인터넷마케팅을 활용한 후원자 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Donor Development to utilize Internet Marketing)

  • Today, the principle of competition is being applied to Non-profit sector also. It is necessary for relevant persons in charge to learn the knowledge and technique about marketing technique endlessly in connection with the development of donor out of the development of social welfare resource which is being embossed as main pending problem at the point of time when the role of private sector about welfare service increased and the criterion of competition and evaluation among institutions was introduced. Especially, as for the application of marketing technique to utilize internet to have big marketing potential, the efforts for the realization and application of positive marketing to be suitable for the real situation of each institution is necessary in connection with the donor development of social welfare institution. In this study tried to examine the charge of method to develop donor which is based on the development of information technique and the popularization of internet from the viewpoint of internet marketing and suggest the basic data about the present situation of donor marketing to use the effective scheme for internet marketing.

탈 농촌화 지역 주민의 공동체의식과 사회적 자본 (The Community Consciousness and Social Capital in Rural Korea)

  • The community consciousness used to be the core of the social capital in rural Korea, and there used to be a long tradition of mutual trust and cooperation in rural village community in Korea. However, recent trends in rapid urbanization or de-ruralization may affected community consciousness and social capital in rural society in Korea. The social capital has been existed in terms of mutual trust, commonly shared norms, and cooperative behavior in farm work and daily life of rural people. Commonly shared norms and networks have accelerated social effectiveness and promoted cooperative work as well as moral and spiritual aspects of rural society. Social capital in terms of community consciousness, participation of village work, visit and invitation of the neighborhood, and participation in various village group and networks were suveyed in JanggogRi, Jori Myun, Paju city, Gyeonggi province. The data collected from 65 persons, and the major findings of the study were as follow; The respondents responded that the community consciousness of de-rural area decreased in general with a few exception in the groups of alumni, family, religion and voluntary society. Social capital in terms of participation of village work, visiting the neighbors and voting increased slightly. Further research on social capital should be conducted to strengthen community consciousness, and various measures to increase the social capital should be adopted for livable community development.

Approaches to Formation and Regulation of a New Model of Social and Labor Relations in Terms of Innovative Development

  • Purpose - The study aims to substantiate the approaches and principles of forming a model of social and labor relations adequate to the modern conditions of economic development. Research design, data, and methodology - The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of social and labor relations in the labor market of Kazakhstan; describes the current model of labor relations and its basic parameters; determines the external and internal factors; specifically, the influence of the new labor law on its further development in the direction of democratization and the establishment of social partnership as a regulatory institution in the labor relations field. Result - Result is the model of the system of social and labor relations proposed by the author, which allows us to cover the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon, to unite the influence of the external environment and the internal complex of their mutual relations and interdependencies. Conclusion - The creation of an effective model of social and labor relations should proceed from the multifaceted nature of their manifestation. This means that the theoretical and methodological basis for their formation should be a comprehensive approach to solving the problems of transformation and interaction of social and economic components.

A Longitudinal Investigation of the Moderating Effect of Social Support on Job Strain Developing Non-Specific Neck Pain in Office Workers

  • Purpose: This study examined the interactions between the job strain and social support in the workplace on the development of workrelated neck pain in office workers. Methods: The participants included 62 office workers without neck pain over the last twelve months. A battery of measures evaluating the potential workplace risk factors in office settings were conducted at the baseline, and at the 12 month incidence of work-related neck pain was reported via monthly questionnaires. Survival analysis evaluated the interaction effect between job strain and social support on the development of work-related neck pain. Results: The incidence of work-related neck pain was 1.91 (95% CI: 1.06 - 3.45) per 100 person months. The interaction effect between job strain and social support found that job strain may increase the risk of developing new work-related neck pain when lower social support existed in the workplace. On the other hand, the adverse effects of job strain on the development of neck pain were not significant when workers had higher social support from their colleagues and supervisors. Conclusion: An investigation of the moderating effects of risk factors on neck pain might reveal the unexplained relationship between the risk factors for the development of neck pain in office workers. Therefore, the interest in prevention plans and treatments should involve a comprehensive understanding of the risk factors at workplace.

비합리적 신념과 사회적 지지가 청소년의 사회불안에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Irrational Belief and Social Support on Adolescents' Social Anxiety)

  • The purpose of the study is to examine the influences of irrational belief and social support on adolescents' social anxiety. Questionnaires regarding irrational belief, social support, and social anxiety were administered to 566 2nd and 3rd grade middle-school students in Gyeonggi Province. Finally 523 questionnaires were collected and statistically analyzed through t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, hierarchical and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) While there were gender differences in social anxiety, irrational belief, and social support sources, no differences in social support types were observed. 2) While social anxiety and irrational belief showed a positive correlation, social anxiety and social support revealed a negative correlation. Additionally, irrational belief and social support showed a negative correlation. 3) Irrational belief(catastrophizing, extreme anxiety and fear, personal perfection, and helplessness), emotional social support, and social support from friends were significant predictors of social anxiety. 4) Irrational belief which predicted each social anxiety subtype was varied.

융합시대를 위한 사회복지사의 자원개발역량이 조직효과성에 미치는 융합연구 (Convergence of Social Workers' Resource Development Capability on Organizational Effectiveness for Fusion Age)

  • 본 연구는 수도권지역에 있는 사회복지시설 사회복지사 135명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 사회복지사의 자원개발역량강화와 조직효과성 향상을 강조하기 위해서 본 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 자원개발역량의 태도는 직무만족에 부적인 영향을, 지식은 직무만족에 정적인 영향을, 가치와 기술은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 자원개발역량의 가치와 지식은 조직몰입에 정적인 영향을, 태도와 기술은 조직몰입에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자원개발역량의 가치는 이직의도에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 태도는 이직의도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기술은 이직의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지식은 이직의도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사회복지사의 자원개발역량인 가치, 태도, 기술, 지식을 높이기 위한 노력을 할 경우, 직무만족이 낮아지거나 이직하고자 하는 의도정도가 상승하는 현상이 나타나 아직까지 사회복지사의 개인역량의 가치를 높이기 위한 사회복지조직의 환경이 열악한 상황임을 알 수 있으므로 이를 개선하기 위한 지원과 노력이 필요하다.

사회 연결망 분석을 활용한 2007 개정 중학교 환경 교육 과정의 통합성 분석: 지속가능발전교육의 측면에서 (A Study on Integrity of the 2007 Revised Environment Curriculum for Middle Schools by using Social Network Analysis: Focusing on Sustainable Development Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how the contents of education for sustainable development are reflected in the middle school environment curriculum revised in 2007, and to propose how to integrate content for improving sustainable development education. For this, I analyzed the 2007 Revised Environment Curriculum for Middle Schools by using social network analysis which is the useful methodology to understand the relations of contents. Social Network analysis is a useful tool to excavate the forms of structure or relationship and to explain the characteristics of the system that arise through relationships or to explain the units composing the system. When sustainable development education was examined from 3 points of view, it included environmental sustainability, economical sustainability, and social sustainability. I used the 2007 Revised Environment Curriculum for Middle Schools and manual of curriculum for analysis. The results are 1) The biodiversity conservation and energy efficiency have taken most important positions. 2) In case of economical sustainability pillar, sustainable production had been emphasized. 3) In the case of the social sustainability pillar, health improvement are considered significant. 4) The efforts of trying to approach sustainable development education as an integrated curriculum is week. Integrated themes based on the results were developed. Five main themes were the energy and climate change, water resource and environmental pollution, sustainable village and sustainable food production, sustainable city and sustainable production, sustainable tourism and biodiversity. I hope these could function as theme of integrated-content. Based on the results of study, I propose joint researches on scope of sustainable development for environmental education.

농촌의 사회적 경제 조직, 실태와 과제 (The Social Economy Organizations in Rural South Korea - Trends and Challenges -)

  • Our main concerns in this paper are with the several kinds of social economy organization in rural South Korea, in where social exclusion is likely to be prevalent over time. Approximately, there are 2,500~3,000 social economy organizations which have been set up from 1990s. Most of their operational social aims are either to offer jobs or to provide social services for the vulnerable social groups in rural communities. They have several normative principles as a social economy organization. But the two principles were less supported than the others; 1) the community's initiative and participation, and 2) sharing surplus with community. The social economy organizations are involved in various types of business. The greatest number of social economy organizations are doing businesses in agriculture and agro-industry. On average, their value of asset is worth of 300 million wons. They are indebted for 130 million wons, averagely. Their average surplus is 110 million wons. Most of them are small businesses. It is enough to say that the social economy is at an early stage in rural South Korea. The social economy is confronted with some challenges, as follows. Firstly, the social economy organizers should be based on the needs of community in both setting up a new social economy organization and managing businesses. Secondly, networking and cooperation between social economy organizations should be expanded and strengthened. Thirdly, the sound governance with public sector should be built.

사회복지 분야 NCS기반의 교육요구 분석 (Educational Needs Analysis on NCS Based In the Field of Social Welfare)

  • 본 연구는 2014년 개발된 사회복지분야 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 대한 교육요구분석을 통해 사회복지분야 직무별 직무능력요소의 상대적 중요도와 시급성을 분석하여 이를 기반으로 교육요구조사 및 교육과정 개발 필요성이 높은 직무능력요소를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 공무원 583명, 민간종사자 644명 등 총 1,227명의 데이터를 활용하여 SPSS 18.0과 Microsoft Excel 2013을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 공무원의 경우에는 사회복지개발 직무의 지역사회분석, 욕구조사, 지역사회자원구축, 지역사회 네트워크, 사회문제사정, 주민조직화, 복지계획수립의 6개 능력, 공공복지 직무의 복지특이민원관리, 자원발굴민간협력 2개 능력, 사회복지행정 직무의 사회복지조직재무관리, 복지계획수립 2개 능력 등 총 10개 능력이 능력개발 시급성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대를 시사점을 제시하였다.

인터넷 사용유형에 따른 청소년의 사회성과 자기효능감 (Social Development and Self-Efficacy on Use of the Internet in Adolescence)

  • This study analyzed social development and self-efficacy in use of internet in adolescents. Subjects were 510 7th, 8th, 10th, and 11th grade students in Daegu. Instruments were the modified Activities Questionnaire for Students (Heitner & Erica, 2(02), the Personality Inventory for Youth (Heitner & Erica, 2002) and the Self-Efficacy Scale (Song, 1998). Findings were that (1) male students use more synchronous (multi-game) but female students use more asynchronous (e-mail) and asocial (web-surfing) internet activity. (2) Synchronous social internet (multi-game) users were more social and more efficient than asynchronous (e-mail) and asocial (web-surfing) internet users.
