포커스 그룹으로 본 병동간호사의 감정노동 경험 (Emotional Labor Experienced of Ward Nurses)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to describe the emotional labor experiences of ward nurses in Korea. Methods: The data were collected through focus group interviews with seven ward nurses. The phenomenological analytic method suggested by Colaizzi was used to analyze the data. Results: Four theme clusters and eleven themes emerged from the analysis. The first theme cluster, 'Terrible working environment' includes changes in the health environment and realities of nursing organization. The second theme cluster, 'Suppressed feelings' includes institutionalized power trip, patient-centered emotion management and burning. The third theme cluster, 'Tired body and mind' includes withdrawal, wounded self-esteem, burnout and turnover desicion. The fourth theme cluster, 'Want to be comforted' includes emotional control and wishing to live as a nurse. Conclusions: The findings of this study provide an understanding of the emotional labor experiences of ward nurses to explain their perceptions and language. The essence of the emotional labor of ward nurses is a negative working environment created by increased competition in the healthcare industry and the nature of nursing organization, and as a result their quality of life has fallen.

  • In order to satisfy the demand of good treatment of Oriental medicine, I investigated many books mentioned about Liver spot. The results were as follows: 1. They have called the Liver spot many other terms in the oriental medicine. 2.. The Liver spot is facial disease, so it is deeply related with yang-myong kyong(陽明經) 3. As the external cause of the Liver spot, wind and fire evil have been emphasized. 4. Intoxication of bud of banha(半夏) poison and alcohol absorption can be one of the causes. 5. As the internal cause of the Liver spot, each other vapour asthenia fever from constipation seven modes of emotion, asthenia of the spleen and stomach and insufficiency of kidney-yin(腎陰) 6. Nowadays, the deficiency of kidney-yang(腎陽) is also included as the cause of the Liver spot. 7. Many oriental doctors have talked about the relationship between the Liver spot and women, but I can't find any concrete talking about the relationship between menstration and the Liver spot, pregnancy and the Liver spot. 8. They have administrated many other herb medicines for the treatment the Liver spot.

대하(帶下)에 대한 침구치료(鍼灸治療)와 외치법(外治法)에 관한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (Literatural study on the Acupuncture & Moxibustion and Traumatherapy in Hysterorrhea)

  • According to the literatural study on the Acupuncture & Moxibustion and Traumatherapyof hysterorrhea, the results were as follows. 1. The acupuncture & moxibustion of hysterorrhea is focussed on bloody uterine discharge, leukorrhea and we must carefully diagnose the etiology & the machanism of disease. 2. The causes of hysterorrhea are dampness, impairment of seven emotion, irregular food intake, excessive intercourse and they are impotantly related to liver, spleen, kidney, the ren channel, the chong channel. 3. The diagnosis is grossly divided into the flowing downward of damp-heat, the weaknessof the qi of the spleen, dificiency of yuan of the kidney and according to the each diagnosis, we should select adquate points representing the treatment of cooling(zhongji, yinlingquan, xingjian, etc), desiccation, heiping qi(qihai, zusanli, sanyinjiao, etc), tonificating yang (guanyuan, mingmen, shinshu, etc). 4. The moxibustion is the warming the lower jiao and eliminating the cold, the points are the mingmen point, the zhongji point, the guanyuan point, etc. 5. Besides the acupuncture & moxibustion of hysterorrhea, we can make use of acusetor, ear acupuncture, endermosis, dong shi shen fa. 6. As of traumatherapy of hysterorrhea, fumigation,abluent and soppository are generally used. and the prescriptions as GAMISASANGSAN, BANSUKSAN are used. 7. The medical herbs used on the treatment of hysterorrhea are the tonificating yang, dissipeting, desiccating medicines generally composed of CNIDII FRUCTUS, ALUMEN, ZANTHOXYLI FRUCTUS.

대하(帶下) 치료(治療)에 대한 문헌적에 고찰 (Study of the oriental medical literature for Hysterorrhea)

  • 1. The acupuncture & moxibustion of hysterorrhea is focussed on bloody uterine discharge, leukorrhea and we must carefully diagnose the etiology & the machanism of disease. 2. The causes of hysterorrhea are dampness, impairment of seven emotion, irregular food intake, excessive intercourse and they are impotantly related to liver, spleen, kidney, the ren channel the chong channel 3. Using external medical treatment for Leucorrhea is washing and fumigation on vagina, to wash vagina, to insert vagina, cleansing theraphy and use with Suppository such as YONGYEOMGO(龍鹽膏), KAMISASANGJASAN(加味蛇床子散), SASANGSACHUNGSEJE(蛇床子洗劑). 4. The efficacy of medicines to use external medical treatment is as follow to helpcirculation of blood, to warm spleen and stomach, to warm blood, to warm uterus and remove cold, to remove heat and dry moisture, to down heat-product, to contract bloodvessel, to counteract poison and destory virus, to make enerey and blood.. 5. 암(癌)의 온열약물(溫熱藥物) 치료법(治療法)에 대(對)한 고찰(考察) (A literature study on cancer therapy of warm-hot oriental medicine)

  • A literature study on cancer therapy of warm-hot oriental medicine was done, and the results were as follows. 1. In oriental medicine, oncogens are six exopathogens, seven modes of emotion, overwork, pathogenic factors, and especially related with pathologic cold situation. 2. There are many capillaries in tuomr, and because temperature of inner space of tumor is higher than normal organization. Tumor cell has a character which is weak for high temperature. 3. Warm-hot herb drugs have effects of dissipating mass, warming kidney to reinforce yang and dispering, so it has a function of suppressing tumor as well as improving immunity in cancer therapy. 4. In traditional medical books, main prescriptions of cancer therapy are xinzhiyinyanggongjiwan(新製陰陽攻積丸), qianjinxiaoshiwan(千金硝石丸), feiqiwan(肥氣丸), xibenwan(息賁丸), fuliangwan(伏梁丸), beiqiwan, bentunwan(賁豚丸), zengsunwujiwan(增損五積丸), and these are composed of warm-hot herb drugs. 5. In current, the study of warm-hot drugs is progressed in immunological capacity, anti-tumor activity, stimulating bone marrow and regulating hormone secretion. It will be expected that advanced study of these must be accomplished in cancer patients.

성적 소구에 의한 진 의류 광고의 선호도 및 제품 구매의도에 대한 예측 변인 규명 (Variables Predicting Advertisement Preference and Intention to Purchase Product in Sexuality-Oriented Jeans Advertising)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the variables which could predict advertisement preference and intention to purchase product in sexuality-oriented fashion advertising. The data were collected using questionnaires which contained nine advertisements of Guess jeans, selected from Vogue magazine published from 1990 to 1996.441 college students (female= 225, male=216) living in Seoul, Korea participated in the study. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and stepwise elimination method of multiful regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, seven factors of New Young Generation oriented characteristics were identified: fashion, individuality, preferences of caffa or reggae bar with affective mood, expression of emotion, individualism, preferences of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes and activity of fan club/chatting through personal computers. Three factors of fashion advertising involvement were identified: social involvement, hedonic involvement and utilitarian involvement. Second, the variables which predicted preferences of advertisements in sexuality-oriented fashion advertising were perceived eroticism levels, hedonic involvenent, prior brand attitude and preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes in the case of females, while perceived eroticism levels, hedonic involvenent prior brand attitude, preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes and activity of fan club/ chatting through personal computers were identified as predictor variables for males. Third, the intention to purchase product was predicted by preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes, prior brand attitude, hedonic involvenent and fashion for females, and by perceived eroticism levels, fashion opinion leadership, hedonic involvenent and prior brand attitude in the case of males.

삼재(三才)와 사상(四象)의 결합을 통한 심리(心理)에의 운용에 대한 연구 (Study on Operating Psychology through Combining Samjae and Sasang)

  • Sambyun(三變) is standard classification for nine palace. Through sambyun you can define new meaning of 'self' in three perspective ways. First 'self' could mean desire, emotion and memory which are ontological values. second, 'self' could mean id, ego, and superego which are practical values. Third 'self' could mean unconscious, preconscious and conscious which are epistemological values. Samjae(三才) is method that analyze things base on common features. Sa sang is method that analyze things base on difference. They both are device that searching for reason. If you put one's mind in center to observe the universe creativity of great absolute and symmetry distinction of yingyang produces jeung(情), supreme intelligence(神), and soul(魂魄). With these facts identity of the heaven(天), earth(地) and man(人) which is named samjae(三才) generates symbols of independent sasang(四象). And also, sasang generates relations between five element(五行), six energy(六氣). From ten shen(十神) relation comes seven feelings(七情) of man which creates a category of the eight trigrams(八卦) for divination and unification of nine palace(九宮). All these process are united.

Posttraumatic Growth in the Distribution of Negative Interpersonal Relationship: A Christian Perspective

  • Purpose: This paper attempts to explore a Christian perspective on the process leading to growth after complex trauma caused by family violence experience. To achieve it, the article tackles the analysis of relationship between the inflictor father and victim, interpersonal relationship, and relationship with God in terms of growth after suffering from the trauma of family violence with a Christian perspective. Research design, data, and methodology: This study employed an in-depth interview as a methodology. Seven Christian adults who have experienced family violence in childhood are selected for the qualitative case study. 58 concepts, 24 low-level categories, and eight high-level categories are derived from each interview case. Results: The results of the case study show that the negative emotion caused by family violence during childhood is likely to lead to narcissistic rage. It is found that the reflection for posttraumatic growth starts with crying to God, simultaneously expressing pain and suffering. Conclusions: The interesting thing is that they are willing to forgive in the process of trauma therapy. It should be noted that the research results also demonstrate that relationship restoration entails the meaning reconstruction in the interpersonal relations.

이미지 감성분류를 위한 CNN과 K-means RGB Cluster 이-단계 학습 방안 (A Two-Stage Learning Method of CNN and K-means RGB Cluster for Sentiment Classification of Images)

  • 이미지 분류에서 딥러닝 모형을 사용하는 가장 큰 이유는 이미지의 전체적인 정보에서 각 지역 특징을 추출하여 서로의 관계를 고려할 수 있기 때문이다. 하지만 이미지의 지역 특징이 없는 감정 이미지 데이터는 CNN 모델이 적합하지 않을 수 있다. 이러한 감정 이미지 분류의 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 매년 많은 연구자들이 감정 이미지에 적합한 CNN기반 아키텍처를 제시하고 있다. 색깔과 사람 감정간의 관계에 대한 연구들도 수행되었으며, 색깔에 따라 다른 감정이 유도된다는 결과들이 도출되었다. 딥러닝을 활용한 연구에서도 색깔정보를 활용하여 이미지 감성분류에 적용하는 연구들이 있어왔으며, 이미지만을 가지고 분류 모형을 학습한 경우보다 이미지의 색깔 정보를 추가로 활용한 경우가 이미지 감성 분류 정확도를 더 높일 수 있었다. 본 연구는 사람이 이미지의 감정을 분류하는 기준 중 많은 부분을 차지하는 색감을 이용하여 이미지 감성 분류 정확도를 향상시키는 방안을 제안한다. 이미지의 RGB 값에 K 평균 군집화 방안을 적용하여 이미지를 대표하는 색을 추출하여, 각 감성 클래스 별 해당 색깔이 나올 확률을 가중치 식으로 변형 후 CNN 모델의 최종 Layer에 적용하는 이-단계 학습방안을 구현하였다. 이미지 데이터는 6가지 감정으로 분류되는 Emotion6와 8가지 감정으로 분류되는 Artphoto를 사용하였다. 학습에 사용한 CNN 모델은 Densenet169, Mnasnet, Resnet101, Resnet152, Vgg19를 사용하였으며, 성능 평가는 5겹 교차검증으로 CNN 모델에 이-단계 학습 방안을 적용하여 전후 성과를 비교하였다. CNN 아키텍처만을 활용한 경우보다 색 속성에서 추출한 정보를 함께 사용하였을 때 더 좋은 분류 정확도를 보였다.

사칠논쟁(四七論爭)의 연원과 문제의식 - 『입학도설(入學圖說)』과 「천명도설(天命圖說)」을 중심으로 - (On the Problems of Iphakdosoel and Chunmyongdosoel, as the philosophical background of the Four-Seven Debate)

  • 본고는 "입학도설"과 "천명도설"의 문제의식을 중심으로 사칠논쟁의 연원을 밝힘으로써 조선유학이 오늘의 우리에게 갖는 의미를 재확인하려는 것이다. 사칠논쟁은 조선 성리학의 대표적인 이론논쟁으로, 이로부터 파생되는 인심도심논쟁, 인물성동이논쟁, 미발심체논쟁 등 심성설 중심의 이론탐구는 조선유학의 중요한 특징을 이루는 것으로 평가되어 왔다. 그런데 지금까지의 접근은 대체로 이러한 이론논쟁을 현실을 도외시한 조선성리학의 공리공론성을 보여주는 것으로 치부하거나, 아니면 현실을 도외시한 이론논쟁이긴 하지만 한국인이 지닌 철학적인 사고능력을 보여주는 철학논쟁으로 평가하기도 하였다. 그러나 양촌의 "입학도설"에서부터 나타나는 성리학에 대한 기본이해는 성리학이란 수기치인지학으로서 결코 현실과 유리될 수 없는 것이며, 이상사회는 통치계층의 도덕성실현위에 모든 사람들의 도덕성이 실현됨으로써 완성되는 것이었다. 따라서 인간의 도덕성의 근거를 밝히고, 수양의 목표를 제시하며, 선악의 유래를 명확히 함으로써 현실적인 악을 극복하고 선을 실현하고자 하는 것이 핵심이 된다. 이런 문제의식은 추만의 "천명도설"에서도 그대로 계승된다. 추만의 "천명도설"은 우리의 도덕성은 천명으로서 주어져 있으며 이를 근거로 천인합일이라는 이상에 도달할 수 있음을 분명히 밝히려는 것이었다. 그리고 이러한 본격적인 심성논쟁이 의리실천을 학문의 핵심으로 생각하는 도학의 전통이 세워진 이후 도학자임을 자부하던 학자들 사이에서 계속되었다는 것은 이것이 결코 현실과 유리된 공리공론이 아니었음을 우리에게 보여준다. 즉, 조선유학이 가진 인간의 도덕성에 대한 신뢰와 도덕성의 실현을 통해 인간사회의 문제를 근본적으로 해결하려는 인간에 대한 가치론적 이해는 오늘의 우리에게도 큰 철학적인 의미를 갖는다.
