본 논문에서는 효과적인 정보 공유 및 협업을 지원하는 SNS-웹 플랫폼 기반의 영상세미나 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 제안하는 영상세미나 시스템은 크게 세 가지 특징을 갖는다. 첫째, 구현된 시스템은 자바 웹 스타트를 기반으로 개발되었기 때문에, 사용자는 특정 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 설치 없이 웹 기반의 영상세미나에 참여할 수 있다. 둘째, 구현된 시스템은 다양한 운영체제 및 인터넷 웹 브라우저에서 동작이 가능하다. 셋째, 구현된 시스템은 SNS-웹 플랫폼 기반으로 동작하기 때문에, SNS 상에서 연결되어 있는 전문가들 간의 전문지식 공유 및 협업을 지원 가능하다. 마지막으로, 성능분석을 통해 구현된 시스템이 평균 지연 시간 측면에서 효율적임을 보인다.

Bitcoin and blockchain are often making headlines not only on TV or media but also among the public in today's society. These technologies have been developed after the risk of the centralized financial system came to the fore during the 2007 global financial crisis. Since then, an anonymous inventor called Satoshi Nakamoto penned the bitcoin white paper where a blockchain-based reference implementation was introduced. Bitcoin was able to achieve unprecedented growth by positioning itself as one of the top global currencies in terms of market capitalization after five years since its development. The pace of Vietnam's economic development is notably fast among Asian nations, while the nation was expected to be a Southeast Asian blockchain hub but they have banned virtual currency trading recently. However, they've also designated the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) as a responsible agency for the research of blockchain-based cryptocurrencies, the construction of a service ecosystem, and their test operations. The fast-growing economy, increasing number of smartphone users, and the Vietnam government's support policies for startups substantiate these efforts. Therefore, this paper attempts to study the current status of Vietnam's blockchain technology that has been considered to be the center of blockchain systems right behind Singapore, and its implications for Korean companies.

Living in the age of information people face problems related to information overload. Information is easy to produce, store and distribute through various communication channels, one of which is emails. With the appearance of the mobile devices, such as smart phones and tabs, people can have access to email inbox at any moment of time from everywhere. In this paper we present information extraction system with a specific goal of extracting meeting location from the announcement of seminar or conference. We apply a machine learning method (conditional random fields, CRF), train the system using annotated corpus of seminar and conference announcements and validate results by applying various extracted correction rules and patterns. Furthermore, we normalize extracted location, and reference using geo-coding databases, OpenStreetMap and Wikipedia resources to determine real geographical coordinates.

Final year students are normally encountering high pressing in their study. In view of this fact, this research focuses on determining mental states condition of college student in final year based on the psycho-physiological information. The experiments were conducted in two times, i.e., prior- and post- graduation seminar examination. The early results indicated that the student profile of mood states (POMS) in prior final graduation seminar showed higher scores than students in post final graduation seminar. Thus, in this research, relation between biosignal representing by heart rate variability (HRV) and questionnaire responses were evaluated by hidden Markov model (HMM) and neural networks (NN).

Ten years have passed since my last visit to Korea on the occasion of the International Symposium on High Speed Rail Systems organized by the Korean Transport Institute in October 1989. At that time, it was the objective to introduce the maglev and VHSR (very high speed rail) systems with their different areas of application and to discuss them with local partners against the background of the Seoul-Pusan HSR project. Congratulations on the success of the Centennial seminar. I am much pleased to be invited to the memorable seminar and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Korean members' hospitality. 본 내용은 중국에 이은 세계 2위 쌀 생산 및 소비 국가인 인도의 식품산업 현황 및 쌀 가공 식품과 가공 기술 등을 조사하기 위하여 뭄바이에서 개최된 식품 및 음료, 호텔 박람회(TASTE 2011)에 참석하고, 뭄바이 SNDT 여자대학과 KBC(korea business center) 등을 방문 하여 한 인도 양국 간의 식품 가공산업과 쌀 가공산업 활성화에 기여하며 향후 관련 분야 교류 협력 활성화 기반 조성에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
