국내 임상간호사의 긍정심리자본 관련 요인: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 (Factors Related to Positive Psychological Capital among Korean Clinical Nurses: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to systematically review and identify factors relevant to the positive psychological capital of clinical nurses. Methods: These was no limit on year of publication. Articles related to Korean clinical nurses were retrieved from computerized database using a manual search. A systematic review was conducted based on the PRISMA flow. The total correlational effect size (ESr) for each related factor was calculated from Fisher's Zr. Funnel plots, fail-safe numbers, and Egger regression tests were used to evaluate publication bias in meta-analysis studies. The correlational effect size of 25 studies was analyzed through meta-analysis using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis software 3.0 (CMA). Results: The review included 25 studies. In the systematic review, 14 demographic factors and 46 organizational factors were found to be influential. Eleven factors (6 demographic factors and 5 organizational factors) were appropriate for meta-analysis. The overall effect size was .26. The demographic total correlation effect size of related factors was .20 and the total effect size of organization was .46. Organizational commitment (ESr=.38) and job satisfaction (ESr=.54) were statistically positively related variables. Negative variables were burnout (ESr=-.61), turnover intention (ESr=-.41) and workplace bullying (ESr=-.33). The total effect size of the organizational factors was larger than the demographic total effect size. There was no publication bias except for demographic variables. Conclusion: Organizational factors and adjustable variables have a significant impact on positive psychological capital. The results of this study support the need for development of interventions focusing on organizational factors.

여자 7-18세 3D 모델을 위한 인체 사이즈 스펙 개발 (Size Specifications of Females Aged between 7 and 18 for 3D Body Model Development)

  • This study develops size sections and specifications for females 7-18 years old. The specifications will contribute to the development of precise virtual models that represent basic data for the size alteration of 3D virtual models. A total of 33 items from the $5^{th}$ Size Korea data set were adopted and analyzed. Two representative factors (Obesity and Height Factors) were identified through a factor analysis of the 33 items. Waist circumference and stature were selected as representative variables for Obesity and Height Factors, respectively, and conducted cross tabulations between waist circumference and height for the age groups of 7-12 and 13-18 year-olds. Size sections were developed for the development of 3D models based on the results. A regression analysis then developed size specifications for each section with independent variables of waist circumference and height as well as dependent variables of reference body size. Subsequently, Obesity Factors were better explained by waist circumference and Height Factors were better explained by stature. Finally, size specifications for each section were developed.

한국 임상치과위생사의 이직의도 관련 요인에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 (Turnover intention among dental hygienists in Korea: a systematic review and meta-analysis)

  • Objectives: To identify the factors influencing the turnover intention of registered South Korean dental hygienists and analyze the effect sizes. Methods: Overall, 54 studies based on criteria of PICO from 1 January 2000 to 11 January 2022 were extracted. The factors related to turnover intention were applied to the ecological system theory and categorized. Subsequently, the effect size of the correlations was comprehensively meta-analyzed by dividing it into protective and risk factors depending on the negative or positive correlation direction. Results: For the overall effect size, the protective factor (ESr=-0.458) was higher than the risk factor (ESr=0.352). In the protective factors, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support belonging to the microsystem yielded the largest effect size. Furthermore, as for risk factors, burnout, job stress, work harassment, role conflict, and emotional labor belonging to the microsystem showed a moderate effect size. Conclusions: Factors belonging to the microsystem demonstrated a large effect size in both protection and risk factors for dental hygienists' turnover intention. Additionally, the factor showing the largest effect size was protective factor categorized into a microsystem.

유아교사의 심리적소진과 관련된 요인에 대한 메타분석 (A Meta-analysis of the Factors Related to Psychological Burn-out of Early Childhood Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 유아교사의 심리적소진과 관련하여 지난 20여년 간 국내에서 연구된 석 박사 학위논문과 학술지 논문을 중심으로 심리적소진 관련요인들의 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 검증하였다. 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유발요인과 억제요인들의 전체효과크기와 요인군, 하부요인, 정적 부적효과요인 모두 유의미한 큰효과크기를 나타냈다. 둘째, 유발요인군은 큰효과크기를 가진 업무상문제요인군이 중간효과크기를 가진 부정적관계요인군 보다 상대적으로 큰 효과크기를 나타냈다. 셋째, 부정적관계요인군의 하부요인 중, 큰효과크기를 가진 원장과의 부정적 관계를 제외한 모든 하부요인이 중간효과크기를 나타냈다. 넷째, 업무상문제요인군의 하부요인은 상대적으로 업무스트레스가 가장 큰 효과크기를 그 다음 역할갈등, 업무과다, 역할모호 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 억제요인군 별 효과크기는 상대적으로 회복탄력성요인군이 가장 큰효과크기를 그 다음 조직지원요인군, 교사효능감요인군, 사회적지지요인군, 감정노동요인군 순으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 억제요인군 중 중간효과크기를 보인 감정노동요인군의 내면적, 자연적, 표면적행동요인, 조직지원요인군의 하부요인인 조직지원요인과 교사효능감요인군의 일반교사효능감요인, 사회적지지의요인군의 직장 내 외요인, 사회적지지전체요인을 제외한 모든 요인군이 큰효과크기를 나타냈다. 일곱째, 효과요인에 있어, 직무만족, 우울, 이직의도요인은 모두 큰효과크기를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 선행된 연구들을 통합적으로 정리하여 객관적 결과를 살피기 위한 수량적 통합을 시도했다는데 의의가 있다.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the success factors of ERP system in corporations and to know what is different in the factors depending on organizational culture and size. Considering there are various results from introduction of the same information technology(IT), it is implied that organizational characteristics make a difference. In this thesis we did factor analysis and multiple regression about the factors based on the previous studies and analyzed the priorities depending on organizational culture and size. The results show that mechanistic organization has key success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while organic organization has those of work process change and project team abilities. Plus bigger sized organization has success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while small sized organization has those of work process change and project team abilities.

농촌마을 커뮤니티시설 규모설정 요인분석 - 농산어촌지역개발로 조성된 커뮤니티시설을 중심으로 - (A Factor Analysis of the Size Decision of Community Facilities in Rural Village - Focused on Community Facilities Developed by the Rural Development Project -)

  • To analyze main factors of size planning of community facilities that were created as part of development of a rural area, the present condition of factors deciding size of community facilities was analyzed, factors that influence size planning by the type of community facility were drawn with Delphi anaysis. The results of analyzing the present condition of size planning factors of community facilities show that facilities have been generally planned as multi-purpose and multi-functional facilities. And on the basis of the purpose of facilities, their functions and organization, and their operation programs, facilities are classified into community-centered, agritourism-centered, and combined ones. Using Delphi analysis, major factors that could affect size planning of community facilities were drawn on 26 community-centered, 28 agritourism-centered, and 30 combined. And the factors tended not to be applied well for size planning of community facilities.

유아대상 동요활동의 효과에 대한 메타분석 (A Meta-Analysis on Effects of Singing Activities for Children)

  • 본 연구는 유아대상 동요활동의 효과성을 살피기 위해, 지난 16년 간 국내에서 이루어진 석 박사 학위논문 및 학술지 연구를 중심으로 관련된 요인에 대해 메타분석을 통해 검증하였고, 요인들의 변화추이를 살피기 위해 메타회귀분석을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 동요활동 관련 요인들의 전체효과크기와 요인군들은 모두 유의미한 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 요인군과 문화예술적 요인군은 큰효과크기를 보인 반면, 심리 정서적 요인군은 중간효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 요인군의 하부요인은 타인인식능력 요인을 제외한 모든 요인이 유의미한 큰효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중 자연친화적행동이 상대적으로 가장 큰 효과크기를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 심리 정서적 요인군의 하부요인 중 자기표현능력과 자기조절능력은 큰효과크기를 스트레스억제와 정서지능은 중간효과크기를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 문화예술적 요인군의 하부요인은 중간효과크기를 보인 창의적 능력을 제외한 모든 요인이 큰효과크기를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 출판연도에 따른 효과크기 변화추이를 분석한 결과, 동요활동 관련 요인들의 전체효과크기와 사회적 요인군, 심리 정서적 요인군, 문화예술적 요인군 등 각 요인군 별 효과크기 변화추이가 최근 출판물에 가까울수록 활동효과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 주목할 만한 시사점은 동요활동을 통한 효과에 있어 상대적으로 미진한 심리 정서적 효과 촉진을 위한 프로그램 구성 노력이 있어야 하며, 현 유야 교육관점에 맞는 창의력 효과 증진을 위한 체계화된 동요활동 구성이 요구된다는 점이다.

학령기 여아의 손 치수 및 구조요인 분석 (The Size and Structural factors of The Korean Elementary School Girls' Hands)

  • In the current study, we measured the hands and other representative body items of 223 elementary school girls using Martin Anthropometer and a digital camera so that we would be able to provide information on both size and shape of hands for design of hand-related products. As time goes on, hands get bigger, yet they get thinner at the same time. The data implies that the frame of hands grows, but the skin fat lessens, which could be a determinant factor in the size system of hand-related products. According to the results of a factor analysis on 26 hand items, 5 factors including hand laterality and linearity, fingertip shape, finger breadth, and hand depth, have been extracted. Pearson's correlation showed that most of hand-related factors were strongly associated with other body items. Finger breadth and hand depth, however, were found less related to other body items. The ANOVA test used in testing the difference of hand factors showed, in most items, a difference by ages, but there was no significant differences in fingertip breadth, the third factor, Interestingly, in hand depth, the fifth factor, lower grade girls' hands were thicker than higher grade girls'. This research suggests that the size system of uniformly increasing the size of all hand parts by age groups should be reconsidered and leaves much for improvement.

병원규모 및 직종별 종업원 만족도 영향요인 (Factors that Affect Employee Satisfaction according to Hospital Size and Job Group)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that affect employee satisfaction according to hospital size, job group and career at hospitals. Methods : Data were collected from 4,307 employees working at 5 university hospitals. Statistics were done with the SPSS program version 21.0. Results : There were significant differences in employee satisfaction according to hospital size, job group and career. Additionally, there were positive correlations between each of the factors for employee satisfaction and overall employee satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis showed that overall employee satisfaction was affected by factors such as job, communication, personnel and leadership according to hospital size, job group and career. Conclusions : The results of this study suggest that by identifying the differences in satisfaction of employees who are working in different circumstances and providing resources to satisfy employee needs, hospital employers can promote the growth of the hospital by reducing employee turnover.

학령전기 여아의 하반신 체형 유형분석 - 부산 및 경남지역을 중심으로 - (Somatometric Classification on the Lower Body of Early Elementary Schoolgirls)

  • This study was done to provide the fundamental data for scientific and rational children's clothing sizing system by investigating their somatometric characteristics and classifying somatotypes. The subjects were 269 elementary schoolgirls aged from 7 to 8 years old living in Pusan and Kyungsangnam-do. Data from each girl comprises 28 anthropometic measurments and 4 photographic measurments, related to the lower half of body. To analyze somatotypes of the lower half of body, factor analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis were performed for statistical analysis of the data. As to the analysis to draw somatometric factors by this age group, five factors which explain 76.85% of the whole variances were extracted. The first and second factors which explain more than 60% of the whole variances represent 'horizontal size'and 'vertical size', which characterize most aspects of the body shape of the subjects. On the basis of the cluster analysis, three different lower half of body types were categorized. Type Ⅰ has biggest horizontal size, average vertical size and most protruded belly. Type Ⅱ has average degree of horizontal size, quite big vertical size and most protruded hips. Type Ⅲ has smallest horizontal and vertical size. According to the analysis to discriminate somatotypes of the lower half of body of this age group, weight and waist circumference of discriminant function 1 and abdominal circumference of discriminant function 2 have coefficient values.
