Issues relating to business inheritance are a primary focus for business owners. Business inheritance is critical to ensuring that the business can be managed by the next generation and family members can benefit from the earnings and revenues. Therefore, preliminary planning must be done while the business owner is still alive by selecting the appropriate business inheritance mechanism for Muslims in Malaysia. The mechanisms of business inheritance, notably faraid, hibah, amanah, and hibah amanah will be examined in this paper from both a civil and Islamic perspective. By reviewing written journals and previous research, this research utilizes the library method. According to this study, business succession can be carried out by naming a beneficiary as a partner in the company or by completing the ownership transfer process while the owner is still living. In the other situation, it can be done by anyone among the heirs agreeing to re-register the business as usual. Meanwhile, there are four main instruments in Islamic law that can be used: faraid, hibah, amanah, and commercial hibah. According to this study, each instrument has a different impact on business succession. Entrepreneurs should use these instruments in their firm succession planning.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the implications of the case of France, which has already implemented the social integration policy with the interest of the social integration of migrants in advance of Korea. First, we analyzed the system and system of social integration policy in France. Second, we analyzed the social integration policy promotion system in France, and examined the ministries and the agencies that direct the integration policies of the migrants. Third, the implications for the integration policy of Korean immigrants were derived through the above analysis. As a result, France was promoting a consistent social integration policy at the level of the central government, and all members of the society participated in the social integration program. It also encouraged participation in the program in conjunction with social integration programs. Based on this, we concluded that the social integration policy of our country should be modified somewhat. First, it is necessary to pursue the unity of policy by uniting the ministries that can manage migrant social integration policy in our country. Second, the main target of the social integration policy of our country should include not only immigrants who migrated from abroad but also Koreans. Third, Korea should encourage migrants to participate more in social integration programs and at the same time increase their participation rate by disadvantage of staying.

This study developed practical reasoning teaching-learning material for middle school home economics education and tested its effects on middle school students' self-esteem The type of this study was a quasi-experimental research and its independent variable was practical reasoning instruction and its dependent variable was self-esteem. The research design for this study was a pretest-posttest design. Practical reasoning instruction was given for experimental group whereas traditional instruction was given to comparison group. For measuring self-esteem, 'self-esteem scale' developed by Choi & Jun(1993) was used and its Cronbach'a was ranged from .69 to .84. Statistic analysis was done by mean and standard deviation for general characteristics of samples and paired t-test for testing difference of pretest-posttest. The results of this study showed that practical reasoning instruction improved middles school students' self-esteem, the general self-esteem and social self-esteem among sub-areas of self-esteem in particular.

Behavior Economics, a branch of social sciences, which seeks to find the answers about why man sometimes does absurd economy-related things, came into existence through combining economics and psychology. To the contrary of the traditional economics', behavior economics has developed by explaining how man makes economy-related choices by means of applying their own cognitive principles. Individuals lack the information on the goods and services in the market, and don't know how to make best use of the obtained information, failing to achieve maximum utility. Therefore, man's rationality is meant to be confined to bounded rationality. It is the very Heuristic that does work in the process of this simplified decision making process. Heuristic utilizes established empirical notion and specific information, and that's why there can be cognitive biases sometimes leading to inaccurate judgment. As Oral Literature is basically based on heavy guesswork and perceptual biases of general public, it is imperative to contemplate oral literature in the framework of Heuristic of behavior economics. This thesis deals with thinking types and behavioral patterns of the short-piece proverbs, folklore language-game riddles on the basis of personal or public memory. As a result, it is evident that proverbs point out biases arising from human behaviors, while riddles make full or active use of biases.

The purpose of this study was to suggest valuable maker education programs by implementing and evaluating a Home Economics(HE) maker education program developed based on the content of "Hanbok and Creative Clothing" for high school students. The results of this study are as follows. First, the HE maker education model for high school students was designed and developed. The HE maker education model was developed by integrating and modifying the TMSI model of the maker education model and Laster's HE practical action teaching model. The HE maker education model consisted of 4 steps: tinkering(T: 4-hour class), practical reasoning(P: 3-hour class), making together(M: 4-hour class), and sharing and spreading(S: 1-hour class) with a total of 12-hour lesson plans. The theme of the developed HE maker program is 'Practice and spread of creative traditional culture of life (Hanbok)'. Second, the results of online survey of 240 high school students who participated in this maker class showed that HE maker class had positive effects in the order of experiential(4.26), cognitive(4.22), emotional(4.18), social(4.18), and practical(4.10). It is expected that the findings of this study will contribute to diversifying the curriculum of Home Economics, thereby improving the quality of Home Economics Education.

This study is focused on the examination of changes in textbooks of Home Economics in High school from 7st to 2015 curriculum, especially the 'Food and Nutrition section. We investigated the content elements of the National Curriculum Guide, the changes in learning contents, and the number of pages of Food and Nutrition section. The key words were extracted and the connective relationships between words were visualized using a method of language network analysis through word cloud and Semantic Network Analysis. According to the results of the research, the portion of the Food and Nutrition section has been gradually decreased on the Technology·Home Economics, following the development of the curriculum. Through the whole curriculum, 'invitation', 'Korean food', 'baby·nutrition' are appeared as key words. The education contents of Food and Nutrition section from the 7th to 2015 revised have been developed and advanced with the changes of social needs. However, the reduction of portion and insufficiency of content elements of Food and Nutrition section bring concerns toward the decline of the quality of education on dietary life.

The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching-learning plans for middle school Home Economics that practices clothing life in response to climate change. Four steps of analysis, design, development, and evaluation were used for the research. 'Phenomenon and cause, impact (environmental, economic and social) and response (relaxation and adaptation)' were selected as educational content elements for climate change through reviewing the literature related to climate change. Six types of middle school Technology and Home Economics textbooks under the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed using the selected content elements for climate change as the basis for analysis according to the data type(reading data, picture data, activity data) and clothing use cycle (production, purchase, use, and disposal). Based on the content elements of climate change in the clothing life area extracted through textbook analysis, a total of 12 teaching-learning plans in response to climate change were developed by utilizing various teaching and learning methods, data and media. The teaching-learning plans were designed based on an integrated understanding of the phenomena, causes, effects, and responses of climate change for the students to realize the seriousness of climate change and to exercise positive influence on families and society.

This study has been historically reviewed the clothing and textiles education through references. The clothing and textiles education had been informally offered as a part of household skill, skill of daily life and home skill before the law of school education was established. Therefore, we have reviewed the changes in the clothing and textiles education by separating the prior period between the end of the old Korea and the liberation in 1945, from the later period from the liberation up to now. And also contents of clothing and textiles education between before and after the revision of the 7th curriculum were compared and analyzed. The clothing and textiles education had put emphasis on sewing, handicraft and household during the prior period from the end of the old Korea to the liberation, but after liberation, it became involved in Home Economics Education. The number of classes and the contents of clothing and textiles education had been increased and deepened from the 1st term to the 5th term of curriculum. In particular, the 4th and 5th term of curriculum became a turning point where home life section was intensified. Even though the number of classes was reduced during the 6th term of curriculum, with increase in target school grades for this education, and Home Economics in the middle school remained an independent subject matter. However, during the 7th term of curriculum, Technology-Home Economics Education in the middle school courses led to losing independent subject name and shrinking its contents. Through the revision in the 7th curriculum, the clothing and textiles education achieved great improvement and progress by gaining balance in distribution of contents among school grades and balance between theory and practice. However it still remains as an issue to be more studied and resolved how well the contents are matched with the interests and attention of students. We need to consider and reflect request of students under learner-centered curriculum. Considering enormous changes in the environment surrounding the clothing and textiles education, it is crystal clear that the gap between existing contents of education and teaching methods and our real life will be widened. Because students' perceptions of value have been diversified, it is our task to develop better contents and learning system in order to help students have interests, attention and desire in clothing and textiles life in line with social needs for desirable clothing and textiles education.

The purpose of this study is to develop a content system for the home economics curriculum that integrates Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) and provides basic material for ESD implementation in schools. In view of this, the content elements of the revised home economics curriculum for 2022 were analyzed, and a content system for the home economics curriculum, linked to ESD, was proposed based on the implications drawn from the analysis. The results are as follows. First, the three components of competencies, namely knowledge, values, and skills, were organized equally as a whole. However, the association between the content elements and key competencies in sustainability was found to be insufficient. Consequently, it is proposed that key competencies in sustainability should be cultivated integrally. Second, no content element was identified that can promote social participation. Therefore, it is proposed that solutions should be dealt with at the level of social participation. Third, the connection with Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) was observed in only six of the 28 content elements. Wherever relevant, it is proposed to incorporate key issues related to SDGs. Fourth, the analysis confirmed that only the environmental dimension of sustainable development was considered. Therefore, it is proposed to pursue coexistence based on temporal and spatial relationship and consider the dimensions of environment, society, and economy in an integrated manner.
Since the Framework Act on Healthy Families came into effect in 2005, family policy has become a primary field of social policy, and 'family' has emerged as an important keyword for solving Korean society's various phenomena and problems. In order to seek practical plans for reforming social policy through family policy, this thesis has analyzed the transitional characteristics of Korean families in relation to where Korean families currently stand and the situation they are facing. This thesis has also reviewed the content of family policy in the master plan of healthy families, the starting point of the actual family policy, and other related policies. It also has analyzed the key content of child care support policy. From these various analyses and discussions, this thesis has emphasized "family care" as the keyword of family policy, family effect analysis as the means of reinforcing family perspective, and family integrity for policy effectiveness.
