서비스 납기가 주어진 다목적차량일정문제를 위한 혼성유전알고리듬의 개발 (A Hybrid Genetic Algorithm for the Multiobjective Vehicle Scheduling Problems with Service Due Times)

  • In this paper, I propose a hybrid genetic algorithm(HGAM) incorporating a greedy interchange local optimization procedure for the multiobjective vehicle scheduling problems with service due times where three conflicting objectives of the minimization of total vehicle travel time, total weighted tardiness, and fleet size are explicitly treated. The vehicle is allowed to visit a node exceeding its due time with a penalty, but within the latest allowable time. The HGAM applies a mixed farming and migration strategy in the evolution process. The strategy splits the population into sub-populations, all of them evolving independently, and applys a local optimization procedure periodically to some best entities in sub-populations which are then substituted by the newly improved solutions. A solution of the HCAM is represented by a diploid structure. The HGAM uses a molified PMX operator for crossover and new types of mutation operator. The performance of the HGAM is extensively evaluated using the Solomons test problems. The results show that the HGAM attains better solutions than the BC-saving algorithm, but with a much longer computation time.

  • The purpose of this paper is to present and establish a procedure to predict the prestress forces during the service life of the structure. The statistical approach of this procedure is using the in-situ measurement data of the post-tensioning system to develop a nonlinear regression analysis. The method of least squares is used to fit a certain function a set of data. Use of a nonlinear model is achieved by its logarithmic transformation and sunsequent use of linear-regression theory. The regression analysis result can be used to check the prestress force during the service life so that the remaining prestress force is equal to or exceeds the design requirement. Results from the measurement data of PSC box girder bridge structure were used to demonstrate the procedures.

A Method to Optimize Stability and Wheel Wear in Railway Bogies

  • In this paper, a procedure is proposed to optimize bogie suspension parameters in view of minimizing wheel wear produced by curve negotiation, though meeting stability requirements. The problem is dealt with in the form of a constrained minimization problem, in which wheel wear evaluated over a given service scenario is introduced as the cost function to be minimized, and the requirements on vehicle stability are formulated in terms of constraints. The procedure is applied to the case of a non-powered passenger car for high-speed service, and the results obtained are discussed. It is shown that long wheelbase bogie may provide better overall performances than bogies having comparatively short wheelbase. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis is performed, to define the effect on the optimization results of improving the performances of the yaw dampers in the bogie and of using a different wheel profile.

입.퇴원 수속창구 중앙화와 분산화에 따른 이용자의 만족도와 재이용 의사 (The Study of Comparison Satisfaction and Re-use Intention between Central and Ward Reception Desk Users)

  • The purpose of this study is to design strategic hospital service based on each hospital's features. For this study, an assessment was conducted by 398 in-patents of one university hospital located in Seoul. The self-questionnaires, which were investigated from Oct. 15th to 29th in 2008, compared central reception desk with ward reception desk in satisfaction and re-use rate of patients. The major results of this study are as follow. First, according to each reception desk user, they have different satisfaction of it. As for the staff kindness, admission procedure, discharge procedure and manner of staff, those made patients be gratified as well. Second, when it comes to the intention of re-use, there were no significant features between them. Only convenience in admission and discharge procedure, however, was an attractive factor for the recommendation. Third, this study found out the reasons for higher re-use rate of central reception desk users. Regarding service, they were contented with the time for test and treatment. As for the hospital service, they would like to re-use this hospital because of convenient steps of paying interim fee and getting certificates. Forth, this study found out the reasons for higher re-use rate of ward reception desk users. As a point of hospital service view, they responded that respected privacy, hospital facility and general service were good for staying. As for the manner of staff, they mentioned nurses and staff in charge and whole staff members were kind. When it comes to the procedures of patient management, steps of discharge and paying interim fee were convenience. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that providing a ward reception desk service can boost the satisfaction and re-use rate of in-patients. Furthermore, this strategic management method would be good for not only cutting the moving line but also efficient in-patient care system. These results can be used for the strategic hospital marketing field, as well. Even though this study has a limitation of the targeted populations which were only in a ward reception desk running hospital, it can say that having competitiveness in satisfaction of hospital service is good for promoting and differencing each hospital. Consequently, whole general management system would be adjusted first for differencing each hospital; however, this sort of additional factor should be concerned as well. I expect that this study would give meaningful data for designing strategic and differencing marketing method to lots of hospitals.

차별화 서비스를 위한 MPLS ATM 교환 시스템의 응용 기반 포워딩 모델 설계 (An Application-based Forwarding Model of MPLS ATM Switching System for Differential Services)

  • 현재 라우터들의 인터넷 속도 개선을 위하여 제안된 MPLS ATM 교환 시스템도 다양한 응용을 사용하는 인터넷 사용자들을 충분히 만족시키지는 못한다. 따라서 서비스 클래스별로 서비스 처리를 구별하는 차별화 서비스 지원이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 차별화 서비스를 MPLS ATM 교환 시스템에 지원하기 위해서 확장된 LDP 메시지를 이용하여 각 FEC 마다 서비스 클래스별로 설정된 LSP를 제어하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 응용 범주에 따라 차별화 서비스가 되도록 ATM CLP를 이용한 마킹 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 LSP 제어 방법과 마킹 알고리즘을 이용한 포워딩 절차를 제시한다. 이 포워딩 절차를 적용한 포워딩 모델은 기존 MPLS ATM 교환 시스템의 변경을 최소화하여 쉽게 구현할 수 있어 구현하는데 드는 비용 및 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 끝으로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 응용 기반 포워딩 모델의 성능 결과를 보인다.

  • In structural analysis of prestressed concrete continuous flexural mambers, secondary effects produced by tendon forces should be reasonably estimated. The secondary moment at service load stags is normally used for ultimate required moment caculation in strength design. This concept has to be reviewed when precise analysis is performed considering construction step, time dependent properties of concrete and tendon. An ultimate moment computation proposed, concept and structural behavior. The previously proposed procedure by other researcher and the proposed procedure are compared and reviewed for the currently constructed precast prestressed concrete bridge.

A New Mathematical Formulation for Generating a Multicast Routing Tree

  • To generate a multicast routing tree guaranteeing the quality of service (QoS), we consider the hop constrained Steiner tree problem and propose a new mathematical formulation for it, which contains fewer constraints than a known formulation. An efficient procedure is also proposed to solve the problem. Preliminary tests show that the procedure reduces the computing time significantly.

  • 본 연구는 UDDI에서 검색된 정보를 서비스 사용자에게 전달하여 서비스 사용자가 제공자에게 사양서를 요구하던 절차를 간소화하기 위해서 진행되었다. UDDI로부터 바로 제공자에게 WSDL문서를 요구하도록 하였다. 이를 위해서 UDDI에서 제공자에게 XML형태의 메시지를 생성하여 전달하도록 하였다. 이 메시지에는 서비스 사용자의 위치정보를 포함하고 있어 UDDI에서 요구한 문서가 서비스 사용자에게 전달된다. 메시지는 XML형태의 SOAP 프로토콜을 이용하였다.
