합창 공연의 서비스품질인 물리적 환경, 상호작용 품질, 결과 품질이 행동의도에 미치는 영향연구 (The study of Influences of Physical Environment of Choir Performance Services on Quality of Interaction, Quality of Outcome and Behavioral Intention)

  • 문화예술공연은 소비자가 경험을 통해 가치를 얻고자 하는 서비스의 한 영역으로서 소비자가 중요하게 판단하는 서비스 품질에 대한 종합적인 연구가 필요하다. 또한 다양한 서비스산업과 분야에서 서비스품질에 관련된 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있지만 공연사업에서는 서비스품질과 관련한 연구는 그다지 많지 않다. 이에 공연산업은 고유의 주제를 표현하기 위하여 공연장의 서비스 품질이 많은 영향을 주고 있는데 아직까지 공연예술의 관람객에 대한 이용형태별 공연예술의 선택 속성, 즉, 물리적 환경 품질, 상호작용 품질, 결과품질이 공연 선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 합창 공연 이용객을 중심으로 합창 공연 이용형태에 따라 공연 선택 시 고려하는 물리적 환경 품질을 파악하고, 이러한 요인들이 상호작용 품질과 결과 품질, 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 향후 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 시사점을 제공하는데 있다.

의료급여텔레케어사업 효과 - 일 시범지역을 대상으로 - (Outcome of a Pilot Project on Case Management Service for Medical Aid Clients)

  • Purpose: This study analyzed outcomes of a Telecare case management service pilot project for Korean Medicaid Program Clients in Seoul. Outcome data for provided services and medical aid cost data were analyzed. Methods: Case management services were delivered by 10 medical aid managers. The period of the project was from July to December 2007. Results: The total number of the objects was 9714, representing 43.4% of the total medical aid clients in the area. The average number of consults was 2.58. Consults were most frequently via letter and telephone, with in- person visits being least common. Of the total, 213 cases were referred to community services, 87.8% were transacted successfully. The medical expenditure was less than that from January-June, 2007. Conclusion: Telecare service via mail or telephone allows contact with many clients in a short time which can enable the discover and monitoring of high risk clients. This can be accomplished at a cost savings to the Korean Medicaid Program.

The Association Between Treatment Frequency and Treatment Outcome for Cardiovascular Surgeries

  • Background: This study analyzed the association between the volume of heart surgeries and treatment outcomes for hospitals in the last five years. Methods: Hospitals that perform heart surgeries were chosen throughout Korea as subjects using from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. The treatment outcome of the heart surgeries was defined as the mortality within 30 postoperative days, while the annual volume of the surgeries was categorized. Logistic regression was used as the statistical analysis method, and the impacts of the variables on the heart surgery treatment outcomes were then analyzed. Results: The chance of death of patients who received surgery in a hospital that performed 50 or more surgeries annually was noticeably lower than patients receiving operations from hospitals that performed fewer than 50 surgeries annually, indicating that the chance of death decreases as the annual volume of heart surgeries in the hospital increases. In particular, the mortality rate in hospitals that performed more than 200 surgeries annually was less than half of that in hospitals that performed 49 or fewer surgeries annually. Conclusion: These results indicate that accumulation of a certain level of heart surgery experience is critical in improving or maintaining the quality of heart surgeries. In order to improve the treatment outcomes of small hospitals, a support policy must be implemented that allows for cooperation with experienced professionals.

조직문화가 의료사회사업서비스의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the quality of medical social work influenced by organizational culture of hospital)

  • In this study, the impact of organizational culture on the quality of social work services in hospitals were empirically analysed. A mailed questionnaire survey was conducted between February 19 and April 10, 2001. A sample of total 70 hospitals, including general hospitals with one social worker at least and single-department hospital with two social workers or more, were identified nationwide through the registry of Korean Association of Medical Social Workers and Korean Association of Hospitals. According to coping strategy and reacting pattern with the environmental changes, four types of organizational culture in each hospital, classified as group culture, developmental culture, hierarchial culture, and rational culture, were adopted for the independent variables. Three dimensional aspects of quality of social work service - structure, process, and outcome were selected as dependent variables in this study. Also the quality of social work service was distributed into provider-perceiving quality and consumer-perceiving quality The major findings were as following in summary; First, most social workers reported that the characteristic of culture in their hospitals are group culture the first, hierarchial culture the second, developmental culture the third, and rational culture finally in order of comparing the level of quality perceived between social worker's recognition. Second, service provider and consumer, The provider-perceiving quality showed less score than that of consumer, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome perceived by provider. Third, according to the types of organizational culture, there were significantly different levels of quality in total social work services, structure dimension and process dimension. The quality of outcome dimension did not show significant differences among the type of organizational culture. Finally, the most influential variables to the quality of social work service ice proved departmental form of social work unit, leader of social work unit, and developmental culture of hospital To assure quality services, accordingly, social work unit in hospital is required to be organized as a single unit, that means to be an independent department of which qualified social worker is supposed to control the unit. It is strongly recommended to develop leadership for the leaders of social work unit.

  • 정보보호 안전진단 제도를 적용받는 정보통신서비스 기업의 지속적인 정보보호 수준을 제고하고, 정보보호 안전진단 성과측정 방법을 개발하여 안전진단대상 기관들이 스스로 수준측정을 하여 지속적인 정보보호 개선활동을 하도록 측정 지표 및 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 안전진단 수검 전후와 수검후의 지속적인 기업이 정보보호에 대한 투자와 노력에 대한 성과를 측정하여 기업 자체적으로 측정가능하게 하여 정보보호관리체계를 지속적이고 종합적으로 유지하고 관리하도록 하였다. 또한 정부에서도 제도 전반적인 이행의 근거와 타당성을 확보하여 안전진단 자체가 정보 보호 수준을 한단계 높이는 실질적인 안전진단이 이루어 지도록하여 보안 사고를 사전에 예방하고 기업성과를 향상시키는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

레스토랑 유형에 따른 레스토랑 서비스 인카운터 품질 평가 수준, 감정적 반응, 고객 만족 및 서비스 충성도 차이 분석 (The Analysis of the Differences of Evaluation Level of Service Encounter Quality, Emotional Responses, Customer Satisfaction and Service Loyalty by Types of Restaurants)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the differences of cognitive responses, emotional responses, customer satisfaction, and service loyalty about service encounter quality by types of restaurants and to analyse emotional responses, customer satisfaction, and service loyalty in accordance with level of service encounter quality. The questionnaire were collected from customers (N=812) who had used restaurants in Seoul, aiming at 15 or more-year-old customers from October 24, 2005 to November 6, 2005. The main results of this study were as follows: Statistically significant difference was showed in importance and performance of interaction quality, importance and performance of physical environment quality, performance of outcome quality depending on types of restaurants, while significant difference was not indicated in importance of outcome quality by types of restaurants. Positive emotional response was significantly high by types of restaurants in order of fine-dining restaurants, family restaurants, and fast-food restaurants, while negative emotional responses were significantly higher in fast-food restaurants than in the other two types. As far as Customer satisfaction are concerned, fine-dining restaurants showed higher customer satisfaction than the other two types. Attitudinal service loyalty was high in fine-dining restaurants, family restaurants and fast-food restaurants in order and behavioral loyalty was not significantly different with each type of restaurant. In accordance with level of service encounter quality, cluster analysis was conducted and the clusters were divided into 'high-valuation' and 'low-valuation'. 'High-valuation cluster' and 'low-valuation cluster' showed significant difference depending on types of restaurants that customers used(p<.001). The customers who used fine-dining restaurants and family restaurants valued the performance of service encounter highly. However, in fast-food restaurants, a lot of low-valuation customers existed. Therefore, fast-food restaurants have to improve performance of interaction quality, outcome quality and physical environment quality in service encounter. In addition, in 'high-valuation cluster' who valued service encounter quality highly showed higher scores in positive responses, customer satisfaction, service loyalty than in 'low-valuation cluster', and showed low negative responses.

Long-term outcomes after peri-implantitis treatment and their influencing factors: a retrospective study

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine the long-term outcomes after peri-implantitis treatment and the factors affecting these outcomes. Methods: This study included 92 implants in 45 patients who had been treated for peri-implantitis. Clinical data on the characteristics of patients and their implants were collected retrospectively. The change in the marginal bone level was calculated by comparing the baseline and the most recently obtained (≥3 years after treatment) radiographs. The primary outcome variable was progression of the disease after the treatment at the implant level, which was defined as further bone loss of >1.0 mm or implant removal. A 2-level binary logistic regression analysis was used to identify the effects of possible factors on the primary outcome. Results: The mean age of the patients was 58.7 years (range, 22-79 years). Progression of peri-implantitis was observed in 64.4% of patients and 63.0% of implants during an observation period of 6.4±2.7 years (mean±standard deviation). Multivariable regression analysis revealed that full compliance to recall visits (P=0.019), smoking (P=0.023), placement of 4 or more implants (P=0.022), and marginal bone loss ≥4 mm at baseline (P=0.027) significantly influenced the treatment outcome. Conclusions: The long-term results of peri-implantitis treatment can be improved by full compliance on the part of patients, whereas it is impaired by smoking, placement of multiple implants, and severe bone loss at baseline. Encouraging patients to stop smoking and to receive supportive care is recommended before treatment.

Does Brand Love Precede Brand Loyalty? Empirical Evidence from Saudi Airline Customers in Strategic Alliance Setting

  • This research aims to construct a model that combines brand love, brand loyalty, brand image, customer satisfaction, and service quality into a single model, with brand loyalty coming foremost, and test its predictive power in building brand love. Moreover, mediating effect of customer satisfaction and brand image on service quality and brand loyalty affecting brand love was checked. The study adopted an alliance context using an existing SERVQUAL model, a bi-dimensional aspect of brand loyalty and parasocial love relationship theory, to identify brand love as a construct or outcome in the consumer-brand relationship. Using a quantitative approach, survey questionnaires were distributed by unrestricted random sampling among 507 Saudia Airlines customers. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3.0. The results revealed significant relationships between four variables except for the brand image. It was found that brand image had no mediating effect on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The outcome of this study highlights the importance of airline alliances for service quality, which leads to positive customer satisfaction, brand image, and customer loyalty. A unique contribution of the study is that it revealed that brand loyalty is also an antecedent of brand love.

중국 병원산업에서 서비스품질이 서비스가치, 고객만족 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality on Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention in the China Hospital Industry)

  • 최근 중국 경제성장과 더불어 소득수준과 생활수준이 향상됨에 따라 소비자들의 건강, 고도의 의료서비스와 휴양시설 개발 및 이용에 대한 관심이 점점 증대되고 있다. 따라서 중국 병원 산업에서 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위해서 서비스품질의 가치를 다시 인식하는 것을 필요하다. 본 연구는 중국병원의 서비스 품질 구성요인에 대한 분석하고 각 구성요인은 서비스가치, 고객만족 및 재이용의도간의 인과관계를 확인하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기위해 본 연구에서는 문헌적인 고찰과 실증적인 분석을 병행 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 중국 병원산업에서 서비스품질의 구성요인을 "상호작용품질", "결과품질", "물리적 환경품질"의 세 차원으로 구분하여 각 차원은 고객만족에 대한 직접적이고 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 서비스가치는 고객만족 및 재이용의도에 직접적이고 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객만족은 서비스품질과 재이용의도간의 관계에서, 서비스가치와 재이용의도간의 관계에서 중요한 매개역할을 하고 있음을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.

수단-목적사슬이론을 적용한 프랜차이즈 분식점의 서비스 품질, 지각된 혜택, 가치 그리고 행동의도 간의 관계 분석 (A Study on the Relationships among Service Quality, Perceived Benefit, Value, and Behavioral Intention as Perceived by Franchise Snack Bar Restaurant Consumers - Application of Means-End Chain Theory -)

  • 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 분식점 이용객들을 대상으로 프랜차이즈 분식점 방문 시 인지될 수 있는 세 가지 서비스 품질 요인들을 측정하고, 이러한 요인들이 고객들이 지각한 혜택과 가치, 그리고 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 수행되었다. 연구가설 검증을 위하여 총 450부의 설문지를 최근 3개월 이내에 프랜차이즈 분식점 이용 방문객들을 대상으로 배포하여, 이 중 불성실한 응답 39부를 제외한 총 411부의 설문지가 실증분석에 사용되었다. SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 요인분석 및 신뢰도검증 및 요인들 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 서비스 품질의 세 가지 요인 모두가 지각된 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 세 요인 중 결과품질이 지각된 혜택에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 혜택은 가치에 중요한 선행변수임이 검증되었고, 긍정적으로 형성된 가치는 미래행동의도에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것을 입증하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 기존에 여러 선행연구에서 검증되었던 수단-목적 사슬이론을 프랜차이즈 분식점을 대상으로 한 연구분야에 적용시켰다는 것에 의의를 가진다. 본 연구의 결과는 최근 외식산업분야에서 중요한 축으로 자리 잡고 있는 분식점 산업의 활성화와 경쟁우위 전략을 구축을 하는데 현실적이고 논리적인 제언을 해줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
