HSPA의 기술이 발전되어 오면서 WCDMA 망을 활용한 PS 기반의 서비스는 계속적으로 발전되어 오고 있다. 그러나 다양한 IP-CAN 과의 연동을 고려한 서비스 구조에 대해서는 더욱 연구가 되어야한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 IMS 기반의 서비스 개발에 있어서 고려되어야 하는 IMS 서비스 구조에 대해서 연구한다.

Recently, the service innovation is getting interests among innovation researchers. After reviewing the Lancasterian approach concerning the service innovation, this paper explains concretely the innovation in the cultural industry, specifically online game industry, using Lancasterian approach. Combining Lancasterian approach and the value chains in the cultural industry systematically, we draw both implications in theory and policy. Theoretically, the innovation in the cultural industry needs interdisciplinary research due to the inclusion of diverse innovation natures-technical, content, and marketing innovation. Also this paper suggests policy makers to apply research and development(R&D) concept in the manufacturing sector to the cultural industry in which content R&D means the creation of new concepts or new development of the service.

연구자의 R&D활동은 연구기획에서부터 과제제안, 과제수행 및 실험, 연구자간 공유와 협업, 결과해석, 성과확산 및 성과관리 등에 이르기까지 다양한 영역에서 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 활동을 지원하는 통합서비스가 존재하지 않아 각각의 서비스를 찾아서 융·복합적으로 활용하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 R&D활동에 필요한 정보와 데이터, 서비스, 고성능 컴퓨팅 인프라를 연계·융합 활용할 수 있는 통합서비스 개발을 위한 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 통합서비스 개발 사례로 ScienceON을 소개한다.

스마트폰 이용자가 지속적으로 증가하면서 공공정보에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 국가R&D사업 관련 정보를 종합적으로 서비스 중인 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)도 국가연구개발 조사 분석 원시자료 등 국가R&D 데이터 제공 요구가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선진국의 공공정보 제공 현황과 국내 현황을 살펴보고, 국가R&D정보 공개 개방 확대 전략 및 국가R&D정보 공유 확대를 위한 모바일 서비스 개선 방안을 제안한다.

Since the smart phone was first introduced, the amount of mobile traffic has increased explosively. The OTT service with personal broadcasting and TV contents and the number of users have been increased in wired network, and there are needs to expand the OTT service to mobile network. In the case of the OTT service in mobile network, the relative small and finite resource may cause the overload of the network due to the massive and high transfer rate. In this paper, we consider a future situation of the OTT user services in the cellular network and propose a novel D2D communication scheme for location-based OTT service, which can reduce and distribute the amount of video traffics. To effectively handle the traffic of OTT services, we propose D2DS and LCS functional blocks in EPC network, which can provide location-based service and D2D management. And, we suggest additional procedures for the location-based service of both content provider and contents receiver UEs with the operation of the proposed D2DS and LCS function block.

The Korean government continuously increases the R&D investment in order to pursue an economic growth through technological innovation. Hence, the intensity of governmental R&D has increased rapidly. However, the whole amount of the R&D investment is still small compared to developed countries. And the type of R&D policies is more and more changing from the catch-up model to the technology-driven model. Therefore, there is a growing interest in the efficiency of public R&D investment. Hence, many studies on the efficiency of R&D investment have been researched. This study estimated the efficiency of governmental R&D programs considering the technological outcomes, e.g. theses, patents and so on, using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) with data of S&T investment and outcomes from NTIS(National S&D Information Service). In addition, we used the Mann-Whitney Test to investigate the characteristics of governmental R&D investment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore how public health nurses (PHNs) perceive their roles and duties (R&D), as well as to investigate the change of their R&D, how they manage and solve problems. Methods: The data were collected through focus group interviews. Data were analyzed using Morgan (1998) and Krueger (1998)'s four step analysis. A total of 17 experienced PHNs participated in this study. Results: The results found 5 themes and 19 sub-themes: R&D of health managers and health service providers, factors affecting the changes of PHN's R&D, R&D in adjusting with trends and expanding work field (R&D being reduced, increasing R&D, need to expand R&D), problem with the structure and quality of workforce (lack of nurse manpower, lack of promotion opportunities, increasing non-regular workers, lack of refinement as an expert), and strategies for solving personnel issues (strengthening the job capacity, cultivating professional refinement, strengthening outside activities and political activities, strengthening the roles of PHN-related associations and academy, engagement policy of non-regular workers, expansion of the activity area) Conclusion: PHNs need to recognize their changing R&D and ways they manage and solve problems to enhance their professionalism.

The disaster and safety R&D budget has continued to increase since 2008, but the fire safety R&D budget is a small part. Therefore, successful outcomes that could lead to the economic growth of the fire safety industry have not been achieved. This paper suggests a fire safety R&D budget expansion, reinforcement of R&D capacity, and performance growing plan by analyzing the factors that affect the performance of a fire safety R&D project. Empirical analysis was performed through one-way ANOVA and regression analysis using the statistical program, SPSS statistics 21.0. As a result, this study suggests that the continuous expansion of R&D funds and the securing of excellent trained research manpower will be necessary to obtain qualitatively superior patents and papers.

The purpose of this study was to establish a national R&D lifecycle and to propose a research support service plan. In particular, in terms of providing research support services, a plan to provide services in connection with IRIS and NTIS, which are national research support systems, was proposed. To this end, the current status of IRIS and NTIS was analyzed, a linkage plan according to the role of each system was proposed, and an R&D lifecycle was established by analyzing previous studies and cases at home and abroad. Through current status analysis and case analysis, research support services that can be provided at each stage on the entire R&D lifecycle were proposed.

In this paper, we propose a new framework for to identifying R&D opportunities in aging society. Our framework analyzes megatrend of aging society and then identifies technologies. The framework develops scenarios, creates product/service concept, derives technology theme for identifying specific technologies.
