Currently, both Korea and Japan have cooperated to get a foothold in economic major countries in the Asia through the various economic cooperation and the overcoming of cultural difference in cultural interchanges between two countries. However, in the present age, two countries are on the other road in historical view and conception; the final report over 3 year studies by the two countries' history study partnership commission shows the above views; while Korea has been in base of Japan colonialization's unjustification, Japan has been in base of its facts. The aboves have proved that Japan has not taken an honest self examination and conscience over the history. Accordingly, Japan resistance volunteer memorial is proposed as the educational place to carry down the martyr's holy patriotism in later ages and practice its spirit by learning the resistance volunteer resistance volunteer movement, which focused on resisting the Japan invasion and fighting the independence.

It is important that students are provided opportunities to practice their skills in acquiring radiographic images. However, these opportunities are currently limited because of the risk of radiation exposure. To overcome this limitation, a new augmented reality-based radiography simulator was developed that enables students to practice radiographic techniques as part of self-directed learning without time and space constraints. Subsequently, cross-sectional images of a manikin phantom head obtained via computed tomography were reconstructed into a three-dimensional object. An image marker that could be recognized by a mobile device and could allow users to practice dental radiography techniques was devised. The three-dimensional object was augmented to the mobile device; consequently, among 106 stored dental radiographs on the device, a radiograph corresponding to specific imaging conditions was opened when users performed radiographic procedures. This technology could improve dental students' understanding of dental anatomy and contribute to improving their competency in acquiring dental radiographs.

In this paper, We are design & implement to the LMS(Learning Management System) including SCORM standard for effective reusing and management of each digital contents. This system is composed XML based meta-data manager, SQL server and ASP for LMS application, which are the user directed teaming system within effective reusing and management of each digital contents.

In this paper, a class of neural-network controllers with two inputs of error and error change, is applied to the position control of D.C. servo system. The proposed controller is learned by error back-propagating error information to compensate the weighting value using its previous derivatives and to decrease exponentially a series of self learning coefficients. Through the simulations and implementations, the effectiveness and superiority to the conventional fuzzy controller is proved.

본 논문에서는 LVQ를 퍼지화한 새로운 퍼지 학습 법칙들을 제안하였다. 퍼지 LVQ 학습법칙 1은 기존의 학습률 대신에 퍼지 학습률을 사용하였는데 이는 조건 확률의 퍼지화에 기반을 두고 있다. 퍼지 LVQ 학습법칙 2는 클래스들 사이에 존재하는 입력벡터가 결정 경계선에 대한 정보를 더 가지고 있는 것을 반영한 것이다. 이 새로운 퍼지 학습 법칙들을 improved IAFC(Integrted Adaptive Fuzzy Clustering)신경회로망에 적용하였다. improved IAFC신경회로망은 ART-1 (Adaptive Resonance Theory)신경회로망과 Kohonen의 Self-Organizing Feature Map의 장점을 취합한 퍼지 신경회로망이다. 제안한 supervised IAFC 신경회로망 1과 supervised IAFC neural 신경회로망 2의 성능을 오류 역전파 신경회로망의 성능과 비교하기 위하여 iris 데이터를 사용하였는데 Supervised IAFC neural network 2가 오류 역전파 신경회로망보다 성능이 우수함을 보여주었다.

This paper represents that auto tunings of membership functions and weights in the fuzzy neural networks are effectively performed by immune algorithm. A number of hybrid methods in fuzzy-neural networks are considered in the context of tuning of learning method, a general view is provided that they are the special cases of either the membership functions or the gain modification in the neural networks by genetic algorithms. On the other hand, since the immune network system possesses a self organizing and distributed memory, it is thus adaptive to its external environment and allows a PDP (parallel distributed processing) network to complete patterns against the environmental situation. Also, it can provide optimal solution. Simulation results reveal that immune algorithms are effective approaches to search for optimal or near optimal fuzzy rules and weights.

This study summarized the case study of a course development of introductory engineering design considering the characteristics of civil and environmental engineering. The course mainly depends on conducting the design projects. The self-developed text book for the course consists of learning and activities of the core elements for the creation and decision of ideas and two independent design projects. Especially, the design project drew from a survey of students majoring in civil and environmental engineering and is well knitted to help students obtain the potential for soft-landing at higher major courses.

This present study purposed to propose a plan of building a future oriented school library that supports teachers' teaching with various multimedia and Internet materials applicable in class immediately, helps students' self directed learning activities, and plays its role as a cultural center of the local community. As for research methods, this study examines the basic directions and characteristics of school libraries defined by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, and investigates the current state of school libraries. In addition, we survey cases of library plans in Incheon, and suggest standards for planning and propose a plan. Ultimately, we establish a library plan for S Elementary School in Incheon and execute the plan and, in the course, derive ideas for satisfying students' demands with regard to their sentiment, stable and flexible layout and flow lines, facilities and space within the library, etc. What is more, we create indexes for library planning so that school libraries can contribute to various cultural activities and the development of local community beyond their functions as school library facilities.

본 논문은 Jetson_TX2(임베디드 보드)의 ROS(Robot Operating System)기반으로 맵 지도를 작성하고, SLAM 및 DQN(Deep Q-Network)을 이용한 목적지까지의 이동명령(목표 선속도, 목표 각속도)을 자이로센서로 측정한 현재 각속도를 이용하여 Cortex-M3의 기반의 MCU(Micro Controllor Unit)에 하달하여 엔코더(encoder) 모터에서 측정한 현재 선속도와 자이로센서에서 측정한 각속도 값을 이용하여 PID제어를 통한 실내 자율주행 서비스 로봇.

인공지능에 대한 연구가 최근 이슈가 되면서, 딥러닝 기술의 비약적인 발전 덕분에 대화형 에이전트가 인터페이스의 역할을 하고 있다. 이 중에서 최근 여러 대학에서 서비스로 지원하는 챗봇 시스템의 문제점에 대하여 개선된 시스템을 제안하고, 이를 구현하여 실험을 통해 연구하고자 한다. 기존 챗봇 시스템이 가진 문제점을 보완한 시스템은 서비스 사용자가 질의하는 의도에 더 알맞은 응답을 제공하여 서비스 사용자의 불편함을 최소화하고, 사용성과 편의성을 최대화 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
