System Implementation for Automatic Inspection of Wind Pressure Sensor Based on Reliability Improvement (신뢰성 향상 기반의 풍압센서 자동검사 시스템구현)

  • This research describes system implementation for automatic inspection on wind pressure sensor production based on reliability improvement. The reliability is minimized by the automatic inspection system on the wind pressure sensor against the manual system. The system consists of the control system and monitoring system to be scanning the inspection processing. The inspection system for reliability is evaluated in Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility. The experimental results are improved about 2 times speed, measured error ${\pm}0.02V$, effectiveness 15%, missing probability 17% and false alarm 12% respectively. The system will be also improved by database and the product barcodes for the total quality control system based on the effective reliability in the future.

  • In this paper, a system of durability test for ATPS(Automatic Transmission Position Switch), which is used for automatic transmission, has been developed. ATPS is the position sensor for an automatic transmission which transforms the gear changes into the electrical signals and transmits them to TCU(Transmission Control Unit). This system can detect the output signals of the sensor, and also it has been designed to control the position and velocity of a motor to realize the sensor's movement under the running state of a car. And a database system and a GUI system have been developed for the systematic output data management and the convenient interface for users. Also, the operation data and the inspection reference data of a motor can be easily changed in this system, and with some modification the system is also able to used for the durability test of the similar products.

  • u-GIS는 기존 정적인 공간데이터와 동적인 GeoSensor 데이터를 융합하여 처리하는 시스템을 말한다. 기존 정적인 공간 데이터는 주로 2차원 공간 데이터였으며 최근 유비쿼터스 환경에서는 이를 확장한 3차원 공간 데이터 및 다차원 시공간 데이터의 요구가 급증하고 있다. 최근 국가 차원에서 3차원 공간 데이터를 구축하고 있으며 DBMS가 아닌 파일 단위로 데이터를 저장하고 관리하고 있다. 이 경우, 데이터의 중복 저장, 표준 인터페이스의 부재, 서버 중심의 데이터 제공의 어려움 등의 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3차원 공간데이터를 효과적으로 저장 관리하기 위하여 3차원 공간 DBMS를 연구 개발하였다.

The PIC16F877 microcontroller nodes are the radio sensor and the DC motor controller. The PC of flexible factory level construct the data-table for object-oriented optimal environment control.   • 건물내의 열을 온도 센서를 통해 모니터링함으로써 발생되는 온도 데이터의 양은 온도 센서의 정밀도가 향상되고 센서의 수가 증가함에 따라 기존의 화재감시시스템이나 공기조화냉동시스템에서 발생하는 것과는 비교할 수 없이 증가하게 된다. 이 과정에서 화재를 감시하기 위하여 유용한 데이터만을 처리해 데이터베이스화하고, 화재 예방에 활용하기 위해 온도 데이터의 효과적인 처리 방법을 연구함으로써 보다 작은 시스템의 구축으로도 안정적인 화재 감시 및 예방이 가능한 방안을 제시한다.

  • USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) is a core infrastructure that makes come true the u-life in the ubiquitous society through various services of area such as u-city and u-Health. Therefore, we need to reseach about the domestic standards to establish the core technique of USN. Currently, the status of USN standards is most of technical standard and reseach that are technology for sensor node implementation and a protocol for energy-efficient communication and interlock with existing network. But, Standard and reseach for sensor network, integration management of heterogeneous sensor networks for USN application, sensing data management and USN database structure definition such as application and middleware are weak level. In this paper, we researched for standard development of the domestic sensor network service and relevant standard analysis to configure SWE(Sensor Web Enablement) of OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) for standarded plattform technoloy in part of the middleware. Also we researched that it's a connection between domestic TTA (Telecommunications Technology Association) standards and SWE Standard. Finally, we researched for standard service plattform architecture on sensor network through analysis on the possibility of applying OGC-based services platform.

  • In this paper, a wireless sensor network system was embodied inside the shipping for digital ship. First, the analysis of radio environment inside ship are investigated. As a result, it was confirmed that a wireless sensor network system can be applied inside the ship. Using Shipboard Wireless Sensor Network System based on IEEE 802.15.4 technique, we designed, and made the prototype of Zigbee Node and RFID Reader. We could be sensing on shipboard and testing entrance of crew by using Zigbee Node and RFID Reader. The sensing and exit or entry control data are transmitted a server system through internet that connected Wireless Gateway with AP, so we can monitoring the saved data on shipboard database.

  • As structures' long term performances and users' safety have been highlighted, a new maintenance technique using IT has drawn attention around the globe. Therefore, throughout the paper, by analyzing bridge's static and dynamic data using wireless measuring sensor, a "real time smart bridge monitoring system" has developed. Smart bridge monitoring system is consists of three main parts a sensor that can measure major members' movement, a wireless system that informs the data from the sensor, and the database system that analysis the data. In order to test the performance of the system, five different were placed on the Olympic Bridge, Seoul. The power system of the sensors was replaced by self-sustain solar energy system. In order to validate data from the real time smart bridge monitoring system, the data was collected for a week from both wireless system and the wired system and the two data were compared to see the relevance.

  • In this paper, we design a pet location tracking and remote monitoring system that uses ultrasonic, temperature, humidity and illumination sensors to study behavioral patterns and habits. Using ultrasonic waves to calculate distances, a WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) was constructed to transmit data at pet's location, such as temperature, humidity and illumination, to a sink mote. Data received by the system are stored in the database in real time to trace pet's location. Interference among transmitting motes was eliminated by sequentially transmitting RF beacons using sink mote's beacon as the reference signal. Experiments were performed with the laboratory prototype of a pet animal monitoring system implemented for this study. The system analyzes locations of a pet and displays movement patterns, areas of movement, temperature, humidity and illumination using a GUI (graphical user interface).
