Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify attributes of the concept of cancer survivorship. Methods: Walker & Avant's concept analysis framework (2005) was used to review the medical & nursing text books, medical and nursing research articles related to cancer survivorship and published from 1985 to 2011. Results: There were nine aspects of the concept of cancer survivorship: A process, liminality, uncertainty, life-changing experience, complexity, unique experience, duality of positive and negative aspects, partnership, and need for support. Antecedents of cancer survivorship were cancer diagnosis and perception as a cancer survivor. Empirical referents of cancer survivorship were survival rate, quality of life, adaptation to the survivorship experience, and health-related hardiness, social support, spirituality, and health behavior. The consequences of cancer survivorship were effects on the physical, psychosocial, spiritual and socio-economic well-being of the patients. Conclusion: This concept analysis of cancer survivorship is expected to contribute to promotion of survivorship care in the clinical field by removing conceptual ambiguity and confirming the true meaning of survivorship care.

In era of lowbirth, aging population, low growth and social polarization, the effective welfare delivery systems are taking on added significance than past years. Public housing welfare resources, such as public rental housing, housing voucher, affordable housing loan, are more diversified and expanded. These programs could work effectively by the comprehensive interlink and community based delivery system. From the standpoint of recipients, how effectively the substantial benefits of welfare resources being delivered to each individual is more important than how much welfare resources being produced totally. This study aimed to explore the reform of public housing welfare delivery system. For this purpose, diagnosed the current states and key issues related to public delivery system, and analyzed what kinds of housing welfare services should be strengthened, and finally suggested the collaboration among the public sectors (local government, LH, HUG, HF etc.) and the partnership with non-profit organizations. Main research implications are as follows. The main housing welfare services which could be categorized as the housing welfare center's role are advice & information offering, several public resources interlink and accessibility improvement, community based network construction, etc. And the most important key for successful delivery system reorganization is the collaborative operation of the public sectors and local government, non-profit organizations.

Purpose - This study purposes to analyze the impact of regional economic integration and macroeconomic on Indonesian FDI inflows. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from bilateral relation between Indonesia and 21 home countries whose dominant share FDI to Indonesia from 2005 to 2013. Analysis method was conducted by panel gravity modeI to find the impact of regional economic integration and macroeconomic on Indonesian FDI inflows. Results - The empirical results show that GDP of the home country and Indonesia have a positive impact on Indonesia FDI. Distance and home country real interest rate have a negative impact on Indonesia FDI. Economic integration of European Union (EU) and Indonesia's cooperation with Japan in ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership (AJCEP) have created impact of investment creation on Indonesia FDI, unfortunately, economic integration of ASEAN has created impact of investment diversion on Indonesian FDI. Conclusions - In order to increase FDI inflow to Indonesia, Indonesia government should improve the physical and social infrastructures to drive the productivity and economic efficiency. It will increase the GDP and also attract more investors. Low interest rate policy should be considered.

The paper seeks to explore the role of green finance in achieving sustainable development goals through the case of China, and address some issues of sustainable finance and environmental, social and governance concerns of green finance by introducing the episodes of green finance in China. This paper aims to provide some viewpoints about the following questions: 1) What are the latest trends in green finance? 2) What are the main challenges to the development of green finance? 3) What are policy recommendations for the development of green finance? 4) What are the roles of both the public and private sectors in promoting green finance? This paper identifies the mainstream to sustainable bonds, diversification of green finance, transition of corporates' business models, transparency and disclosure, and harmonizing taxonomy and measurement of green finance for the emerging trends of green finance. As the results, this paper recommends some policy measures for the private sector such as greening the banking system, greening the bond market, and greening institutional investors. This paper also suggests some policy initiatives for the public sector such as developing policies and capacity, promoting market transparency and governance, and promoting private-public partnership for diversifying resources of green finance.

The purpose of this study is to establish the identity of Kangwon Land as an integrated resort and to suggest the future directions for sustainability. In addition, we will explore strategies for revitalizing the local economy and promoting local coexistence by diagnosing social awareness in order to coexist with the local economy. We examined the internal and external environment of Kangwon Land and investigated regional awareness and win-win strategies for Kangwon Land. Also, we analyzed various strategies and business activities that Kangwon Land is carrying out. In order for Kangwon Land to pursue sustainable growth as a global complex resort, it needs to establish (1) new trend management generating new demand that reflects global trends, (2) strategies to build regional tourism clusters, (3) a global network through global investment and partnership, (4) various CSR and regional cooperation strategies, and (5) CI(Corporate Image) improvement strategies.

As the technological gap amongst manufacturers decreases, the life cycle of products has shortened, and competition accelerates due to the development of technology, incumbent manufacturing companies face growth limitations. In order to overcome such business issues, manufacturing companies are increasingly interested in changes in business models and innovations, especially in the direction of providing services where they can maintain the competitive advantage of their products. In such context, this empirical study examines managerial leadership, differentiation strategies, and products and services pricing as 'servitization factors', which can be driving forces for moving into a new era of growth for Korean SMEs, focusing on the mediating effects of servitization competency. The results are as follows : First, it was confirmed that executive leadership, differentiation strategy, and information & communication technology capability have a direct effect on service sales. Second, the process competency, partnership competency, and ICT competency, which are presented as the service competence of SMEs, were found to play an important role in inducing service sales in managerial leadership, differentiation strategy, product and services pricing. It also emphasized the role of the public policy such as helping to foster SMEs as key partners in the expansion of social facilities and establishing platforms through ICT and data utilization for the convergence of manufacturing services.

South Korea, a rapidly ageing country, faces increasing dementia rate as the incidence of dementia increases with ageing. Service design is an effective method to develop dementia service by visualizing and specifying intangible forms of service. The Design Council in the U.K. carried out dementia solution projects such as 'living with dementia' in 2011 and 'transform aging' in 2016, introducing successful services and innovative products. Seeking useful implications, this paper explores the concept and method of service design focusing on the U.K. cases. To suggest solutions on dementia, effective strategies should be set up on the basis of service design, which embodies various stake holders' cooperation and partnership.

This study generated the suggestions to minimize the duplicated cultural programs offered by various regional public service institutions via promoting effective collaboration among the institutions with the limited local resources while making the public libraries as the center of the partnership. We measured the level of program duplicability; conducted statistical analysis of the cultural program offering; and analyzed program participation status as well as the participation surveys. This led to the following results: 1) public libraries focused on offering humanities general education related programs; 2) participants had high expectations on the reading and writing programs; and 3) social welfare organizations offered programs, which targeted the older population, and the corresponding participants had high satisfaction rate. According to the results, the institutions including the public libraries should take into account of the ages and preferences of the potential participants when offering various programs. In addition, the public libraries should continue to offer humanities general education as well as information use programs.

It has been frequently asked the question not only by academicians but also by practitioners whether employment flexibility can be compatible with employment stability. This study tries to find the answer by investigating the German model of employment flexibility practices and job stability policies. The German model of employment flexibility is mainly based on working-time accounts and short-time work programs. It is found that social partnership and government support have played a crucial role to stabilize German labour market. Workers, employers, and government have harmoniously interplayed in order for overcoming the economic hardship. Adapting the German experience of overcoming economic turbulence by introducing employment flexibilization can help Korean firms. However, it is important to recognize that there are some differences in practices of labour relations, cultural and social background while applying the German practices.
