본 연구는 국내의 디지털도서관 연구 및 디지털도서관 용어 사용을 분석함으로써, 디지털도서관에 대한 논의가 기술중심적 혹은 기술결정론적 방향으로 진행되어 왔다는 것을 밝히고 있다. 그러나 디지털도서관은 다양한 이종의 구성요소들이 사회적 상호작용 과정을 통하여 구성되는 사회기술망으로 인식될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 사회기술망으로서의 디지털도서관을 이해하고 분석하기 위하여 사회정보학과 STIN 모델이 적용되어야 한다는 것을 제안한다.

Prediction of the relations among drug and other molecular or social entities is the main knowledge discovery pattern for the purpose of drug-related knowledge discovery. Computational approaches have combined the information from different sources and levels for drug-related knowledge discovery, which provides a sophisticated comprehension of the relationship among drugs, targets, diseases, and targeted genes, at the molecular level, or relationships among drugs, usage, side effect, safety, and user preference, at a social level. In this research, previous work from the BioNLP community and matrix or matrix decomposition was reviewed, compared, and concluded, and eventually, the BioNLP open-shared task was introduced as a promising case study representing this area.

과학기술의 발달에 따라 정보통신기술의 활용에 따른 역기능이 사회적 문제가 되고 있고 이에 따라 초 중등학교 교육과정에서 정보윤리를 강화해야 한다는 사회적 요구가 크다. 정보윤리교육의 내용은 범교과 수준의 교육과정에서 다루어지도록 되어 있으나 정보윤리에 관한 총체적인 교육과정이 마련되어 있지 않고, 일부 선택 교과의 단원 안에 편성되어 있다. 따라서 교과별로 정보윤리교육 내용의 중복 현상이 발생하고 있으며, 중등학교의 경우 정보윤리교육을 다루는 교과의 대부분이 선택과목으로 되어 있어 학생에 따라 정보윤리교육을 받지 못하는 경우도 생긴다. 본 연구에서는 정보윤리교육의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 교과 통합 교육과정 모델과 사이버 윤리 교육모델에 기초한 교과융합 정보윤리교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 정보윤리교육 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 고등학교 1학년 291명을 대상으로 5개월 동안 실시한 결과 정보윤리 이해도 지수가 현저히 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 정보윤리교육의 기존 문제점을 구조적으로 안고 있는 2015년 개정 교육과정의 정보윤리교육을 위해 본 교육프로그램의 사용을 제안한다.

21세기에 들어서 한국을 포함한 세계 각국은 정보교육에 대한 많은 변화를 시도하였다. 각국의 상황을 고려하여 정보교육의 필요성을 인지하고 실천적 행동으로 옮기고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 명칭으로 논의되고 있는 정보교육의 모태학문인 정보학에 대해 고찰하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 모태학문에 대한 고찰은 용어에 집중하여 학술논문과 고등교육기관의 학과명, 학술지에서 정보관련 용어의 출현빈도를 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석을 토대로 교과 '정보'는 사회적 변화에 기여하는 정보학을 모태학문으로 하고, 통합된 정보학은 모든 학문의 메타학문임을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학문적인 측면 뿐 아니라 사회적 필요 측면에서 정보교육를 규명하고, 메타학문을 모태학문으로 하는 정보교육은 초중등 학교에서 필수로 가르쳐야 할 교과임을 시사점을 제공하였다.

Despite a growing number of natural language processing shared-tasks dedicated to the use of Twitter data, there is currently no ad-hoc annotation tool for the purpose. During the 6th edition of Biomedical Linked Annotation Hackathon (BLAH), after a short review of 19 generic annotation tools, we adapted GATE and TextAE for annotating Twitter timelines. Although none of the tools reviewed allow the annotation of all information inherent of Twitter timelines, a few may be suitable provided the willingness by annotators to compromise on some functionality.

세계 각국은 급변하는 시대의 발전 및 개혁 요구에 대응하기 위해 미래에 필요한 핵심역량을 기준으로 정보교과과정을 설계하고 시행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 핵심역량을 비교 분석하여 초등 정보교육 핵심역량 프레임워크를 개발하였으며, 초등 정보교과 구성 방향성을 제시하였다. 각 국가 및 기관에서 제시한 역량 중 사회적-감정적 역량, 의사소통, 창의력, 책임감, 문화와 윤리, 문제 해결 능력, 협력, 추상 역량이 중첩되었으며, 국내 중·고등학교 정보 교과에서는 컴퓨팅 사고력과 정보기술 활용 능력을 중시함을 알 수 있었다. 이에 향후 초등 정보교과에서 제안된 핵심역량 프레임워크를 교과 구성에 반영하며, 사회적 책임감을 강화하고 융복합적 소양을 함양하여 문제해결력을 제고하는 방향으로 편성할 것을 제안하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 2022년 개정 교육과정에 핵심역량을 반영한 초등 정보교과 편성의 필요성이 확대되기를 바란다.

Objective : This study was conducted to examine the scope and learning objective of Medical classics in the field of the education of Korean Medicine. Method : This study was analyzed and figured out list of classes which was taken by department of medical classics in eleven College of Korean Medicine and one school of Korean Medicine. Results & Conclusions : 1. Now, 14 subjects out of 16 subjects which were taken by whole department of medical classics in Korea can be a proper area of education of medical classics. Now, Hwangjenaekyung and Nangyeong are the only aim of the lessons at the medical classics. Therefore, we present to modify the aims inclusively. 2. The subject of the class have to change as follows. 'Wonjeon' changes into 'Hwangjenaekyung', 'Medical Chinese character' changes into 'Korean medical chinese character', 'medical informatics' changes into 'korean medical informatics'. 3. As we consider the condition that 'Nangyeong' is educating in just four departments of medical classics, we have to discuss about the stature of Nangyeong and to extend education of Nangyeong. 4. In the department of medical classics, we can improve the level of understanding and reading skills by educating the class of 'Sanghanron' and 'Donguibogam'. 5. This study is actively involved in trying to include 'Korean Medical Informatics' and 'Korean medical terminology ' in the education field of the medical classics.

Disposition Effect (DE) is one of the many investment biases, wherein the investors sell the profitable stocks rather quickly and they tend to hold on the loss making stocks. Various factors related to the DE are the character of investors applying risk management which is also influenced by the social media, Salient Shock (COVID-19), and in the specific case of Indonesia, the phenomenon of rumor stocks wherein the price can rise as much as up to 8500%. The study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the DE with specific explanatory factors, namely investor behavior and rumors. Data was obtained through a questionnaire sent to 248 Indonesian Stock Exchange Investors (IDX) during the period October-November 2021 by using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results show: Generation Z, women, and investors with a low education has a greater DE, risk-takers tend to have lower DE, and professionals have negative DE. Implementation of risk management will reduce DE. Social Media and the COVID-19 situation positively affect DE. Especially on stock rumors, there is evidence that investors who own rumor stocks will have a low DE. The results indicate the need for: (i) risk management, especially for Z Generation, women and low education Investors, (ii) to provide positive information so that information on social media can be responded to positively.
