relations and interdependencies. Conclusion - The creation of an effective model of social and labor relations should proceed from the multifaceted nature of their manifestation. This means that the theoretical and methodological basis for their formation should be a comprehensive approach to solving the problems of transformation and interaction of social and economic components.

아동이 지각한 또래관계와 사회적 능력과의 관계 (The Relationship between Children's Social Competence and Perceived Peer Relations)

  • This study examined sex and grade difference in perceived peer relations and the relationship between children's social competence and perceived peer relations. The subjects were 365 children and their mothers. Instruments were the Children's Social Competence Questionnaire (Lee, 1993) and the modified version the of Social Network of Relationships Inventory (Han, 1996). Data were analysed by F-test, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression analysis. Perceived peer relations differed by sex and grade in some sub-domains. The social support, intimacy, and companionship of perceived peer relations were positively associated with social competence. The social support of perceived peer relations was the most influential factor affecting children's social competence.

사회적 자본이 노사관계 및 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study of the Effects of Social Capital on Industrial Relations and Firm Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social capital on industrial relations and firm performance, and to find out social capital is the antecedent factor of industrial relations. To serve the purpose of this study, we conducted the extensive survey on department managers and labor delegates of 110 Korean manufacturing firms. From the result, we identified that the industrial relations are more cooperative as the level of social capital increases, and the firm which has good relations between labor and management shows high performance. In addition, two factors of social capital (Trust/Participation) directly affect to the firm performance.

Extending the Theory of Intercultural Public Relations: Influence of Power in the Intersection of Cultural Identity, Social Capital and Social Control for Korean American professionals

  • Interviews with 17 Korean American professionals living in Korea revealed the relationship between their status, cultural identities, social capital, and conflicts that arise between their understanding of American and Korean social norms. The findings indicate that social capital for Korean Americans in Korea largely comprises of their English community in Korea and the Seoul Global Center; and that their access to social capital in the Korean society, in general, is limited. As result of limited availability and accessibility of social capital, with a sense of superiority, they maintained their American identity. In terms of social control, their lack of motivation to adopt and follow Korean social norms, as well as them being from the U.S., limited changes occurred in their cultural identity. Extending previous research on the Theory of Intercultural Public Relations, the public's power allows them to maintain their cultural identity, which in turn, effect their communication process. Implications of these findings, as well as suggestions for future study, are discussed.

간호대학생의 대인관계, 비합리적 신념 및 사회적 지지 간의 관계 (Associations of Interpersonal Relations with Irrational Beliefs and Social Supports among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the associations of interpersonal relations with irrational beliefs and social supports among nursing students. Methods: Subjects were 149 nursing students attending a university in C city. The data were collected in June, 2018 using questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with the SPSS 23.0 program. Results: There were statistically significant differences by the level of interpersonal relations according to gender (t=3.65, p<.001) and major satisfaction (t=5.04, p=.008). Also, interpersonal relations showed a significant negative correlation with irrational beliefs (r=-.24, p=.003) and a significant positive correlation with social support (r=.44, p<.001). The influencing factor of interpersonal relations were social supports, gender, irrational beliefs and major satisfaction. These factors explained 38.2% of interpersonal relations. Conclusion: Our study finidngs support developing educational and professional training with intepersonal relationships to improve social support as a prospective health care provider.

유아기 아동의 사회적 능력: 수줍음 및 자녀의 또래관계에 대한 어머니의 개입행동과의 관계 (Young Children's Social Competence: Its Relations with Their Shyness and Maternal Involvement in Children's Peer Relations)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the relations of children's shyness and maternal involvement in children's peer relations to children's social competence, and the relative influence of children's shyness and maternal involvement in children's peer relations on children's social competence. 195 mothers of 3-year-olds and their 13 teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi province participated in the study. The data were obtained using three kinds of questionnaires regarding shyness, parental involvement, and social competence. Findings revealed that shy children showed less popularity leadership and social participation for both boys and girls. The more orchestrations mothers exerted, the more popularity leadership boys showed. And the more advice and support mothers provided, the more interpersonal adjustment girls showed. For boys, shyness was more influential on popularity leadership than maternal orchestrations were. Findings are discussed in terms of the role of shyness in children's early social competence for both boys and girls.

가족관계가 청소년의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 매개효과 (The effect of family relations on adolescents' social competence: examining the mediating role of ego-resilience)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of family relations on adolescents' social competence. Furthermore, this study aimed to examine the mediating role of ego-resilience between those factors. Method: Two hundred and ninety-nine high school students completed measures of family cohesion, family expressiveness, ego-resilience, and social competence. T-tests, correlation and regression analyses were conducted. Results: The results reveled that family cohesion, family expressiveness, and ego-resilience were positively related to social competence. The results also revealed that family cohesion and expressiveness were significantly predicted social competence, emphasizing the role of family relations. Moreover, the association of family cohesion and expressiveness with adolescents' social competence was partially mediated by ego-resilience. Conclusions: The findings suggests that family cohesion and expressiveness contributes to adolescents' social competence directly and indirectly through ego-resilience. Results were discussed in terms of their implications for intervention to enhance social competence among adolescents.

중·고령자의 온라인 사회관계 서비스 활용도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Online Social Relations Service Utilization on Life Satisfaction of Middle-aged and Older Adults : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 중·고령자의 온라인 사회관계 서비스 활용도(PC, 모바일)와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국정보화진흥원에서 수집한 '2017년도 디지털 정보격차 실태조사' 데이터를 활용하였으며, 만 55세 이상 중·고령자 2,300명 중 인터넷을 이용하는 1,488명을 최종 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 이후 구조방정식을 활용하여 온라인 사회관계 서비스 활용도와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용 수준이 높을수록 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용도와 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 부분 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인하였다. 그러나 PC 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용도는 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 중·고령자의 모바일 기반 사회관계 서비스 활용 교육과 사회적 지지 증진 교육과의 연계성을 높이거나 사회적 지지를 함께 활용하여 효과적인 삶의 만족도 증진시킬 수 있는 실천적 방안의 기초자료로 활용 가능하다. 또한 온라인 사회관계서비스 활용도를 하나로 측정했던 한계점을 극복하고, 모바일과 PC로 구분하여 실질적으로 효과가 높은 도구를 선별해내었다는 것에 연구의 의의를 가진다.

기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 조직신뢰 및 노사관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational trust and Labor-Management Relations)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임 활동의 영역을 넓혀 나가고 있는 국내 기업과 기관의 사회적 책임 활동이 해당 기업의 노사관계에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 검증해서, 기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 기업의 구성원으로 하여금 조직신뢰와 노사관계에 긍정적인 또는 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다면, 기업이 취해야 할 정책적 또는 전략적 과제는 어떠한 것이 있을 수 있는가를 제언하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업이 사회적 책임활동을 함으로써 직원들의 조직에 대한 활동은 조직의 성과에 영향을 미치는 변수 중 하나인 노사관계에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업구성원들의 조직신뢰의 향상은 노사관계에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구의 결과는 기존의 선행연구에서 다루어지지 않은 기업의 사회적 책임과 조직성과의 중요한 요소인 조직신뢰 및 노사관계간의 직 간접적 영향관계를 입증하였다.
