플래시 메모리 기반의 파일 저장 장치에 대한 성능분석 (Performance Evaluation of Flash Memory-Based File Storages: NAND vs. NOR)

  • 본 논문은 플래시 메모리를 이용한 파일 저장 장치의 성능 분석을 다룬다. 특히 플래시 메모리의 대표적인 형태인 낸드(NAND) 플래시와 노어(NOR) 플래시에 대해 비교 분석한다. 성능 평가를 위해 마이크로소프트 PocketPC 기반의 실험 플랫폼에 두 플래시 타입을 위한 파일 저장 시스템을 각각 구성하였다. 이렇게 구성된 플랫폼을 이용하여, 버퍼 크기, 사용 용량, 커널 수준 쓰기 캐싱 등의 변수에 따른 입출력 처리량을 측정/비교하였다. 실험 결과에 따르면, 낸드 플래시 기반 저장 장치의 성능이 쓰기/읽기 처리량 관점에서 각각 4.8배, 5.7배까지 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 실험 결과는 두 가지 플래시 메모리 저장 방식의 상대적인 장단점을 잘 보여주고 있으며 플래시 메모리 기반의 파일 저장장치의 설계에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

김치 독자성의 근거와 형성 과정에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Basis and Formation Process of Kimchi's Uniqueness)

  • The Chinese Sigyeong records the foods of the Primitive Pickling Period, pickling being a universal vegetable storage method, but does not indicate the origin of the pickled vegetables or the location of the source of transmission. Kimchi mainly used salt and sauce-based soaking materials at the beginning of the Fermented Pickling Period (beginning in the 1st to 3rd centuries A.D.), and it differed from the Chinese method, which used alcohol and vinegar. In the Umami-Flavored Pickling Period (beginning in the 14th and 15th centuries A.D.), jeotgal, fermented seafoods, were added, and pickles with a completely new identity were created, one different from any other pickles in the world. Lastly, entering the Complex Fermentation and Pickling Period (beginning in the 17th and 18th centuries), the technical process evolved using a separate special seasoning containing red pepper as the secondary immersion source after pickling in brine, the primary immersion source. As a result of this, kimchi was transformed into a food with a unique form and taste not found anywhere else. The unique characteristic of kimchi is that the composition of original materials, a combination of salted marine life and vegetable ingredients, is its core identity, and there is a methodological difference in that it is completed through a second process called saesaengchae (生菜)-chimchae (沈菜).

임시주거용 조립주택 개선사항 도출을 통한 리모델링(안) 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Remodeling (plan) by Deriving Temporary House Improvements)

  • 연구목적 방법: 본 연구에서는 포항지진 피해자들에 대한 설문 면담조사를 통해 이재민들에게 지원하는 임시주거용 조립주택의 개선방안 도출을 통한 리모델링(안) 제시를 목적으로 한다. 연구결과: 시설적 측면에서의 각 공간별 주요 개선사항은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 화장실 조리공간의 확장을 위해 기존에 있던 중문과 가벽을 없애고 화장실의 폭을 확장, 화장실의 확장 폭 만큼 조리대를 추가 배치하여 불편을 최소화한다. 둘째, 한정된 면적에서 수납공간 확보를 위해 별도의 수면구획을 설정, 하부에 수납장을 설치하여 수면공간을 수납공간으로 활용한다. 이때, 수면공간의 크기는 더블베드 사이즈로 설정한다. 셋째, 프라이버시 확보를 위해 양쪽 창문에 커튼 블라인드를 설치하여 사생활 보호는 물론 심리적 안정을 도모한다. 결론: 본 연구에서 제안한 임시주거용 조립주택의 리모델링(안)을 활용 적용한다면 보다 나은 거주환경을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 이재민들의 니즈를 반영하여 불편사항을 최소화함으로써 공간의 효율성을 높이고 기존의 공간적 한계를 극복할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

고종대 왕실도서관의 변천 과정에 관한 통시적 고찰 (A Diachronic Study on the Transition Process of the Royal Library during the Gojong Period)

  • 이 연구는 근대화에 앞서 국내외적으로 가장 혼란스러웠던 고종 시대사 속에서, 왕실도서관(규장각)의 변천 과정을 연대순으로 정리하고 그 흐름을 분석하여 통시적 의미를 찾고자 시도되었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 고종대 왕실도서관과 개인도서관 역할을 한 고종의 서재와 도서 수장처 전체 현황을 조사했다. 둘째, 조사 현황을 바탕으로, 고종대 초기 왕실도서관부터 대한제국 시기 황실도서관까지 이어지는 변천 과정과 그 의미를 조선왕조실록, 승정원일기, 각종 서목 등 당시의 다양한 사료와 함께 고찰했다. 셋째, 경복궁, 창덕궁, 경운궁으로 이어지는 왕실도서관의 시·공간적 변화와 양상을 왕궁별로 도식화하여 정치·사회적 의미를 분석했다. 그 결과, 첫째, 고종은 규장각을 왕권을 강화하고, 근대화과정에서 서양 문화를 수용하는 장치로 활용했다. 둘째, 고종의 정치적 지향을 담은 핵심 공간인 어진 봉안처, 도서 수장처, 집무처는 경복궁, 창덕궁, 경운궁에 걸쳐 별전으로서 일곽을 이루며 점차 서구식 건축양식으로 변화했다.

농촌 거주 70-80대 노인의 주거 및 식생활 환경 변화추이 2001-2010 -40대와 비교- (Changes in Residential and Dietary Environments for People in Their Seventies and Eighties in Comparison to Those in Their Forties in Rural Area (2001-2010))

  • To prepare for the changes in the future, this study considered people in their seventies and eighties in rural areas in the last decade. Based on a survey of rural life by the Rural Development Administration, all factors were analyzed using SAS ver. 9.3. The rate of rice farming decreased, and vegetable-cultivation increased from 8.4% in 2001 to and 26.6% in 2008 for people in their seventies and eighties. The number of family members decreased to 1.96 in 2010 from 2.04 in 2001, and annual income increased by KRW 20-29 million for those in their seventies and eighties, whereas it was more than KRW 30 million for those in their forties. Bathing with warm water increased to 88.9% from 69.8%, and household waste treated by self-incineration decreased from 86.4% to 40.0% in the last decade. Separate collection spread since 2008. Food waste disposal and the burial (46.0%) showed had for people in their seventies and eighties, and animal feed increased (50.7%) for those in their forties at 2001. The separate collection increased by 39.6% in 2010 for those in their seventies and eighties and by 53.5% for those in their forties(p<0.05). The manufacture of jang and kimchi showed were little annual changes for people in their seventies and eighties. Food storage processing was higher for those in their forties. For those in their seventies and eighties, food group intake over the 2004-2010 period increased from 3.3 times a week to 4.2 times a week for protein foods and from 4.9 times a week to 5.5 times a week for vegetables. There was no change in fruits, milk, and seaweeds for those in their seventies and eighties, but there was an increase for those in their forties. The results suggest the continued increase in the manufacture of jang and kimchi and protein and vegetable intake for those in their seventies and eighties. Some direction to welfare, mechanized rice planting and living with neighbors together would be continued with good nutrition for elderly residents.

막 구조 내부의 담수와 염수의 혼합 (Mixing of Freshwater with Seawater inside Boom and Skirt System)

  • 우리 나라는 21세기에 물 부족이 예상되는 국가 중의 하나이다. 정부에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 단순히 댐을 건설하는 방법 이외에 여러 가지 대안을 마련하고 있는데 막 구조물을 이용한 담수저장기술은 그 중의 하나가 될 수 있다. 우리 나라의 서남해안은 조수간만의 차가 심해 염수가 하천 상류로 깊숙이 침입하기 때문에 하류에서는 농공업용수를 위한 취수가 불가능한 실정이다. 따라서, 기수역에서 담수와 염수를 분리할 수 만 있다면 용수문제 해결에 큰 기여를 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 수리실험을 통하여 염수와 담수를 분리하는 방안을 수립하였는데 담수저장효율은 막의 길이 및 바닥의 개폐 정도에 좌우되었다. 막이 길면 바닥의 유속이 빨라져 혼합이 활발하고 반면에 너무 짧으면 저장량이 너무 작아서 효용성이 없으므로 적절한 길이의 산정이 매우 중요하다. 또한, 바닥은 많이 닫힐수록 담수저장효율이 좋으나 막의 길이가 너무 짧거나 긴 경우에는 별로 차이를 보이지 않았다.

Effect of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide on the quality of sheep semen preservation at 4℃

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide (CPP) on the motility, mitochondrial integrity, acrosome integrity rate, and antioxidant ability of sheep sperm after preservation at 4℃. Methods: Semen from healthy adult rams were collected and divided into four groups with separate addition of 0, 200, 400, and 1,000 mg/L CPP. Sperm motility was analyzed using the Computer-Assisted Semen Analysis software after preservation at 4℃ for 24, 72, 120, and 168 h. Sperm acrosome integrity rate was analyzed by Giemsa staining at 24, 72, and 120 h, and mitochondrial membrane integrity was analyzed by Mito-Tracker Red CMXRos. The total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of spermatozoa were measured after 120 h of preservation. Results: The sperm viability and forward-moving sperm under 200 mg/L CPP were significantly higher than that in the control group at 72 h (61.28%±3.89% vs 52.83%±0.70%, 51.53%±4.06% vs 42.84%±1.14%), and 168 h (47.21%±0.85% vs 41.43%±0.37%, 38.68%±0.87% vs 31.68%±0.89%). The percentage of fast-moving sperm (15.03%±1.10% vs 11.39%±1.03%) and slow-moving sperm (23.63%±0.76% vs 20.29%±1.11%) in the 200 mg/L group was significantly higher than control group at 168 h. The mitochondrial membrane integrity of the sperm in the group with 200 mg/L CPP was significantly higher than those in the control group after storage at 4℃ for 120 h (74.76%±2.54% vs 65.67%±4.51%, p<0.05). The acrosome integrity rate in the group with 200 mg/L (87.66%±1.26%) and 400 mg/L (84.00%±2.95%) was significantly higher than those in the control group (80.65%±0.16%) after storage for 24 h (p<0.05). CPP also increased T-AOC and decreased the MDA concentration after preservation at 4℃ (p<0.05). Conclusion: Adding CPP could improve the T-AOC of sperm, inhibit lipid peroxidation, and facilitate semen preservation.

A Study on the POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) according to the Residential Environment of Mixed-use Apartment Complexes In Seoul

  • In this study, POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) evaluation indexes were selected into six categories through the consideration of theories and prior research. Therefore, qualitative supply can be achieved through POE according to the aspect of residential environment after the quantitative supply of mixed-use apartment complex by the population concentration in Seoul due to industrialization and urbanization. As the evaluation elements, detailed survey contents were selected for livability, convenience, comfort, safety, economy, and sociality. Based on the survey contents, six elements were evaluated and analyzed using Data coding and Likert scale after surveying 12 complexes (Urban areas and non-urban areas) in Seoul. As a result of the study, six categories selected as the POE showed that importance of quality of life and safety was developed in high recognition according to high satisfaction with convenience and safety. Sociality showed the lowest satisfaction in the following order : livability, comfort, economy and sociality. Residents' sense of community, interaction with neighborhood, etc., showed low satisfaction, and it seems that it is necessary to improve and supplement the system for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. The detailed characteristics of livability showed high satisfaction of the living room, the front door and the main room which are main uses of housing, and low satisfaction in storage size. The analysis of convenience is that convenient public transportation was the highest, and educational environment and additional facilities were the lowest, showing the advantages and disadvantages of location characteristics. As a result of the analysis of comfort, satisfaction with the landscape area was low and it seems that green space is needed for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. Lastly, regarding the safety, the satisfaction of the access control, the location of security office, etc. were high, however separation of circulation was low. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly separate the circulation between the residence and other facilities in the mixed-use apartment complex.

보육시설 급식운영관리 실태 조사 (Assessment of Foodservice Management Performance at Child Care Centers)

  • This study was carried out to investigate foodservice management practices of 100 child care centers nationwide, and to provide background information for developing foodservice management policies at child care centers. Approximately 20% of the child care centers had a separate dining room; most of the centers were vulnerable to sanitation or safety problems. The percentage of the centers that planned menus was about 60% and 10% established standardized recipes. Fourteen percent of the centers kept records for distribution and menu evaluation and 33% kept sanitation management records. Since only 7% of the centers employed a dietitian, foodservice in most centers were not managed by professionals. The results of menu assessment revealed that 56.5% of the national/public child care centers received 19 points or higher out of 21 points, whereas 5.6% of the private child care centers received the same scores. Proper usage and storage of raw food, sanitary management of equipment and facilities, waste management/leftover food treatment, and basic facility of cooking zones were performed well by many centers. The overall scores of foodservice performance were only 31.2 out of 60 points, representing relatively poor safety management, food procurement management, and facilities and equipment management. These results indicate that the foodservice management of the child care centers are in a relatively poor state. Since nutrition management of the most centers was performed by non-professionals, it may not be possible to provide proper nutrition for health and normal growth of preschool children and to perform efficient nutrition education programs. The following suggestions are strongly recommended in order to improve foodservice performance at child care centers. First, foodservice administration should be performed by a dietitian, and second, efforts should be focused on strengthening nutrition and sanitation management.

기업비밀유통을 위한 MSEC 기반 그룹 키 관리 프로토콜 설계와 구현 연구 (The Study on Design and Implementation of MSEC-based Group Key Management Protocol for Corporate Secret Distribution)

  • 국내 기업의 우수 기술 관련 기밀 정보량은 늘어났지만 정보 유통의 디지털화로 유출 위험은 커지고 불법유출 경로를 파악하기가 매우 어려워서, 실제 유출 사례가 늘어감에도 막을 대책이 없어 재정적 피해는 점점 커지고 있다. 그러나 현재 문서보호 시스템은 저작물 보호 차원에서 설계되어 있어서, 합법적 사본이 유출될 경우 불법적 사용 방지 및 추적에 무방비이고, 내부자가 공모한 유출에는 대책이 전혀 없다는 것이 문제이다. 기업비밀의 특성상 폐쇄된 멀티캐스트 그룹 내 유통으로 제한하는 것이 적합하지만 그룹 기반 표준 프로토콜을 적용하여 기업비밀보호에 필요한 보호조건을 충분히 만족시키는 설계 연구가 없었다. 본 연구는 원천봉쇄 시스템 구조 설계 연구의 후속 연구로서 MSEC 기반 키-관리 프로토콜을 IGMP, SNMP와 접목하여 완전한 보호기능을 달성하는 비밀정보 유통 프로토콜을 제안하고, 프로토콜 구현의 단계적 시간 순서 차트까지 설계하였다. 본 연구는 비밀정보보호의 강력 보안조건인 암호화 유통원칙, 키와 정보 분리원칙, 반출시 처리와 저장의 분리원칙, 사용자와 호스트의 이중 인증 원칙을 적용한 키-관리 프로토콜 및 비밀정보 유통 프로토콜을 제안한다.
