부모교육경험이 부모의 자녀교육관에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Parent Education Program on Parent's Educational Views)

  • The present study investigated the parent's educational views according to sex, age, educational level of parent, and social class. The study also examined parent's educational views resulting from participation of parent education and the types of parent education of marital partner. The subjects were consisted of 162 couples(324 persons) whose children were attending elementary school in Seoul. The instrument was "A tools of Parent's Educational Views Measurement". The major findings are: 1. Parent's educational views showed a tendency to be adult oriented rather than child centered regardless of parent's sex and age. However, the higher parent's education and SES are, the more child oriented views are. 2. Mothers who had participated in the specialized parent education were found to be child oriented educational views. 3. The fathers whose wives participated in the specilized parent education showed the child oriented educational views, probably because of mothers' influence on fathers' educational views.

  • 과학기술혁신을 통해 사회문제 해결을 지향하는 혁신정책이 부상하고 있다. 이 정책은 기술적 측면과 사회적 측면을 통합적으로 고려할 것을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 사회문제 해결형 혁신을 위한 '사회-기술기획'이라는 새로운 활동의 필요를 제시하고 그것의 특성과 발전방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 국내외에서 이루어지고 있는 사회-기술기획 활동 사례를 살펴보고 그 성격과 유형을 정리하였다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 사회-기술기획 활동의 발전 방향을 제시했다.

중년기 기혼여성의 여가태도와 여가행동이 생활만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Middle-Aged Married Women태s Attitude and Activity for Leisure upon Their Life Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this empirical study is to examine the effects of middle-aged married women’s attitude and activity for leisure upon their life satisfaction. The samples were composed of 388 married women between 40 years and 59 years old, selected by age and local distribution. As the major findings of this study, the most decisive factors to enhance the life satisfaction are found as follows: First, the behavioral factor among the leisure attitudes is most affective to highten the life satisfaction. Second, self-development activity, friend-making activity and home-oriented activity are the most decisive factors in the category of participation rate of leisure activities. Third, in the types of leisure activities, leisure activity with husbands is the most affecting. Also, the economic factor of the samples was the most significant factor to affect the life satisfaction. The findings of this study provide some implications regarding the policies on the leisure facilities, leisure education programs, the governmental and social supporting systems, and the spontaneous efforts of women themselves to enhance the quality of life of the middle-aged married women.

Interaction among Megatrends and the Paradigm of Low-Carbon Society

  • This paper investigates the interaction among the paradigm of Low-Carbon Society (LCS) and the megatrends in field of population, environment, geopolitics, and energy. The paradigm of LCS is regarded as a 'social will' trend, distinguished from other 'phenomenal' trends. The qualitative analysis shows that the megatrends and the LCS paradigm have positive/neutral/negative impacts on one another, while some impacts can be reversed to other types of impact with the conditions having ripened. In quantitative analysis, the correlation between the LCS paradigm and the economy is traced with our Integrated Assessment Model, looking into such response options as population control, increase in labor force participation, and productivity enhancement to maintain utility level despite the pursuit of LCS paradigm. The future challenges in national strategy and S&T policy are suggested, based on the interaction analyses.

디지털그림자노동의 분류와 동태성 및 연구 방향 (Classification, Dynamics, and Research Direction in Digital Shadow Work)

  • Purpose Today, through digital services, many people enjoy a conveient and comfortable life. Nevertheless, it is easy to find people in our daily lives who are buried in work without any payment that we did not do before digital services. Such un-payed works under digital environment are called digital shadow works. The purpose of this study is to classification and dynamics of digital shadow works and to suggest research direction. Design/methodology/approach Based on two dimension, voluntary participation ('should' type and 'want' type) and work orientation (management-operation), digital shadow works were classified into four categories - chore, makeup, routine, and quest. Findings In digital shadow work there are four types of dynamics - routine and quest, makeup and chore, makeup and quest, and quest and actions in offline. According to the classification and analysis of dynamics, three research directions in digital shadow work are suggested and discussed- digital shadow works operation mechanism considering dynamics, expansion of existing user theories based on survey method by digital shadow works and social influences by digital shadow works.

  • According to the changing environment of modern society, a resident of the symbols reflects the growing need for housing has risen.   • The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction and recognition for applying to component of Emotion of the elementary school space with characteristics of child development. For the accomplishment of the study is to deduce types of emotional component and characteristics of child development based on literature and advanced research related to 'Child development and behavior', 'The elementary school space', and concept of 'children' and 'emotion'. In addition, The level of recognition of teachers and students about creation plan of school space by types of emotion component and preference and relationships of students on emotion component of elementary school space is investigated. The space environment has great influence in childhood going through big changes in physical, cognitive, emotional and social ways, Providing space environment built with emotion component such as 'affordance', 'diversity', 'territoriality', and 'relationships' considering characteristics of child development is most important of all, In particular, when building indoor space in elementary schools where students going through various development stages live, providing friendly environments for emotion of children put top priority on students in the decision-making process and guaranteed the participation of students is expected.

공동가치창출 경험이 소비자 태도에 미치는 영향: 소비자 동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Consumer Co-creation on Consumer Attitude: Moderating Roles of Consumer Motivation)

  • Purpose - Many global companies across industries are paying significant attention to co-creation activities, which enable consumers to participate in firms' value creation process, as a main model of new product development processes. In this study, we aim to examine different types of co-creation activities and their effects on consumer attitudes. We focus on upstream co-creation, downstream co-creation, autonomous co-creation, and sponsored co-creation. Upstream co-creation includes firms' control and management in the initial stage of new product development and prototype testing. Downstream co-creation indicates that consumers participate in firms-initiative activities at a later stage in new product development, such as public relations and marketing communications. Autonomous co-creation includes consumers' commitment activities in the absence of firms' rewards. However, under the sponsored co-creation, consumers can return monetary and social rewards from firms through their co-creation activities. The hypotheses regarding the effect of co-creation on consumer attitudes are as follows. (H1, H2, H3, H4) Upstream, downward, autonomous, and sponsored co-creation has positive effects on consumer attitude. (H5, H6) As intrinsic motivation increases, the positive effect of upstream and autonomous co-creation increases. (H7, H8) As extrinsic motivation increases, the positive effect of downward and sponsored co-creation increases. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve our research goals, we analyzed responses from 246 samples from Korean consumers and verified the proposed hypotheses using a linear regression model. The samples include Korean consumers who experienced upstream, downstream, autonomous, and sponsored co-creation by firms. Results - First, both upstream co-creation and downstream co-creation with firms and consumers are found to have positive effects on consumer attitudes. Second, autonomous co-creation and sponsored co-creation are found to positively affect consumer attitudes. Third, consumers' intrinsic motivation has a fit-effect between upstream co-creation and autonomous co-creation, and their extrinsic motivation has a fit-effect between downstream co-creation and sponsored co-creation. Consumers who have strong intrinsic motivation are affected by upstream co-creation and autonomous co-creation. However, consumers who have strong extrinsic motivation are affected by downstream co-creation and sponsored co-creation. Conclusion - These results indicate that the fit between consumers' co-creation participation types and consumers'motivations is a significant factor in determining consumer attitudes. The results of this study imply that various types of consumer participation actually improve consumers' attitudes toward products and brands. In addition, our study also suggests that firms should consider the fit between co-creation types and consumers' motivations when they initiate co-creation activities. In this study, we survey consumers who participated in firms' co-creation activities. Future studies can compare different types of consumers. For instance, we can examine the different in different test by comparing experienced versus inexperienced consumers. Finally, we expand this research to user-generated content topics. This attending issue focuses on the mechanism that breaks down the boundaries and barriers between consumers and producers.

리더십, 조직문화와 조직몰입과의 관계 (Interrelationship between leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 리더십에 대한 인식정도, 사회복지조직의 조직문화가 종사자의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 사회복지시설에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사로서 총 456부가 분석에 사용되었다. 변혁적 리더십, 교환적 리더십 등 리더십 유형, 조직문화를 독립변인으로 종사자의 조직몰입과의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 리더십 유형, 조직문화가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석과 조직몰입에 미치는 직 간접 효과를 파악하기 위하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조직몰입에 대한 영향을 미치는 총 효과를 살펴보면, 변혁적 리더십이 가장 많은 영향을 미치며, 조직의 문화가 집단문화, 교환적 리더십, 발전문화 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 종사자의 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회복지조직의 리더가 변혁적 리더십을 통한 종사자의 자발적 참여와 업무능률을 향상시켜야 하며, 이러한 리더십 유형은 조직의 문화가 집단문화를 형성할 수 있도록 하여 종사자의 조직몰입을 향상시켜야 한다는 결과를 보이고 있다.

충북지역 공공임대주택의 주거만족도 분석 -물리적·사회적 요인을 중심으로- (A Study on the Residential Satisfaction of Public Rental Housing in Chungbuk -Focusing on Physical and Social Factors-)

  • 본 연구는 물리적 요인뿐만 아니라 사회적 요인을 고려한 충북지역 공공임대주택 입주자의 주거만족도 분석을 통해 공공임대주택의 주거만족도를 유형별로 비교해보고, 주택유형별 만족도의 특성을 파악함으로써 지역적 특성을 반영한 공공임대주택 정책방향에 대한 기초정보를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 공공임대주택의 이론적 고찰 및 공공임대주택 공급과 관리 현황을 파악한 후, 물리적 사회적 요인을 중심으로 공공임대주택 주거실태 만족도조사를 유형별로 실시하였다. 물리적 요인에 대한 주거만족도 조사결과, 주택 및 아파트단지의 내부 및 외부와 주변 환경에 대한 만족도가 상이하게 나타났다. 한편, 사회적 요인에 대한 주거만족도 조사 결과, 이웃관계에 대한 주거만족도와 단지에 대한 이미지는 주택유형별로 유의미한 차이가 존재하는 반면, 지역공동체 활동참여에 대한 만족도는 주택유형별로 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
