모바일 컴퓨팅의 르네상스 시대를 이끌어가고 있는 스마트폰은 조만간 전 세계의 휴대폰 시장을 점령할 것으로 예상되고 있으며, 특히 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반 스마트폰에 대한 수요가 급격히 상승하고 있다. 이에 따라 스마트폰 사용자를 위한 다양한 애플리케이션 서비스 모듈이 개발되고 있으며, 이들이 서비스 혁신에 기여하고 있다. 한편 모바일 기능을 지원하는 LBS(즉 Location Based Service) 시스템에 대한 기술 지원 및 기술의 개방으로 이와 관련한 많은 애플리케이션이 등장하는 추세이다. 우리는 이 LBS 시스템으로 운전자에 대한 교통사고 발생시 위치 정보 전송을 중점적으로 활용하고, 또한 운전자에게 여러 편리성을 제공하기 위하여 Driver Manger 서비스 모듈을 연구하였다.

Recently, South Korea has prepared laws and systems to systematically manage rural spaces in response to the era of population decline and is making various efforts to promote related policies. However, various basic studies that can support this are still insufficient. In particular, in this study, the functions and roles of each settlement class were established along with the classification of the sedentary classes in rural areas, and the classification system for rural living services was established, and the hierarchy by functional facilities and the minimum standards for vulnerable areas (accessibility) were established. Specifically, in this study, the settlement class was divided into 4 classes of "central area - midpoint area - small point area - hinterland", and each function and role was presented, and the rural living service classification system was finally reestablished as 10 sectors and 31 functional facilities. In addition, the hierarchy and accessibility standards of rural living service functional facilities was set within 5 to 15 minutes for 'lower and basic services', within 10 to 20 minutes for 'medium and basic services', within 15 to 30 minutes for 'intermediate and complex services', within 20 to 60 minutes for 'high car/complex service' and within 10 minutes for 'urgent service'.

1930년대 경호 활동의 고찰을 통해 지금까지 경호사에서 다루지 않았던 사실들을 네 가지 측면으로 도출하였다. 첫째, 만주의 한인 자치기관인 국민부는 재만 한인들의 공안을 담당하기 위해서 경호국과 경호분국을 설치했다. 그 후에 경호조례까지 제정할 수 있었던 것은 당시 만주의 한인들이 가진 경호의 필요성에 대한 인식이 적용되었기 때문이다. 둘째, 경찰 업무 중에 범인 호송을 위한 '차량 경호', 원활한 행정업무를 조성하는 면사무소 경호, 산불 벌목에 대비한 '임야경호단' 등의 다양한 경호 활동들이 등장했다. 당시의 경호활동은 신변보호에만 한정된 개념이 아니고, 보호와 안전이 요구되는 분야에서 포괄적으로 이루어졌다. 셋째, 각종 행사에서의 경호는 '만보산사건'처럼 정치적인 측면 외에도, 대중들이 운집하는 장소에서 안전 및 질서유지와 의전을 담당했다. 이를 통해, 1930년대 각종 행사에서 오늘날 사설 경호 활동의 모습과 유사한 점을 찾을 수 있다. 넷째, 언론에 반영된 해외의 경호는 구체적인 업무를 표방하는 다양한 사례들에서 이색적으로 나타났다. 당시의 경호는 직접적인 신변보호의 측면만이 아니라, 물건이나 유해물질에 관한 대처까지도 포함하는 통괄적인 보호 개념임을 확인할 수 있다.

To give a guarantee a consistently high level of quality and reliability of Telematics traffic service, traffic flow forecasting is very important issue. In this paper, we proposed an adaptable integrated prediction model to predict the traffic flow in the future. Our model combines two methods, short-term prediction model and long-term prediction model with different combining coefficients to reflect current traffic condition. Short-term model uses the Kalman filtering technique to predict the future traffic conditions. And long-term model processes accumulated speed patterns which means the analysis results for all past speeds of each road by classifying the same day and the same time interval. Combining two models makes it possible to predict future traffic flow with higher accuracy over a longer time range. Many experiments showed our algorithm gives a better precise prediction than only an accumulated speed pattern that is used commonly. The result can be applied to the car navigation to support a dynamic shortest path. In addition, it can give users the travel information to avoid the traffic congestion areas.

본 논문은 WiBro 무선망에 접속하여 Wi-Fi 단말에게 무선 인터넷 서비스 제공이 가능한 WiMAX CPE(무선 AP)를 개발하는 것이다. 상향 인터페이스로 WiBro를 기본으로 지원하며 하향 인터페이스로 Wi-Fi 및 100M 이더넷 인터페이스를 지원하는 것을 목표로 하여, 무선 인터넷 사업자가 지하철, 자동차, 선박 등에서 다수의 인터넷서비스 가입자에게 Wi-Fi 단말을 이용하여 무선 인터넷 서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 하는 사업자용 장치와, WiBro 서비스에 가입한 다수의 Wi-Fi 단말들이 동시에 인터넷 접속을 할 수 있도록 일반 사용자들이 직접 구매하여 설치할 수 있는 일반 사용자용으로 구분하여 개발하였다.

Driving simulators are useful tools not only to test the components of future cars but also to evaluate the telematics service and HMI (Human-Machine Interface). However driving simulators cannot be implemented to test and evaluate the telematics service system because the GPS (Global Positioning System) which contains basic functional support for the telematics module do not work in the VR (virtual reality) environment. This paper presents a method to implement telematics service to a driving simulator by developing the GPS simulator which is able to emulate GPS satellite signals consist of NMEA-0183 protocol and RS232C communication standards. It is expected that the driving simulator with the GPS simulator can be used to study HMI and human-factor evaluations of the commercial telematics system to realize the HiLES (Human-in-the-Loop Evaluation System).

최근 국내외적으로 전기자동차의 수요와 공급이 높아짐에 따라 전기자동차의 충전소 보급이 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 한국전력공사에서 제공하는 공공데이터 및 심사평가원의 Open API를 활용하여 빅 데이터 분석을 통해 전기자동차의 충전소 위치 및 가격, 서비스 정보를 제공함으로써 사용자들 사이의 커뮤니케이션을 유도하며, 정보 공유 환경 개발에 대한 연구를 목적으로 한다.

PURPOSES : The purpose of this paper is to develop a methodology to estimate level of service of arterial including Exclusive Median Bus Lanes. METHODS : On 6 Exclusive Median Bus Lanes routes in Seoul, bus travel time and number of bus-stop per km were investigated. Also whether or not passing lane exists at bus-stop was checked. Based on the data from sites, bus travel time was estimated according to length of segment, number of bus-stop per km and whether or not passing lane exists at bus-stop. RESULTS : A bus travel time table was developed according to length of segment, number of bus-stop per km and whether or not passing lane exists at bus-stop. After bus travel speed and passenger car travel speed is estimated based on each travel time table and length of segment, two speeds are combined with weighted average speed using traffic volume of each lane group. Then weighted average speed is a measure of effectiveness of arterial including Exclusive Median Bus Lanes. CONCLUSIONS : It can be concluded that the proposed methodology can estimate level of service of arterial including Exclusive Median Bus Lanes considering the operation characteristics of Exclusive Median Bus Lanes.

본 연구의 목적은 우선, 고객만족도와 충성도사이의 상관관계가 알려진 것처럼 높지 않다는 일부 경영학분야의 연구결과가 공공도서관서비스 이용자의 만족도와 충성도를 나타내는 다양한 지표들 사이의 상관관계분석에도 의미가 있는지를 알아보고자하는데 있다. 공공도서관 서비스이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사의 분석결과는 다음과 같다: 1) 도서관 서비스이용자 만족도와 충성도사이의 상관관계는 존재하나 그 정도는 높지 않다, 2) 도서관 서비스이용자 만족도와 충성도를 나타내는 다양한 지표들 중 '새로운 도서관 서비스 이용의사'라는 변수사이의 상관관계가 가장 낮다, 3) 도서관 서비스이용자 만족도와 충성도를 나타내는 지표들 중 '타인에게 사용을 권할 의사'라는 지표와 이용자만족도와의 상관관계가 가장 높다. 다음으로 공공도서관 서비스이용자의 만족도와 충성도간의 상관관계에 영향을 미치는 매개변수의 존재를 확인하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 두 번째 연구목적이다. 데이터의 질적분석을 통해 발견된 매개변수는 다음과 같다. 1) 지리적 접근성, 2) 서비스의 다양성 부족, 3) 주차문제, 4) 도서관 자료의 부족 및 최신성과 다양성 부족, 5) 도서관내의 편의시설 부족.

본 논문에서는 고속으로 이동하는 차량에 실시간 교통정보서비스를 연속적으로 제공하기 위하여 C&R 서비스에 대한 개념 및 서비스 시나리오를 제시하고, seamless 서비스 구현에 필요한 정보통신 요소기술들과 C&R 통신시스템의 구조와 제공방법에 대해서 기술하였다 향후, 스마트 하이웨이 서비스는 160km/h 이강 고속으로 이동하는 차량에 실시간 C&R 서비스가 이루어지는 정보통신 환경을 구축하는 개념이라 할 수 있다. 지금까지 DSRC 시스템을 기반하의 환경에서는 저속 차량과 통신이 가능하였으나, 고속 이동 환경에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 DSRC 기지국과 다수의 중계기의 핸드오버 기술을 이용함으로써, 고속이동 환경에도 적용 가능하며 스마트 하이웨이 환경에 대응할 수 있는 구조를 제안하였다.
