This study promotes the understanding of landscape technicians by, assessing the professional qualification system that aligns with the needs of the 21st-century environment, distinct from the industrialization era, It, provides basic theoretical insights into the multi-dimensional connections between the motivation for a certificate and the career decision-making self-efficacy of individuals with a demand for the certificate in the structural aspect. The collected data underwent a comprehensive analysis involving frequency assessments, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability tests, and correlation analyses. The study found differences according to particpants' diverse sociodemographic characteristics including gender, place of residence, educational background, and occupation. The motivation for obtaining a certificate had significant positive effects on their career-decision-making self-efficacy, within the context of structural relations. The study findings on the relations between motivation for obtaining a certificate and career decision-making self-efficacy demonstrate that the direction and intensity of efforts to obtain a certificate can increase the career decision-making self-efficacy of people hoping to become landscape technicians.

다른 가입자가 특정 가입자의 공개키를 인증하기 위한 분리된 certificate가 필요하지 않은 공개키 개념인 self-certified 공개키의 개념을 소개한다. Self-certified 공개키 개념은 공개키 방식 (public key schemes) 에서 저장공간과 계산량을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 비밀키는 가입자 자신이 직접 선택할 수 있으며, 센터에게는 비밀로 할 수 있다. 센터와 가입자가 공개키ㅡ 계산하는 전략은 공개키자체에 certificate를 삽입하여 certificate를 별도로 취하지 않는 것이다.

Recently, mobile phones have been recognized as the most convenient type of mobile payment device. However, they have some security problems; therefore, mobile devices cannot be used for unauthorized transactions using anonymous data by unauthenticated users in a cloud environment. This paper suggests a mobile payment system that uses a certificate mode in which a user receives a paperless receipt of a product purchase in a cloud environment. To address mobile payment system security, we propose the transaction certificate mode (TCM), which supports mutual authentication and key management for transaction parties. TCM provides a software token, the transaction certificate token (TCT), which interacts with a cloud self-proxy server (CSPS). The CSPS shares key management with the TCT and provides simple data authentication without complex encryption. The proposed self-creating protocol supports TCM, which can interactively communicate with the transaction parties without accessing a user's personal information. Therefore, the system can support verification for anonymous data and transaction parties and provides user-based mobile payments with a paperless receipt.

Ad Hoc 네트워크 환경에서 노드 스스로가 자신의 공개키와 비밀키를 생성하고 이를 시스템 인증 권한자에 의해 서명 받는 자기 초기화(또는 자기 조직화)기법에서 어떻게 인증서를 발급할 것이냐 하는 것은 인증 권한자가 초기에만 네트워크에 존재하는 시스템에서 해결해야하는 중요한 문제 중에 하나이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 앞선 연구들은 자기 초기화 기법에 관련된 연구들에서는 시스템 인증 권한자 자체를 처음부터 시스템에서 없는 것으로 가정하였거나, 인증서를 획득한 노드가 다시 부분 인증 권한자가 되어 다른 노드들을 부분 서명해주는 인증 확산 방식을 사용하였다. 이 논문에서는 대리 서명과 임계 서명 기법을 사용하여 기존의 연구에서 나타났던 여러 문제를 해결하는 방법을 소개하며, 이를 모의실험 등의 방법을 통해 성능과 보안성에 대해서 살펴보았다.

Including the Qualfication of Staffer required for Commuinication, the National Law of Professional qualification is a basic law for supply with manpower of high growth industry, and it is aiming at perfect the national Policy Concerned improvement for education and training of staff, carrying out of state examination for qualification and getting an occupation or application for special qualification. This law has established a management committee for qualification system in The Ministry of Science and Technique ROK, and authorized competence Minister according to kind of special qualification aiming at getting employment, practical use and courteous treatment in society and economy for national qualification, and also regulated their each official duty. A qualification of staffer required for communication is an administrative measure giving as occupational certificate after some examination for knowledge, technique and faculty in vocational ability to adapt to intrinsic of telecommunication. This certificate has the cause of an attribution of over the sphere of telecommunication, and so it has been originated in international situation, and then some of them is forced by international law, otherwise it be in common use between the nations. The Characteristic and orthodox of communication certificate has been succeded continually in company with development of telecommunication and the appliable field of them is specified, but the sovereign power of nation is approved by ITU that she can extent the applicable position for communication certificate and coordinate the utility of qualification for telecommunication value. Korean telecommunication law excepted the application of communication certificate in public communication field. It is unreasonable and even disobeyed against the theory of communication science and intrinsic of telecommuncation. Therefore it should be corrected immediately and then communication certificate have to accept in the public communication field at all, if so, the application field of communication certificate can have more than useful extenxion such as administration measure should be achieved by the management committee for qualification system in Ministry of Science and Technique and competemce Minister appointed according to special kind of certificate and the administration have to manage by the method and proccess caused by communication science or cooperative system between administration, industry, education and science. And, then, every acquisitor of qualification also has to try to perfect his vocational duty sincerely and to promote each self-realization.

Although many years passed since 'The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction'(hereinafter referred to as 'enterprise disaster reduction act') has been first enacted in 2007, BCMS is still not activated in our society. In contrast, after 911 Terror, importance of BCM is getting magnified and standardization research & institutionalization i s a lso proceeding i all over world. Lately, Disaster preventing activities is urgently needed like the sinking of 'Sewol ferry'. So the purpose of this paper is proposed for establishment of 'BCMS' and activation of the certificate system for Best-Run Business by analyzing the problem of 'enterprise disaster reduction act' and weak of activation as following. First, propel changing the policy of self-regulated participation to mandatory about the certificate system for Best-Run Business from public entity to government ministry and it is able to activate by propelling demo business of the certificate system for Best-Run Business. Second, public entity that has been given the certificate system for Best-Run Business by affiliating with Disaster Management Assessment of government management can be exempted from Disaster Management Assessment or those entity can arrange for connectivity acquisition method of 'Excellent rate'. Third, to publicize the activation of the law mentioned above, makes public entity r ecognizable by incorporating 'BCMS' into National safety management plan and establishment of National critical infrastructures security plan. Fourth, it should be reviewed to improving the related act regarding to inclusion of public organizations as well as private enterprises.

This study was aimed at finding out the preferences and satisfaction levels regarding the type of fashion retailer's sales promotion based on consumers' empirical characteristics. A total of 223 questionnaires were used for the survey of this study. The methods of this study were descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability tests, one-way ANOVA, $t$-tests and ${\chi}^2$-test. The consumer groups were divided by habitual experience and self-evaluated knowledge relate to apparel product. The results of this study showed that consumers have different preferences and post-utilization satisfaction regarding the type of sales promotion offered by fashion retailers. Consumers with more experiences in apparel product and with higher self-evaluated knowledge were more active in utilizing the benefits offered through the value-added type of sales promotions, such as the gift certificate or coupon. Consumers with more experience in apparel product also showed higher satisfaction with both the utilitarian and hedonic types of sales promotions, such as gift certificate offer, special price, price discount event, and coupon or courtesy card offer. Furthermore, consumers with higher self-evaluated knowledge showed higher satisfaction with the utilitarian types of sales promotion, such as gift certificate offer and regular sale. Therefore, by identifying the accurate understanding of consumers'empirical characteristics, an enterprise might be able to satisfy consumer by offering more appropriate and subdivided types of sales promotion.

생체인식 기술을 이용하여 기존의 패스워드를 대체하기 위한 FIDO(Fast IDentity Online)[1,7] 기술이 빠르게 성장하고 있다. FIDO 기술은 생체인식 기술을 이용한 편리한 사용자 인증과 스마트카드 기술을 이용한 안전한 키관리 기능을 제공하지만 사용자 신원인증 기술이 함께 제공되지 않아 사용자가 FIDO 기기를 원격 서버에 초기 등록하는 과정에서는 기존의 전통적인 신원인증 방식을 이용할 수밖에 없다. K-FIDO[3]는 이런 단점을 해결하기 위하여 FIDO 기술과 인증서기반 기술을 하나의 기기에 접목시킨 것으로 사용자의 초기등록 과정에서 인증서 기반 인증을 이용할 수 있게 하였다. 그런데 사용자들이 복수의 K-FIDO 기기를 사용하는 유비쿼터스 환경이 빠르게 도래할 것으로 예상되는데, 이런 환경에서는 만일 기존의 방식대로 하나의 인증서를 여러 기기에 복사하여 사용하거나, 기기별로 별도의 인증서를 발급받아 사용하게 된다면 많은 문제가 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 자체확장인증[4] 방식을 이용하여 복수 K-FIDO 기기 환경에서 인증키 관리의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

Full embroidery industrial accidents in recent years has shown a declining trend. But disaster embroidery of domestic construction industry were more than 20,000 deaths per year is about 500 people. The government has introduced a construction site often changing the recruitment of new construction based on health and safety as an alternative to road safety education training yisuje of construction workers, daily work periods short. Certificate of Basic OSH Training in Constructions had also been evaluated as successful by reducing the accident rate problem. It is conducted in private educational institutions has occurred on the friction between workers and employers and training costs are difficult to approach workers in the education standards for such facilities due to the superintendent. Educational institutions are institutions that have been caused by excessive competition lowered levels of education. There is also a lack of evaluation that the training is limited to the basic safety knowledge. These details are brought formal safety education purposes only and is introducing the results of other self jyeotgi difficult to reap the proceeds to good effect. In this study, we propose a plan for improving operational problems and enemy status based on research data presented after the Certificate of Basic OSH Training in Construction.

국내 인터넷뱅킹 환경은 Microsoft 사의 Internet Explorer(IE) 브라우저에 맞게 구축되어 있어 Linux나 FreeBSD 등과 같은 공개 운영체제 및 웹 브라우저에서는 인터넷뱅킹 서비스를 이용할 수 없었다. 이런 문제 해결을 위해, 본 논문에서는 먼저 SEED를 이용한 공개 소프트웨어 환경에서의 전자 지불 시스템을 위한 전자 서명 시스템을 개발한다. 국내 인터넷뱅킹은 현재 공인인증기관이 발행하는 공인인증서를 통해 인증 및 전자서명 검증이 이루어져야 하는데, 그에 맞춰 공인 인증서 유효성 검증 시스템을 분석 및 개발한다. 마지막으로 자체 개발한 웹 서버에서는 이미 가상 인터넷 뱅킹환경이 구축되어 있어 SEED가 포팅 된 모질라 환경을 가지고 있는 클라이언트에서는 인증서를 설치하여 기본 인터넷뱅킹 서비스를 가상으로 받을 수 있으며 인증서 인증 및 전자서명이 정상적으로 작동되고 있다는 것을 구현을 통해 확인했다.
