Objectives : The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of foreign and institutional investors in the pharmaceutical industry on R&D investments. Methods : The empirical analysis was done for the years 2009 to 2013 which examined the period after the influence of the financial crisis. Financial statements and comments in general and internal transactions were extracted from the TS-2000 of the Korea Listed Company Association. STATA 12.0 was used as the statistical package for the panel analysis. Results : The results show that the shareholding ratio of foreigner investors turned out to have a statistically significant influence on R&D investment. No statistical significance was found in the shareholding ratio of institutional investors. Conclusions : The findings of this study, which indicate that a higher shareholding ratio of foreigner investors leads to greater R&D investment, indicate that foreign investors directly or indirectly impose pressure on a manager to make R&D investments for the long-term.

42.5% of domestic gas accident due to human factors, and 38% occurred in residential area. Also gas accident caused by deterioration / malfunction increased more than 2 times for last 1 year. In this study we developed IoT based gas safety platform service for Home-gas safety, which secured 99.32% of data transmit accuracy, monitoring and remote control through LPWA bidirectional communication.

This study proposes a smart city service revitalization policy based on communication facility infrastructure in 5G CPS - the core of the 4th industrial revolution, R&D, and related legislations. The 5G CPS is a converged form of ICT technologies, communications facilities, and physical systems. In this study, we propose methods of creating new services for the smart city domain based on communication facilities and the cloud platform in 5G CPS - first, by improving the communication methods classification system based on the facility scale; second, by establishing the national telecommunication facility infrastructure and making long-term investment; third, by reorganizing the Smart City Act aimed at activating new services; and lastly, by expanding the national data analytics R&D and policy support.

Metaverse provides a simulated environment that can produce various values while conducting economic, social, and cultural activities in a digital society where the virtual and real worlds are connected. In this paper, the direction of technological progress is predicted by analyzing the characteristics of Metaverse services and their businesses. Technologies and latest researches for the realization of the Metaverse service platform are also explored. In addition, Metaverse Ethics to construct a sustainable Metaverse and Metaverse UX to increase users' service participation are also discussed. Moreover, the R&D promotion strategy for Metaverse services are presented.

본 논문에서는 기존의 산업 및 서비스 변화에 따라 발생하는 빅데이터 분석 서비스 처리를 위한 빅데이터 분석 서비스 브로커 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 빅데이터 분석 시스템은 분석하는 시간 동안 지속적으로 자원을 점유하고 있어야 하며, 이러한 서비스를 이용하기 위해 내부에 대규모의 시스템을 구축하고 지속적으로 운영해야하는 단점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 분석에 필요한 자원을 효과적으로 사용하기 위해 클라우드 기반의 자원 관리와 연계하고 서비스 이용을 용이하게 하기 위해 단일 엔드포인트 기반의 빅데이터 분석 서비스 호출 구조를 설계하였다. 이를 통해 빅데이터 서비스 분석에 소요되는 자원 점유에 따라 동적으로 자원을 생성 관리하여 자원을 보다 효과적으로 이용할 수 있는지 테스트베드를 구축하여 서비스 이용 및 자원 사용을 효과적으로 하는지 확인하였다. 또한, 이를 통해 대규모 자원을 지속적으로 점유해야하는 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼의 자원사용에 대한 한계를 일부 해소하여 자원을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.

A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data quality Improvement. and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.

Many social and environmental changes emerged by the increasing of the number of the aged to entrance the aged society. This study explored the current supply status on Contents Technology R&D(research and development) of CT ministries and market policies(senior friendly industry) targeting to elderly consumers and the needs and demand of elderly generation to knowledge information technology. In, 2008, Ministries announced the sixth category of CT R&D's fundamental planning. The 'public culture service' to elderly and handicapped person is one of CT R&D category. This study investigated the information technology participation(internet participation rate, blog and internet cafe commitment) and contents technology to the elderly. The research indicated the desired needs of elderly consumers are creativity contents, emotional & experience and communication needs. These three factors of CT R&D to elderly consumers meets the needs non-game factors such as health, economic stability and information seeking in entertainment game.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대 도래에 따른 빅데이터가 이슈화 되고 정부의 공공 데이터 개방? 공유 정책 등으로 정부의 R&D 정보화 서비스도 다양화되고 있다. 특히 해양수산 R&D사업은 해양이라는 공간적 제약으로 선박 및 특수 장비 등을 사용함에 따라 연구비 단가가 상대적으로 높은 실정임에도 해양수산 연구 자료 및 관측자료가 통합적으로 관리되지 않고, 사업별 기관별로 산발적으로 관리되고 있어, 이에 따라 연구 DB 통합관리의 수요가 제기 되고 있다. 이에 해양수산 R&D사업에서는 사업별 통합 DB 구축사업이 진행되고 있고, '관할해역해양정보 공동활용시스템(JOISS)'이 대표적이라 할 수 있다. JOISS는 2012년부터 시작된 '관할해역 해양정보 공동활용체계 구축'과제를 통해 자료 표준화 연구와 함께 해양과학조사 분야의 R&D과제들과 실시간 해양관측망으로부터 산출되는 데이터를 수집하고, 정보서비스를 구현한 시스템이다. 2016년 1차 시스템 구축을 완료하여 현재 서비스를 진행하고 있다. 한편, 해양관측 데이터 수집 공유 서비스 외 해양수산 R&D사업과 연계된 다양한 정보들을 나누고 소통하는 온라인 장을 구현하기 위해 '해양수산 R&D 지식정보 시스템(OFRIS)' 개발사업이 별도로 진행되고 있다. OFRIS는 해양수산 R&D사업을 통한 데이터의 원할한 수집 및 품질관리 등의 문제를 보완하고, 그 외에도 사업별로 분산 관리되고 있는 R&D 관련 정보를 연계하고, 기술공급자와 수요자를 직접 연결해 주는 '개방형 기술 정보 중개 시스템'으로의 역할, 국내외 해양수산 R&D관련 정책 연구 산업 동향을 엄선하여 제공하는 등 해양수산 R&D 종합 포털로서 기능구현을 목표하고 있다. 2017년 말 1단계 개발 완료를 앞두고 있으며, 1단계에서는 시급성 높고, 수요가 많은 (1) R&D동향, (2) 과제이력, (3) 연구성과, (4) 기술거래, (5) DB공유 등 5대 기능을 우선 구현하고, 2단계에서는 통계자료 생산 및 분석 기능 강화, 3단계에서는 해양수산 산업통계, 인력, 교육 등의 정보를 서비스하는 포털로 확장할 계획이다. JOISS, OFRIS를 개발하는 과정에서는 해양수산 R&D의 정보를 수집 관리 하는데 있어 다양한 현안 문제 등이 도출되었으며, 그 중에서도 연구자들의 자발적 데이터 제공 협조, 데이터의 표준화 및 품질검증, 구축된 데이터의 활용 및 피드백 등에 대해 구체적이고 현실적인 대응 방안이 요구된다.

This study reviewed previous researches about the competence selection of foodservice firms, and shows firm's performance model through the results. The study classified factors according to core competence, differentiation strategy, and management performance. Out of 400 survey responses from by the firm's executive and employees who had worked for over three years at the headquarters (sales, financial, marketing/plan, R & D, etc.), a total of 302 questionnaires were used for the final analysis due to missing values and biased responses (response rate: 75.5%). As the results of analyzing final research model of this study, it appeared that ${\chi}^2(df=170)=384.88$, ${\chi}^2/df=2.26$, GFI=0.90, NFI=0.92, CFI=0.95, RMSEA=0.07. The results indicated that the CEO leadership, organizational culture, and human resource competencies are a driving force in all aspects of competitive advantage differentiation strategies. In addition, the R & D innovation, service, and marketing differentiation strategies are positively related to performance. The results validate the fact that foodservice firms could reinforce strategic decisions through a variety core competencies and achieve continuous performance through competitive strategies.

The information technology paradigm has been shift to smart service environment, as ubiquitous technology is used in the latest industry trend. The convergency between industry facilities and ubiquitous technologies accelerate related studies and technologies because of increasing accident prevention and decreasing cost. However, ubiquitous technologies are not used to life environment and industry facilities, because those technologies did not consider industry domain characteristics by means of developing IT technology for common environment until now. This paper aims to develop wireless city gas safety management system, which provide efficient service, and establish the field oriented wireless data transmission infrastructure in order to use ubiquitous technology to city gas facilities.
