안경테는 국제적으로 대량 교역되는 상품의 하나이다. 그렇기 때문에 오늘날 국제표준화기구(ISO-TC172/SC7/WG2)에서는 독일, 미국, 영국, 이태리, 프랑스, 스페인, 일본 등의 안경관리 전문학자, 기술자, 제조업자 등이 모여 안경테의 국제 간 원활히 하고, 소비자에게는 이익과 service를 제공하고, 제조업자에게는 생산성제고와 제조원가를 절감할 수 있는 국제적 협력을 조장하기 위하여 안경테에 관한 용어, 측정법, 부품규격, 검사 및 시험방법 등에 관한 규정을 제정하고 있다. 그런데도 불구하고 우리나라의 안경업계가 이들 회원국의 활동에 관심이 없다는 것은 안경산업의 장래를 생각할 때 암울하기만 하다. 우리나라는 1970-1980년대에 걸쳐 수출이 연평균 약 20%이상 신장되었으나 1990년대 초반부터 수출실적은 미화 2억달라를 넘어선채 정체상태를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 그런데 정체된 안경테의 수출을 진흥시키기 위해서는 무엇보다는 신소재와 독자적인 디자인의 개발, 국제표준규격에 준한 설계와 제작, 제조기술의 혁신, 특허정보의 활용 및 국제적인 판촉활동 등이, 활발히 전개되어야 하며, 대구광역시의 섬유기술연구소와 같은 형태의 안경기술연구소 또는 안경전문기술위원회의 발족과 정부차원의 적극적인 지원이 시급한 당면과제이다. 본 논문의 궁긍적 목표는 우리나라 안경제조업자에게 ISO-Working Group2 등이 제정 발표한 안경테의 관계규정 및 규격을 소개하고 금속테를 설계 제작할 때 보완할 이론적 지침을 제시해서 설계상 결함이 없는 금속테를 제작하는데 있다.
Modernization movement has affected classical operas. Today, classical operas are often re-interpreted from the modern perspective and played differently only with the storyline maintained. Also, operas are increasingly performed outside traditional theaters as the boundaries between stage and audience become less obvious. Accordingly, stage costumes are being differently designed than before. New attempts are being made to look costumes in a harmony with increasingly streamlined stage machinery. This helps increase public attention on operas, consequently promoting the opera industry. This study examines modernization of opera costumes. For this study, the author worked as one of costume design staff for "Faust," which was played in Sungnam Art Center from November 24, 2005 to November 27, 2005 in commemoration of the opening of the center. The following outcomes of the crowd are drawn from this study. A variety of splendid pink dresses, ribbons, dolls, hand mirror, and hair bands were used to express haughty girls with "Princess Syndrome." Fashion models, the envy of all woman, wore fashionable clothes including luxury dresses, fur-coats, high heels, purses, and hats, Models also had big shopping bags and gift boxes to symbolize shopping lovers in a modern society. Modern opera costumes now help reduce the time and space between stage and audience, improve economic efficiency, and meet the audience's needs for various style.
The colors of apparel are getting more important to give the differentiated character on fiber and fabrics. This study was to extract the favorable colors that become to facial color types. Research was carried out to classify the facial colors into several similar facial color groups. With JX-777, 2 points of face: forehead and cheek, were measured and classified into 3 facial color types. Sample size was 418 Korean adult males and other 15 of new males subjects. New chosen 3 subjects who had the classified facial color types, wore silver gown and black hat on his head to minimize the interaction of the clothe color an hair. The 40 standardized color samples were used to extract the favorable colors. 187 respondents answered the degree of becomingness of color samples on 3 facial color types. Data were analyzed by K-means cluster analysis, ANOVA and Duncan multiple range test using SPSS Win. 12. Findings were as follows: 1. 418 subjects who had YR colors were classified into 3 kinds of facial color groups. Type 1 was 4.59YR 5.89/5.12, Type 2 was 5.61 YR 5.41/4.79 and Type 3 was 4.38YR 6.49/4.89 respectively. 2. Favorable colors for Type 1 were 2 colors that belonged to ' a ' group from among colors that were divided into a, b, c group and 18 colors that belonged to ' a ' group from among colors that were divided into a, b group by Duncan post hoc test. 3. Type 2 showed that this type had many unfavorable colors. Unfavorable colors were 16 colors that belonged to ' c ' by Duncan test. 5. Favorable colors for Type 3 were 14 colors that belonged to ' a ' from among colors that were divided into a, b, c and 16 colors that belonged to ' a ' from among colors that were divided into a, b by Duncan test.
The purpose of this study was to develop royal costume design with contemporary taste depending on the character of hero, Lee San, and time flow of TV historical drama and research design discrimination and creative expression. As study methods, the literature study using books and theses concerning costume, fine art, culture and history were used for theoretical background and the empirical study method manufacturing actual costume on the basis of literature and relic were used for dress manufacture. The design concept of costume was modern & chic & clean. The costume was designed through straight silhouette, clean & bright colors excluding prime colors, style transformed to permanent straight pleats on the basis of chulik, 100% silk material focusing on high quality and pattern & decoration of the age of Three Kingdoms. As results, the designs of princess' official rob, day dress and chulik, and emperor's official robe, chulik, military dress and chun-dam-bok were developed. The design discrimination depending on social status change. In the period of princess, black, white, silver and blue were used but in the period of emperor, red, gold and black were used. It was expressed through dragon pattern and extended length used in cloth. The design discrimination depending on character change was visualized through color. Although it is not consistent with historical investigation, contemporary fashion design elements were added to royal costume through color contrast of black & white, permanent straight pleats, velcore, wristlet, extended length and layered-look.
This study is based on the official Chinese history of the ancient Korean(中國正史朝鮮傳) clothing and ornaments, and also tries to discover, study, and adjust the system of the ancient Korean clothing and ornaments. Ancient Korea has very poor official records of its clothing and ornaments. Therefore, this study had no choice but to rely on the official Chinese history to cover for the lack of resources. The official Chinese history documents are not only important for studying ancient Korean history, but also important for studying about the ancient Korean clothing and ornaments. This research selected historical documents about the ancient Korean clothing and ornaments from fifteen different Chinese dynasties' official documents, and then systematically classified the documents in order to compare them. All these processes confirmed the following subjects. In regards to the Kwan(冠: general hat), the hat types included Check, Byun(弁), Jeol-poong(折風), Jowoo-Kwan(鳥羽冠), So-gol(蘇骨), and Na-kwan(羅冠). These Kwan(冠) were influenced from Chinese clothing and ornaments. Gold and silver decorations on the Kwan(冠) were influenced from the Scythai culture. The feather decorations on the hat were residual of the bird worshiping culture or the hunting lifestyle. These things show that the ancient Korean clothing and ornaments originated the clothing and ornaments from the North. But the use of Jo-woo(bird feather) was common around the globe in many ways during the ancient times, regardless of area and period. The official Chinese history describes men's hair style as Choo-gyul (椎結) or sometimes pronounced, Choo-gyul(椎結). These seem to describe the topknot. Women had various types of hair styles such as Yu-byun-bal-su-hu (wear women's hair in a braid). 이 연구는 지역사회건강조사에서 고혈압 치료율을 향상시킨 고성군 고혈압등록사업의 성과분석과 질적 연구를 통해 사업의 성공요인과 장애요인을 분석하여, 향후 보건소들이 통합건강증진 사업을 통하여 건강지표를 향상시키고자 하는 욕구를 확산시키기 위해 2018년 4월에 수행되었다. 이를 위해 질병관리본부의 전산시스템 보고자료와 지역사회건강조사 원자료를 확보하여 사업 성과를 분석하였으며, 이 사업을 직접적으로 수행한 8명을 연구대상으로 심층면접을 통하여 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 건강지표를 변화시킨 성공요인은 첫째, 보건주체의 지표개선 의지, 둘째, 자원을 통합한 규모 있는 사업 추진, 셋째, 업무프로세스의 개선, 넷째, 실적이나 포상이 아닌 지표개선을 위한 지속적인 노력으로 도출되었다. 또한 보건소가 실적이 아닌 지표개선 의지를 유도할 수 있도록 정책적으로 보완해야할 장애요인은 첫째, 획일적인 실적중심의 평가, 둘째, '줄 세우기' 식의 평가와 포상, 셋째, 집단이 아닌 개인적인 통합건강증진 사업의 개념, 넷째, 변화를 두려워하는 담당자의 태도로 도출되었다. 이를 종합하면 보건소는 보건사업의 기본 원칙을 준수하고, 중앙정부는 지역이 주체가 되어 사업을 수행할 수 있도록 지방분권적 정책을 도입해야 할 것이다.
In this study, the researcher studied the historical background and the traditional culture about dress and ornament of Yunnan Province of China. The Results of the study are as follows. 1. In the Past, Derung's dress was very simple due to the influence of various factors, such as geography and history. Men wore shorts and covered diagonally a piece of cloth from left shoulders to right armpits and tied up the two ends on chests. Women covered crisscross two pieces of cloth from both shoulders to knee. 2. Achang people's dress and adornment has its own unique characteristic. Generally, men wear Jackets with buttons down the front and black trousers. Unmarried men like to wear white turbans, while most of married men usually wear dark blue ones. Women usually wear tight-sleeve blouses with buttons down the front and skirts. Unmarried women wear the hair in braids coil them on the top of their heads. They wear short blouses and trousers. Married women wear their hair Into buns and like to entwine black or blue cloth into high trubans. They wear short blouses and knee-length straight skirts. 일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
