메시지 프레이밍이 소셜미디어 신뢰도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Message Framing on Social Media Credibility and Behavioral Intentions)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of message framing of social media contents on social media credibility and behavioral intention and the role of customers' gourmet restaurant involvement. In this study message framing is divided into regulatory focus and message sidedness and used experimental stimulus composed of $2{\times}2$ factorial design. Also investigated the effect into the social media credibility and behavioral intention. A total of 560 valid samples were analyzed. According to the results, it was confirmed that stimuli 'two-sided / prevention' and 'one-side / promotion' framing were the most influential framing on social media credibility and behavioral intention and the social media credibility has significant effect on the behavioral intention. In this study the effect of message framing which was not widely used in the hospitality industry research was confirmed. Also the usefulness of regulatory focus and message sidedness were identified in the various research in hospitality management.

성인애착과 대학생의 주관적 행복감 간의 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Social Support on the Relationship between Adult Attachment and the Subjective Happiness of University Students)

  • This study examines the relationship of adult attachment, social support, and subjective happiness of university students, and confirm the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between adult attachment and subjective happiness. Participants in this study consist of 284 university students enrolled in G city. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS to conduct descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a structural equation model. The main findings are as follows. First, Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance showed negative correlations with social support and subjective happiness. And social support showed a positive correlation with subjective happiness. Second, social support showed a partial mediating effect on the effect of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on the subjective happiness of university students. This study is meaningful in providing basic data for educational and counseling interventions that enhance subjective happiness of university students.

  • Among Korea's content industries, the game industry is growing in size to the extent that it can be said to be a representative export-benefiting industry. Accordingly, many users are immersed in the game, and furthermore, they are addicted. This study aims to derive factors for social game users to continue to use by identifying the factors of domestic social network game users' attachment to social network games and empirically studying the causal relationship between these factors and the intention to continue to use them through immersion and addiction. To this end, a research model was presented that applies the main variables of the attachment theory of social network game users to games. The research model of this study surveyed general college students at S University in Seoul who tended to use social network games. As a result of the study, first, it was found that perceived stability had a significant effect on immersion and addiction. Second, it was found that perceived avoidance had a significant effect on immersion and did not have a significant effect on addiction. Third, perceived anxiety was found to have a significant effect on immersion, and it was found that it did not significantly affect addiction. Fourth, it was found that immersion did not significantly affect addiction, and it was found that it had a significant effect on continuous use intention. Fifth, addiction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Through this, social network game users' attachment to games can provide useful implications for social network game companies to become attached to existing consumers, spreading social network game users, and improving the possibility of continuous use.

사회복지사의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감을 매개로 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Self-leadership on Job Satisfaction by Social Workers on the Mediated Effect of Self-efficacy)

  • 사회복지사의 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 자기효능감의 매개효과 중심으로 알아보기 위하여 서울·경기지역 사회복지사 대상으로 2018.6.20.~30 (10일) 간 조사한 492명을 대상으로 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 사회복지사의 셀프리더십에서 행동지향, 건설적 사고는 직무만족에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치며, 자연보상은 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 셀프리더십에서 행동지향, 건설적 사고는 자기효능감에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치며, 자연보상은 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인하였다, 셋째, 사회복지사의 자기효능감은 직무만족에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회복지사의 셀프리더십의 행동지향, 건설적 사고는 자기효능감을 매개하여 직무만족에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 하여 사회복지실천을 위한 제언 및 향후 연구 과제를 제언하였다.

공감 능력이 사회 정의 실천에 미치는 영향: 사회 인지적 관점에서 (The Effect of Empathy on Social Justice Commitment: A Social-Cognitive Perspective)

  • 본 연구는 공감 능력이 사회 정의 실천에 미치는 영향을 사회 인지적 관점에서 알아보고자 하였다. 구체적으로 인지적 공감과 정서적 공감이 사회 정의 자기 효능감, 사회 정의 결과 기대, 사회 정의 관심이라는 사회 인지적 기제를 통해 사회 정의 실천에 어떤 영향을 주는 지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기도에 거주하는 20대 537명을 대상으로 사회적 이슈 질문지, 사회적 바람직성 척도, 한국어판 공감 지수 척도를 포함하는 자기 보고식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 사회적 바람직성을 통제한 뒤 연구 모형을 구조 방정식 모형을 통해 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 인지적 공감에 비해 정서적 공감의 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났으나 두 변인 모두 사회 정의 실천에 유의한 영향력을 행사하며, 특별히 사회 인지적 기제를 거쳐 간접적으로 사회 정의 실천에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 공감 능력이 일반적인 이타행동 뿐만 아니라 사회적 불평등과 차별의 개념을 포함하는 사회 정의 실천 역시 예측한다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하여 정서적 또는 인지적 공감의 측면에서 사회 정의 실천을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

유아의 스마트미디어 몰입경향성과 친사회적 행동의 관계에서 자기 조절력의 매개 효과 (Mediating Effects of Self-Regulation on the Relationship between Childhood Smart Device Immersion Tendency and Pro-Social Behavior)

  • This study examines the relationship among children's smart device immersion tendency, children's self-regulation, and pro-social behavior as well as investigates the mediating effect of self-regulation between children's smart device immersion tendency and pro-social behavior. Participants were composed of 263 4-year-old children attending kindergarten in Incheon and Gyeonggi province. Data were analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients in SPSS, the structural equation model and bootstrapping in AMOS. The results are as follows. First, there is a statistically meaningful relationship among children's smart device immersion tendency, self-regulation, and pro-social behavior. There is a negative correlation between children's smart device immersion tendency and children's self-regulation as well as pro-social behavior; however, there is positive relationship between children's self-regulation and pro-social behavior. Second, children's smart device immersion tendency had a direct effect on children's self-regulation. In addition, children's self-regulation indicated a direct effect on children's pro-social behavior. Third, children's self-regulation was found sufficient to mediate the relationship between children's smart device immersion tendency and pro-social behavior. The results indicate that the effort to increase children's self-regulation may decrease the negative effect toward children's pro-social behavior caused by smart device immersion tendencies.

Effects of the Subjective Family Class on the Suicide Ideation of Adolescents: Double Mediating Effect of Social Support and Sense of Coherence

  • Purpose: The study was conducted to identify the relationship between subjective family class and suicidal ideation and to determine the double mediating effect of social support and sense of coherence on their relationship. Methods: Secondary analysis of data from 2015 Korean Psycho-social Anxiety which was a population-based representative was performed. Double mediating effects of social support and sense of coherence on suicidal ideation were analyzed using the PROCESS macro (model 6) with bootstrapping methods. Results: Subjective family class directly influenced social support (β=.20, p<.001) and sense of coherence (β=.10, p<.001). Subjective family class directly influenced suicide ideation (β=-.08, p<.001). Sense of coherence was directly influenced by social support (β=.28, p<.001). Suicide ideation was indirectly influenced by subjective family class through social support (β=-.22, p<.001) and sense of coherence (β=-.36, p=.001). The size of direct effect of subjective family class on suicide ideation was 0.24 and the total size of indirect effect was 0.12. Conclusion: Intervention to improve social support and sense of coherence is needed to prevent the suicide among adolescents.

간호대학생의 대학생활스트레스와 우울과의 관계 - 사회적 지지의 매개효과 - (A Mediator Effect of Social Support in the Association between Stress for College Life and Depression among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the mediator effect of social support in the association between stress for college life and depression among nursing students. Methods: The participants of the study were 201 university students in A and C cities. Self-report questionnaires were used to measure the variables. In the data analysis, the SPSSWIN 25.0 program was utilized for descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, Sobel test and multiple regression analysis. Results: Mean scores of stress for college life, depression and social support were 2.56, 4.12 and 0.61, respectively. Stress for college life and depression showed a significant positive correlation (r=.60, p<.001), while depression and social support showed a significant negative correlation (r=-.46, p<.001). Lastly, stress for college life and social support showed a significant negative correlation (r=-.55, p<.001). The analysis of the mediator effect of social support in the association between stress for college life and depression showed that social support had a significant mediator effect. Conclusion: Among nursing students, social support may be a mediator in the association between stress for college life and depression. Therefore, strategies for nursing intervention to improve social support should be developed for nursing students.

How Social Intelligence, Integrity, and Self-efficacy Affect Job Satisfaction: Empirical Evidence from Indonesia

  • The study aims to explore the empirical effect of social intelligence, integrity, self-efficacy, and affective commitment on job satisfaction, and also to prove the theoretical model regarding affective commitment as a mediator between social intelligence, integrity, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach to the survey method through a Likert scale model questionnaire. The questionnaire for all research variables is reliable with an alpha coefficient > 0.7. The research participants are comprised of 386 teachers in Indonesia selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational matrices. The research results indicate that social intelligence, integrity, self-efficacy, and affective commitment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Besides, affective commitment also indirectly mediates the effect of social intelligence, integrity, and self-efficacy on job satisfaction. Thus, a new model regarding the effect of social intelligence, integrity, and self-efficacy on job satisfaction mediating by affective commitment was confirmed. The research suggested that the teachers' job satisfaction can improve through social intelligence, integrity, self-efficacy, and affective commitment. Therefore, researchers and practitioners can adopt a new empirical model to enhance job satisfaction through social intelligence, integrity, self-efficacy, and affective commitment in the future.

The Relationship between the Social Interactions on the Social Network and the Purchase Intention

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between the social interactions on the social network and the purchase intention. And the trust propensity of a trustor, the ability of a trustee, and the sincerity of a trustee are selected as the antecedents of social interactions. This paper also examines the effect of type of product as a moderating variable. The result of this paper reveals that social interactions(in terms of closeness, familiarity, and interpersonal trust) have a positive(+) effect on the purchase intention. The more social interactions, the more trustors have intentions to purchase the recommended products by trustees. In addition, the study reveals that the trust propensity of a trustor and the ability of a trustee directly and indirectly influenced on the intention to purchase the recommended product. The findings also suggest that the trust propensity of a trustor and the ability of a trustee have an effect on the closeness, familiarity, and interpersonal trust resulting from social interactions.
