Recently, the number of companies consigning their personal information management work has been increasing; they consign the work for various reasons and purposes, for example, in order to reduce costs related to personal information managers, improve efficiency through professional performance and to improve service quality. As such, since the cases where an consigning agency - not the personal information manager - handles personal information are increasing due to the increase of consigning of the personal information management work, we need to concerned with and pay attention to how much such agency makes efforts for personal information protection. In this regard, this study suggests a plan for efficient management of the agency during the course of consigning work as well as a list of requirements for personal information protection to be considered in each phase of the following; establishment of personal information protection framework for all consigning work processes, selection of consigning agency, execution of consigning contract, operation and management of consigning work, and termination of contract.

This study explores the changes and implications of identity in social work profession following the introduction of voucher in Korea. For this purpose, it was conducted qualitative research using depth-interview. It was sampled 20 social workers who delivers social services by voucher. The data were analyzed by Glaser and Strauss's coding methods(open coding and axial coding) and thematic analysis. The results of research are follow: 1) The introduction of voucher in social work practice resulted in identity confusion in social work profession 2) Role of social workers(practicing by voucher) was changed into mediator and manager. 3) The relationship between clients and social workers was changed into business centered relationship. 4) The increase of bureaucratic control and mechanism of profit-making resulted in these changes. As a result of this process, autonomy of social workers was decreased. 5) These changes in social work profession can be interpreted as reconstruction of social work practice, increase in repression of managerialism, and establishment of quasi-marketing structure in social work practice.

The Purpose of this study is to determine how Korean and United Sates families manage resourcese. Further, socioeconomic and social psychological determinants of frequency of family resoures management will be investigated for each country. Comparision of results well be made to find similarities and differences between Korea and the U.S. Most studies of family resource management have used urban samples, so this study adds to understanding of another segment of the populations. Family resource management variables, as dependent variables, were measured by asking respondents how often they used a variety of wasys to handle finances and time. Independent variables were : (a) total household income, (b) respondents education, (c) respondents ages, (d) householder size, (e) family adaptability, (f) family cohesion, and (g) interpersonal communications. Data for the Korean sample were collected in rural areas of South Korea during summer 1989, U.S. data were collected in two counties of Illinois. The data used in this study include 473 Korean samples and 301 U.S. families. In both samples, the respondent was the financial manager, the person who usually handled the finances and paid the bills. The data were analyzed by frequencys, t-test, and multiple regression analysis methods. As a results, U.S. respondents tended to engage in family resource management more frequently than Korean respondents. This could be attributed to a longer history of consumer education and financial management education taught in the public schools and through the Cooperative Extension Service in the U.S. Social-psycological variables were significant predictors of frequency of family financial management in both samples. the differences in both samples are that, in Korea, frequency of family financial management increased as household size and educational years increased, however, in the United States, the relationships of these variables were not significant. Some similarities and differences were found in Korea and the U.S. families, and this results represents that interpersonal communications are important determinants, even in different cultures. One hadn, the difference of socio-cultural factors result as the difference of some statisical differences. Findings from this study have important implications for research and education, and can be applicated to study of family resource management in other rural areas.

The fundamental technology to the b2b e-commerce framework is Registry. Although Registries have developed, it is yet difficult to apply in actual e-business . That is, the e-business information was stored in physically and/or logically distributed and heterogeneous Registries. And Registry uses the keyword-based search to discovery the information stored. But, the keyword-based search technology can't provide the discovery the business information necessary for parties and trading partners. As spreading the understand of this problem, it requires the technologies for the integration of distributed and various Registries and the systematic definition and intelligent discovery of the e-business information. In this paper we propose the architecture of intelligent and integrated e-business registry system for solving these problems . This system composed of the Registry Integration Query Manager for integrating various registries and the Intelligent Registry Agent providing the systematic organization and discovery of e-business information.

Access control techniques should be flexible enough to support all protection granularity levels. Since access control policies are very likely to be specified in relation to document types, it is necessary to properly manage a situation in which documents fail to be dealt with by the existing access control policies. In terms of XML documents, it is necessary to describe policies more flexibly beyond simple authorization and to consider access control methods which can be selected. This paper describes and designs the access control policy system for authorization for XML document access and for efficient management to suggest a way to use the capacity of XML itself. The system in this paper is primarily characterized by consideration of who would exercise what access privileges on a specific XML document and by good adjustment of organization-wide demands from a policy manager and a single document writer.

Background: In this study, wage status and wage determinants of care workers were analyzed. Methods: The analysis used database (DB) of long-term care institutions, DB of long-term care institutions, DB of long-term care workers, DB of health insurance qualification, and contribution possessed by National Health Insurance Services. We analyzed the wage status of the care workers from 2009 to 2016 through basic analysis and estimated the factors affecting the wage of the long-term care facilities' care workers using pooled ordinary least squares. Results: The monthly average wage of care workers was raised from Korean won (KRW) 1.37 million in 2009 to KRW 1.52 million in 2016, and the working hours were shortened by 20 hours from 207 hours to 187 hours. Hourly wages increased by KRW 1,329 from KRW 6,831 in 2009 to KRW 8,160 in 2016. The average monthly wage of care workers was affected by gender, age, years of employment, monthly working hours, establishment type, city size, institutional size, the grade of the institution, and management status. In particular, the wage level of the care workers was high when the larger the size of the institution, the better the management status (fill rate), the establishment type is "government and local government" and "corporation," the institutional rating is high, and the facility manager has the first grade of the social worker license. Conclusion: The government should consider aggressive policies to improve the treatment of care workers as well as the quality of long-term care services so that there will be more long-term care facilities that are guaranteed social publicity above a certain level.

Enforcing additional authentication to password-based authentication, in addition to attempting to increase the security of the password itself, helps to improve the security of the password authentication scheme. For a well-known problem of using strong passwords that differ from site to site, we propose a scheme for password generation and management with an inherent supplementary authentication. Like the so-called password manager, the scheme retrieves and presents a strong site-specific password whenever requested without requiring the user to remember multiple passwords. Unlike the existing methods, however, the scheme permits the password retrieval process to proceed only through the authenticated user's ownership verified smartphone. Hence, even for sites not enforcing or supporting two-factor authentication, the logon process can benefit from the scheme's assurance of enhanced security with its two-factor equivalent authentication. The scheme can also prevent an attacker from impersonating a user or stealing secrets even when the stored information of the server for password retrieval service or the user's smartphone is leaked.

Although claims and disputes may be never avoided in construction industry, until 1998, there are no systematic claims in the public sector in Korea. But, because of IMF, Contractors have been recognized that cost management is essential factor and contractual right can be demanded against the Public Orderer. Many affirmative effect such as, appearance of new professional service, prevention of lower quality construction, restrain of unnecessary budget expenditure, arrangement of duplicated or triplicated liability and revision of unnecessary administrative control may be anticipated through alleging claims, but in site representative manager and construction company may have ambiguous fear, somebody tried to allege claims. Therefore, to activate systematic construction claims, 32 public construction project claims alleged by contractors from 1998 to 2001 were analyzed, inactivated reasons of claims were examined and contractor's action plan to allege claims was suggested in this paper.

In this paper, we developed the computer room environments and infrastructure management systems to operate various networking devices and the infrastructure in the room, stably. The developed systems are composed of the computer room environment management system and the computing infrastructure management system. The computer room environment management system performs the role which the temperature and humidity detection node periodically detects the temperature and humidity and transmits the information to the remote intelligent server. The computing infrastructure management system enables the computer room's manager to check the information and maintenance history of the computing devices with a smart device supporting NFC(Near Field Communication).

When producing a wireless web contents by using wire web contents for PC environment, we should consider how to represent lots of information being suitable with PC environment to wireless devices having narrow performance. Therefore, we propose mobile page editor for manager to select and modify specific contents with the existing wire web page. Also, we try to define an intermediate language based on DID(Digital Item Declaration) of MPEG-21 multimedia framework which defines source of converting information and wireless web contents generating at mobile editor in considering real time service problem when transcoding multimedia information in a web server into wireless device having low resolution, narrow performance of media process, memory, and so on.
