According to the experiment on pure-isolation and the related contaminants of Chlorella, the phenomena of the ecological distributions of Chlorella in Korea have been manifested in several areas and also the aim that in going to do culture, biological and physiological study of Chlorella is carried out. Contaminants very oftenly occupied on the colony of the strains taken in order to fulfil pure-isolation of Chlorella, but in accordance with being piled up the minute research on this subject, I can obtain the desirable results as follows: 1. For the pure-isolation, the duration chose the time from May to September 1957 so that may easily isolate from contaminant water with utilizing the antibiotic substances. 2. To take long time, 36-48 hours until growth of nascent through the non-sporulated, it originates from the difference of the cultured media. In addition to the above mention, the mechanism of growth until nascent through the sporulated must not always require the ligh. This study aimed to explore the saliences of formal school science and their influences on the attitude toward science communication through mass media. Saliences of school science are salient memories of school science which a perciever attends to selectively among various aspects of formal school science. Among saliences. external saliences refer to the sensory aspects of formal school science. and internal saliences refer to the observers' cognition. Attitude toward science communication through mass media constitute six scales; exposure. cognition. focus. belief. self perception of understanding. application. The questionnaire were developed and sample was selected by multi-stage stratified clustering. The sample size was 1,825. The data was analysed by correlation and multiple stepwise regression. Positive saliences were lab work and science teacher and negative saliences were lecture and exam/grade. According to the correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. saliences of the formal school science could account only a small part of the attitude toward science communication through mass media. Internal salieces could account the attitude toward science communication than external salience. Further studies on new models including attitude towards science are needed.
We analyze the demand and supply in contents for platform differentiation in this paper. The contents provided by new platforms such DMB, IPTV which are introduced by the digital techniques and broadband network are almost same, so it is definitely necessary to differentiate the broadcasting contents for the development of telecommunication industry. To forecast the contents demand needed for each media, we assume 3 scenarios such as maximum, medium and minimum demand for contents considering deregulation of media policy. Also, we include the expected number of channels according to the changeover of policies as a variable for scenario. To predict the supply of contents of each media, we analyze 3 scenarios according to operating rates of production facilities as 100%, 70%, 50% and first-run ratio/rerun ratio of both terrestrial broadcastings and major program providers. The result shows that in case of scenario A, new contents for 453,484 hours are required every year and maximum contents that can be produced in present production facilities are just for 72,852 hours even in condition of 100% operating rate. This means that the unbalance of demand and supply of contents is extremely big and implies that the policies of focusing only on the development of platform and network industry are inadequate. It is time to foster contents business for differentiation of multiplatforms.

Social networking services (SNS) are developing significantly with the Internet and smartphones. It's a friendly social media, but if you think deeply about it, you'll find that it has a variety of faces. It is a communication tool between users, a medium for delivering information, an infrastructure for providing applications, and a community where people with common interests gather. In recent years, business tools, shopping and payment methods are also being swallowed. The influence of the spread of SNS on the real world is also expanding, and the work being dealt with from a sociological perspective is also increasing. Also, if you pay attention to the technical aspects of SNS, it is composed of various technical elements, such as infrastructure that handles large-scale access, user interface that supports comfortable use, and big data analysis to understand people's behavior more deeply. However, I usually use it as usual. However, if you look through SNS, you can see that the situation is surprisingly profound and multifaceted. This study began by looking at the history and current status of SNS and attempted to find its status through comparison with other media. From the point of view of relationship with society, it can be a risk and legal issue when using SNS, such as crimes using bad social media or social media. It is also necessary to comment on the activities on SNS or the guidelines established by the operators. Therefore, various legal issues on SNS will be discussed. Also, as an example of using SNS, I will introduce an example of using SNS in disaster response. From a more technical point of view, you will receive commentary on SNS's network-based technology and SNS's information use, and these articles will help you understand and use SNS safely and help you further utilize or develop SNS.

Metonymy can be said to be the only language's meaning shifting technique that exists in the domain of a single human thought in order to obtain a transparent cognitive effect. The purpose of this study was to analyze the 'descriptive metonymy' of the advertising content language constructed by the cognitive principle and to find a way to use it in media language education for social and cultural interests and reflection of college students. The metonymy used in advertising media contrasts with the difficulty of the metaphorical interpretation of "opaque and distant" reasoning. Storyboards, mostly focused on human emotions and behaviors, used metonymy's 'transparent and easy meaning shifting technique'. I have found that I can expect the efficiency of media language education that contains the interest and sociocultural interest, self-reflection, and future imagination of college students. Now, there is less need to perform cognitive reasoning for advertisements with ambiguous metaphor techniques. Lastly, in order to produce successful advertising content, we expect to use the language technique of 'narrative metonymy' with warm feelings of humans, and acknowledge the lack of quantitative research and leave it as a task for the next research.
Due to the recent increase in information encountered on social media, algorithm-based recommendation formats selectively provide information based on user information, which often causes a filter bubble effect by an Echo Chamber. Eco-chamber refers to a phenomenon in which beliefs are amplified or strengthened by communication only in an enclosed system, and filter bubbles refer to a phenomenon in which information providers provide customized information according to users' interests, and users encounter only filtered information. The purpose of this study is to propose a method of efficiently selecting information as a way to improve the filter bubble phenomenon by such an echo chamber. The research progress method analyzed recommended algorithms used on YouTube, Facebook and Amazon. In this study, humanities solutions such as training critical thinking skills of social media users and strengthening objective ethical standards according to self-preservation laws, and technical solutions of model-based cooperative filtering or cross-recommendation methods were presented. As a result, recommended algorithms should continue to supplement technology and develop new techniques, and humanities should make efforts to overcome cognitive dissonance and prevent users from falling into confirmation bias through critical thinking training and political communication education.

The mandatory policy that programs produced by local terrestrial broadcasting companies will be broadcast regularly in prime time through a nationwide network is an example. In addition to developing high content independently, 2nd Multiple channels of distribution is needed. It has to be supplied to various platforms including local broadcasting, SO and etc. In addition, it is necessary to activate regional co-production program between local terrestrial broadcasting companies and regions. Time rate between central stations and local terrestrial broadcasting companies must be distributed practically. And also, local terrestrial broadcasting companies in addition to ad revenue model to themselves and their own businesses by expanding the sponsorship to strengthen the competitiveness will have to nurture self-sustaining. Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the State of Qatar. Due to low participation in breast cancer screening (BCS) activities, women in Qatar are often diagnosed with breast cancer at advanced stages of the disease. Findings indicate that low participation rates in BCS activities are significantly related to women's low level of awareness of breast cancer screening. The objectives of this study were to: (1) determine the factors that influence Qatari women's awareness of breast cancer and its screening activities: and (2) to find ways to effectively promote breast cancer screening activities among Arabic speaking women in Qatar. Materials and Methods: A multicenter, cross-sectional quantitative survey of 1,063 (87.5% response rate) female Qatari citizens and non-Qatari Arabic-speaking residents, 35 years of age or older, was conducted in Qatar from March 2011 to July 2011. Outcome measures included participant awareness levels of the most recent national recommended guidelines of BCS, participation rates in BCS activities, and factors related to awareness of BCS activities. Results: While most participants (90.7%) were aware of breast cancer, less than half had awareness of BCS practices (28.9% were aware of breast self-examination and 41.8% of clinical breast exams, while 26.4% knew that mammography was recommended by national screening guidelines. Only 7.6% had knowledge of all three BCS activities). Regarding BCS practice, less than one-third practiced BCS appropriately (13.9% of participants performed breast self-examination (BSE) monthly, 31.3% had a clinical breast exam (CBE) once a year or once every two years, and 26.9% of women 40 years of age or older had a mammogram once every year or two years). Awareness of BCS was significantly related to BCS practice, education level, and receipt of information about breast cancer and/or BCS from a variety of sources, particularly doctors and the media. Conclusions: The low levels of participation rates in BCS among Arab women in this study indicate a strong need to increase awareness of the importance of breast cancer screening in Qatari women. Without this awareness, compliance with the most recent breast cancer screening recommendations in Qatar will remain low. An increased effort to implement mass media and public health campaigns regarding the impact of breast cancer on women's health and the benefits of early detection of breast cancer must be coupled with an enhanced participation of health care providers in delivering this message to Qatar population.
In the context of knowledge sharing, network position has been a controversial subject. A central position in the network provides access to non-redundant knowledge, leading to more opportunities of knowledge sharing. On the other hand, as "bridging" relationships, its characteristics as a "weak tie" suggest innate lack of trust and reciprocity which is considered an impediment to share knowledge. This paper attempts to enlighten the underlying dynamic by examining the interaction between network centrality, motivation and ability in knowledge sharing. Furthermore, this paper examines the concept of knowledge sharing ability in depth by operationalizing the construct into three aspects: extensive and diverse knowledge, social media utilization ability and self-efficacy. The results show a partially supported three-way interaction, where the highest level of knowledge provision is reported when the employee has low network centrality, high autonomous motivation and high knowledge sharing ability, i.e. extensive and diverse prior knowledge. Though all models indicate strong associations between network centrality and knowledge sharing, this suggests an even greater power of motivation and ability that gives the strength to overcome unfavorable environments of peripheral position. Therefore, this paper offers an alternative explanation to the existing debate whether network centrality positively or negatively influences knowledge sharing.
SNS has been emerged as an effective educational tool in college and many studies on various teaching models and methodologies have been made in order to utilize SNS in education. The purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate the effect of affecting factors of SNS on learner's attitude, intention to re-use and performance in converging college educational environment. Self-efficacy on media usage, educational expectancy, subjective norm, habit, and enjoyment were identified as affecting factors based on prior researches. An empirical analysis was attempted by survey targeting college students. The results of structural equation model using Smart PLS shows that educational expectancy, subjective norm, and enjoyment are significantly related to the learner's attitude on use of SNS in college education, but Self-efficacy on media usage and habit are not. Learner's attitude on SNS in college education was found to be significantly related to the intention to continuous use and performance. This study implicates that using SNS in university class makes learner's attitude positively and finally lead to good performance. The analysis results can provide a guideline of effective strategy for SNS utilization in college education.
