  • 비영리조직의 자원동원에 관한 기존의 연구들은 조직리더의 역할 및 환경에 대한 인식 등을 주요한 요인으로 제시하며, 점차 이러한 요인이외에 조직의 체계적인 관리노력으로서 시장지향성의 중요성을 제시하기도 한다. 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 자원동원성과를 설명하는데 있어서 조직리더의 전문적 태도, 환경에 대한 인식 그리고 기부자에 대한 시장지향성 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전국에 위치한 장애인직업재활시설로 연구표본을 구성하고, 설문조사에 응답한 115개 조직을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자원동원성과는 조직리더의 전문성이나 환경에 대한 인식에 의해 직접적으로 영향을 받지 않으며, 기부자에 대한 시장지향성을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 일반화의 한계에도 불구하고, 자원동원성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 구조적 관계를 보여주고, 자원동원성과를 설명하는 간명한 경로를 제시하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의를 지니며, 실천적인 측면에서 사회복지조직의 자원동원에 있어서 기부자를 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 보여주고 있다.

Optimum Allocation of Reactive Power in Real-Time Operation under Deregulated Electricity Market

  • Deregulation in power industry has made the reactive power ancillary service management a critical task to power system operators from both technical and economic perspectives. Reactive power management in power systems is a complex combinatorial optimization problem involving nonlinear functions with multiple local minima and nonlinear constraints. This paper proposes a practical market-based reactive power ancillary service management scheme to tackle the challenge. In this paper a new model for voltage security and reactive power management is presented. The proposed model minimizes reactive support cost as an economic aspect and insures the voltage security as a technical constraint. For modeling validation study, two optimization algorithm, a genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) method are used to solve the problem of optimum allocation of reactive power in power systems under open market environment and the results are compared. As a case study, the IEEE-30 bus power system is used. Results show that the algorithm is well competent for optimal allocation of reactive power under practical constraints and price based conditions.

Market Efficiency Analysis between Facility-Based and Service-Based Competition

  • Facility-based competition (FBC) in the telecommunications market is considered to have lower static efficiency in the short term and higher dynamic efficiency in the long term. Under service-based competition (SBC), the entrant can reduce its setup costs by leasing network facilities from the incumbent, which makes the entrant viable, pushes the market price down and promotes static efficiency. This paper attempts to measure static efficiency by comparing the profits of the incumbent and entrant in terms of consumer surplus and social welfare under each competition type by extending the Stackelberg model. The results, assuming a linear demand function and variation in regulatory level, show that FBC results in higher social welfare than SBC on the whole. However, SBC accompanied by strong regulation is also shown to have the potential to be superior over FBC. It is also revealed that FBC exhibits a higher producer surplus (particularly, the incumbent's producer surplus) and is, therefore, more desirable in terms of dynamic efficiency. When the entrant's cost is high in FBC, social welfare is shown to be lowered, implying that cost competitiveness is a necessary condition for social welfare.

An Empirical Research on Current Status and Developmental Countermeasures of Language Services Industry in China

  • This paper uses Delphi Method and statistics provided by the State Administration of Market Regulation of China, attempts to develop the scale index of language service industry in China. Coupled with practical investigation and theoretical framework of SCP paradigm, a deep analysis on market behavior, market structure, and market performance of the industry have been explored. First, the study indicates that the scale index of Chinese language services industry has experienced an upward trend from 10.481million RMB in 2008 to 351.403 million RMB in 2017. Second, majority of language services enterprises are situated in Chinese coastal provinces and there are variations in demand for language services. Third, the standardization of language services are minimal while most of the talents involve a single discipline background. Fourth, most enterprises utilize language tools while there is lack of technological innovation for utilization of language resources and enhancement of service quality. The author mainly suggests four strategies which include: cultivating multilingual services, strengthening the development of industrial informatization and technical innovation, and optimizing the industrial talents structure while also adjusting for industrial distribution and regional coordination, which propose the meaningful implications for the development of language service industry in China.

A Consumer Behavioral Study of Dietary Supplement Choice Attributes in the Post-COVID-19 Era: Focusing on Generation MZ

  • The global nutraceuticals market continues to grow due to rising income levels, increasing life expectancy, and a growing interest in personal health. Especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, the market for nutraceuticals has expanded rapidly with positive perceptions driven by increased attention to immune management for disease prevention. However, there is still a lack of research on the relationship between nutraceuticals and consumer behavior. This study aims to provide new insights into the dietary supplement market and help establish marketing strategies by analyzing consumer behavior toward dietary supplements in the post-COVID-19 era, focusing on Generation MZ. An online survey was conducted among consumers who have purchased dietary supplement products to test the hypotheses. The collected data were analyzed for validity and reliability using SPSS and AMOS programs. The results showed that the taste, price, brand, and design of dietary supplements significantly positively affect the satisfaction of MZ consumers. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms of consumer behavior toward dietary supplements in the post-COVID-19 era, focusing on Generation MZ. By offering insights into consumers' health concerns and consumption behaviors, this study provides valuable perspectives on the future development of the market and helps companies develop effective strategies to meet consumer needs.

전통시장 방문요인과 고객신뢰간의 관계분석 및 재방문 결정의 관계에 관한 연구 (The Analysis of the Factors in Customer Trust and Revisit Decision in Traditional Market)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between customer trust and intention to return to the traditional market by using empirical analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - For the empirical analysis of this study, questionnaires were conducted for adults and over 20s. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to consumers with experience in traditional markets, and 163 of them were used for empirical analysis. In order to analyze the relationship between customer trust and return visit intention by consumers visiting the traditional market, variables were selected through 10 constructive concepts and revised based on previous studies. The SPSS for win 18.0 was used for data analysis. Results - In order to clarify the relationship between consumer's visit to traditional market and customer's trust, it was found that the tolerance values of both the visiting factors and the consumers' perceptions of traditional markets were higher than .01. In the relationship between visitor's visit to traditional market and customer's trust, price was positively related to customer trust at 0.1% level. Image, product quality and freshness of traditional market were 5% Positive effects were found. These results show that consumers who visit traditional markets gain customer's trust in price, image, product quality and reliability of traditional market. Conclusions - In this study, the results of this study are as follows: First, the effect of customer trust on customer satisfaction is affected by the image (emotion) consumers feel about traditional market, the trust level about the price of goods offered by the market, The confidence level of freshness, the reliability of consumers' connection with the local economy, the consumer's traditional marketplace, and the level of awareness of the service (kindness) of the variables on the independent variables. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the influence variables of customer trust used in this study, consumers had a high level of confidence about the price of commodities offered by the market, quality of goods, and freshness, The same relationship, market environment such as hygiene or cleanliness, connection with a local economy, service (kindness) of traditional market did not affect consumers' trust in traditional markets.

해운시황정보서비스시스템 구현 사례연구 (A Case Study on Implementation of the Shipping Market Information Service System)

  • 해운시황정보의 중요성과 해운시황정보서비스의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 기존의 해운시황정보 제공주체 및 제공서비스에 관한 탐색적 선행연구가 수행되어 왔으나, 해운시황정보를 제공하는 정보원천과 정보서비스주체를 연계하고 보다 최적화된 해운시황정보서비스를 위해 정보기술을 활용한 구체적인 연구는 없었다. 본 연구에서는 최소의 리서치자원으로 최대의 정보서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위해 정보제공주체의 편의를 도모하는 인터페이스, 입수된 정보를 가공 및 분석하는데 최적화된 컨텐츠관리시스템, 분석된 정보의 도식화 및 스프레드시트, 배포를 위한 웹 및 모바일서비스를 제공하는 서비스시스템을 구현하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 서비스가 필요한 정보를 식별하고 둘째, 해외사례조사를 통해 해운정보 제공주체들과 정보서비스를 검토하여 서비스 할 정보항목을 확정하며 셋째, 최근정보기술 동향을 조사하여 적합한 기술을 선정, 이를 적용한 서비스시스템을 구현하며 산출된 정보를 제공할 채널을 결정해야 한다. 따라서 성공적인 해외 해운시황정보서비스를 검토하여 본 시스템을 통해 서비스할 해운시황정보서비스를 정의하고, 싱글 윈도우기반의 정보입수 및 관리에 적합한 기술인 X-Internet 기반의 WCMS를 적용하였으며, 다양한 형태의 그래프 표현 및 입력된 정보가 사전에 정의된 규칙에 따라 산정된 최신정보로 유지되도록 스프레드시트기능을 추가하였다. 또한 일련의 분석을 통해 산출된 정보를 수요자에게 적절히 제공하기 위해 분석된 수치 또는 그래프 형태의 정보를 리포트에 즉시 옮기고 Web Portal 및 Hybrid App으로 서비스할 수 있는 해운시황정보서비스를 위한 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • The emotional interface is essential technology for the robot to provide the proper service to the user. In this research, we developed emotional components for the service robot such as a neural network based facial expression recognizer, emotion expression technologies based on 3D graphical face expression and joints movements, considering a user's reaction, behavior selection technology for emotion expression. We used our humanoid robots, AMI and AMIET as the test-beds of our emotional interface. We researched on the emotional interaction between a service robot and a user by integrating the developed technologies. Emotional interface technology for the service robot, enhance the performance of friendly interaction to the service robot, to increase the diversity of the service and the value-added of the robot for human. and it elevates the market growth and also contribute to the popularization of the robot.   • This paper analyzes the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Korean High-speed Internet market, where has achieved a rapid development in these days. According to the previous literatures, profitability results from customer loyalty influenced by customer satisfaction. So, we firstly define and analyze their relationships with the survey data from 737 subscribers, by using Factor Analysis and SEM(Structural Equation Model). Secondly, we find and select major cause variables to affect customer loyalty. Finally, we suggest some useful implications to marketers on the basis of the analysis results. As a result, customer loyalty depends on the degree of customer satisfaction on network quality and service quality in high-speed Internet service. Particularly the satisfaction level on network quality affects customer loyalty relatively stronger than one on service quality. Thus it is suggested that marketers invest in improving network quality rather than service quality to enhance customer loyalty.

  • 최근 인터넷 VOD 서비스가 확산되면서 세계방송시장에 큰 변화가 초래되고 있다. 특히 기존 유료방송시장에 대한 위기인식은 이용자들의 '코드커팅'현상과 광고시장이 위축되는 결과를 통해서 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 유료방송시장에 새로운 경쟁자로 등장한 인터넷 동영상 서비스(OTT) 사업자들은 양질의 콘텐츠 확보를 위해서 집중 투자하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 인터넷 동영상 서비스의 일종인 인터넷 VOD 서비스 이용자들의 영화 콘텐츠 이용과 관련하여 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 충족의 관계와 영향력을 알아보았다.
