As Daniel Bell says, that modern society is an information society. In contrast to earlier days, modern society has placed a high value on information and knowledge. Therefore, modern civilization depends largely on information and knowledged, which is the most valuable sources of all intelligence activities. By coordinating a large number of human action, the information creates a powerful social tool. It combines its personnel with its resources and new materials at various level. At the same time, It continually evaluates how well it is performing and tries to adjust itself accordingly in order to achieve social goals. As we shall see, all this allows information to sew the various needs of society. In connection with above mentioned problem consciousness, the study is designed to sew the following purposes. As its title indicates, and perhaps most significant. This study is to review and reinterpret the existing literature on local telecommunication system, networks, and policy direction in order to arrive at a somewhat more general approach to understanding them. In local telecommunications service, the service exploitation and promotion and database development must be accomplished by establishing local telecommunications. If we develop local telecommunications toward the progressing direction, we would dissolve the regional information disparity and could also make the local policy suited for high-intelligence society. It is true of any science that knowledge is never complete. It is also true of a science that knowledge should grow, through systematic reexamination of the body of findings. There are certainly true of this study on the developmental direction for local telecommunication system.

Mobile directory has offered just the same function until now, SNS service also has offered for our to meet other people and liaise between person and person. But it has a important thing which can not offer direct to liaise between person and person. In this paper, we has developed the "SNS Consolidation Directory" for solve the problem which needs to modern people with. A main purpose of SNS Consolidation Directory will develop the smart directory which offer to improve SNS service and personal relation supervision. This system function has initial search, anniversary, birthday alarm, using the UI contact frequency, SNS service and directory exchange.

The availability of technology and the abundance of experts in universities create an ample opportunity to provide a venue that allows a knowledge seeker to easily connect with and request advice from university experts. On the other hand, outsourcing provides opportunities and remains one of the emerging trends in organizations, and can very clearly observed in the Philippines. This paper describes the development of a reliable web-based approach to Knowledge Product Outsourcing (KPO) services in the Silliman Online University Learning system. The system is called an "e-Knowledge Box."It integrates Web 2.0 technologies and mechanisms, such as instant messaging, private messaging, document forwarding, video conferencing, online payments, net meetings, and social collaboration together into one system. Among the tools used are WAMP Server 2.0, PHP, BlabIM, Wordpress 3.0, Video Whisper, Red5, Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, and Virtual Box. The proposed system is integrated with the search engine in URLs, Web feeds, email links, social bookmarking, search engine sitemaps, and Web Analytics Direct Visitor Reports. The site demonstrates great web usability and has an excellent rating in functionality, language and content, online help and user guides, system and user feedback, consistency, and architectural and visual clarity. Likewise, the site was was rated as being very good for the following items: navigation navigation, user control, and error prevention and correction.

The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) enables decision makers to represent the interaction of multiple factors in complex and unstructured situations. The process requires the decision maker to develop a hierarchical structure of the factors in the given problem and to provide judgments about the relative importance of each of these factors and ultimately to specify a preference for each decision alternative with respect to each factor. The research presented in this paper applies the AHP to identify key players in promoting port competitiveness. The literature survey revealed four major criteria and 15 sub-criteria. The four factors are cost, service quality, facility/capacity and economic-social variable. 150 questionnaires suitable for AHP analysis were made and 77 were returned. It is found that in terms of cost, the first key player is terminal operator and the second key player is shipping companies calling Busan port; in terms of service quality, the first key player is terminal operator, and the second key player is shipping companies calling Busan port; in terms of facility/capacity, the first key player is port authority and the second key player is terminal operator; in terms of economic-social variable, the first key player is terminal operator, and the second key player is shipping companies calling Busan port.

As economic trade between Korea and China has been encouraged with the rapid growth of Chinese economy and port competition in Northeast Asia, Korean government is trying to promote development and consolidation of ports to cope with the lack of facilities. Thus, many projects for port development have been propelled including the enactment the 'Private investment promotion law for social overhead capital 1994.' However, there are still some unsettled issues since considerable part of risk is still allocated to the Government when it has to support the private businesses in these port investments whenever unexpected problems arise. Allocation of risk among the participants - in this case especially - is a very subtle issue, however, it was revealed that not many precedent researches were done on the subject. In my previous research, I classified and analyzed 4 principle risks i.e, construction, management, financial and social risk. This research investigates the reasonable allocation of the risks among the participants using the Hierarchial Fuzzy Process. In the result of analysis, responsibility of private party is the most important and it must put the responsibility before Government' roll concerned. Also, this research displayed and proposed the direction of management method on port development in a view of minimizing risk and maximizing initiative of a private party.

Flight attendants are the most important people which decides customer's satisfaction and service quality toward the airline service. Nowadays the service employees' emotional ability over self and others are considered to be a important service competence. And flight attendants' job performance are achieved in their team system. The purpose of this study is to examine how the service employees' emotional awareness and management abilities can affect their teamwork capability. This study was conducted through literature and empirical methods, and collected questionnaire was analyzed employing SPSS version 15.0 statistics package and AMOS 17.0. The result of this study was found that flight attendants who have high self-emotional ability and social-emotional ability show higher teamwork capability in their flights. It is meaningful because it expanded the range of the researches about the emotional ability and proposed new substructure of researches on the service human resources.

Ennin was a Japanese buddhist monk who stayed in Tang from Jun. 13, 838 A.D. to Dec. 14, 847 A.D. in lunar's calender and wrote lengthy diary through the travel. This diary contained lots of information on the politics, economy, social culture, religion, diplomatic policies, militaries, geography, transportations and administrations of Tang China. Especially the beginning of his diary dated from Jun. 13, to July 3, 838 A. D. was recorded in the manner of ship's logbook entries. Many terms of navigation and naval architecture appeared on it. It is very important to understand them for studying ancient ship and its navigation skill. This paper aims to investigate the meaning of ‘Nu-A’ obviously referring to some part of hull of the ship as the first step to annotate the terms of navigation and naval architecture which were appeared in the diary.

Traditionally, in the education for the trainees of marine officier, the emphasis is laid on the practical training on board to prepare them for the future position on board and to fit them for the shipboard life. Though the education has been carried out in various ways according to each country's social tradition, culture and educational system, in these days it is done normally by the combined way of school education and training on board to get the competence for the marine officer. Thus the shipboard training course is compulsively required to the candidates for certification as merchant marine officers by the IMO STCW convention 1978 and also it is believed that the education for the dacet officers is to be completed through the shipboard training. In spite of the various earlier studies to improve the training education system, there are few studies for the matters and problems form the standing point of cadet.

With the advent of the 21th century, Korea surrounded by the three sides of the sea has been underlining the fact that it will become one of the strongest maritime powers near future as ever in the past. The study shows that in order to build up Korea as a powerful maritime country, not only should we urge its government to take more in-depth political interest in the field of the shipping industry, but the effective training and the managing program for sea-farers employing in th forefront of the shipping business(as the centric panel of the competent merchant marine officers) also have to be taken into a sufficient consideration. According to the large scale, higher speed and automatization of vessels, a number of seamen who have so well-workable brain as to dexterously operate the up-dated scientific equipments have come into be demanded. This study therefore has not only suggested that an improvement for the system of the education for merchant marine officers and the effective scheme of the management on them, but especially underlined the problems of seamen' and their families' economic and social securities as well.

The study has focused on relationship benefits provided for customers in terms of relationship marketing and empirically analyzed the influence of components of relationship benefits in air service. Those components are, for example, social, psychological, economic and special treatment benefits on long-term orientation of relationship. Also, ultimately, this study aims to suggest marketing strategies and relevant implications for airlines. In conclusion, psychological and special treatment benefits were found to have influence on long-term orientation of relationship.
