상사의 리더십 유형이 셀프리더십과 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Leadership Style of CEO on Self-leadership and Organizational Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 기업 경영에서 리더십 연구의 중요성을 이해하고 금융업 중, 은행 종사자를 대상으로 상사의 리더십(변혁적, 거래적, 서번트)이 부하의 셀프리더십과 조직유효성(조직몰입, 조직시민행동)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 특히 본 연구는 상사의 리더십 유형과 부하의 셀프리더십 영향관계를 분석하여 부하의 셀프리더십을 향상 시키는 적합한 상사의 리더십 유형이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 조직몰입과 조직시민행동을 높일 수 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 따라서 국내 서울/경기지역에 위치한 대기업 은행의 약 50여개 영업점 직원들을 대상으로 자기 응답형식 방법으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 유효한 338명의 데이터를 바탕으로 구조방정식 모형 분석으로 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 상사의 변혁적, 서번트 리더십은 부하의 셀프리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 거래적 리더십은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 셀프리더십은 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 이에 본 연구는 다양하고 복잡한 은행 업무환경에서 조직구성원들을 하나로 융합시키고 셀프리더십을 높일 수 있는 상사의 리더십 유형을 실증적으로 규명하였다는 것에 연구의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

문제중심 학습방법을 적용한 의사소통론 교과목 개발 및 적용 (A Study of Development and Implementation of Problem-based Learning Program in Communication Curriculum of Nursing Education)

  • Recently, in the academic disciplines critical thinking has been emphasized as the new evolution in education. Problem-based learning is suggested as the evolutionary learning method in developing critical thinking. In the nursing education, PBL is offered as an appropriate teaching method to prepare nurse student for professional. PBL is a student-centered learning strategy aimed at developing critical thinking, motivating self-directed study and attaining autonomy. The purpose of this study was to develop the communication curriculum of nursing education based on PBL and implementing of it. PBL module was developed focused on five communication situations. And learning strategies to facilitate the learning process and the guided questions to stimulate student inquiry were also developed. This PBL education was conducted for six students in the master's course during the 14 weeks from March, 2000 to June, 2000. The outcomes of the PBL education were examined based on the content analysis of the students reflective journal. As a result, it was found that students experienced the effect of it focused on self-oriented, group-oriented, and practice-oriented domain. In the self-oriented domain, the findings indicate that there were 5 kinds of concepts including 'motivation for self-directed study', 'transition toward certainty in knowledge acquisition', 'attempt to apply their prior knowledge into new situation', 'enhancement of self-image in real situation', 'self-growth with self reflection'. In the group-oriented domain, there were 3 kinds of concepts including 'cognitive work in group', 'perception of co-responsibility in attaining learning objectives', 'socialization with group members'. In the practice-oriented domain, there were 3 kinds of concepts including 'linkage theoretical knowledge with real situation', 'attempt to apply in real situation', 'development problem solving skill in real situation'. In conclusion, PBL had a significant effect on self, group, and clinical domain. And assessing PBL outcomes is challenging because standardized instrument do not develop yet. So the findings of this study can suggest the basic data for examining the PBL outcome.

강점노트 프로그램이 융복합시대 대학생의 정신건강에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Strength Note Program on Mental Health of University Students in Convergence Age)

  • 본 연구에서는 강점노트프로그램이 융복합시대 대학생들의 자아존중감과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하여 강점노트 프로그램 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 조사대상은 G지역 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 70명으로 일주일에 한 번씩 자신과 타인의 긍정적인 특성이나 장점 등을 찾아 기록하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 20.0을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, paired-t-test를 실시하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 강점노트 프로그램을 실시하기 이전보다 실시한 이후 대학생들의 자아존중감과 자기효능감을 증진시키는데 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 강점노트 프로그램의 필요성이 확인되었다. 따라서 디지털융복합시대를 살고 있는 대학생들이 겪고 있는 다양한 문제를 극복할 수 있는 구체적이고 체계적인 강점노트 프로그램이 제공되어야 한다. 이는 대학생들의 정신건강과 학업성취, 진로탐색 등을 돕고, 행복과 삶의 질을 높이는데 기여할 것이며, 학제간의 융합연구를 통해 추후 종단연구의 기반이 될 것이다.

COVID-19로 인한 온라인학습환경에서 간호대학생의 성장마인드셋, 그릿 및 자기주도학습능력 (Growth Mindset, Grit and Self-Directed Learning Ability of Nursing Students in Online Education)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19로 인한 온라인 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 성장마인드셋과 그릿 및 자기주도학습능력의 상관관계를 알아보고, 자기주도학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구대상자는 C도 소재 J대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 194명을 대상으로 하였으며 구조화된 온라인 설문방식을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율로, 성장마인드셋, 그릿 및 자기주도학습능력 간의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation coefficients로, 자기주도학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중회귀 분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생들의 성장마인드셋과 그릿은 자기주도학습능력과 양의 상관관계가 있었고(r=.266, p<.001; r=.503, p<.001), 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력에 영향을 미치는 변수는 그릿, 전공만족도, 생활수준, 대인관계, 성장마인드셋 순이었으며, 이들은 자기주도학습능력을 38.1% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다(Adj. R2=.381, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생들의 자기주도학습능력을 높이기 위한 방안으로 성장마인드셋과 그릿을 키워야 할 것이며, 이를 위한 다양한 프로그램의 개발 및 시행이 있어야 할 것이다.

간호사의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors influencing Nurses' Organizational Citizenship Behavior)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors that influence nurses' organizational citizenship behavior. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 547 nurses from four university hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey done from September 22 to October 10, 2008. The tools used for this study were scales on organizational citizenship behavior (14 items), self-leadership (14 items), empowerment (10 items), organizational commitment (7 items), job satisfaction (8 items) and transformational transactional leadership (14 items). Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis were examined to test reliability and construct validity of the scale. The data collected were processed using SPSS Window 15.0 Program for actual numbers and percentages, differences in the dependent variable according to general characteristics, and means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: The factors influencing nurses' organizational citizenship behavior were identified as self-leadership ($\beta=.247$), empowerment ($\beta=.233$), job satisfaction ($\beta=.209$), organizational commitment ($\beta=.158$), and transactional leadership ($\beta=.142$). Five factors explained 42.0% of nurses' organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used to develop further management strategies for enhancement of nurses' organizational citizenship behavior.

화장태도, 신체가치, 의복행동 간의 관계 연구 (The study of the relationship among make-up attitude, body-related value, and clothing behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of make-up attitude and body-related value on clothing behavior. The subjects were 315 female college students in Gyeongsang provinces. The obtained data were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and t-test. The major results of this study were as follows: First, four factors of make-up attitude were identified: pursuit of confidence, sociality, self-satisfaction, and positive image. Second, the subjects were categorized into three different types of groups according to make-up attitude and body-related value, respectively: high involvement type, low involvement type, and middle involvement type. Third, there was significant difference among three groups which were segmented by each make-up attitude and body-related value on clothing behaviors (sexual attractiveness, showing off, body-enhancement). Fourth, a significant positive correlation was found among four factors of make-up attitude and body operatability with clothing behaviors. Fifth, the important variables that affected the clothing behaviors were pursuit of confidence, self-satisfaction, and positive image of make-up attitude. Sixth, body-inclination significantly influenced sexual attractiveness of clothing behavior, whereas body-related value, unlike make-up attitude, only had marginal influence.

Freeze-thaw resistance and sorptivity of self-compacting mortar with ternary blends

  • This paper investigated the influence of binary and ternary blends of mineral admixtures in self-compacted mortar (SCM) on the fresh, mechanical and durability properties. For this purpose, 25 mortar mixtures were prepared having a total binder content of $640kg/cm^3$ and water/binder ratio between 0.41 and 0.50. All the mixtures consisted of Portland cement (PC), fly ash (FA) and silica fume (SF) as binary and ternary blends and air-entrained admixture wasn't used while control mixture contained only PC. The compressive and tensile strength tests were conducted for 28 and 91 days as well as slump-flow and V-funnel time tests whilst freeze-thaw (F-T) resistance and capillary water absorption tests were made for 91-day. Finally, in general, the use of SF with FA as ternary blends improved the tensile strength of mortars at 28- and 91-day while the use of SF15 with FA increased the compressive strength of the mortars compared to binary blends of FA. SCM mixtures with ternary blends had lower the sorptivity values than that of the mortars with binary blends of FA and the control mixture due to the beneficial properties of SF while the use of FA with SF as ternary blends induced the F-T resistance enhancement.

  • The fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is a PID controller with a fuzzy logic mechanism for tuning its gains on-line. In this structure, the proportional, integral and derivative gains are tuned on-line with respect to the change of the output of system under control. This paper deals with two types of fuzzy self-tuning PID controllers, rule-based fuzzy PID controller and learning fuzzy PID controller. As a medical application of fuzzy PID controller, the proposed controllers were implemented and evaluated in a laparoscopic surgery robot system. The proposed fuzzy PID structures maintain similar performance as conventional PID controller, and enhance the position tracking performance over wide range of varying input. For precise approximation, the fuzzy PID controller was realized using the linear reasoning method, a type of product-sum-gravity method. The proposed controllers were compared with conventional PID controller without fuzzy gain tuning and was proved to have better performance in the experiment.

조선시대 아동교육용 문헌에 나타난 정서과정에 대한 구범적 기대(II) (A Study on Normative Expectation of Emotional Process in Children′s Tectbooks of the Chosen Dynasty(II))

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the normative expectations of positive emotions such as happiness and pride in Korean culture by analyzing the children's textbooks in the Chosen Dynasty period. The method of this study was document analysis and the materials for analysis were 'Dongmongsensp', 'Gyukmongyogyul', 'Myungimbogam', and 'Sohak', that were the textbooks for children's education and invoked the ethics of individual life based on Confucianism. The analysis was focused on the antecedent events, emotional consequences, and emotional regulation in the emotional process of happiness and pride. According to the analysis, happiness was caused by the accomplishment of cultural tasks such as supporting parents, observing laws, being moderate, improving oneself with reading good books, and modeling good deeds, as well as parents' love, which had desirable consequences. Hence, the emotional regulation was to enhance happiness, but far as immoderate experience of happiness, the regulatory rule was expected to suppress it. Also, the antecedents of pride were those demonstrating to have power or occupying a high social position, and the consequences of pride led to self-destruction, and pride was therefore not allowed to be expressed. Consequently, happiness was enhanced because it motivated individuals to accomplish cultural tasks of interdependence, whereas pride was inhibited because it tended to disengage self from social connectedness.

  • This paper discribes an improved technique for locating partial discharge sites within operating transformers by ultrasonic method which utilizes the different travel times of the electrical and ultrasonic signals produced by partial discharges to determine the location of the sources. The technique was to develope the measurement system based on the enhancement of the acoustic emission signals using signal square, circuit to improve the detectable sensitivity and reliability. Also an ultrasonic pulse generator was designed and made to transmit periodically pulses equivalent to pratial discharges and to check the good performance of the system, echo effects and self-diagnosis. Through the laboratory work, it was confirmed that the system and the generator can be used satisfactorily for diagnosing power transformers and for studying echo effects and self-diagnosis of the system.
