COVID-19 이후 물리치료과 학생의 온라인수업 실태 조사 연구 (A Study on Online Classes of College Physical Therapy Students since COVID-19)

  • Background: This study aims to investigate the perception and actual situation of online classes of college physical therapy students after COVID-19. In addition, it is necessary to conduct a fact-finding survey on how physical therapy students who have experienced online classes think about the online class method, what are the overall problems, and to what extent they are satisfied. Methods: The subjects of this study were 102 students in the 3rd year of physical therapy at University A, and the survey period was from June 10 to June 23, 2020, and the perception and use of online classes and self-regulated learning ability were investigated. Design: Cross-section study. Results: The perception of online lectures, it was found that the perception of online classes after actual online classes was better than the perceptions before watching (utilization), and satisfaction with online classes was generally high. There was a significant difference according to the grades in self regulated learning. The data values measured in this study were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) Windows version 12.0 statistical program. Conclusion: These results suggest that in future research, it is necessary to study the perceptions and actual conditions of each class compared to online classes and face-to-face classes.

  • To enable the government and local authorities to anticipate the public's response to emergency measures, it is crucial to formulate theories on residents' behavioral reactions and establish appropriate evaluation models that cater to local conditions. However, prior research has primarily relied on simple surveys to assess individual disaster preparedness progress, while in the United States, the National Household Survey explores the behavior, attitudes, and motivations of citizens. Nonetheless, relying on simple survey analyses presents limitations. Therefore, our study aims to develop a social science behavioral analysis model that includes risk perception and emergency preparedness evaluation items for drought. We will achieve this by examining both domestic and foreign behavioral models. The ultimate goal is to present an effective response strategy for managing drought risk that incorporates the developed model. The drought risk perception and behavioral model employed in this study involves evaluating individual risk perception of drought disasters, individual effectiveness, and motivation analysis for drought disasters, government satisfaction with drought disaster management, and individual acceptance of drought prevention policies.

백화점의 서비스에 대한 품질측정과 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quality Measurement and Customer Satisfaction in Department Store Service)

  • Department store service is undergoing a rapidly changing social phenomena that is, the qualitative evaluation is getting more attention than the quantitative evaluation. Therefore, in this study, a standard has been prepared according to a service quality evaluation and the result has been analyzed to prepare major points for quality improvement. The differences in perception between department store consumers and department store employees were verified based on these factor categories. Also an attempt was made to reveal the relationship between satisfaction and service quality. When considering all the results of this study, the department store consumers and the department store employees perceived service quality differently from each other. The result is that the characteristics of the users and the suppliers reflect exactly as they are because of the characteristic of the distribution environment.

바디 디자인 경험기간에 따른 몸의 인식과 의복 스타일에 미치는 영향 -국내 20대 여성을 중심으로- (Perception of the Body and Clothing Style according to the Period of Body Design Experience -Focusing on Women in their 20s-)

  • This study examined body perception, body design behavior and clothing style for women in their 20s according to the period of body design experience. Body perception was analyzed from the two viewpoints of seeing the body as the subject of social suppression and as the means of self-expression. This could lead to understanding how modern women perceive their bodies based on experiences of body design. In-depth Interviews conducted through semi-structured questionnaires among women in their 20s were divided into body design experience less than 24 months and the group of body design experience more than 24 months. The results of this study are as follows. First, both groups did not feel satisfaction in terms of body perception. Women in the less than 24 months group showed their eager for firm body as well as skinny body influenced by social media, while the group with more than 24 months, felt a strong suppression to have a perfect body as a professional due to the expectations of others. Second, the group with less than 24 months conducted body designs to satisfy themselves, while group with more than 24 months focused on the body shape changes through systematic exercise and a strict diet plan that indicated a strong desire to show their perfect body to others. Third, the two groups showed differences in their clothing style.

중국 20대 소비자들의 인터넷 쇼핑 위험지각이 구전(e-WOM)에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Risk Perception on e-WOM in Internet Shopping of Chinese Consumers in Their 20s)

  • This study examined the risk perception in internet shopping by Chinese and analyzed the effects of risk perception on internet word-of-mouth acceptance and transmission. This analysis was conducted with data collected from 373 Chinese individuals in their 20s. Data were analyzed with factorial analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, Chi-square test, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ using SPSS 18.0. The results were: 1) The factor analysis of risk perception extracted four factors: fashion/social psychological risk, product risk, transaction risk, and economic risk. The cluster analysis classified them into: Group with low-risk, Group with high-risk, Group with economic risk, and Group with medium-risk. 2) Group with high-risk and Group with economic risk had a higher word-of-mouth acceptance than other groups. The Group with a high-risk had more word-of-mouth transmission than other groups. 3) It was found that when word-of-mouth was accepted, the factual information about fashion products (size and material) was most referred to, and that the overall evaluation of satisfaction and dissatisfaction was most conveyed when word-of-mouth was conveyed. 4) Internet word-of-mouth acceptance was affected by product risk, economic risk, and transaction risk. Internet word-of-mouth transmission was affected by economic risk, and fashion/social psychological risk, product risk, and transaction risk.

소셜커머스의 서비스품질과 소비자 만족도의 상관관계 분석 (An Investigation of Social Commerce Service Quality on Consumer's Satisfaction)

  • 최근에는 기존 소셜커머스 사이트에서 판매하는 일반 상품보다 서비스 관련 상품들이 더 주목 받고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 본 연구에서는 소셜커머스 상품의 서비스 품질이 소비자의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석을 하였다. 소셜커머스 상품을 구매해 본 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 상품 구매 후 서비스 품질이 소비자의 만족도에 얼마나 영향을 주는지 분석하는 연구이다. 소셜커머스의 경우 상품의 다양성, 상품의 편리성 등이 소비자의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 소셜커머스는 현재 900개가 넘은 사이트와 수 십건의 뉴스가 쏟아지고, 포털 사이트의 실시간 인기검색어에 관련 사이트까지 심심하지 않게 등장할 정도로 대중적인 인기를 몰고 오면서 우리 인간들의 일상 속으로 빠르게 파고들었다. 흔히 소셜커머스를 모방한 기업들의 대부분은 소셜 쇼핑의 형태를 벗어나지 못하고 있기 때문에 소비자 만족도와 서비스 품질의 상관관계가 밀접한 결과를 얻었다.

임상간호사의 성격특성이 직무스트레스와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The effect of clinical nurse's personality on job stress and organizational effectiveness)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of clinical nurse's locus of control of personality on job stress and job satisfaction and organizational commitment out of organizational effectiveness. Methods : The subjects were 463 staff nurses, who were employed in four university hospitals located in Seoul, Pusan and Kyungki-do. Data was collected from October 4th to October 14th in 2000 by a self-report questionnaire. Data was analyzed by the SAS for the general characteristics of the subjects, descriptive statistics, test for reliability and correlations. The effect of variables were tested using the Lisrel 8.12(a) program. Results : With the findings from this study, the internal-external locus of control affects job stress directly. Also it affects job satisfaction directly and via job stress indirectly. But it affects organizational commitment only via job stress and job satisfaction indirectly. Direct effect of locus of control to organizational commitment is not significant. Job stress affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment out of organizational effectiveness directly. Finally, job satisfaction was direct predictor of organizational commitment. Conclusion : Therefore, nursing managers ought to develop social learning programs to change the perception of individual personality and job stress management programs in order to improve organizational effectiveness.

간호학생의 간호전문직관과 전공만족, 사회성, 자아존중감간의 관계 (A Correlation Study on Nursing Professional Values, Department Satisfaction, Sociality, Self-Esteem among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing professional values(NPV) of college nursing students. Methods: A convenience sample of 274 subjects was recruited from the department of nursing at a college. The survey was conducted from May 29 to Jun 20 2006. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 10.1. Results: The average item score of NPV, satisfaction, socialization, self-esteem were 3.60, 3.00, 2.74, and 2.71. The NPV of nursing students showed a significantly positive correlation to speciality satisfaction(r=.28-.46), socialization(r=.13-.46), and self-esteem(r=.12-.15). The significant factors influencing NPV of nursing students were service, curriculum satisfaction, social perception satisfaction, leadership & popularity, and sociability, which explained about 37.5%. Conclusions: Therefore, on the basis of this study's result, when nursing educational programs are developed to make positive NPV, these factors need to be considered.

보훈의료서비스 전달체계의 효과성과 만족도에 관한 성과평가 연구 : 공급자 측면과 수요자 측면을 중심으로 (A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System : Focused on the Perspective of Provider and Beneficiary)

  • 본 연구는 공급자 측면과 수요자 측면의 관점에서 보훈의료서비스 전달체계의 효과성과 만족도의 영향요인에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 첫째, 공급자 측면의 인식에 초점을 두고 보훈의료서비스 전달체계의 구성요인에 해당하는 조직요인(통합성, 접근성), 인적요인(전문성, 책임성), 재정요인(충분성, 적절성)과 효과성과의 상호연계성을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 수요자 측면의 인식에 초점을 두고 보훈의료서비스를 이용하는 수요자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 효과성의 영향요인은 시설단일수준의 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 수요자의 만족도의 영향요인은 다층분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 위한 설문은 서울 부산 등 5개 보훈병원과 보훈병원을 이용하는 국가유공자를 대상으로 획득하였다. 분석결과 보훈의료서비스의 공급자 측면에서 효과성의 영향요인으로는 조직요인에서는 통합성(${\beta}=.156$), 인적요인에서는 책임성(${\beta}=.376$), 재정요인에서는 충분성(${\beta}=.109$)과 적절성(${\beta}=.367$)이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 보훈의료서비스를 이용하는 수요자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 전문성(${\beta}=0.99$)과 효과성(${\beta}=-1.09$)이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 본 연구의 주요 관심사항의 하나인 효과성(${\beta}=-1.09$)이 부(-)의 방향에서 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 점은 주목할 만한 결과이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서는 좀처럼 시도하지 않았던 접근방법을 통해 국가보훈의료서비스의 공급자 측면의 효과성과 수요자 측면의 만족도의 영향요인을 살펴봄으로써 향후 국가보훈의료서비스의 질적인 향상에 실천적으로 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

보행환경 만족과 안전인식이 주관적 건강인식에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 자본의 매개효과에 대한 집단비교를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Satisfaction and Safety Recognition of the Pedestrian Environment on the Subjective Health Status: Focused on gender difference of the intermediating effect of social capital)

  • 최근 도시정책에서는 '건강'에 대한 중요성이 크게 증가하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 급격한 도시화로 인해 발생한 환경문제로 인한 신체적 건강의 악화와 경쟁위주의 사회에서 발생하는 사회적 관계 단절로 인한 정신적 건강의 악화가 끊임없이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 공중보건분야와 도시정책 분야를 융합하여 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 2018년 서울서베이를 이용하여 보행환경의 만족과 보행환경 안전에 대한 인식이 사회적 자본을 매개하여 주관적 건강인식에 미치는 영향을 남성과 여성 그룹으로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 구조방정식 다중집단분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 남성그룹에서는 보행환경만족도, 보행환경 안전인식이 사회적 자본에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고 보행환경 만족과 사회적 자본이 주관적 건강인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 여성 그룹에서는 보행환경 만족도는 사회적 자본에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으며 보행환경 안전 인식만 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 보행환경 만족, 보행환경 안전인식, 사회적 자본이 모두 주관적 건강인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되어 건강한 도시 정책의 수립을 위해서는 보건, 의학 분야와 도시 계획 및 정책 분야의 융합연구의 필요성과 그룹별 차별적인 정책이 필요함을 시사한다.
