직업기초능력에 대한 간호대학생의 교육요구도 분석 (Educational needs analysis for key vocational competency in nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 직업기초능력 항목의 현재수준과 중요수준을 파악하고, 직업기초능력 항목에 대한 교육요구도 우선순위를 규명하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 수도권, 강원 및 중북권 소재 5개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 2016년 6월 1일부터 6월 31일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 411명의 응답자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t검정, Borich 요구도 및 The Locus For Focus Model 분석기법을 활용하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생은 직업기초능력항목 중 '직업윤리능력', '자기개발능력', '대인관계능력'의 현재수준은 높은 것으로 인식하였고, '의사소통'과 '조직이해능력'의 현재수준은 낮은 것으로 인식하였다. 또한, 간호대학생은 직업기초능력 항목 중 '직업윤리능력', '자기개발능력', '문제해결능력', '의사소통능력', '자원관리능력', '대인관계능력', '정보능력', '기술능력', '조직이해능력', '수리능력' 순으로 중요하다고 인식하였다. 직업기초능력 10개 항목 모두 중요수준과 현재수준의 평균이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 우선순위 분석결과 '의사소통', '문제해결', '자원관리', '자기개발'의 교육요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 간호대학생의 교육요구도를 고려한 직업기초능력의 교육과정 및 프로그램 개발에 중요한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

  • Previously, we analyzed for nutrition knowledge and the use of nutrition knowledge in the everyday lives of students in order to develop nutrition education programs that focus on desirable behavior change. From this, we found that female students desired to participate in nutrition education more than male students, and regarding their concerns for nutrition education, 73.2% of the females and 50.0% of the males displayed interest in 'obesity and the regulation of body weight'. Therefore, this study showed female students give more attention to the obesity and the regulation of body weight than male students(p=.000<.001). In addition, female students had higher interests($8.63{\pm}1.67$) than male students ($7.45{\pm}2.03$) in nutrition knowledge(p=.000<.001). By investigating the use of nutrition knowledge in everyday life, our research indicated that the actual use of nutrition knowledge was less. To encourage students to persue dietary lives addressing the concerns confirmed above, the following needed to occur. 1) Provide them nutrition information for the main processed foodstuffs encountered when dining out(breads, cakes, cookies, and carbonated beverage). 2) Teach them to read food nutrition labels. 3) Help them find a lifestyle connection through lasting self-management methods and the generation of social support. Accordingly, this required developing effective and practical nutrition education programs that considered regional characteristics and gender differences. The most important factors considered during nutrition education program development were the need for motivation and ongoing education by stage of change, rather than temporal education through specific problem analysis, in order that those being educated may bring about a change of behavior by themselves. Therefore, from this study, we have suggested the use of multilateral operating strategies for successful nutrition education. In addition the phase model of behavior change should be applied. Our programs were aimed at self owned nutritional management so that students could master their own methods for acquiring skills and enjoying dietary life. The research may be summed up as follows. First, the purpose of education at the recognition stage of change was to attempt motivation for nutrition improvement, by analyzing the problems such as food buying habit and the main purchasing viewpoints when dining out. Second, the purpose of education at the action stage of change was to help students acquire of concrete methods for behavior modification by linking the program to their home as well as to teachers with various activities that suited the situation at school. This was done by analyzing the processes and decisions pertaining to dining out the main processed foodstuffs and principal components, etc. through data and experimental practice. Third, the purpose of education for changing of habits and values, or the maintenance stage, was to investigate the various reasons that undesirable behaviors were induced, and then determine a lasting self-management method as well as how to generate social support. If the nutrition education program developed in this study is utilized on site, someone in the primary role as the nutrition educator and trained specifically in nutrition, can help induce the health promotion in the community as well as lasting dietary management, by executing a link with families in parallel with educating teaching staff and students' parents. In addition, this program can playa role in the government policies related to the health promotion for our youth who are the foundation of our nation and who can enhance our national competitive power.

호텔기업에 있어 구조조정상의 공정성 지각이 경영진의 신뢰, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Justice of Layoff on Management Trust, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment in the Hotel Corporations)

  • IMF이후 경쟁의 심화와 적대적인 경영환경에 효과적으로 대응하고자 많은 호텔기업들이 구조조정을 실시해오고 있다. 이러한 구조조정은 인력감축을 동반하기 때문에 구조조정 과정에서 공정성을 지각하는데, 인력감축에서 살아남은 생존자들이 인력감축의 절차나 실무에서 불공정성을 지각할 때 상사에 대한 신뢰감이나 조직유효성을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 호텔기업을 대상으로 구조조정 이후 살아남은 생존자를 대상으로 정리해고의 공정성 지각이 경영진의 신뢰, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 실증분석을 실시한 결과 잔류종업원들은 구조조정 과정에서 절차 공정성 및 분배 공정성을 높게 지각 할수록 경영진에 대한 신뢰감과 조직 몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 구조조정 과정에서 절차 공정성을 높게 지각할수록 직무만족은 높아지는 것으로 나타났지만, 분배 공정성은 직무만족과는 인과관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 구조조정 과정에서의 경영진에 대한 신뢰감이 높아질수록 직무만족이나 조직몰입은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

한국인의 우쭐 심리적 특성이 명품에 관한 소비자 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence on the Korean Uzzul(Boasting) Psychological Characteristic on the Consumer Attitude of Luxury Good)

  • 본 연구는 한국인의 우쭐 심리적 특성이 명품에 대한 소비자들의 태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 선행 문헌분석을 토대로 한국인의 우쭐 심리적 특성에 대해 살펴보았으며, 이러한 한국인의 우쭐 심리적 특성이 명품에 대한 소비자들의 태도와 어떤 관계성이 있는 가를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 한국인의 우쭐 심리적 특성은 6개의 하위요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 명품에 대한 소비자들의 태도는 요인분석결과 2개의 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국인의 우쭐 심리적 특성이 명품에 대한 소비자들의 태도에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과, 자존감의식성 요인과 거만의식성 요인이 쾌락적 태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 상대인정성 요인은 품질신뢰 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 그동안의 명품관련 연구들에서 주로 다루어 왔던 과시적 체면 이라는 심리적 변인에서 탈피하여, 우쭐 이라는 한국인의 또 다른 심리적 특성 변인을 토대로 연구를 진행했다는 점에서 가치가 있으며, 향후 명품광고를 제작하는 실무자에게 타겟 집단의 우쫄 심리적 특성을 고려해야만 하는 시사점을 제공해 주었다.

융복합시대에서 요구되는 학습윤리인식 실태조사: 간호대학생을 중심으로 (The survey on the awareness towards academic misconduct required in the Convergence era : Focusing on Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생들의 학습윤리를 고취하고 나아가 높은 직업윤리의식을 갖춘 간호사가 되도록 교육하기 위해 간호대학생들의 학습윤리에 대한 인식 수준과 실태를 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 학습윤리인식을 조사하기 위해 학습윤리인식 도구를 이용하여 4학년 간호대학생 355명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 최종 333부의 자료를 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 학습윤리인식의 평균점수는 1.71점으로 중간정도로 나타났으며 수업에서의 부적절행위가 학습윤리인식이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 환자존중 또는 기밀보장에 위반하는 행위가 학습윤리인식이 가장 높은 영역으로 나타났다. 또한 학습윤리인식은 대인관계가 좋은 경우가 보통인 경우보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 간호학과 입학동기가 성적이나 적성 및 흥미 등의 이유로 입학한 경우가 취업률인 경우보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 학생들의 학습윤리인식 고취를 위해 지속적으로 관심을 가질 필요가 있으며, 반복연구를 통하여 학습윤리 교육이 강화되어야 할 부분을 파악할 필요가 있다.

미혼성인남녀의 섹슈얼리티 형성과정에 관한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Formative Processes of Premarital Adult Sexuality)

  • The purpose of this research was conducted to formative processes and to interpret premarital adult's sexuality meaning. The interviews have been executed based upon ethnography approach and method of interview in depth within the framework of the Weis's sexual script theory (1998) and parent-children relation. The interview in depth has been conducted with unmarried 7 males and 8 females inclusive of college students, total 15 persons who were born 1974-1980 and living in Seoul and nearby suburban areas. A period of interviews were carried out from September until December 2003. Each interview was executed for 2 to 4 hours apiece, and each person had 2 to 4 interviews during the period. The result of analysis of the sexuality scripts theory from three different views indicates that the female informants appeared to rationalize the fact that traditional concept of the chastity as defined by the socio-cultural level has been changed. It also indicated that there were very few sex educations in the society at large except for the public medias including the Internet. The interrelation level indicates that positive interaction with the opposite sex has affected them in the course of their building up desirable personal relationship in the society and uplifting their sense of self-esteem. The internal level of sexuality, it is much dependent on the extent of individual inner recognition of sexuality. The parent-children relation view of sexuality, the most influential factor for their communication on sexuality lies in the extent of their realization on how positively their parents recognize their children.

일개병원의 환자안전문화 인식도 조사결과 (The results of recognition survey for patient safety culture in a hospital)

  • Objectives: This study measures the level of cognition of employee's patient safety culture and evaluates the current level through comparing the results to external levels. Ultimately it is performed to construct a strategic improvement plan through the basic database for patient's safety culture. Methods: A questionnaire survey of self reporting type was carried out using structured questionnaire of the patient's safety culture for employees currently employed in a hospital. Total responders was 1,129 and a response rate was 54.6%. The survey results were calculated with a percent positive response, and the current level was evaluated by comparing with the survey results of a hospital (2009 and 2014) and the survey result of The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(2014). Results: Sub-dimension of high percent positive response for each area were 'teamwork within hospital units' (80%), 'feedback & communication about error' (73%) and 'supervisor/manager expectations & actions promoting safety' (67%). Meanwhile, 'teamwork across hospital units' (31%), 'hospital management support for patient safety' (29%), 'staffing' (27%) and 'non-punitive response to error' (17%) were relatively low percent positive response. Compared to the survey results of AHRQ (2014) for each area, 'teamwork within hospital units' (80%), 'feedback & communication about error' (73%), 'frequency of event reporting' (66%) were at the top 50% percentile level and the remaining sub-dimensions showed a very low level in the lower 10% percentile area. Conclusion: In order to establish a system for patient safety culture within the hospital and evaluate the effect on this, it is necessary to periodically evaluate the patient's safety culture and establish regulations on hospital safety culture to comply with this.

방사선사의 직무만족에 관련된 요인분석 (Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction among the Radiologic Technologists)

  • Job satisfaction is very important for adequate manpower management in the medical field. To study job satisfaction among the radiologic technologists, 344 cases were reviewed in five university hospitals and one general hospital. Self-administered questionnaire was used to study their socioeconomic characteristics, working conditions, job satisfaction, and the factors affecting there Job satisfaction. The results were as follows : 1. There was statistically significant difference in job satisfaction according to the their department of employment, position, and hospital characteristics. 2. The group that was satisfied with their salary had a higher job satisfaction score, whereas others who were not satisfied ranked lower. 3. The positive answering group on the ability and job recognition ranked higher score on the job satisfaction than the negative answering group. 4. The group that was in good relationship with their superiors and co-workers scored higher on job satisfaction From the above results, the job satisfaction was high for the group with positive thinking and reply, but the intentin to change their job was low. Considering the fact that these results represent only 6 hospitals from limited arease, therefore, necessary to include more medical facilities nationwide, especially small-medium sized clinics or hospitals where the difficulty with high turnover rate of employment is expected, to study further various factors involving job satisfaction in the future.

일부지역 사업장 근로자의 구강건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Impact of the oral health-related quality of life(OHIP-14) of industrial workers in some area)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the subjective oral health awareness, oral health knowledge, oral health behavior and OHIP-14 in industrial workers. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 243 workers in Jeonbuk May 7 to June 10, 2014. Except incomplete answers, 230 data were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects(sex, age, career, marital status, abd family), oral health recognition characteristics(oral health attention, subjective oral health status, and oral health concern), oral health knowledge, oral health behavior, and oral health related quality of life. The instrument was 14 questions od OHIP-14 including functional restriction(2 questions), physical pain(2 questions), psychological discomfort(2 questions), physical ability decease(2 questions), psychological function decease(2 questions), social activity decrease (2 questions), and social discomfort(2 questions). Cronbach's alpha was 0.949 in this study and it was reliable. Results: Oral health interests showed that 57.8% of the workers had concern for oral health interests and 50.4% perceived that their subjective oral health was moderate status. 55.6% of the workers answered that their oral health status was very worried. Women had more knowledge about the oral health. Those who were in fifties tended to have more knowledge of oral health than the other age groups. Those who had more concern for oral health included female workers, married workers, and workers above 21 years. The concern for oral health made the workers keep good oral health. Higher score of OHIP-14 means good oral health. Conclusions: Good oral health-related quality of life is proportional to continuous management of oral health and subjective oral health status. It is necessary to develop the tailored oral health education program for the workers.

지속가능발전을 위한 교육(ESD)과 지속가능성을 위한 (경제)교육 -<지속가능성>의 개념 공유를 위한 환경교육과 그 범위- (ESD(Education for Sustainable Development) and ESE(Education for Sustainability & Its Economy) -EE and Its Boundary for Co-conceptional Approach to Sustainability-)

  • Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) is inclined to become popular topics in EE related debates, almost similar to populism, with declaration of UNESCO's Decade OF ESD (DESD). However we can't avoid that development in ESD practically means economic linear progress. Basically UN's declaration is to accomplish worldly task on human civilization, social & environmental problems, including ESSD. ESD is also important means for practicing ESSD, which has proved to be failure since Brutrant Report, owing to uncertain recognition of sustainability which should be something figured out by their surrounding circumstance or the conditions following its community culture, all same around the world. In this circumstance, we need certain identification on ESD globally recognized, no matter with the developing level of economy. But sustainability is usually managed or controlled by economically powered countries, by improving relatively under-development countries's economic conditions for equity. They believe under-development countries's env. problems can't be resolved without securing of economic equity. Under-development countries's economic equity can be come true ? even by another economic super powers. It really means just controlling or management by them. These all controlling process can't secure under-development countries's sustainability. Because it is not something just controlled, characterized as growing up by self-supporting system of ethnic or regional communities. So identification of sustainability in here is , not . Following its identification, we should discuss ESD, and furthermore for real ESD, there is powerful need to change it into ESE (Education for Sustainability & its Economy) to reflect this co-conceptional approach to ESD. And also we need to distinguish the educational contents boundaries among ESD and EE for this. Basically existing EE has been dealing with pollution-oriented or its related social comprehensive subjects, so it seems that EE is not familiar and harmony with ESD contents, however in alternative case I propose in this paper, changing into ESE, it could include almost all of ESD subjects, furthermore practically EE might be same with ESE.
