Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the leading cause of cancer related deaths. Most patients were presented with advanced disease at the time of diagnosis. In advanced NSCLC, it is almost impossible to anticipate complete remission by using only cytotoxic chemotherapy or molecularly targeted agents. In our case, two patients were diagnosed as advanced NSCLC and received chemotherapy. They achieved complete response (CR). After finishing treatment, disease recurred. They were retreated with the same regimens and achieved second CR. Until now, they have received each regimen, continuously, and the CR state has been maintained.

Recently, high-rise apartment is being briskly built but there are problems such as lack of ventilation, stack effect and much energy consumption. Therefore It is recommended to develop a Small Wind Power System Combined Ventilator as a solution to solve these problems. The purpose of this study is to provide basis for Small Wind Power System Combined Ventilator in super high-rise apartment. This study conducted CFD simulation (Star-CCM) according to the shape of structures, building height and distance of two structures to identify the effect of wind speed increase when the structure is installed. As a result, pyramidal type was best suited for increase of wind speed. The best place was the front of the roof to main wind direction, and the best building height was 200m rather than 300m. If two or more small wind turbines combined ventilator are installed closely, vertical position to main wind direction is recommended. Horizontal position must necessarily be avoided, but height difference between two blades more than 3m showed good performance.

Purpose: This study was to compare and to examine the factors related to risk behaviors of adolescents living in small and medium-sized cities and in rural areas. Methods: The subjects were 545 adolescents (295 from small and medium-sized cities and 250 from rural areas). The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson corelation coefficients, and multiple regression with IBM SPSS 19.0 program. Results: The factors influencing the risk behaviors of adolescents in small- medium cities were school, peer risk factors and community risk factors, self- control among protective factors, positive communication with parents, positive peer associations, these variables explained 42.0%. The most important variable explaining the risk behaviors of adolescents in small- medium cities was positive communication with parents, followed by community risk factors, peer risk factors, positive peer relationships, school and self-control. The factors affecting the risk behaviors of rural adolescents were school, personal risk factor, peer risk factor, self- control factor, which explained 38.5% of the risk behaviors of adolescents in rural areas. Among them, the most important variable explaining risk behaviors was personal risk factors, followed by peer risk factors, school, and self-control. Conclusion: These finding suggest a need to develop a strategy to improve positive communication with parents for adolescents living in small- medium cities and a strategy to reduce personal risk factors and peer risk factors for rural adolescents.

A fecaloma refers to a mass of accumulated feces that is much harder than a mass associated with fecal impaction. Fecalomas are usually found in the rectosigmoid area. A 10-year-old male with chronic constipation was admitted because of increasing abdominal pain. An abdominal computed tomography scan and a simple abdominal x-ray revealed rapidly evolving mechanical obstruction in the small intestine. Most of the fecalomas are successfully treated by conservative methods such as laxatives, enemas and rectal evacuation. When conservative treatments have failed, surgical intervention may be needed. In this case, an emergency operation was performed and a $4{\times}3{\times}2.5cm$ fecaloma was found in the distal ileum. We thus report a case of ileal fecaloma inducing small bowel obstruction in a patient with chronic constipation, who required surgical intervention. When symptoms of acute small intestinal obstruction develop in a patient with chronic constipation, a fecaloma should be considered in differential diagnosis.

Purpose The purposes of the study are to explore the overall theories used in e-commerce adoption research for small enterprises, to demonstrate the research topics and the growth of the research topics in e-commerce adoption for small businesses over twenty years by co-word analysis and to suggest future directions on e-commerce adoption research in small enterprises. Design/methodology/approach This study used bibliometrics approach to systematically review electronic commerce adoption in small enterprises. More specifically, the study used co-citation to reveal the structure and theoretical foundations and keyword network analysis to understand the changes of research themes in small business e-commerce adoption research from 1999 to 2023. Findings According to the bibliometrics analysis result, this study revealed the nine research topics in small enterprise e-commerce adoption. In addition, this study can be applied to start e-commerce adoption research on small enterprises with a theoretical framework.

Metastatic tumors of the oral cavity are uncommon. Most of them are located in the mandible while only small percentage are found within the soft tissues. The common sites of metastases to the soft tissue of oral cavity were the tongue and gingiva and among the tongue, the base of tongue was most common. An explanation of the predilection may be due to a richer vascular supply within base of tongue. The authors have recently experienced a case of small cell lung carcinoma with base of tongue metastasis in a 81-year-old male who had foreign body sensation at swallowing and muffled voice for 2 months. So, we present this case with the review of literatures.

A 10-year-old intact female Miniature Schnauzer dog was referred with the primary complaint of persistent anorexia, remittent fever, vomiting and abdominal pain. Hemogram suggested a chronic inflammatory disease. Serum biochemistry showed moderate hepatobiliary cellular damage with severe cholestasis. Abdominal radiography and ultrasonography revealed hepatomegaly, choleliths and sludges in gall bladder and small stones in urinary bladder. Based on diagnostic findings, the case was diagnosed as cholelithiasis complicated with biliary sludge and urolithiais. Using cholecystectomy and cystectomy, choleliths and uroliths were removed from gall bladder and urinary bladder, respectively. The clinical condition was dramatically improved after surgery.

Predominant involvement of a particular group of fingers due to a central nervous system lesion has been described as pseudoperipheral palsy. Two patients visited our hospital with isolated weakness of a particular group of fingers due to small cortical infarctions. A 51-year-old woman suddenly developed weakness in her left index and middle fingers. The brain MRI showed a small infarct in the right frontal cortex. A 67-year-old man was sudden difficulty using his chopsticks and had weakness in his right thumb and index finger. The brain MRI showed a small infarct in the left precentral cortex.
