Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review and identify factors relevant to workplace bullying in nursing. Methods: Twenty-three studies that met the criteria were selected from a sample of twenty-six studies. These articles were retrieved from a central literature databases (N=13,241). The total correlational effect size (ESr) for each related factor was calculated from Fisher's Zr. A funnel plot inspection (similar to scatter plot) with a trim-and-fill method was used to assess the publication bias of the meta-analyzed studies. Results: From the systematic review, fifty-one factors were identified as having an influencing effect. Fourteen factors (five individual and nine organizational factors) were eligible for meta-analysis. The individual factors included, self-esteem (ESr=-.31), psychological capital (ESr=-.26), and marital status (ESr=-.06) which were significantly correlated with workplace bullying. Organizational factors included, organizational tolerance (ESr=.48), supervisor incivility (ESr=.47), job stress (ESr=.46), group morale (ESr=-.36), group support (ESr=-.35), supervisor leadership (ESr=-.35), group identity (ESr=-.33), and structural empowerment (ESr=-.27). These factors were significantly correlated with workplace bullying. There were no publication biases except for both individual and organizational factors. Conclusion: Organizational factors have more of an greater impact than individual factors on workplace bullying. The results of this study support the need for intervention at the organizational level.

Thermal decomposition of the uranyl phosphate mineral phase meta-ankoleite (KUO₂PO₄·3H₂O) has been considered in relation to high temperature thermal sintering for the immobilisation of a uranyl phosphate containing waste. Meta-ankoleite thermal decomposition was studied across the temperature range 25 - 1200℃ under an inert N₂ atmosphere at 1 atm. It is shown that the meta-ankoleite mineral phase undergoes a double de-hydration event at 56.90 and 125.85℃. Subsequently, synthetically produced pure meta-ankoleite remains stable until at least 1150℃ exhibiting no apparent phase changes. In contrast, when present in a mixed waste the meta-ankoleite phase is not identifiable after thermal treatment indicating incorporation within the bulk waste either as an amorphous phase and/or as uranium oxide. Visual inspection of the waste post thermal treatment showed evidence of self-sintering owing to the presence of glass former materials, namely, silica (SiO₂) and antimony(V) oxide (Sb₂O₅). Therefore, incorporation of the uranium phase into the waste as part of waste sentencing and immobilisation via high temperature sintering for the purpose of long-term disposal is deemed feasible.

In order to understand how consumers' buying motivation is formed, that is the starting point of consumer behavior or consumers' decision-making processes, we examined how the interpersonal orientation for consumers is organized to control buying motivation and create a stepping-stone for subjects' behavior in fast varied consumer environments. In addition, we examined what influence this interpersonal orientation has on consumers' buying motivations. The results are shown as follows: First, interpersonal orientation is classified into six categories, according to Cohen's three types, i.e., compliance, detachment I: emotion independence, detachment II: performance independence, detachment III: perception independence, aggressiveness I: competitiveness, aggressiveness II: aggressiveness. Second, based on our inspection of the relation between interpersonal orientation and consumers' buying motivations, for external motivation and internal motivation, the value of R2 in regression seems too low to act as an influencing power on interpersonal orientation, while in case of introjected motivation, identified motivation I: self respect, and identified II: pursuit of harmony, I there seems to be some relationship.

Shipping and logistics safety, security system is strengthening worldwide, the development of shipping and logistics safety security core technology for national security logistics system construction has been carried out. In addition, it is necessary to localize the Array Detection System, which is a core component of the container search machine, to cope with the 100% pre-inspection of the container scheduled for 2018 in the United States. In this paper, we propose a study on a self-developed Digital Signal Processing Board among the array detection systems that replace foreign products.

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the effectiveness of a group art therapy program to help children from multicultural families adapt to school life by using Kinetic School Drawing(KSD). The result of this study showed that the group art therapy program of the multicultural family's children may have a positive effect in aiding their school life adaptation. The results showed considerable and statistical outcome in the fore and after drawing inspection of the dynamic KSD. Also, the size of the self-image became bigger and their expressions has been increased. The qualitative analysis also showed a huge change in dynamistic personal relationships due to the relationship with their peers with the same aged and the tutor. This study emphasizes the importance of the group art therapy program to be applied before children are admitted to school because of growing recognition of concern about the maladjustment of rapidly growing multicultural family's children. It is also suggests that the group art therapy program of growing multicultural family's children should be viewed with an ecological point of view.

Fractal mathematics is being highlighted as a research method for classification of image. But the application of Fractal dimension(FD) has been required the complicated calculation method because of its complex repetition progressing. In this paper, it has been developed the new approach method to express the Fractal Dimension(FD) for aging level calculation and estimation system of outside insulator using special image processing algorithm. As a result after FD testing, the recognized aging estimation of FD has a very characteristics compared to the conventional visual inspection.

The purpose of this study is to establish effective quality control activities to maintain proper operation rates and improve the performance of research and development weapon systems. Quality control improvement measures suitable for the actual conditions of our military were identified by comparing the operational methods and advantages/disadvantages of the domestic quality control systems Defense Quality Management System and Defense Quality mark with those of the systems employed in the US(QPL and QML). In order to ensure the reliability of the weapon system, it is imperative to operate a design-oriented self-quality management system through manufacturing-oriented government-led inspection and to expand and reorganize the certification system divided into manufacturing items and companies.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to expand the taxpayer's rights protections, which are covered in the previous studies, and to suggest ways to increase tax inspection efficiency as a way to induce fidelity reporting under the final tax return system and to lower tax compliance costs. Design/methodology/approach - The tax audit is a necessary system for the taxpayer to induce self-reporting in a sincere manner, but it is necessary to harmonize the realization of fair taxation and the rights of taxpayers because it is likely to infringe taxpayer rights in the process. Research implications or Originality - The purpose of this study is as follows. First, the government will seek ways to improve tax investigations to strengthen the protection of taxpayers' rights by increasing the fairness and procedural transparency of the current tax investigation system, as pointed out in the National Tax Administration Reform T / F. Second, we will consider ways to enhance the effectiveness of tax audit as a means of inducing faithful tax in Korea's tax system, which assumes sincere taxpayers.

In a broad term, health and medical data means all patient information that has been generated or circulated in government health and medical policies, such as medical research and public health, and all sorts of health and medical fields as well as patients' personal data, referred as medical data (filled out as medical record forms) by medical institutions. The kinds of health and medical data in medical records are prescribed by Articles on required medical data and the terms of recordkeeping in the Enforcement Decree of the Medical Service Act. As EMR, OCS, LIS, telemedicine and u-health emerges, sharing and protecting digital health and medical data is at issue in these days. At medical institutions, health and medical data, such as medical records, is classified as "sensitive information" and thus is protected strictly. However, due to the circulative property of information, health and medical data can be public as well as being private. The legal grounds of health and medical data as such are based on the right to informational self-determination, which is one of the fundamental rights derived from the Constitution. In there, patients' rights to refuse the collection of information, to control recordkeeping (to demand access, correction or deletion) and to control using and sharing of information are rooted. In any processing of health and medical data, such as generating, recording, storing, using or disposing, privacy can be violated in many ways, including the leakage, forgery, falsification or abuse of information. That is why laws, such as the Medical Service Act and the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Guideline for Protection of Personal Data at Medical Institutions (by the Ministry of Health and Welfare) provide for technical, physical, administrative and legal safeguards on those who handle personal data (health and medical information-processing personnel and medical institutions). The Personal Data Protection Law provides for the collection, use and sharing of personal data, and the regulation thereon, the disposal of information, the means of receiving consent, and the regulation of processing of personal data. On the contrary, health and medical data can be inspected or delivered of the copies, based on the principle of restriction on fundamental rights prescribed by the Constitution. For instance, Article 21(Access to Record) of the Medical Service Act, and the Personal Data Protection Law prescribe self-disclosure, the release of information by family members or by laws, the exchange of medical data due to patient transfer, the secondary use of medical data, such as medical research, and the release of information and the release of information required by the Personal Data Protection Law.
