Marketing is said to be a zero sum game i.e. each gain of customer for a firm is always at the expense of some other firm's customers. Therefore in a marketplace churn is a natural occurrence. Churn in Indian telecom market is among the highest in growing telecom markets. By using binary logistics regression analysis based models based covering a sample of 822 Indian telecom subscribers; this paper attempts to examine the determinants of churn. The future churn is found to be dependent on satisfaction level of the customer with the service provider, attitude and loyalty of the customer variables, intended churn (i.e. intention to churn) and current loyalty (defined as intention to recommend) and distraction (i.e. intention to experiment).

Korea has actively promoted the Comprehensive Plan for the e-Hub. The policies of Korean government could promote the e-business environment and market conditions in legal and infrastructure terms, but not much of business itself. The reason for this limited success in the e-Trade may result from the broken linkage between government policies and business strategies as well as the business and technical innovation. In this paper, we analyzes the more effective and economic solution for this recovery of broken link in terms of Metamediary. The most successful role of metamediary should compose of three functions - facilitator, collaborator and web service provider. Each of these function is clarified in more detail with the emphasis on the collaboration between the Universities and the government-supported corporations.

Recent demands of market forces are causing considerable attention to be forced on logistics functions and revitalizing interest in outsourcing them. The need to efficiently and economically adjust support to meet market demands is growing significantly. Logistics is playing a role it has never played before. In light of this, outsourcing to third parties has become a strategic issue demanding greater attention in corporate boardrooms. From the perspective of TPL users, this paper focuses on how best to make a strategic plan for the effective utilization of TPL. And the results are as follows : First, after deciding their logistics outsourcing, the companies have to set up the aim of TPL through development of logistical strategies. Second, the companies must decide service provider that fits to their business environment and conditions. Third, they have to conclude a contract with logistics service provider. Fourth, after doing the preparatory implementation they carry into effect the original implementation. Fifth, they use the result of original implementation to fix a partnership.

In this study, divide by a private enterprise and army, 2 organizations about observed priority item among administrator, service provider, user viewpoint about the information security item for smartwork activation and in 3 steps hierarchic according to AHP technique analyzed and decided priority for information security observance item. As a result, importance difference could confirm identified by administrator, service provider, user viewpoint period of about information security observance item recognizing in a private enterprise and army.

본 논문에서는 이동 멀티캐스트 프로토콜에서 단말기 핸드오프로 인하여 발생하는 패킷 손실을 최소화하기 위하여 두 가지 새로운 멀티캐스트 전달 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방식에서는 주 designated multicast service provider (DMSP)와 여분의 백업 DMSP를 사용한다. 모의실험을 통하여 본 논문에서 제안된 방식은 망의 트래픽 증가와 백업 DMSP 수행과 관련된 프로토콜 비용 증가를 통하여 패킷 손실을 크게 줄일 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

Recently, PDA and cellular phone with color LCD have been widely used in various fields by high efficiency and micro miniaturization technology. According to maturity of these mobile environments, user request about mobile application field is increased. Mobile applications provide various information which is concerned with user's position through cable and wireless transmission. This paper discusses the issues related to the mobile framework for integrated 4S data. The integrated 4S data mean spatial data fusion on GIS, SIIS, ITS, and GNSS. The mobile framework provides not only spatial data but also location services such as reverse geocoding, directory service, etc. It consists of client subsystem, service provider, and data provider.

ICT 기술의 발달로 데이터를 기반으로 하는 다양한 시스템과 서비스가 도입되면서 데이터, 인프라, 서비스에 대한 신뢰 제공 기술의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 하지만 기존 ICT 서비스 환경은 특정 서비스를 구성하는 다양한 구성요소의 신뢰(콘텐츠, 인프라, 프로세스, 서비스 제공자 등)를 객관적으로 판단하고 관리할 방법이 없으며, 오로지 서비스 제공자의 자체적인 품질 기준에 의지해야만 하는 한계가 있다. 본 논문은 ITU-T 국제표준 관점의 신뢰성 있는 ICT 서비스 제공을 위한 요구사항, 기능구조, 처리절차를 제공한다. 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스 프로비저닝을 통해 기존 ICT 서비스 주체(서비스 자원, 이해관계자, 사용자)에 신뢰 제공을 위한 부가적인 기능을 추가하여, 관련정보를 수집하고, 분석하여 제공함으로써 사용자는 자신의 요구사항을 기반으로 분석된 신뢰를 기반으로 서비스 구성요소의 신뢰를 고려할 수 있다.

최근 위치 기반 서비스를 사용하는 안드로이드 앱이 널리 사용되고 있다. 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 지원되는 여러 위치 제공자 중 GPS (Global Positioning System) 위치 제공자의 동작에 대한 이해는 관련 안드로이드 개발자에게 중요한 과제이다. 본 고는 안드로이드 플랫폼의 GPS 서브시스템 소스를 분석하여, GPS 위치 제공자의 동작을, 주요 쓰레드를 중심으로 그리고 초기화 단계부터 최종 위치 보고 단계까지 단계별로 일목요연하게 제시하고자 한다.
