국가자격증 취득을 위한 효율적 학습요인 연구 - 전공교육과정과 연계한 실내건축기사 국가자격증반 운영을 중심으로 - (Study on Effective Learning Factors to Obtain National Certifications - Focusing on Operation of Interior Architecture Engineers Certifications in Connection with Major Curriculum -)

  • The objective of this study is to address Effective Learning Methodology by subjects to acquire National Certification which is an essential requirement to get employed. For this purpose, analysis was completed after conducting a survey on the class to obtain Interior Architecture Engineer Certification. 23 applicants were selected based on effectiveness of each subject, level of difficulty, degree of understanding, mentoring effect, self-driven learning, and group discussion. Results are as below. Upon the first written test, Interior Design Theory and Chromatics showed a high learning effectiveness in self-driven learning and mentoring. Ergonomics showed a high learning effectiveness in mentoring, self-driven learning and group discussion while Building Materials, Architecture Construction presented a high effectiveness only in mentoring and group discussion. Architecture Environment showed average learning effectiveness in mentoring and group discussion and showed a low effectiveness in self-driven learning. Upon the second practice test, Interior Architecture Construction and Planning/Management of Construction Materials presented an average learning effectiveness in mentoring and group discussion. Process Control and Adding Up(Supply Calculation) showed a low learning effectiveness in self-driven learning and presented an average to below average learning effectiveness in mentoring and group discussion. Lastly, Interior Design Plan, Interior Design Drawings presented average learning effectiveness in mentoring and group discussion however they showed a high effectiveness in self-driven learning.

3년제 치위생과 학생의 눈치, 셀프리더십, 학업적 자기효능감이 대학생활 적응에 영향 요인 (Effect of Nunchi, self-leadership and academic selfe-fficacy on college students' adaptation to college life)

  • Objectives: This study intended to investigate the effect of Nunchi, self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy on adaptation to college life among dental hygiene college students in a three-year program. By extension, the study seeks to find positive ways necessary for students to adapt to college life. Methods: A survey was conducted from Aug 1 to Sep 30, 2019 on 182 dental hygiene college students who agreed to participate in the survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0. An independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post-hoc test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients were employed, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results: Findings showed that the students' average score on adaptation to college life was 3.34. Factors having a significant effect on adaptation to college life came out in this order: grade_dummy2(2/3), academic self-efficacy and grade_dummy1(1/2). Explanations skills accounted for 28.0%. Conclusions: The results highlight a need for programs dedicated to improving dental hygiene college students' adaptation to college life should be developed and implemented.

The Impact of Self-Efficacy on Nurses' Well-Being: Does Digital Competence Matter?

  • Purpose: Drawing on person-environment fit theory and social cognitive theory, this study aimed to examine how self-efficacy affects nurses' workplace well-being via person-job fit and the moderating role of digital competence. Methods: A two-wave survey was conducted to collect data. Data were collected from six hundred and ninety-five nurses at three Chinese hospitals between May 2022 and September 2022. We employed hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping to analyze the data. Results: Self-efficacy positively influenced person-job fit (β = .55, p < .001), which positively affected nurses' workplace well-being (β= .32, p < .001). Person-job fit mediated the effect of self-efficacy on nurses' workplace well-being. Additionally, digital competence strengthened the positive impact of self-efficacy on person-job fit (β = .12, p < .001). Conclusion: Recruiting nurses with both self-efficacy and digital competence benefits hospitals. It is critical for nurses to improve their digital competence for achieving person-job fit and attaining workplace well-being in the post-coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) era.

중년기 주부의 취업여부에 따른 가족생활교육 요구도 분석 (A Study on The Needs in The Family Life Education Among The Middle Aged Employed Wives and House Wives)

  • This study is to find out whether the family life education can help the middle aged wives to resolve their problems and to keep their lives healthy. For this purpose self-administered questionnaires were used for 628 persons whose ages between 40 to 59 residing in the Metropolitan Area of Soul. Deta collected were analyzed by statistical methods such as the factor analysis frequency distribution percentile mean t-test chi-square Anova and Duncan's multiple range test through the SAS program package. Major results obtained are as follows; 1) The most demanding education content in the are of the spousal relationship was the helping program for the role change from parent-child relationship to spousal relationship. Employed wives demanded conflict resolution skill training program between parents and children while house wives showed the highest interest in guiding their children's future. 2) There are significant differences between employed wives and house wives in the areas f parent-child relationship communication and home managment of the need assessment. In detail employed wives showed higher interest in education the children more independent than house wives. Employed wives also showed higher interest than house wives in the education content about the factors for communication problems in the communication area. 3) About the application method in the family life education there was no significant difference between employed wives and house wives in terms of the necessity of the problem solving methods of follow-up meeting in the family life education while there was a significant difference in the past education program participation intention to participate in the future education program and the education setting between employed wives and house wives.

취업주부의 부부 역할수행.가정생활 기여도 및 만족도 (The Couple's Role Performance.Family Life Contribution and Family Life Satisfaction of Employed Wives)

  • This study is to find the relation between role performance on employed wives and husbands in family and family life contribution family life satisfaction and to found out variables which influence them. The samples were selected from the employed wives with children more than one in Seoul. Among 900 respondents 684 employed wives were finally selected as data. The major results are as follows: 1) Their husbands' role performance was affected by the level of communica-tion support from family members to their employment and that their own role performance was affected by the level of sex role attitude the level of communication degree of resourcefulness recognition and support from family members to their employment. 2) They contribution to family life was affected by type of wive's occupation sex role attitude job satisfaction husbands' role as spouse performance wive's role as spouse performance parent's role and economic role. 3) Influential variables on the degree of famil life satisfaction were income the level of communication the degree of resourcefulness recognition support from family members to their employment job satisfaction wive's role as parent and contribution to self·child-care However their contribution to housework was adversely affected family life satisfaction.

셀프리더십이 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 - 조리전공 대학생을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Self-Leadership on Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior - Focused on Culinary Major Students -)

  • 본 연구는 조리전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 영향관계를 분석하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 data는 SPSS 16.0 Version 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 다양한 결과들을 도출하였다. 첫째, 모든 셀프리더십의 하위요인(행동준비전략, 자연보상 및 건설적 사고전략)은 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인(직업정보, 목표설정, 계획수립, 문제해결, 자기평가)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모든 셀프리더십 하위요인은 진로준비행동 하위요인(진로탐색활동, 목표달성활동)에 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, 조리전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십의 강화는 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동으로 발전에 매우 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

장애청소년의 자기결정 경험에 대한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Self-determination Experience of Youth with Disabilities)

  • 이 연구는 장애청소년의 자기결정 경험에 대한 실체이론 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 20대 초반의 지체 뇌병변 장애 대학생 10명과 면접을 실시하였으며 근거이론을 사용하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 107개의 개념과 39개의 하위범주 및 16개의 범주가 도출되었으며, 장애청소년의 자기결정 경험의 중심현상은 "장애를 딛고 자기실현 열망"하기였다. 자기결정은 "욕구와 장애물의 인식", "문제해결", "성장 인식"의 단계를 거쳐 가는 과정이었으며, 자기결정의 유형은 "돌파형", "다전략형", "온건형", "수용형"으로 구분되었다. 이 연구를 통해 청소년기 장애인 자기결정의 특수성을 심도 있게 이해할 수 있었으며, 장애청소년의 자기결정을 증진시키기 위한 방법으로 제도적 보완, 유형에 따른 지원 차별화, 합리적 전략의 교육, 성과 결혼 주제의 공론화가 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

초등학생의 교사애착, 또래애착, 자기격려, 진로자기효능감과 진로성숙도간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship Among Teacher Attachment, Peer Attachment, Self-encouragement, Career Self-efficacy and Career Maturity)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 교사애착, 또래애착, 자기격려, 진로자기효능감 그리고 진로성숙도 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충북 청주에 소재한 초등학교 6학년 학생 220명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 교사애착, 또래애착, 자기격려, 진로자기효능감, 진로성숙도 검사를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료를 가지고 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였으며 최종 모델의 적합도 지수는 CFI=.957, TLI=.951, RMSEA=.049로 나타났다. 본 연구의 주된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사애착과 또래애착은 자기격려, 진로자기효능감, 진로성숙도에 모두 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시한 결과 자기격려와 진로자기효능감은 교사애착과 또래애착의 진로성숙도 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다.

건강 보험료 개편에 따른 보험료 조정 계수의 적합성: 취업성공패키지 대상자 선정을 중심으로 (The adjustment coefficient of health insurance in the successful employment package by the health insurance reform)

  • Purpose: many domestic welfare programs use the amount of health insurance premiums as a way of measuring individuals' income levels for administrative convenience. As health insurance reform has been made, we examines the income level is still appropriately measured by the health insurance premiums for the employment success package as one of domestic welfare program. Methodology/Approach: we investigate whether the upper limit of the premiums of the self-employed health insured is appropriate or not after healthcare reform, which currently calculated by multiplying the insurance premium of the employee based insured by the adjustment factor (1.2). Findings: we examined appropriateness of the adjustment factors by comparing the premiums before and after the healthcare reform by utilizing the national health insurance data as well as Korea Welfare panel data. We found that the new value of adjustment factor (1.0~1.1) is smaller than the current one (1.2). Practical Implications: to improve the equity between the employee and the self-employed insured after the health insurance reform, the adjustment factor should be lower.
